Earlier this year, a blind item came out about a famous “married” couple who never bothered to get a wedding license after their religious ceremony. It read, in part “While their wedding was a religious commitment ceremony and family party, they never got around to the actual marriage license part.” Most of us suspected Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher at the time, and it looks like we may have been right. A new racketeering lawsuit has been filed against high profile Kabbalah cult members including Ashton Kutcher and Madonna that alleges that there’s no such thing as a “Kabbalah” wedding. What’s more is that the lawsuit states that Moore and Kutcher aren’t even legally married under California law. This puts an interesting spin on Demi and Ashton’s divorce. Maybe they don’t even have to go through one. (California does not recognize common law marriages, assuming Moore and Kutcher are not legally married.)

The bad news is that this lawsuit is being filed by one guy who is representing himself after getting stiffed by Madonna and deciding to look into the cult. It’s worded poorly, judging by the excerpts posted by Radar, and the guy suing isn’t even a former Kabbalah member. So while the lawsuit sounds promising at first, it could go nowhere and the man filing it might not have any insider information.

But now the state of the relationship faces a whole new level of inquiry, as a lawsuit that was filed earlier this year alleges that their marriage isn’t even legal, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Marc Aisen filed a lawsuit on March 29, suing Kutcher, Madonna, and other Kabbalah members for racketeering and conspiracy to engage in a pattern of racketeering activity. Aisen is representing himself in the case.

The lawsuit states: “Mr. Kutcher made a media circus out of his Kabbalah wedding to actress and hardcore Kabbalah cult member, Demi Moore, who is a longtime friend of the defendant Ms. Ciccone. As the ‘First Couple’ of organized Kabbalah, the ‘wedding’ presided over by defendant and alleged fraudster, Yehuda Berg — which I am pointing out again was not a private family affair, as all parties used it as a publicity stunt and invited media attention — was not a legal union, nor is the marriage according to California law.

“Nor is the myth that there is such a thing as a traditional Kabbalah wedding as I can’t seem to find evidence in any book that such a ceremony was ever performed in history. It was a way to put a glamorous face on the weird witches which is antisocial in their every manifestation.”

Aisen, who is Jewish, but not a follower of Kabbalah, began investigating the practices after claiming he designed a talisman necklace for Madonna that was worth $500. “There was one caveat to my generosity which was that I stipulated that Ms. Ciccone was to model the necklace in public and give me credit for designing it,” the docs state. Aisen says Madonna was photographed wearing the necklace but never gave him credit for it, and this is when he began “homework on the Kabbalah Center. What I found, I did not like. I learned the Kabbalah Centre is actually a militant and fanatical cult behind which is a racketeering conspiracy,” the lawsuit says.

Anything that helps shed light onto the very illegal and money-hungry Kabbalah cult is welcome, but again who knows if it’s even true that Demi and Ashton never made it legal? It might explain Demi’s unwillingness to let go. She was last seen looking positively skeletal and still wearing her wedding ring. Somehow she seems a very sympathetic figure despite all the crowing she’s done over the years about her relationship with Ashton. How humiliating would it be for her, not only to have been cheated on so publicly, but to have it come out that she’s not even married to Ashton? These two have been “married” for six years. If it’s true that they never went through the step of getting a license, what was holding them back? Did Demi know that Ashton wasn’t faithful and was that keeping her from making it official? Did Ashton have reservations that he ended up acting out passive aggressively by cheating? These two presented such a united front for years and maybe it was just that – a front.

The NY Post reports that Demi and Ashton had four hours of marriage counseling at the Kabbalah center in LA on Friday before Demi went to NY alone to attend the premiere for Margin Call. So they’re trying to hang in there. Everyone is talking about how skinny Demi looks, with Radar quoting an “expert” who estimates her weight, at 5’5″ tall, to be just 90 pounds.

The Today Show has video of US Magazine’s interview with Sara Leal, the “22″ year-old “administrative assistant” who hooked up with Ashton Kutcher a couple of weeks ago at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego. Yesterday we heard that Sara told US Weekly, in pretty gross detail, the story of her night with Ashton. She’d had sex with Ashton twice, it lasted for two hours, and they didn’t use a condom. In the video I saw of Sara, taken by US and aired on the Today Show (above) she comes across as just as vapid as any chick who would screw a well known married man and go running to the tabloids about it. She laughs repeatedly, looks pretty proud about the whole thing while she recounts it, and just sounds dumb to me. According to US Weekly, they didn’t pay her for the interview. I bet they paid her quite a bit for the photo shoot, though.

Radar Online is reporting that Ashton is “telling friends and associates that he is expecting his wife, Demi Moore to file for divorce.” A source tells them that Ashton “is hoping they can work it out,” and is “asking Demi not to file for divorce, but there is nothing he can do to stop her.” That’s such a passive aggressive douche move. Cheat on your wife, get caught, then leave it up to her to end the relationship. I would expect that from Ashton although I doubt Demi is ready to file. I think she still wants to make it work, hence the weekend camping pow wow with spiritual advisers.

Meanwhile “Two and a Half Men” is slipping in the ratings, relatively, to when it was on top with Charlie Sheen at the helm. It’s still a ratings powerhouse, but Ashton is said to be worried about it. It’s third in the ratings overall as opposed to when it was first.

Also, Demi Moore’s new ad campaign for Ann Taylor just came out. She’s so photoshopped she looks like an alien. It’s hard to tell where her plastic surgery ends and the airbrushing begins.

Last week, as Ashton Kutcher’s wandering dong and its various sketchy escapades eclipsed all other gossip stories, there was a surprising report via Life & Style. I thought it was just a planted story from Ashton’s team, trying to justify Ashton’s zipper problems, but I also thought there could something there. The basic gist was that Ashton and Demi’s marriage was on the rocks not because of Ashton’s dong, but because of Demi’s ongoing substance abuse problems. Demi used to have issues, back in the 1980s, but she’s allegedly been clean and sober since then. Last week’s report made it seem like Ashton left Demi as some sort of exercise in “tough love”. Now In Touch is piling on, claiming that Demi is drowning her sorrows in liquor:

Demi Moore is spiraling out of control according to a new report in InTouch Weekly. The magazine alleges that Demi, 48, has been behaving more like a ‘Girl Gone Wild’ over the past year instead of a married mom-of-three. The report claims that Demi has been so insecure that her husband Ashton Kutcher, 33, would leave her for a younger woman that she has reportedly turned to drinking.

“Demi is a complete mess,” a friend reveals. “The last year of her life has been a downward spiral, and she’s being urged to face her demons.”

The magazine points out one instance when Demi and Ashton were having their home renovated and Demi reportedly greeted the workers “sloppy drunk” every day.

“She would be drunk to the point of sexy dancing and passing out,” says the insider. “The workers were embarrassed for Ashton. Demi seemed to insecure — like she was working so hard to prove her appeal.”

Demi entered rehab in the 80s for a reported cocaine addiction and after a two week stint she was said to have kicked the habit for good.

“Demi is in a bad place, and her loved ones are concerned,” says the source. “They want her to get better … it’s a misconception that she was ever 100 percent sober. She’s been drinking for years.”

It was just about a year ago that Ashton Kutcher’s first known mistress, Brittney Jones, talked to the press. At that time Brittany said that Ashton told her that “he and Demi have an open relationship and have threesomes often,” in order to justify their hookup, which in no way involved Demi. (That we know of.) It looks like Ashton has changed his pickup line, because he told his latest mistress that he and Demi were separated. Sara Leal is the party girl who slept with Ashton at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego on what would have been his sixth anniversary about two and a half weeks ago. So far we’ve heard the story of that night from “sources” and from Sara’s “friend,” who confirmed that Sara and Ashton “definitely boned.” A couple of outlets met Sara’s asking price for an interview, and she just spoke to US Weekly and to British rag The Sun about her night with Ashton. In fact Sara takes the cover of US this week and it looks like she got fresh extensions for the occasion. A lot of the crap that Sara claims Ashton told her made me cringe. She also claimed that they didn’t use protection. Gross.

US Weekly: He was tender, they didn’t use a condom
In the new Us Weekly, the 22-year-old San Diego-based administrative assistant breaks her silence about the fateful early morning of Sept. 24 — Kutcher’s six-year anniversary with wife Demi Moore — when she had sex with the actor, 33, following a wild, all-night party in his suite at San Diego’s Hard Rock Hotel.

“He just came up and kissed me,” the Texas native tells Us of Kutcher’s first bold move in the wee hours; minutes later, Leal, Kutcher and another young woman were completely nude and in a hot tub on the balcony.

“I didn’t think it was out of the ordinary,” Leal admits. “I wasn’t self-conscious about getting naked.”

When Kutcher claimed that he was “separated” from wife Moore, 48, Leal tells Us she believed him.

After retreating to Kutcher’s bedroom past 6 a.m., “he lost his towel and I took my robe off,” Leal says. “Then we had sex.”

“He was good,” Leal reveals. “It wasn’t weird or perverted.” It also wasn’t 100 percent safe, either: Leal tells Us that Kutcher did not wear a condom during their one-on-one encounter.

The post-coital talk was a little unexpected, she confesses; the duo talked astrology (they’re both Aquarius), religion, love, even politics. “I told him I was a Lutheran from Texas. He said, ‘Oh my gosh! Are you a Republican?’” Leal says.

Democratic-leaning Kutcher quizzed her on “up-and-coming candidates. I said Rick Perry. He asked if I’d vote for him. I said I didn’t know and he laughed. He laughed at pretty much everything I said.”

But it wasn’t all twenty questions between the lovers, according to Leal. After having sex for a second time — and arguing over Leal’s cell phone — the married Two and a Half Men star was tender.

“He was like, ‘I enjoy things like this because I’m an actor 90 percent of the time and it’s fake. It’s nice to have moments that are real,’” Leal recalls.

The Sun: Ashton wanted a threesome, checked out her body afterwards
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, Sara described how she had sex twice with the 33-year-old actor.

She said: ‘We had sex twice. Everything felt natural. We were having a good time. He was good, but it wasn’t weird or perverted or creepy.

‘He had good endurance. We were up for a while. It was about two hours.’

Leal described how earlier in the night he had kissed her and her friend Marta on the bed of his hotel room.

‘I’m sure he wanted to have a threesome,’ she said. ‘It was clear he wasn’t opposed to it.’

Sara said there were around 20 revellers partying with Kutcher in his lavish suite, drinking vodka, tequila and beer.

Most of the guests left at around 5am, leaving Kutcher with Sara and some of her girlfriends.

Leal claims they then all jumped in the hot tub naked, saying: ‘Ashton looked hot naked.’

When one of Sara’s friends asked if Kutcher was married, Leal claims he replied: ‘I am separated’.

After the hot tub session, Sara and friend Marta ended up in Kutcher’s bed – but Marta left after a short while leaving Kutcher alone with Sara.

‘The last thing I remember him saying was he did a good job. We woke up and I wearing a robe.

‘He opened it up and I was like “What are you doing?” He was like, “Just checking. Ok, I did good. You’re really pretty.’”

Yes she’s “22″ and an “administrative assistant” from a small town in Texas. She just happened to be there that night, and to be playing the press perfectly after boning Ashton. The article in the Daily Mail has more about Ashton and Demi’s big camping weekend with Kabbalah counselors that Kaiser covered yesterday. I knew that it was Yom Kippur last weekend, but I didn’t realize that it was a special day of atonement in the Jewish religion. (I’m a little slow on the uptake and I tend to ignore anything having to do with religion.) To me that means that Demi could be using her faith to justify taking Ashton back. She’s probably heartbroken, really wants it to work and is pushing him to stay in the marriage. It’s hard to say whether Ashton wants to stay or not. I’ve seen guys cheat who are conflicted at leaving their wives and don’t want to give up the stable easy home life while they get some strange on the side. Demi needs to face it, though, Ashton has been doing this for a while. These are the two women that he’s cheated with that we know of. There are surely plenty more.

Ashton sent a tweet to Demi, finally, wishing her luck with something. He also changed the background of his Twitter accoun to this weird clock with emotion names listed where the numbers should be. At 12 is “epiphany,” followed by “anxiety,” “duty,” “guilt,” “indifference,” etc. Ashton’s was pointing to “anxiety” and “fear.” He doesn’t know what the hell he wants.

Two and a Half Men star Ashton Kutcher used Yom Kippur, the holiest and most solemn day of the year for Jews, to beg his heartbroken wife Demi Moore for forgiveness — at a campfire heart-to-heart in Santa Barbara, Calif., RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. As these exclusive photos obtained by Star magazine reveal, the 33-year-old serial cheater used the Day of Atonement to make amends for his ultimate sin: cheating on Demi with blonde Sara Leal, 23, on September 24 — the morning of their sixth anniversary.

The fireside chat is the first time the embattled pair has been seen photographed together in three months and since news broke of Ashton’s wild hot-tub party awash with booze and blondes.

Reuniting at Cachuma Lake in the Santa Ynez Valley, Demi and Ashton had desperately wanted the October 8 rendezvous to remain a secret — their last ditch attempt to resurrect a faltering union. So much so, the Ghost star, 48, reacted with fury after a fellow camper snapped this series of photographs of the Hollywood megastars, who were dressed down from their usual red carpet glamor.

Looking gaunt and tired, Demi confronted the amateur photographer and tried in vain to block the woman’s camera, screaming in her face: “Please don’t take photos of me or my family. Please don’t expose this.”

Demi and the camper went nose-to-nose before the hostile star scurried back to the camp and ordered Ashton and their three friends to hide inside their tent in a bid to avoid being snapped further, according to an eye Witness.

“Demi was screaming,” the onlooker told Star. “Once she knew she had been photographed, she whistled at Ashton and gestured for him to hurry into the tent.”

“It was obvious,” added the source, “that Demi was showing the strain about the state of her marriage.”

Wearing jeans and a burgundy and grey hooped sweater, Demi also reaffirmed her commitment to Kabbalah, the controversial religious offshoot of Judaism that is counseling the pair, by wearing its red string bracelet on her left wrist. The red string custom is meant to bring good fortune and protect against an ‘evil eye’. While Demi and Ashton are not Jewish, they along with several other non-Jewish celebrities, including Madonna, have converted to the mystical faith.

Seven weeks ago, the couple turned to Kabbalah and signed up for the religion’s counseling in order to save their marriage. The religion teaches its superstar believers that “difficulties and disagreements are without exception opportunities” for them to become “that right person,” according to relationship advice posted on its website.

“Even hard times or points of conflict are opportunities for positive change,” it’s claimed.
“What seems to be a problem is actually a gift: a chance to remove an internal obstacle that stands between ourselves and the unlimited happiness that is our real destiny.”

Twenty-fours before their love summit in the great outdoors at Cachuma Lake, located 30 Minutes from Santa Barbara, the pair stepped out together for a Kabbalah service in Los Angeles. What’s more, the embattled Hollywood power duo also gave a series of visual signs that their marriage is fighting for its life — by being photographed wearing their respective wedding rings.

But a top source close to the couple insisted, “it’s over.”

Is Demi trying to save her marriage, or her image as a desirable cougar who can have any (young) man she wants? Is she genuine in her seeming desire to work through her issues with Ashton? I don’t know at this point. And I’m not even sure Ashton is “begging” Demi to let him come back. But you know what? I’ve been wrong before about these kinds of cheating douches and the women who enable them. Notably, with Justin Timberlake. Is anyone else getting a Timberlake-Jessica Biel vibe from Demi and Ashton? Like a vibe of, “Why are they even together at this point? It makes no sense.”

Last Friday, I wrote a story asking if you ladies and gentlemen had any sympathy for Demi Moore at this point in her rough marital situation. The comments were all over the place – some of you did (and do) have sympathy for Demi simply because she’s a “wronged woman” whose husband is off boffing 20-somethings. Some of you seem to feel like Demi had it coming, for various reasons including her age, Ashton’s immaturity and their dual famewhoring. Some agreed with me that Demi needs to be seen publicly moving on from this marriage – and some thought Demi doesn’t owe “the public” anything. So, it was a mixed bag.

The latest from Demi and Ashton is a mixed bag too. While at the end of last week, the tabloids had Demi at ending couple’s counseling, People Magazine reports that Demi and Ashton were both at Kabbalah services on Friday. They didn’t sit together, though. According to People, “[they] sat on opposite sides of the aisle as is custom at the Kabbalah Centre, Kutcher greeted his wife with a hug post-services. Together, Kutcher, 33, and Moore, 48, spoke with a number of people before walking out with their arms wrapped around the other’s waists. The Two and a Half Men star was spotted affectionately leaning down to talk to the actress, who was quiet and appeared tired.” Ugh. DAMN IT, Demi. Still, this weekend, The Daily Mail reported that Demi is already talking to a divorce lawyer:

Demi Moore has consulted a divorce lawyer after the failure of a last-ditch bid to save her marriage to Ashton Kutcher. The 48-year-old actress’s marriage hit the rocks after allegations that Kutcher cheated on her.

Kutcher, 33, is alleged to have had sex with 23-year-old Texan Sara Leal in a hotel at the end of September – at a time when the actor should have been preparing to celebrate his sixth wedding anniversary with Miss Moore.

Last night an entertainment industry insider said: ‘Miss Moore has been totally humiliated. On Friday, therefore, she consulted a lawyer about getting a divorce. The discussion included her living arrangements and how a divorce would impact her assets. She is worth about £97 million and Kutcher is also worth close to that. This is a huge and very tough decision for Miss Moore to take. But her trust has been shattered.’

Miss Moore already had two broken marriages behind her – to songwriter Freddy Moore and actor Bruce Willis – when she wed Kutcher in 2005.

‘She desperately wanted to save their marriage,’ the source added. ‘But the Sara Leal story was a hard one for Kutcher to deny because it was backed up by the seedy photos of him partying.’

Miss Moore reportedly agreed to go to Kabbalah counselling sessions with Kutcher.
‘But it hasn’t worked,’ the source said. ‘She is done with him.’

Miss Moore’s publicist did not respond to a request for comment. And Kevin Marks, the lawyer who handles her acting career, refused to comment.

Well, leaving arm-in-arm from Kabbalah services doesn’t really seem like she’s done with him. I’m trying to figure out Demi’s rationale and her plan of action if she does intend to stay with Ashton. Is her rationale, “All men screw around, but he always comes home to me, and he’s the best I can do”? I hope not. And what’s the plan of action? Not confirming or denying anything, and just hoping that everyone forgets about Ashton’s affair in a month or two, and then everything will be back to normal? Ugh.

Do you feel any sympathy for Demi Moore at this point? Whenever I start to feel a twinge of sympathy, empathy or pity for Demi’s current situation – that of emaciated, wronged wife who may be battling some kind of substance abuse problem, allegedly – I think back to her history as a willfully oblivious famewhore. Remember when Ashton Kutcher cheated on Demi last year? She posed in bikinis and posted the photos on Twitter, and she and Ashton went to Israel on some kind of romantic, paparazzi-friendly vacation. And now that Ashton has once again screwed around on her, she’s keeping her head down… but there are still reports of her wearing her ring, and there’s still no statement from her or her publicist about the alleged split.

Radar has a new report in which “sources” claim that Demi has now given up on counseling to fix her broken marriage. I guess I should feel sympathy for her commitment to making her marriage work – but mostly, I’m just mad at her for seeming like such a doormat.

A stressed-out Demi Moore can’t forgive Ashton Kutcher for cheating on her with Sara Leal and the marriage is over despite a last-ditch attempt at counseling. Moore and Kutcher were already separated when the Two And a Half Men star cheated on her — on their sixth wedding anniversary!

“They’ve been in counseling,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com exclusively. But when Ashton cheated with Leal in San Diego in the early morning of September 24, it dealt a death blow to the marriage.

“They separated about six weeks ago,” the source said. “Both went to Kaballah counseling hoping to save the marriage. But it’s over now.”

Kutcher has been accused of cheating previously in the marriage. He denied hooking up with Brittney Jones last year, but has been quiet about his sexual encounter with Leal, who slept with Ashton in his penthouse suite in San Diego and then sent a text message to friends telling them about it.

Star magazine was first to report that the couple will now split a $290 million fortune and also features photos from inside Ashton’s hotel room as a party raged — a party that ended with Kutcher and Leal having sex.

Ashton and Demi are both still wearing their wedding rings but the source close to the couple says the marriage is dead and Demi is devastated. Moore has shocked everyone with her appearance lately, losing a substantial amount of weight.

“She is completely stressed out,” the source said. “She’s devastated.”

At this point, isn’t it “Split or GTFO”? They’ve already separated – sort of. Ashton has allegedly moved out of the home he shared with Demi. Why not announce the split formally? Does she like the speculation? Does she think it’s none of our business? It’s a little late for that, considering how public she and Ashton have been throughout their marriage. So… what’s the hold up? Can Demi just not admit that the marriage has failed? Is she still clinging to some hope that everything can be salvaged?

I should point out – I’m not being critical of Demi because I blame her, or because she seems to be fighting for Ashton. I just think it’s really obvious that Ashton wants out, and has wanted out for a long time. Regardless of what he might be saying to her now, his actions speak volumes about how little he cares about the marriage, and no amount of counseling will change that. So… that’s why I think Demi should just bite the bullet and finish this junk and move the hell on.

(Plus, there’s the Schadenfreude Factor, in which many people have found Demi really annoying for years, so they just like to see her get some kind of “comeuppance”. I’m not judging that.)

“Ashton and Sara definitely boned,” Megan McNutt exclusively told Star about the affair that broke up the superstar’s marriage. “They definitely hooked up, there was definitely sex involved.”

The booze fueled night at the Hard Rock Hotel started off with Megan having her phone taken away when she entered the party suite.

“It was really fun,” Megan said about the night. “It was a typical San Diego thing just with Ashton Kutcher who is super hot and super fun.”

And, according to Megan, the Two and a Half Men star certainly wasn’t keeping it a secret that he and his superstar wife Demi Moore were on the outs: “When I heard he was separated, I definitely thought he was acting like a guy who was single. He was mingling…doing his thing.”

Megan said she could tell that things were going to get hot and heavy between Ashton and Sara, straight away.

“I felt Ashton and Sara were going to hook up because everyone was drunk. It was a good time. Drinks were flowing. Everyone was partying. There was music. There was a hot tub. If there’s a hot tub involved, there is going to be some action. And Sarah is a hot girl,” Megan said. “She’s a nice girl and she’s very good looking, I’m sure he saw her and said, ‘damn, that girl’s hot.’”

Megan said she and Sara knew each other before the party night, that the 23-year-old blonde bombshell is “super sweet” and they’ve had wild party times in Vegas as well.

I don’t know why we’re still getting quotes about how Ashton and Sarah “definitely boned”. Are there really so many people out there who refuse to believe it? Are there people out there who think Ashton would NEVER ever screw around on Demi? Who are these people? I guess “these people” are Demi Moore and…? The Mail has photos of Demi and Ashton out in LA separately, both wearing their wedding rings (photos here). So I guess they’re working on it.

The ongoing Ashton Kutcher-Demi Moore debacle takes the covers of this week’s Star Magazine and Us Weekly. Us Weekly’s story is basically just a rehash of Star’s cover story last week, plus some of the newer details that The Daily Mail had a few days ago re: the hot tub and “Where’s the vodka at?” Still, it’s nice that Us Weekly got some independent confirmations of what went down:

How did Ashton Kutcher ring in his sixth wedding anniversary with Demi Moore on Sept. 24? With a raucous, Demi-free party at the San Diego Hard Rock Hotel — which, a source tells the new Us Weekly, culminated in a sexual encounter in a hot tub with local blonde Sara Leal (pictured here) and her pal in his $2,500-a-night hotel suite. (Moore, 48, was elsewhere in the U.S. promoting her directorial work for the Lifetime short film project 5.)

Prior to that early morning hot tub session, Kutcher began his night drinking vodka tonics and prowling for women with pals Danny and Chris Masterson at Fluxx nightclub — where the pickings weren’t to his liking. “He said none of the girls were ‘hot-tub worthy,’” a Fluxx onlooker tells the new issue.

But Kutcher liked what he saw when he met party girl Leal and her friend past 4 a.m. in his 1,200-square-foot suite back at the Hard Rock.

“Ashton told them he was separated from Demi,” one source says.

After some “hard-core” flirting, the Two and a Half Men star was “totally into it,” another source says. “Within five minutes, they were all naked in the hot tub, making out!”

Reps for both Kutcher and Leal didn’t respond to repeated requests for comment.

Moore, meanwhile, is “struggling. She’s been alone a lot lately,” another pal says.

Meanwhile, Star Magazine’s cover story is all about “the photos that ended their marriage” – apparently, in the midst of all of this hot tub action, photos were taken and Star Mag “got” their hands on the photos. “Got” meaning “paid a great deal of money for”. Hollywood Life has details:

It’s no wonder the Two and a Half Men star Ashton Kutcher has kept unusually quiet amidst allegations that he cheated on his wife Demi Moore on the eve of the sixth wedding anniversary – Star magazine has obtained damning new photos of Sara Leal, Ashton and several other girls from his alleged sex-filled night at his Hard Rock Hotel penthouse suite. Will this end Ashton and Demi’s marriage for good?

“All of the girls were throwing themselves at him,” a source says. “But Sara’s a hot girl and I’m sure he noticed.”

Sara was reportedly very upset when she couldn’t reach Ashton after their one-night stand. After all, Ashton kept saying he and Demi were “separated.”

“Sara really liked Ashton,” the source tells Star. “He didn’t seem like someone who would just sleep with her and walk away. Ashton was telling people that he was separated from Demi, so she didn’t ever believe that it was just going to be a one-night stand. That’s when she realized that Ashton had used her, and she got very, very angry.”

Angry is right. Sara has ponied up with high-powered attorney Keith Davidson and she’s looking for upwards of $250K to tell her story.

Ashton reportedly brought more than a dozen girls back to his hotel suite at 3am following a night out at San Diego’s Fluxx nightclub. Although Ashton claimed none of the girls were hot tub worthy … Ashton reportedly had a change of heart when he saw Sara.

Ashton’s bodyguard stood watch guarding the door claims Star and also made sure Sara didn’t have her phone with her.

Just hours after Sara claims to have had sex with Ashton, she reportedly sent a text that read: “I [bleeped] Ashton Kutcher Friday night, lol.”

This Sarah chick seems like a real gem, right? And since I know some of you will yell at me for saying harsh things about Sarah, let me just say: I think it’s established that Ashton Kutcher is a massive douche. He’s a womanizing prick, an arrogant p.o.s., and he deserves all of the hate coming his way. But let’s not pretend that Sarah Leal is just some discarded victim of mean ol’ Ashton. She’s a hooker who’s looking to get paid, paid by Ashton and paid by the tabloids. She sold the photos to Star, and she sold them this “pity poor me” interview too.

A few more things – one, the British tabloids are talking about Demi’s weight loss. Everybody’s noticed it before – she’s looking really skinny, like she’s lost about 20 pounds really suddenly. Life & Style’s odd report goes along with this, saying that Ashton’s cheating isn’t the issue with Demi’s weight – sources (“sources” named Ashton Kutcher) claim that Demi has “fallen back into some dangerous habits”:

A family friend exclusively tells the new issue of Life & Style—on newsstands now—that their relationship had fallen apart weeks before Ashton’s reported cheating incident—and Ashton has moved out. The reason? According to the friend, Demi has fallen back into dangerous habits and while Ashton has been urging her to get help, he made the decision to move out in early September.

“Demi had been sober for a long time — decades — but recently it’s gotten bad,” the insider reveals to Life & Style. “Ashton loves her, but he can’t stick around and watch her do this to herself.”

While a rep for the star denies the report, the insider tells Life & Style that Demi’s family has united behind Ashton’s tough-love approach and wants her to get help.

“Her daughters, Scout, Rumer and Tallulah, and her ex-husband Bruce Willis want her to be healthy,” says the family friend. “The whole family is taking a stand to help Demi.”

Ashton’s reported affair with 23-year-old Sara Leal has certainly made matters worse between the couple but the friend insists Ashton loves his wife.

“He may have fooled around with this girl, but his wife is his priority,” the family friend tells Life & Style. “Ashton’s trying to deal with Demi’s problems.”

Demi battled substance abuse in the early ’80s and briefly spent time in rehab while shooting St. Elmo’s Fire.

WTF? Do you think that means alcohol abuse or drug use or both? I’ve always attributed Demi’s glazed look to all of her surgical and Botox interventions, but now that I’m thinking about it… sure, she could have some substance abuse issues. It wouldn’t surprise me at all. And it would make a certain amount of sense re: “why hasn’t Demi just dumped him already?” That being said, I doubt that Ashton is all “this is tough love, that’s why I’m boning these young chicks.” Idiot.

The Mail has a long, extensive article about what exactly went down on the night Ashton Kutcher (allegedly) boned Sarah Leal, which was incidentally just days before his sixth wedding anniversary. The incident involved three other naked girls, steaming in the hot tub with a naked Ashton. It involved one of the girls having a boyfriend who had to collect his girl from Ashton’s hot tub. It involved Ashton saying the words, “’Yo, where’s the vodka at” to the boyfriend. That’s when you know someone is trying too hard to sound “cool”. Shouldn’t it be, “Bitch, where the vodka at? And get me a sammich.” Sorry, that’s just what I say when I have four naked dudes steaming in the hot tub with me. “Yo, where’s the vodka at?” is the new “Move that cone, I’m Lindsay Lohan!” Anyway… here’s the full story from the Mail. It’s complicated with all of the secondary characters, but just bear with it:

Ashton Kutcher yelled for vodka as he languished naked in a hot tub with four similarly bare young women, according to a witness present at the actor’s lavish San Diego hotel suite on the night he is alleged to have cheated on wife Demi Moore. The 33-year-old actor should’ve been preparing to celebrate his sixth wedding anniversary with Moore, 48. But instead he enjoyed the company of 23-year-old Texan Sara Leal, with whom he is alleged to have had sex that night in his suite.

Jacques Du Toit, a South African yacht worker, described the sordid scene at the £2,500-a-night ‘top of the rock’ Diamond Suite at the Hard Rock Hotel, to a friend. Du Toit told close friend Gavin Naumoff, 23 , how he hot-footed to the 1,200 sq ft suite, which features an outdoor jacuzzi, after his girlfriend told him she was attending a party in Kutcher’s suite on September 23rd.

‘He was concerned,’ explained party promoter Naumoff to the Mail on Sunday. ‘Jacques is the boyfriend of one of the girls partying with Sara that night, Alexis. He wanted to make sure she was behaving herself.’

But The Mail revealed that it was the pretty blonde from small town McAllen in Texas, who stayed behind that night, before going on to uncover the humble origins that propelled her into the seedy set-up with the married millionaire.

Naumoff recalled the scene that night as Du Toit painted it: ‘Alexis told him Ashton’s room number and when he got there, a bodyguard was at the door who said it was a private party. Jacques explained he was the boyfriend of one of the girls and was let in.

‘He found Ashton in a hot tub on the balcony with Alexis, Sara, a girl called Katie and another girl called Marta. They were all naked. Ashton invited Jacques to join them in the tub.

Apparently, Ashton said, ‘Yo, where’s the vodka at?’ and Jacques was like, ‘’It’s over there but I’m not going to get it.’ So Ashton gets out to get the vodka and that’s when Jacques saw he was butt naked.’

The alleged sexual encounter took place that night after everyone except Sara and her friend Marta had left.

‘Sara is telling everyone 100 per cent that she and Ashton had sex,’ claimed Naumoff. ‘Jacques and Alexis are two of my best friends and Sara is a good friend. If she says she slept with him then I think she’s telling the truth.’

Naumoff, who arranges for good looking girls to be shipped to certain hotspots, also told the newspaper: ‘Sara’s a great girl. My job is to round up hot girls and bus them into clubs in San Diego or Vegas. The girls get free booze, food, whatever, and they attract rich and famous guys to the clubs. It’s a two-way street. The girls get to meet rich men and the guys get what they want.’ Which is? ‘Sex, obviously.’

Pointing proudly to photographs he took recently of a topless Leal, he bragged: ‘She was off her head, we all were. She’s a wild girl and loves to party. She is someone who knows what she wants and is determined to get it.’

Another friend, this time from her schooldays in McAllen, on the border of Mexico in Texas, said that Sara ‘hoped to find a richer older guy to take care of her. She wasn’t great at anything in particular that would have enabled her to make it on her own. But she was good at looking good.’

Leal is yet to speak out publicly about the alleged incident but she has already retained a high powered attorney. He has so far declined to respond to any media calls about his client. She is reportedly letting it be known that she won’t ‘spill the beans’ on Kutcher for less than $250,000, but is hoping she will receive a similar offer from Kutcher to fade away.

Naumoff explained how earlier in the evening, the Two and a Half Men star selected girls at Fluxx nightclub : ‘Ashton was picking out girls who were ‘hot tub worthy or not.’ He would send his friends to hand-pick the prettiest girls from the dancefloor.’

The club’s promoter, Aaron Klose, said: ‘I saw Ashton dancing with several girls, including Sara. Fluxx has the reputation for only allowing the prettiest ones in. Ashton was clearly up for a good night.’

Katie Boggus, a friend of Leal’s from Texas, who allegedly took part in the hot tub high jinks, refused to be drawn on the subject when approached at her San Diego home late Friday by the Mail on Sunday.

The pretty blonde said: ‘Sara is a great person. It’s really sad people are saying mean things about her.’

When asked directly if Leal slept with Kutcher that night, she said: ‘I can’t talk about that.’ Asked about being in the hot tub with a naked Kutcher, she smiled and said: ‘I’m sorry, I can’t say anything about that.’

According to another girlfriend of Leal, she is ‘keeping low’.

A few things: Sarah sounds like a straight-up hooker. This isn’t even a “professional party girl” situation where she has a day job and she just moonlights as a party girl. It sounds like Sarah’s job is to be the entertainment for rich clientele. So… is Ashton the first famous married guy she’s ever boned? I feel like this kind of thing happens a lot – meaning that a lot of married men go and have their flings with these party girls/hookers, and for the most part, the women just keep their mouths shut. Why in the world did it come to this kind of blackmail/payoff situation with this girl on this night? Did the Tiger Woods stuff change the game as far as hookers selling their stories? Does every “party girl” think she’s struck it rich as soon as a rich married guy uses her and forgets her name? Ugh, these people. I find them all disgusting.
