I seriously thought that it was a bit of a golddigger tactic, but I did not read up on it enough. I did read that Heather blasted Bon Jovi outside of Denise's house and I linked to a story about that yesterday. It's kind of funny, but it is immature. Denise did kind of steal Heather's man, even if they were broken up already. It seems like she had it in mind the whole time Jeanni I agree with you and think that Denise is a clingy conniver. Heather, on the other hand, acts like a child too, blasting "Livin' on a Prayer" from her car, right in front of Denise's house. As Dlisted said, Heather and Denise should act like adults and finally have a dance-off to settle this. btw, going after pension funds is totally normal in divorce. she wouldn't be entitled to more than 50% of the share he's earned while they were married, so it wouldn't be much anyway since he's been working way before they were married.
