Many of them are taking lessons before the show starts in order to improve their chances. So it shouldn't really matter...none of them are considered pro. I have never thought that Krupa woman was attractive. Maxim made such a big deal of her and I thought "UGH". She has a hook nose, and was not that great of a dancer. The only thing she had going for her was her height, making her able to have graceful long lines. She tripped and fell constantly. I am still finding it odd that so many people are furious that he won. If people remember, DWTS is not a PRO competition, it is a popularity contest. Donny was a former child/teen idol, and that age group is who watches the show. I also have to laugh at the amount of people complaining that the "Mormons" got the win for him. Bottom line, out of the demographic that watches the show, more people know Donny than Mya. Also, for those complaining about Donny being in show business and having an advantage, Mya also is in show business and has a DANCE background as well. It isn't like the woman was a total novice on the dance floor. If we were voting based solely on improvement, then Kelly Osbourne should have won. Again, I am glad Donny won and was happy to see Kim Johnson have a good partner for a change. It was nice to see someone older win, and he is a nice person. and was very gracious to all the other competitors.
