Honestly if they hadn't been so lucky in casting Kim as Samantha the show would not have made it past season 2. Period. It was good, but she gave it the extra bit of sparkle. For those that think Kim's acting was over the top, that was the character. Samantha was the over the top person we have have in our circle of friends. While it may not always be over the top sex wise, we all know that person that doesn't have an inside voice with certain things for example. totally agree w/ u on Kim’s acting, and want to add her comedy timing is amazing!
