This is Angelina Jolie doing reshoots in New York for her film Salt, which will come out next summer. Yes, we’ve seen this costume before – Angelina in a (faux?) fur cap and cloak. Thankfully, it doesn’t look like Angelina is wearing that ugly, cheap-looking blonde wig that is heavily featured in the trailer. Nor is she wearing the much more fabulous black banged wig, but whatever.
Angelina is looking very “Boris and Natasha” right? Very Russian. Which I guess is good, considering the film is about Angelina’s Madame Salt maybe being a Russian double agent. Although I think, in the real world, if you’re accused of being some kind of covert Russian spy, you would probably want to avoid any outfit that makes you look like you’re a Rocky & Bullwinkle villain. Or an outfit that could pass for something one of the pre-revolution bourgeois Russians wore in Doctor Zhivago. It’s like if you were accused of being a Canadian spy and showed up everywhere wearing maple leaf clothing. A bit on the nose!
Also, I suspect this scheduled reshoot was probably the reason the Brangelina clan didn’t go off to some exotic locale for the holidays. Mama had to work! But still, there are reports coming out of New York that indicate that the kids are enjoying their New York stay – lots of hot chocolate and hanging out with street vendors. Good times.

Brad and Angelina don’t away every holiday. They didn’t last year or Thanksgiving this year. Also I thing if they do go it’s either Christmas or Thanksgiving not both. This reshoot was scheduled for months so I don’t know why it’s a shock that they didn’t go anywhere.
I still think she´s the most beautiful woman in hollywood nowadays.
(I just wish she would eat more)

Let’s get over the comparisons. It is not fair to either actor. I love Angie and I bet it is very cold in NY. People will always assume the most controversial. But better be careful with Angelina. She could be talking to someone at thw world court or UN or you get my point. So tread lightly IT and the rest.

When has she had an entertaining film? I have to go way back to “Office Space” and “The Object of My Affection” (with cutie Paul Rudd :). Of her recent stuff I only liked “The Break Up” and that’s mostly because of Vince Vaughn.
I’m a fan of good movies, so if she’s in a good one of course I’ll love it. But lately she’s been picky some really crappy scripts. It’s like she’s afraid to be out of the public eye so instead of waiting for quality films she doesn’t practically “everything”.
As for Angie, I’m a huge Brangelina supporter, but she looks scary in the last picture. I wonder what she’s talking about that has her balling her fist..

I didn’t notice what she was wearing, I was too distracted by counting the veins in her hands. However, I’ve been looking forward to a new Boris and Natasha remake; they were my favorite part of Rocky and Bullwinkle.
She is looking old and way too thin. The studios need to tell her to put few pounds on – anorexia is not attractive.
Can’t wait till they come up with a female version of the Bourne movies. Sadly, this doesn’t look like it’ll fly on that level. It does look kind of fun tho.
I had a friend in college who was courted by the FBI for undercover work. She always laughed about how they told her one of the reasons she’d be so good (apart from being very intelligent and cool as a cucumber) was because she was so average looking, she could blend in and be “forgettable.”
Guess the costume design, hair and make-up and casting teams didn’t get the memo… lol.
Someone on another site said they spent Xmas in Springfield w/ the Pitts and flew back to NYC saturday
I find her pretty in some pictures but for the most part she looks kind of scary. So skinny with such a big head. This movie doesnt interest me in the slightest. I dont consider her a great actress…..she isnt in the same class as say Kate Winslet or Rachel Weiss.

she is the most beautiful female in Hollywood, and a very versatile great actress, her private life is not too shabby either.
I love the Boris and Natasha reference. It’s what I think of every time I hear the Ange use that generic middle-european accent much loved by acting coaches everywhere when trying to coax a half-decent performance out of third-rate actors.
@Iggles. The difference between Jolie/Aniston is that Jolie is in her own league as the femme fatale. She has imitators like Fox. While Aniston is copying what countless cuties have done before, like Roberts and Bullock. There are WAY too many “America’s sweethearts” in Hollywood(Katherine Heigl, Kate Hudson, Amy Adams, Reese Witherspoon, Jessica Beil, Jennifer Garner, J.Lo, etc), while not many chicks doing action films. That’s the reason I don’t mind Angelina doing the same roles, while Aniston looks like a copy of Roberts + Bullock, but with a little more bleach.
We’ve found Natasha, now where are Boris, Rocky and Bullwinkle?
Movie looks good. I’ll definitely see this.
This movie looks like crap-like every other action film that’s come out in the last few years.
The only reason why any of you are saying you’ll see this is because you’re a Brangeloonie or you have bad taste.
And really, “Aniston is doing another rom-com”? Only said because *yawn* Angie is doing another action movie.
It’s what I am looking for.
