Just read the court papers and although I did not think it possible, my opinion of EC went even lower. All his public comments about being a devoted father and yet hardly makes any time to be with his son’s. EC and LR, just plain ugly, both inside and outside.

We have heard Eddie’s side in every photo op he was in after claiming to be a loving and devoted father and wanting to shield his kids(MEXICO). We heard Eddie’s side in every photo op Leann(smirking) was in after Eddie claimed to be a loving and devoted father. We heard Eddie’s side in all the LR “sources” leaked comments to the tabs almost weekly. At some point he he could have told her to STFU. As for BG’s twitter did anybody ever think she might be being sarcastic? Look at the court docs or is that supposed to be a lie too? The actual date the papers were filed should be a pretty good indicator on just how well Eddie is taking care of HIS responsibilities(I truly hope he is)and if he was taking care of his responsibilities why the lawyer statement? Now we all don’t know what goes on behind the scenes but there are plenty of pics of EC/LR at concerts, on vacation, golfing and dining out. Not to mention the birthday bracelet. Who paid for that?

Also EC/LR PR must have typed their fingers to the bone hammering the boards. Predictable.

Which side BETTY, he obviously has not paid any spousal support otherwide Brandi would not be claiming. Considering what he earns, she is not asking too much. Some actors wives have got a lot more. Eddie has had to sell his other house because of financial difficulties and now he has Rimes and he needs his money for presents for her not for his wife and children. I don’t care what was wrong in there marriage , none of as know, but we do know he cheated and has been for years, this is not Bandi’s fault he has been cheating with every girlfriend he has had, and now he should pay and Eddie is too egotistical to think of his children. Eveybody can be a good dad when they are around, but Eddie has hardly been at home a lot, with work, two mistresses and a wife how much time is there left for his children.

Considering he’s the one who decided to cheat and end the marriage, I can see her going for as much as she possibly can. But I don’t think she’ll get that out of him. He just joined a long running show, and aside from that, his resume isn’t exactly stellar. He may get a couple of years with that paycheck, but I wouldn’t expect much more beyond that.

i love his dimples. i have to say though, remembering that there are 2 sides to every story and have we heard his? if my husband humiliated me by making out with someone else and it was in every tabloid – heaven help him. i wouldn’t leave him with a dime.

I fully intended to rip Eddie a new one in my comment until I read Brandi’s twitter (thanks JJ). Brandi could have stood by while Eddie was ripped apart on various websites but she didn’t. Refusing any natural and female tendency for revenge or spitefullness, Brandi twittered the truth as she always does. A better woman than I, Brandi is, for I would have allowed boiling oil to cook Eddie. Brandi is due sufficient financial support to allow her to “live in the manner to which she is accustom” and Eddie is required by law to fulfill his “fiduciary responsiblities” to that end. I hope Brandi will keep at the forefront of her thoughts that Eddie is a compulsive liar and any promises he makes must be in writing. Furthermore, Rimes must be kept away from the children until six months before a date certain of any wedding (to either Scheana or Rimes). Rimes is mentally unstable and will become more so as her career continues to falter. As for Rimes and her PR team of cyber-rats, please continue to degrade Brandi for it only demonstrates the differences between a truely quality woman and Rimes’ team of soul-less soulmates.

BG’s statement on Twitter puts a different spin on $$ story. More interesting is E online article about Brandi wanting to keeps her son’s away from whoreable Stalker girl. Hope BG is able to legally restrict visitation. I am sure LR will be pregnant soon, unless those vasectomy rumors are true.
