Its about being healthy (meat is awful for you) and its about how much the meat industry and breeding cows for meat comsumption just wreaks total havoc on our environment. Its not good for the body or environment regardless of how you feel about the animals - feel good about yourself and dont eat this crap. Those who say they crave it are just craving protein and there are many other ways to get that. Its not about saving the animals or vegans trying to make us feel bad. Im not a huge GOOPY fan but i do agree with her and sir Paul on this. Just for the health benefits alone everyone should ditch meat at least once a week if not many more.
