I know someone who did the same thing, Alexa, and it helped her a great deal. If Brooke were not a parent, I would say this would probably be good for her, to re-evaluate her situation. But who is going to be watching her babies while she's gone? I wouldn't trust Charlie for one second. Hopefully there's a good nanny involved, or someone! When I had some major personal problems a while back, I desperately needed to go away somewhere for a few weeks to get my HEALTH in order. I didn't have the focus or discipline to make the healthy changes I needed on my own. However - as a single mother with sole custody of my 2 kids, there was no way I could leave my children and do that. Sometimes - things get so bad that leaving your responsibilities for a few weeks while you are immersed in a whole new way of living (a healthy way) without any outside distractions or temptations is necessary. If you've never been in that situation, please don't judge! A “spa” can mean a LOT of things!
