Who knows. It seems like the more famous people are the more the tabloids make up crap about them because people want to know every little detail. (We are guilty of this too of course.) I thought [and I may be wrong] that Zahara was an AIDS orphan. It's probably just another made up story - I would think they would have flown in Z's doctor from the US, and we haven't heard that.
