Here are some more photos of Ali and Dina Lohan’s last trip to jail, last week. These are the photos that made me wonder if Ali has gotten a recent boob job, which I asked last Friday. That was not the first time the specter of Ali’s potential and probable plastic surgery was raised – back in 2008, various people were convinced she had a boob job then too. Plus, all of the blind items that seem to be about Lindsay telling Ali to get her boobs done. Ugh… this poor kid. If she’s not out in public looking totally jacked and sickly, she’s photographed looking inappropriately busty to visit her older sister’s jail. As much as I think Lindsay is at the point where she should be responsible for her own actions, I have to admit that I think Lindsay got screwed up royally by her parents, and now Lindsay is paying it forward to Ali (with some additional help from Dina and Michael). Babble just ran a piece asking if Ali was “fated” to end up like Lindsay:

In light of the news that Lindsay Lohan was released from jail early today and sent directly to rehab at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, our thoughts turn to her parents and their role in all of this.

There’s no question that Dina and Michael Lohan have both sought out their own share of fame through their daughter, from way back in her child-star days. And it seems to us, that while Lindsay’s parents were watching out for themselves–and using Lindsay as a vehicle for their own success–they forgot to give her the nurturing a child needs. We’re not saying Lindsay’s addictions and jail-worthy habits were all her parents’ fault, but we definitely think it contributed.

In the wake of Lindsay’s jail time, it seems her parents have had no choice but to acknowledge the starlet’s troubled ways–her dad, Michael, even giving her his own personal jail-time advice. But have they changed their own ways…or will they continue this course with Lindsay’s younger sister, Ali?

There was already the Living Lohan reality show which primarily followed Dina and Ali in their everyday lives–and we wonder if that’s not going to be the last of it. We’re fearful for the day Dina starts pushing Ali’s career, turning her into a mini Lindsay, drug problems and all.

I do think it’s already started for Ali. In the past year, Ali has pretty much been living with and traveling with Lindsay full-time. God knows what kind of insane, cracked-out, horrible, disturbing sh-t Ali has seen. And I worry that with Lindsay in rehab – mandatory – for three months, Ali is going to be spending all of her time with Dina (because God knows, the girl doesn’t go to school), and Dina is going to be pulling the same bullsh-t enabling crap that she pulled on Lindsay for so many years. Will Ali manage to break free? Or will she be even worse than Lindsay? Those are basically the only two possibilities I see for her.

A few minutes ago I clicked on this Us Weekly story because I thought the jump photo was Lindsay Lohan. I was SO wrong. It’s Ali Lohan, looking very… boobtastic. Now, we don’t have access to the photo that Us Weekly is using, in which Ali Lohan’s suddenly large rack seems like the only thing in frame, but we do have these other photos from today – Ali and Dina going to visit Lindsay in jail.

For the most part, Ali has been wearing baggy clothes and hiding her face when she and her mom visit Lindsay. A day ago, I thought that Ali was trying to avoid the cameras because she had been crying. But now I’m wondering if she was post-surgery, and this is her big debut, in a tight white tank, of course. Would you put it past Dina to let her 16-year-old daughter get implants? Nope. Dina probably tried to get her in to see the plastic surgeon two years ago.

Of course, since Ali is so young, her boobs could have just come in naturally. I believe Lindsay’s boobs are natural, so maybe they just got good boob genes. But in that Us Weekly photo, they look jacked and plastic. What do you think? God, she looks so much like Lindsay in these photos.

Dina Lohan is busy filming and pitching another family reality show a mere two years after the last one tanked after just nine episodes. She may have the most famously dysfunctional family in show business, but is anyone still interested in watching them? Given how poorly both her daughters are faring, I would hope the answer is a resounding “no”. Still, there rubbernecking factor could be high with this one.

Lindsay Lohan will appear in a new reality show that will follow her mom, Dina, and her siblings. Dina told us, “We have already started filming. The cameras follow us in our daily lives and as we promote our businesses. I want to prove that we are a good, hardworking family and we don’t have the crazy lives that some people claim we do. The show will feature my kids, and Lindsay will also appear in some episodes, although she’s very busy filming and promoting her fashion lines. We’re discussing a deal with a major network.” But dad Michael isn’t welcome, Dina said.

Dina should go back to worrying how her family is “treated so much worse than regular people” and is often victimized by the press, which makes it look like her daughters are going out every night when it’s really just one night repeated over and over. That said, do you think she taped the Carvel tantrum when she called the police after being told she couldn’t get a free birthday cake on Ali’s card? If that’s the case, I’m sure we’ll see that she behaved completely reasonably when confronted with the news that she would have to pay for a cake like everyone else. It’s all the press’s fault for making her look entitled, erratic and delusional.

Now that Dina is making a reality show, will she bring troubled 16 year-old Ali back home to Long Island from LA, where she’s been wasting away and probably wasted under her sister Lindsay’s care? That may be the one good thing that comes of this, not that Dina has shown herself to be a better guardian than Lindsay.

I was going to write another Lindsay post, this time about how she’s probably going to get the police to temporarily take off her SCRAM bracelet so she can pose nude for her 6126 leggings ads, but as I was looking through our photos of Lindsay, this photo of Ali Lohan popped up. You see, Ali went out sober-crack-clubbing with Lindsay last night, and Ali’s gaunt, tragic face caught one photographer’s eye. Seriously, what is wrong with this girl? And I mean “what’s wrong” in the sense of “is she sick?” rather than “what was she thinking?” Ali is all of 16 years old. What is it about the Lohan women? Once they hit puberty, they all get smoker’s rasps and immediately age to “40-something orange Reno cocktail waitress”. Ali looks crazy ill.

I think many of us who have followed Lindsanity and Lohan family drama have always worried about Ali, but perhaps it took a turn for the worse with Ali’s appearance (with Lindsay) at Millions of Milkshakes in April. Ali had eyebrows of doom, and she just looked like hell. Once again, I’m not saying the girl is ugly, I’m saying she looks unhealthy and deathly. Here’s a photo of Ali, just two months ago:

See? She looked like Maggie Simpson’s baby nemesis on The Simpsons. What’s wrong with Ali? Is she trying out the same drug cocktail, Adderall, vodka and crack, “The Lohan Special”? Does she have an eating disorder? Because I think there’s some malnutrition in play, as well as drugs. So here’s my question – why can’t Ali be taken out of this situation? And by “situation” I mean “her family”. It’s not that I think Lindsay is even the worst influence on Ali – Dina and Michael are probably even worse than Lindsay. So why can’t the prosecutor looking into Lindsay’s case look into whatever the hell is happening with Ali?

Yesterday we heard straight from Dina Lohan that she was turned away at a Carvel ice cream outlet for attempting to get a free birthday cake for her son by using a lifetime free ice cream card in her daughter Ali’s name. Dina claimed that she had her own card, but had left it at home, and she became outraged when a clerk confiscated the card and called the police. She hilariously added that her family was “treated so much worse than regular people,” and sneered “wait until Lindsay and Ali hear about this.”

Carvel has responded to this incident, and their statement is very matter of fact and basically takes Dina to task. They say that they only gave cards to Ali and Lindsay, and that the cards state that the holder must be present to get free ice cream. What’s more is that the cards clearly say that no more than $25 in free ice cream can be obtained in a week. Carvel ice cream cakes run about $30 and up. Plus, Carvel points out that Dina is the one who called the cops to get her card back, and they didn’t just “show up” like she claimed.

As part of Carvel’s 75th Anniversary celebration last year, we issued 75 Black Cards to celebrities. These cards were issued in the celebrity’s name and require the card holder to be present at the time of use. Many celebrities have enjoyed their cards at our Carvel Ice Cream shoppes and have shared their excitement with being included in the celebration.

Unfortunately, the Lohan family has been abusing the card. While the card was issued in Lindsay and Ali’s names only, their extended family has repeatedly used the card without either present. At first, we graciously honored their requests while explaining that the Black Card was not a carte blanche for unlimited Carvel Ice Cream for the extended Lohan family and friends. After more than six months of numerous and large orders for ice cream, we finally had to cut off the card and take it back.

Dina Lohan reacted badly and called the police to have her card returned. The police responded and did return the card to Dina with instructions not to use it again.

This is an unfortunate situation where certain people feel entitled to use a celebrity’s name for their own purposes. We regret that the Lohan family is upset and hope this matter is put behind us quickly.

This family’s sense of entitlement knows no bounds. The good thing is that the swag fest is just about over for the Lohans. Remember when Dina was selling her family’s old designer goods on LohanHouse.com? That website is still up with some scant good news from the Lohan family, but there are no longer any clothing, purses or shoes available. Dina just doesn’t get free stuff sent to her anymore, and I would doubt anyone is stupid enough to lend her anything. Her daughter is accused of pilfering tens of thousands of designer goods from various friends and photo shoots. It’s obvious where she learned it from.

Ultimate stage mom Dina Lohan was at a Carvel ice cream outlet to pick up a cake for her son’s birthday when the cops were called and a police helicopter (allegedly) began circling overhead. For those of you not from the Tristate area, Carvel is an awesome chain known for its delicious ice cream and fabulous ice cream cakes, most notably Fudgie The Whale. (My mom grew up on Long Island and we always get Carvel when we visit. Even the fat free ice cream is so tasty.) It all went down like this: Dina tried to get the cake for free by proffering a black “free ice cream for life” card that was in her daughter Ali’s name. The clerk confiscated it and called the cops when Dina couldn’t produce ID to show that she was Ali Lohan. In retelling this story, Dina conveniently forgets to recount the enormous fit you know she threw when she was told she would either have to pay for the cake or leave without it.

The best part of this story is when Dina whines that life is so unfair for her family.

Lindsay Lohan’s mom was out and about in East Meadow, New York, on Wednesday when she stopped by a Carvel Ice Cream store, to buy a cake for her youngest son Cody’s 14th birthday celebrations.

But that’s when things went like a banana split, Dina said.

While at the counter, the high-profile mom said she produced a special Carvel promotional ‘Black’ card — akin to a Black American Express Card in the ice-cream stakes.

It’s then the store employee went ballistic, according to Dina, who dished the scoop to RadarOnline.com.

“The shop assistant said, ‘Do you have I.D.?’” Dina said.

“Next minute he he grabbed my arm and took my card and held it hostage and wouldn’t give me the cake!

“This guy was crazy!”

The Carvel ‘Black’ card is the ultimate status symbol of ice-cream.

Dina explained she and all the Lohans have ‘Black’ cards, gifting them free ice cream for 75 years.

However, her mistake was: she picked up 16-year-old daughter Ali’s card.

“I didn’t think it be a problem,” Dina said.

“I couldn’t believe this guy… it’s a family card, it just didn’t have my name on it.

“Next minute, four cop cars showed up, there’s a police helicopter over head and this guy makes it seem to the cops that I’m trying to use a stolen credit card — and for what? Over a free ice cream?!”

A humiliated Dina said she explained the situation to the cops.

But when the men in black asked the Carvel employee to return Dina’s card, he wouldn’t budge.

“He wouldn’t give it back… not even to the cops!” Dina joked.

“Finally he gave up and gave me my card back. But he told me, ‘You can have the card, but you can’t have the cake!’

“It just shows how we get treated so much worse than regular people.”

It would seem that the big loser in the fiasco was the birthday boy, who was denied his favorite ice cream cake.

Now Dina is going to make Carvel pay.

“Just wait until Lindsay and Ali hear about this,” she said.

“When Ali gets back, I’m going to bring her in everyday to this store — and you can print that!”

So the Lohans “get treated so much worse than regular people.” Dina is so narcissistic, she’s forgetting the fact that her entire family gets free ice cream for life. I hope that Carvel revokes their black card privileges once Dina shows up there a few days in a row to pester the guy for not giving her a free cake. Just like all the clubs and events denying Lindsay entrance, Carvel will ultimately get more publicity for turning away the Lohans rather than continuing to feed their delusions of grandeur.

Like rats from a sinking ship. TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan’s assistant Elinore quit Lindsay’s cracked-out ass on Wednesday, citing Lindsay’s demanding personality as the cause. Can you imagine? I don’t even know how long Elinore has been working for Lindsay, but if it’s been at the very least two or three months, then that’s a lot of shenanigans to “assist”. And to get through it all to the point where Lindsay is relatively sober most of the time, and choose that moment to quit? Lindsay must be funnier and/or easier to handle when she’s wasted. She must be a total f-cking pill when she’s sober.

Lindsay Lohan needs all the assistance she can get … no, really … her assistant just quit.

Sources tell TMZ Lindsay’s right-hand woman, Elinore, quit Wednesday. Elinore only lasted a few months and we’re told she was “exhausted” and “had enough of Lindsay’s demands.”

We’re also told Elinore never had any time to herself and Lindsay would often force her to stay with her for days on end … and then blame her when things went wrong.

Just one last warning for anyone interested in the gig — we’re told the job didn’t pay much either.

Yes, I believe every word of that. Lindsay is sitting there were her pipe screaming at Elinore “Why are you making me smoke this?!?! Don’t you know I’m just a child?!?” Elinore was probably the one who “spilled a drink” on Lindsay’s SCRAM. And by that I mean, Elinore told Lindsay not to drink, and Lindsay freaked out on her and ordered a double vodka to deal with the stress of having Elinore as an assistant.

Also, here’s a funny story – you know how Lindsay Lohan was crack tweeting like a madwoman during the whole second arrest warrant/alcohol spilled on her SCRAM incident? Go here to enjoy some cracked out memories, because Lindsay deleted all of it from her Twitter account. And we all know that when Lindsay deletes her tweets, it’s like it never happened, right? She can be as psycho, drunk, cracked-out and lie-filled as she wants and then when she sobers up, she’s like, “Oh my God, who wrote this?!?”

By the way, it’s not just my imagination, right? Lindsay is gaining weight rather dramatically. And Ali looks like she’s lived for a hard forty years.

I don’t mean to be nasty about a young girl’s appearance, but when did Ali Lohan’s eyebrows start looking so rough? I don’t even think it’s a plucking problem – the eyebrows look filled in with a Sharpie. Yikes! Also, I’m just putting this out there: Ali looks like she’s started experimenting with all of the stuff Lindsay uses on a regular basis. Look at Ali’s eyes! Lord have mercy, this family. Anyway, here are Ali and Lindsay at Millions of Cracked Out Milkshakes yesterday.

Meanwhile, the parents of these two upstanding milkshake-aholics are still at war with each other. Honestly, I hate when Dina and Michael start releasing statement after statement after interview about each other and their kids. It makes me hate them both equally, and it becomes clear that neither of them really give a sh-t about their kids.

Michael Lohan is ready to end his war. His war with his ex wife Dina. His war with his daughter Lindsay. His war with daughter Ali. His war with everyone he sees preventing Lindsay from getting help and anyone endangering Ali.

But Michael has one condition: he wants ex-wife Dina and their daughter Ali to sit down with him privately, he told RadarOnline.com.

“If Dina and Ali sit down with me and our lawyers, I’ll handle things in private,” Lohan told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “But if she refuses, then I’m going to go to Child Protective Services in New York and I’ll take Dina to court for other reasons.”

Those other reasons presumably are connected to Ali. Michael brought Sherriff’s deputies to Lindsay’s apartment last week to make a “welfare check” on Ali.

Michael says he has more than 100 audio tapes that will be extremely damaging to Dina and he is threatening to release them.

“If Dina continues to talk and say these things, I’ll release all the tapes,” he said. “I’ll release every last conversation with Dina and let me tell you, they’re not good,” he told RadarOnline.com.

As for Dina’s statements to RadarOnline about Michael wanting a conservatorship in order to get at Lindsay’s money, Lohan says, “From the very beginning, I wanted no part of Lindsay’s finances. If anyone did it was Dina and she took her to the bank. Dina’s been taking commissions for years. I never took one red cent.”

Dina told RadarOnline.com that Michael is a “3-time felon who went to jail because he robbed people of their money.”

To that Michael says, “I’m not a 3-time felon. I never robbed anyone. I went to jail for criminal contempt. Dina must be talking about her brother Paul who just got out of jail for robbing a 9/11 fund for over one million dollars.”

Michael continued to combat more of Dina’s claims, specifically that Lindsay and all of her children have had orders of protection against him for years.

“Lindsay never had a restraining order against me. You can look it up,” Lohan said. “Dina and her family have one against me because I beat up her (relative) for smoking crack cocaine at my son’s first communion party. Our life was fine and we were a close-knit family until Dina and I broke up. It was after our divorce that Dina began to distance Lindsay and my other three children from me.

“She is delusional, she needs help. All I ever wanted was to sit down with Dina and help our children together, first.”

Michael then released a statement saying: “If Dina wants to persist with the lies, denials and false accusations, I WILL release every one of the over 100 tapes I have of her stating the exact opposite of what she has been saying about Me and Lindsay.

“Bottom line is, this is and was about getting Lindsay help and providing Ali with a normal schooling and guidance. Dina has violated these things and more. But if Dina is willing to sit down and work with me to correct the things that need to be corrected, this all stops.

“But if she doesn’t and she continues to lie about me and the situation, I will report her to Child Protective services, take her to court for everything I can and I will prove every one of her lies and her family members for what they are.”

Blah, blah, and Dina says Michael is so focused on getting guardianship over Lindsay because he’s broke and he needs money, to which I have to say, “Really?” I mean, Lindsay probably has more debt than Michael, so whatever. Oh, and Michael is worried that Lindsay will be “the next Corey Haim”. I’m sure there a lot more to cover, but I don’t really care. I’m still wondering about Ali’s eyebrows.

Another day, another adventure. Except that Lindsay Lohan’s activities shouldn’t be qualified as “adventures” per se, maybe we should refer to them as “cautionary tales.” First up, Lindsay was fired from a new film she was supposed to start work on soon. The film is called The Other Side, and Lindsay was dumped for not being “bankable”. Funny, you would think she was dumped because she was a “train wreck”. Here’s more:

Lindsay Lohan was axed from a movie because she’s not “bankable” — this according a source connected with the production of the flick.

Lindsay was slated to star in “The Other Side,” a movie about a grad student working on a deserted island.

David Michaels, the writer/director, tells TMZ, “Our team simply chose to move on from Lindsay and we’ll soon be announcing a replacement.”

But sources connected with the film tell us the people financing the film were skittish about relying on Lindsay.

The movie also stars Woody Harrelson, Giovanni Ribisi, Dave Matthews and Alanis Morissette. And there’s this twist … at one point Brittany Murphy was attached to the movie.

Lindsay’s rep had no comment.

BTW — Lindsay was out at Chateau Marmont and Trousdale Friday night.

Lindsay getting dumped from a job is nothing new. Lindsay getting dumped in general is nothing new either – remember Sam Ronson? Lindsay tried to get up in Sam’s grill this week, accusing Sam of spitting in her face. Lindsay later pulled a “just jokes” and tried to act like it didn’t happen. Meanwhile, TMZ caught up with Sam and asked her about Lindsay, and Sam replied “she’s an angry human being” (video here). That’s the harshest Sam would go? Weird.

Anyway, remember how Michael came to Lindsay’s house with some sheriff’s deputies and chaos and crack tweets ensued? Well, Dina finally made a public statement about it, and it’s just… sad:

Dina Lohan is furious that her ex-husband Michael brought the Los Angeles Country Sheriff’s Department to daughter Lindsay’s apartment Thursday – and disputes his claim that the starlet is a bad influence on her younger sister, Ali.

“They scared the hell out of my girls,” Dina tells PEOPLE. “Ali called me hysterically crying. They were hysterical and petrified of him. I spoke to the [police officer] and said, ‘You don’t have a warrant, get out!’

Michael says he called the cops to perform a “welfare check” on daughter Ali, 16, because he was concerned about her safety. “Ali is being exposed to nightlife and the people Lindsay is surrounding herself with,” he told Hollyscoop at the time. She’s 16 and she doesn’t belong there. She’s a minor.”

But Dina says Ali and Lindsay, 23, are perfectly safe.

“Lindsay is absolutely, 100 percent, not [a bad influence],” she says. “Ali is amazing. She loves her sister. Would I let my daughter go anywhere that’s dangerous? I mean, come on, Ali and Lindsay need to be protected from their ex-father. That’s the dangerous situation.”

Though Michael says he wants to help his daughters, Dina thinks that by going public with his concerns, “he’s creating a worse situation for everyone.”

“Michael’s not well,” Dina says. “Nothing he does surprises me. He’s dangerous. He’s not going to be able to [intrude] again and get that close. Ali doesn’t want to see him again. She has a block on her phone because she was so petrified of him”

Bottom line? “He needs to pay child support and leave his kids alone,” Dina says. “I’m not going to sit idle and watch bad things happen to my kids.”

Look, I realize Michael sucks. I’ve never said anything different. He’s a disgusting human being, an abuser, a sociopath. But at some point, the whole “Michael is the devil, he’s the one with the problems in this family” argument falls flat. Yes, he has problems. But so does Lindsay, so does Dina, and so does Ali if she continues to spend time within this family.

UPDATE: Oh, sorry about this, I just now saw the backstory on Sam calling Lindsay an “angry human being”. Apparently, Sam and Lindsay were once again at the same club in LA (Trousdale), and Lindsay attacked Sam with a drink. Sam tweeted: “Just got a glass thrown at my head. … Hmmm – wonder who did it?” NYDN sources say: “It was ridiculous. Sam was sitting at a table, and Lindsay came up from behind and tossed an entire drink at her. Sam looked livid but just let it go. Why people even let Lindsay inside their establishments anymore is beyond me.” But the best part is that Lindsay crack tweeted after the incident: “Last night – never again – believe it or not she’s done with the club scene i’ve learned my lesson – sometime’s it just takes a glimpse of reality.”

16 year-old Ali Lohan was reportedly seen with a tattoo that looks the same as one that Lindsay had inked in 2005. It says “La Bella Vita,” which means “The Beautiful Life” in Italian and is on her lower back. US Weekly reports this as if they’re sure it’s a legitimate tattoo, but I’m hoping that it’s just something she had written on her back in pen that looks convincingly like a real tattoo. They do have an inset photo of the tattoo, but I’m pretty sure it’s a photo of Lindsay’s tattoo, not Ali’s alleged one. The inset photo is just a cut out showing the tattoo and the top of a pair of jeans, while the main photo (the same one as shown above) has Ali in a spaghetti strap dress. I compared their inset photo with a picture of Lindsay’s tattoo, and it does look like they’re using Lindsay’s tattoo for the story, not Ali’s. What I’m saying is that all we have to go on, for now, is US Weekly’s word for it and a disembodied picture of a tattoo that’s probably Lindsay’s anyway. Here’s US Weekly’s story:

Do you think Ali had to show fake ID to get the tattoo or did the artist look at her once and assume she was 40? Whether or not Ali got a tattoo, she’s smoking at 16 and going to destination concerts with Lindsay and that’s bad enough. I could ask “where are her parents?” but we already know the answer. Dina is defending her daughters no matter what because on one hand they’re children and on the other they should be allowed to do whatever they want. Michael will tell you how concerned he is while selling phone tapes of Lindsay crying for help and making sure he calls the paparazzi when he stages an intervention for Ali. At least he’s doing something, right? Maybe not – Michael has a gloating interview on Radar online in which he tells the paparazzi all about Ali’s predicament under Lindsay’s tutelage. He says his daughter Ali started crying when he came in with cops and asked “what are you doing, dad?” He’s just so supportive.

I checked Lindsay’s insane tweets to see what she has to say about her dad coming over with the cops. It’s all about how evil her dad is and how awesome her mom is, and it doesn’t bear repeating.
