She looks like she could slim down and work out her arms don't look toned. I don't like the rust colored lipstick with the grey dress and it makes her look wide. The short haircut looks office like not edgy. She could do better. I don't see anything wrong with women in Hollywood conforming to the standard of beauty which means to be slim and toned, they get paid a lot of money to look good for the public.
