For starters, they could show Chandler and Monica living in the New York suburbs and raising their kids. Chandler would have a career working at some big nameless corporation or maybe even be a stay at home dad, and Monica could own a successful restaurant and/or consulting business as a professional organizer. Then they could show Rachel and Ross still living in the city or maybe even in the same neighborhood as Chandler and Monica, raising Emma and Ben together and perhaps having more kids. Ross will be a big time researcher and Rachel could be a high profile fashion buyer or own her own design company. Then Phoebe could be doing her thing - although I have no idea what that would be. Perhaps she'd hook up again with that scientist who went to Russia in like season 1 or 2, I think. And Joey would still be a hot, clueless ladies man who'd totally be over Rachel but still hanging out with the gang from time to time. Perhaps he'd be a successful actor, much more successful than that horrible spin off series that he starred in.
