Yesterday, Radar had an interesting story that came from their sister publication, The Enquirer. You can read the story here – basically, sources claimed that the actors, writers and producers of Modern Family had banded together to take care of 14-year-old Ariel Winter (who plays Alex Dunphy on the show) because Ariel was seeking legal emancipation from her parents. The reason given was that Ariel has an older boyfriend (he’s 17!) and her parents didn’t like that. The story definitely raised a red flag for me – child stardom, hit TV show, an older boyfriend, etc – but I didn’t expect the story to take such a horrible turn within just a few hours. TMZ reported yesterday that Ariel has “been removed” from her home after “serious allegations of physical and emotional abuse by her mother.” YIKES.

Ariel Winter, the 14-year-old actress who plays Alex Dunphy on “Modern Family,” has been removed from her home by a judge in the wake of serious allegations of physical and emotional abuse by her mother … court sources tell TMZ.

There’s a report Ariel is seeking legal emancipation from her mom so she can be with her boyfriend, but that report is false.

Court sources tell us … on October 3rd, after a guardianship hearing, a judge determined the allegations that Ariel was being physically and emotionally abused by her mother Crystal Workman were serious enough that the judge placed Ariel in a temporary guardianship with her older sister Shanelle Workman. Our sources tell us … mama Crystal was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Ariel.

Ironically, we’ve learned Shanelle suffered the same alleged abuse as Ariel. Nearly two decades ago, the Department of Children and Family Services removed her from Crystal’s home based on similar abuse allegations. Law enforcement sources tell us … D.C.F.S. placed Shanelle in foster care for more than 2 years. She never went back to her mother.

According to court records, the judge has set another hearing for November 20.

This is so sad. It plays into the stereotypes I have of child actors and how dysfunctional their home lives are, but this story kind of goes beyond the Lohan, you know? This poor girl. I hope Ariel’s sister is a better guardian for her, and hey… maybe Ariel will end up legally emancipated from her (abusive) parent.

We’ve seen Adrienne Maloof and her now estranged husband, plastic surgeon Paul Nassif, bickering on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills before they inevitably filed for divorce. They had a contentious relationship, although they tried to play it off on the show like they enjoyed that dynamic. It looks like the truth might be a lot more ominous. New photos of Adrienne have emerged, posted on her personal chef’s Facebook, showing some horrific-looking bruises on Adrienne’s back and sides. Her chef, the humorless Bernie Guzman, included captions that leave no doubt as to whom he considers responsible. He writes “Now you know….Everyone else needs to know. It’s a secret I have kept….he must be stopped.”

Bernie is of course referring to Paul. In late September, Adrienne was granted a temporary restraining order against Paul after she alleged that he choked one of their sons. Both Paul and Adrienne have also accused each other of physical and verbal abuse. The press played down Paul’s alleged abuse of Adrienne, although it may have been very serious judging by these photos. Here’s the report, thanks to Radar:

Shocking photos of Adrienne Maloof with multiple bruises on her back have surfaced and RadarOnline.com has the shots that show the dark marks on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.

The photos of Adrienne are taken from behind and show her nude from the waist up with red welts on her arms and across her back.

She is wearing her hair in a pony tail and the large marks are visible in several places on her back.

The photos were posted on Adrienne’s personal chef Bernie Guzman’s Facebook page and he wrote “Now you know….Everyone else needs to know. It’s a secret I have kept….he must be stopped.

“Adrienne did not put me up to this…..I feel everyone needs to know. I’m sure she will be relieved everyone knows.”

Adrienne and her estrange husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, have been locked in a nasty divorce battle and Guzman claims that the pictures were part of the court documents submitted two weeks ago.

“Now you know who and what he really is,” Guzman wrote and said “Adrienne Maloof was pushed to the ground. Punched and beaten. He is a beast.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Adrienne claimed in her court documents that she was a victim of domestic violence at the hands of her husband.

Maloof said in her sworn declaration: “Paul Nassif has often shoved me to the ground, pulled my hair and yelled at me. Most recently, in July 2012, he shoved me to the ground with enough force that I hit my head on the floor when I fell. I immediately jumped up because I knew that if I stayed down I could be kicked. He grabbed my hair and pulled. I grabbed his hair, trying to get him off of me.”

In the documents Guzman also alleged that he observed “Paul drinking large amounts of alcohol and in particular, scotch on a daily basis. While at the residence Paul had a nightly habit of drinking one-and-a-half highball glasses full of scotch without ice or water…..When Paul drinks, Paul tends to fight with Adrienne. I have overheard many arguments between Adrienne and Paul and during some arguments I have heard Adrienne say, ‘Get off me. Get away from me.’”

It’s possible Adrienne told Bernie he could post these photos, but I’m thinking she’s probably embarrassed they got out. She has the facade of a woman who has her life and businesses under control and who isn’t easily rattled. I don’t see her wanting these photos to get out. I feel for her. What is it with these abusive relationships on RHOBH? Taylor Armstrong went through some horrific abuse at the hands of her husband, who went on to commit suicide. I never thought that Paul was abusive to Adrienne, he seemed like too nice of a guy, but I believe it now.

Paul’s lawyer. Marty Singer, has responded to these photos by saying “Any suggestion that the photos show my client struck Adrienne Maloof is a complete fabrication. No physical assault ever occurred. I can’t speculate how these marks occurred. I know the woman does martial arts.” Why would she ask her chef to take photos of her injuries if they were just from kickboxing? Who gets injured like this from martial arts?

We’ve heard stories recently that Kate Gosselin spanked her children with a wooden spoon for minor things when they were just two years old. Kate supposedly admitted this in computer diaries she kept while she was taking notes for her book. A journalist friend of her ex, Jon Gosselin, somehow came onto a computer hard drive he claims he found in the “trash,” on which he allegedly found these revealing diary entries. Since he’s been unable to sell his reportedly lousy book on Amazon, journalist Robert Hoffman is selling details to the tabloids. He tells the new issue of Star that Kate abused the family’s two German Shepherd dogs, wouldn’t feed them and forced them to sit in their own filth in their crates. Jon and/or Kate eventually gave the dogs back to the breeder. Of course all this information is coming straight from Jon.

Robert Hoffman, the journalist who became close to Kate’s ex, Jon Gosselin tells the new issue of Star magazine that he allegedly witnessed Kate’s appalling behavior to the German shepherds, Nala and Shoka, that the family kept as pets but eventually gave away.

“Kate left the family dogs in their cages behind the house for hours on end with no food,” says Hoffman, who authored the controversial book Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World.

When Jon and Kate first split up, they would take turns staying at the house with the children, and Hoffman claims that Jon told him that when he would show up after being away for a few days, he’d find the starving dogs living in filth.

“She never cleaned the cages,” says Hoffman. “Jon would return to find them filled with urine, poop and puke. I saw vomit in them.”

Kate not only allegedly let the poor animals live in horrendous conditions, according to Hoffman, she also hit them. “She would knock them over the head and yell,” claims Hoffman. “The abuse caused Nala to become very resistant to Kate, so that any time she came around, Nala growled. After a while, Kate began to fear she’d be attacked, so she sent the dog back to the breeder.”

The Gosselin matriarch was also reportedly very careless about leaving stuff that the dogs shouldn’t eat lying around, including some plastic Easter eggs that the animals apparently couldn’t resist.

“There was an entire bag of them in the garbage,” Hoffman says. “Shoka was up to his waist inside of it.” After one piece of plastic too many, the poor pooch reportedly had to be rushed to the vet’s office for an emergency visit.

Hoffman claims that Kate never wanted dogs, but supposedly agreed to get them solely for the sake of better ratings for the family’s show. “The kids had been begging for pets for years but Kate was adamantly against it, until the show needed content for an episode,” Hoffman writes. “She was only nice to the dogs for the camera. As soon as filming was done, she never wanted anything to do with them. She’d tell Jon, ‘They’re yours… I’m not taking care of them.’”

If this is true, and I don’t doubt it, it’s despicable to abuse animals and to not to give them food and regular exercise. But – the original story was that Jon sent the dogs back to the breeder, not Kate. We covered this story back when it happened in the fall of 2009, and at that time a “source” aka Kate Gosselin, told Radar (which is paraphrasing here) that “The dogs have always been Jon’s and while Kate was willing to do whatever she had to she simply can’t handle them and Jon didn’t make any other arrangements for them to be taken care of. He now lives in an apartment in New York City and never considered getting a place where he could keep his dogs.” So Jon went off to NY City with the daughter of his wife’s plastic surgeon (here’s how that turned out) and didn’t take the dogs with him, and Kate was pissed and took it out on some gentle innocent creatures. Still despicable and awful, but it’s not like Jon couldn’t have kept his German Shepherds if he wanted to.

Rihanna’s full interview on “Oprah’s Next Chapter” aired last night and, as promised in the preview clip, there was much talk of Rihanna’s thoughts on Chris Brown, which are generally conflicted, and you can tell that she hasn’t fully resolved her feelings over what took place three years ago when he beat the living crap out of her. In addition, we’ve also heard that Chris was very aghast that Rihanna (and the rest of the world) is still rehashing the events that took place because he feels like he’s worked so hard (in the studio, not in women’s shelters) on his “road to recovery.” Whatever.

Before the full interview aired, Rihanna has also come under fire from some charities that deal with violence against women because RiRi stated (in the aforementioned clip) that she “misses” Chris and that he only “made a mistake” and “needed help.” The Women’s Resource Centre has released a statement saying “We need to stop society allowing us to normalise such behaviour. Rihanna has admitted she ‘was more concerned about’ her ‘best friend’ Chris Brown after the singer’s vicious attack on her.” Now with the release of Oprah’s full program, Rihanna has fully admitted that she still loves Chris and has fully forgiven him. She also hints at some (unsurprising) dynamics that she witnessed between her own mother and father:

* Rihanna and Brown, according to Rihanna, are “not seeing each other.” But the two have been “working on our friendship again, and now we’re very, very close friends. We built up a trust again. And that’s it. We love each other and we probably always will.”

* The Battleship star acknowledged that Brown is in a relationship and that she is single. But she also admitted that, as rumored, they recently reunited in St. Tropez. “It’s awkward because I still love him,” she said of seeing Brown again. “My stomach drops, and I have to maintain this poker face and not let it get to the outer part of me.”

* When Winfrey asked if Brown was a true love her for her, Rihanna responded, “Absolutely. I think that he was the love of my life. He was my first love and I see that he loved me the same way.”

* Rihanna said she was “angry” and “resentful” for a long time before she ultimately forgave Brown for hitting her. She said she was able to grant that forgiveness after she resolved issues with her own father, who she implied was occasionally violent with her mother.

Beyond the troublesome attitude that Rihanna harbors for her abuser, I find it rather disgusting that Rihanna is essentially making a huge public play for Chris by admitting that she still loves him and had such a hard time when hanging with him in St. Tropez while his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, was also present. I just don’t understand why she’d do that in a normal, non-abusive situation, let alone when Rihanna’s relationship with Chris was clearly a toxic mess. But maybe she’s just addicted, I don’t know.

These are some photos of Chris Brown performing in Cannes on 7/25 in a very packed club atmosphere; so it seems that Team Breezy is still enjoying a very successful career in spite of the fact that he feels like the whole world piled on him when he just happened to beat the crap out of Rihanna three years ago. Might I add that Chris is still a violent a-hole who continues to spread his mayhem. Most recently, he nearly started a fight at a club the night before the Billboard Music Awards, and then in June, he and Drake got into a huge fistfight at the Greenhouse club in NYC.

In an interesting development, both Chris and Drake have been sued for $16 million by the company that owns the club trademark for “glass-flinging, broken-bottle-swinging free-for-all in a crowded club,” which make sense since publicity from the fight resulted in the loss of a licensing deal, the temporary shuttering of the club, and the ongoing threat of a lost liquor license. NBA star Tony Parker, who was injured in the fight, has sued the club for $20 million dollars as well. Meanwhile, Chris continues his tour of terror unabated. Maybe it’s a bit unfair for me to speak of him with those words, but it’s clear that he hasn’t learned his lesson, and it’s only a matter of time before his violent ways erupt again (and again).

At the moment, however, Chris is still upset that he’s still known as the guy who beat up Rihanna. He’s reportedly aghast at the fact that Rihanna has spoken to Oprah about it during the interview that will air August 19, and he just doesn’t understand why things are being rehashed three years after the fact:

Chris Brown has seen the preview video of Rihanna’s upcoming interview with Oprah, Aug. 19, and he “feels horrible” because he and Rihanna are currently “more cool than anyone will know,” but he’s discouraged by his past mistake being rehashed over and over again, a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively!

Chris Brown’s assault on Rihanna back in 2009 will once again be front and center in the media when Rihanna’s interview on Oprah’s Next Chapter airs this Sunday August 19.

During the interview, Rihanna confesses and cries to Oprah: “I lost my best friend. Everything I knew switched, switched in a night. And I couldn’t control that. It’s not easy to interpret on camera, not with the world watching.”

A source close to Chris tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “Chris saw the video clip. Of course he saw it, how do you think he feels? He feels horrible he did that.”

The source continues, “Watching [Rihanna's interview with Oprah] made him realize he made a big mistake and he’s been paying for it ever since. He’s working hard, in the studio, dancing, doing everything he can to rebuild his name and career and I think he been successful in doing all that. Y’all should be talking about his road to recovery and how he’s been a man and made s-t right. He and Ri are cool, more cool than anyone will know. She forgave the [boy] the minute that s-t went down, so what that say about their relationship?”

Yeah, Rihanna probably did forgive Chris for what he did, but she’s obviously very conflicted about what happened and could use some really good, extensive therapy. As for Chris, I don’t buy for a second that his reaction to the interview clip was to feel “horrible” about what he did. Rather, his reaction was probably to feel glass-smashingly angry about the fact that she would dare to talk about it in a public venue. As for the fact that we should respect his alleged “road to recovery” and how he’s “been a man” about it all? Bitch, please.

This story is kind of a mess, so I apologize in advance. Over the weekend, Chad Ochocinco (Johnson) was arrested for allegedly assaulting his wife, Evelyn Lozada, and the next day, he was freed after posting a $2500 bond. In the wake of this scandal, Ochocinco has been let go not only from his spot on the Miami Dolphins team, but VH1 also cancelled his reality show as well. So regardless of whether or not the guy is guilty, there have already been grave consequences for these allegations.

TMZ has also uncovered some court records showing that this was not Ocho’s first brush with domestic violence — in 2000, he was arrested on misdemeanor battery charges (and plea bargained out) after slapping a girlfriend in the face while accusing her of cheating on him. For that incident, he received probation, but who knows how far this latest round of charges will go in the legal system. For the moment, however, Ocho is a single man again, for Evelyn has already filed for divorce. And get this — they’ve only been married since July 4th:

Chad Johnson’s wife of 6 weeks has filed for divorce … TMZ has learned. Evelyn Lozada filed legal docs moments ago in Florida, claiming her marriage is “irretrievably broken.”

The trigger for the divorce was the domestic violence incident over the weekend, in which Chad Johnson was arrested after allegedly head-butting her during an argument. Evelyn claimed she found a receipt for a box of condoms in his car.

According to the divorce docs, the couple had a prenup — but that won’t be a big deal since the marriage was shorter than Kim Kardashian’s.

FYI — Evelyn and Chad JUST got married on July 4th in St. Maarten … and the whole ceremony was recorded for a VH1 reality show (VH1 has since pulled the plug on that … for obvious reasons).

This truly seems like an scary situation, and the spin (from Ocho’s team, I imagine) is that the box of condoms was supposed to be a plot point for the reality show. Apparently, Ocho also told cops that Evelyn started the physical abuse on Saturday evening, and she’s now spoken out with a simple statement: “I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me.” Now Ocho has posted this statement to his webpage:

I would like to apologize to everyone for the recent events that have occurred. I would like to wish Evelyn well and will never say anything bad about her because I truly love her to death. I will continue to be positive and train hard for another opportunity in the NFL. To all the fans and supporters I have disappointed, you have my sincerest apologies. I will stay positive and get through this tough period in my life.

With those words, Chad’s certainly working the PR angle as much as possible, right? While I realize that declaring someone “guilty” before they’ve been tried in a court of law is something that we’re not supposed to do, this guy certainly has a history (however minor) of domestic violence, so it’s easy to believe that he’d be guilty of battering his wife as well. Obviously, she had a damn good reason to file for divorce after only six weeks of marriage too, and she undoubtedly regrets marrying the guy in the first place.

We haven’t heard much about Cuba Gooding Jr. in a while. His career has pretty much been in the crapper for some time, although he’s been working steadily. (In films like Snow Dogs, Boat Trip and Daddy Day Camp.) If this latest news is true Cuba, 44, might have anger management issues and/or a drinking problem. He’s a wanted man in New Orleans after an incident in which he allegedly shoved a female bartender multiple times when she asked him to leave. Cuba was supposedly mad at patrons for recognizing him. Are you kidding? He should be grateful he still gets recognized. Cops in New Orleans have been instructed to arrest him on sight. Here’s more:

Cuba Gooding, Jr. is a wanted man by the New Orleans Police Department after an altercation in a bar where he allegedly punched a bartender twice early Tuesday morning.

The NOPD has issued an arrest warrant for the 44-year-old actor after he was accused of hitting the bartender at Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street at about 3 a.m.

“A female bartender told officers that Gooding entered the bar with a group of people, and after a few minutes, other customers recognized him and started asking him to take photos with them. The bartender said Gooding soon became very aggravated with them,” the NOPD press release stated.

“That’s when she says she approached him and asked him to calm down. Gooding then allegedly pushed her away with an open hand. One of the bartender’s co-workers then called 9-1-1. At that point, the bartender says she informed Gooding that the police were on the way, and that he needed to leave. Gooding then allegedly pushed her again, and left the bar.”

Cuba is in New Orleans to work on a movie set in the 50s called The Butler. It’s the story of a White House butler who served 8 presidents and also features Oprah, Lenny Kravitz, and a handful of stars you might not expect like Nicole Kidman, Liam Neeson, Forest Witaker, Robin Williams, John Cusack, Jane Fonda, and Liev Schreiber. There are more names you would recognize that I didn’t even mention, you can see the cast list on IMDB. So maybe Cuba’s part is minor, it’s hard to tell.

I hope Cuba turns himself in soon. This isn’t the first time we’ve heard about him having issues with drinking. The National Enquirer claimed that he was on a massive bender in March. In an April appearance on Good Morning America, Cuba acted hungover or hopped on something as he grabbed a child out of the crowd and threw him up in the air twice. He really did this. Here’s video:

It’s hard to recap all the Travolta madness, but I’ll try and I have to thank Radar for making the case a lot clearer in their latest story. There are seven men who have accused Travolta of harassing and sexually abusing them. Two are currently suing him, and both are represented by Gloria Allred. The first accuser, an anonymous masseur known as John Doe #1, went over to Allred after his lawyer dropped him for getting the date of the alleged incident wrong. The second accuser, John Doe #2, went over to Allred and dumped his original lawyer. The lawyer that represented John Doe #2 at the point of his his defection to Allred is suing Allred for allegedly pilfering his client.

So now there are two men who are lawyered up with Allred and seeking restitution from Travolta. Radar lets us know that one of the men is “quietly” discussing a settlement with Travolta, one that will be sealed and ill forbid the man from revealing details of his encounter with the predatory creep, under penalty of being sued. (And having men in dark suits from Scientology visit his house and follow him around, although that has probably already happened.) Here’s more, and this incident occured within the last two years, which is withing the statute of limitations for civil lawsuits:

John Travolta’s attorney is currently in settlement talks with one of the men who has accused the actor of sexually groping him, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As we previously reported, a total of seven men have come forward accusing the married star of various unwanted sexual advances. Two of those men filed lawsuits against Travolta, which were subsequently dismissed when they fired their former attorney, Okorie Okorocha, and hired famed civil rights attorney Gloria Allred.

“John Travolta’s lawyer is currently in settlement talks with one of the accusers. The goal is to have a settlement reached very quietly and quickly because John just wants this scandal to go away,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “No money has been paid yet, but it’s almost a done deal. It will be an out of court settlement and John Travolta’s name won’t even be in the agreement to ensure complete confidentiality, along with a clause that states if the man ever goes public with his story, he will be sued for at least twice the amount of the settlement.”

John Travolta Second Sexual Assault Accuser Documented Alleged Attack In Emails To Bosses

Travolta’s team has vehemently denied all of the allegations to date.

Three of the seven men accusing the Pulp Fiction star of sexual misconduct are masseurs. The accuser who’s currently in talks with Travolta’s lawyer alleges that the actor groped him in the last two years, which is within the statue of limitations to file a civil lawsuit.

“If the accuser who is in talks with John’s lawyer right now is unable to reach a settlement, he is absolutely prepared to file a lawsuit against him,” the source says. “The man isn’t intimidated by John’s celebrity status and just wants the actor to be held accountable for his actions.”

As Kaiser reported last week, along with the two men represented by Allred, there’s also one more Travolta accuser who has lawyered up, a gym employee. So that makes three men who may either get settlements from Travolta or who may go on to sue him. Whatever amount he pays and stipulations he makes to keep these victims quiet, this story is out there. He’s never going to escape it, and for good reason. He hurt a lot of people, and he got away with it for way too long. We’ve heard the details in the National Enquirer for years, and now we can be assured they were based on real stories, and real people who were hurt.

I would love it if Kelly dumped John finally, but she knows what she signed up for. Even if she’s no longer living with him as The Enquirer reported, I doubt she’ll file divorce papers.

According to Rob Shuter in the Huffington Post, John Travolta is “the most sought after interview among top TV journalists.” Do you think he’ll give an exclusive to his good buddy Oprah? She’ll go easy on him, but he’ll probably owe her a lot more than he’s comfortable with.

After the Grammy Awards, country singer Miranda Lambert tweeted some anti-Chris Brown messages meant to bring attention to the fact that he’s an abuser and shouldn’t have been give two chances to perform at their industry’s most prestigious awards event. Miranda later brought up Chris’ name again in a concert before she sang a song about a woman shooting her abuser. She held up a sign that said “Take Notes Chris Brown.” Well none of this supposedly sat well with Chris’ sort-of on-again ex, Rihanna, the abuse victim. Rihanna allegedly got Miranda’s phone number, called her up and told her to mind her own business.

The claws are out between country music cutie Miranda Lambert and R&B sensation Rihanna!…

Sources say Rihanna, 24, flew into a rage when she heard about Miranda’s tweets attacking [Chris].

“Rihanna got Miranda’s phone number from a mutual acquaintance,” an insider revealed. “She told Rihanna to worry about her own relationship because her husband is known for his wandering eye.”

“Rihanna has moved on since her relationship with Chris,” added the insider. “She believes that if she can let it go, considering she was the victim, others need to move forward also.”

This could just be a clever way for The Enquirer to squeeze a new angle out of this story, but the fact that they add the detail that Rihanna actually called Miranda makes me think it’s true. You can imagine Rihanna telling another woman to mind her own business, especially since she’s probably sleeping with Chris again. But does Rihanna even know that Blake Shelton is supposedly a cheater? The Enquirer has been running stories about him for a while, but they’re not getting a lot of press so who knows if this is true.

That last line in the story about how people should forgive the perp because the victim does doesn’t sit well with me. That’s not how the justice system works, and it wouldn’t be fair to anyone, particularly future victims, if it did. Just because someone forgives an abuser (or a rapist, etc.) doesn’t mean that they’ve changed their ways, or that they shouldn’t face the consequences for their crime. That includes having people talk smack about them, which seems an incredibly minor thing compared to what Chris did. It’s a shame Rihanna can’t see that.

Now that our Oscars hangover has subsided we’re able to get to some of the stories we may have missed while we were distracted by the shiny pretty things. Particularly this annoying one about how Rihanna is “supporting” her abusive “ex” (I put that in quotes because they’re probably back together despite the fact that Chris has another girlfriend) in his latest potential probation violation. To recap an earlier story, Chris stole an iPhone from a bystander outside a club who dared to take photos of him. As Kaiser noted at the time, it did seem like Radar was running some suspiciously pro-Chris Brown stories, and this latest one is a real doozy. Radar claims that Rihanna buys Chris’ story that he didn’t steal that lady’s phone and that a source told them that “this was extremely humbling to Chris given their tumultuous past.” Are you kidding me? Nothing is humbling to Chris Brown. He’s an entitled a**hole, that’s all he’s ever been, and that’s why so many people are upset that he’s being lauded by the industry again. Here’s more:

Brown allegedly snatched the phone, and said, “b*tch, you’re not gonna put that on the Internet,” and then drove off.

“Chris told Rihanna that he absolutely 1000% didn’t steal that phone, and Rihanna has told him she believes him. Rihanna has also told Chris that she will stand by him during the investigation, and whatever the future holds. This was extremely humbling to Chris given their tumultuous past, and he told her how much he appreciated her unwavering support to him, despite the criticism she has endured for recording songs with Chris and welcoming him back into her life,” a source close to the situation tells us.

Despite Chris dating wanna-be model, Karrueche Tran, the Grammy Award winner has been having secret rendezvous with RiRi. Brown and RiRi have released two songs, which features both of them — her song Birthday Cake and his Turn Up the Music…

If Brown is arrested, it would be extremely likely that the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office will seek to revoke his probation from his no contest plea of battery on Rihanna.

“Chris wouldn’t need to be convicted in the Miami case to cause problems with his probation, just charged,” the source tells RadarOnline.com. “The conditions of his felony probation are very, very strict. Chris must obey all laws and not be arrested for any other crimes. This could be a huge nightmare for his probation if he is arrested and charged.

Rihanna “has made it very clear to everyone around her that she doesn’t want to hear anything negative about Chris. She isn’t interested in listening to the fears her friends have about the the two young singers spending time together,” the source says.

Well I hope Radar is right and that it’s “extremely likely” that his probation gets revoked for his case in California, if he’s even arrested for allegedly stealing the phone in Florida. I doubt he’ll be. In terms of all the crap he could do, stealing a phone seems pretty low on the totem pole. But stealing a necklace is what eventually brought Lindsay Lohan down when she violated probation. Oh wait…

As for Rihanna not taking any advice about Chris from friends and people around her, I believe it. She had to ignore so much to get to this point, she’s probably ignoring everyone trying to help her too.
