I know my boyfriend and his guy friends can HATE men on the opposing team, and make insinuating remarks to bring another man down in social settings. In fact, I'd be really annoyed, too. My advice -- which I know means very little since I'm a complete stranger :) -- would be to slowly distance yourself from this person, and then eventually phase her out completely. I know it's hard -- I had to do something similar a few years ago (but for different reasons) and it was really difficult. But now that I look back, I honestly believe it was the right decision.
