And I know that Universal and most of these big Hollywood studios think that women only like romcoms and chick-flicks (geg) but the Bourne films is the only action series that I think women were far more excited about than men. 2 years ago in my office all the women couldn't wait to see the Bourne Ultimatum. this is probably because it was an intelligent, well thought out, well paced and engaging series, with each sequal equal or even better than the first. Which is such a rarity. And I think Paul Greengrass is very instrumental in that, possibly because he comes from a current affairs and documentary background, he took far less liberties with the reality in which the film was set. And the series really made me change my mind about Matt Damon. I laughed my head off at the prospect of him being a James Bond type (because he looked 15). I changed my tune pretty sharpish let me tell you. “I am so Roooooooooonnnnreeeeeeeeeey” :lol:
