A few weeks ago, Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen (now divorced) appeared on Entertainment Tonight. The goal, I think, was trying to show the world that they were both doing well and raising their babies together. Unfortunately, they both seemed like they were blitzed out of their minds, Brooke even more than Charlie. Between the two of them, I’ve long suspected that Charlie is the one who is sober more often, and the one who can keep his junk together more consistently while high as a kite. Brooke just seemed like a total mess, like there is no point in her life where she is simply maintaining a veneer of “sobriety”. Anyway, my assumption was right. Brooke was just arrested in Aspen, Colorado for possession and assault.

Brooke Mueller was arrested while vacationing in Aspen, Colorado for felony cocaine possession with the intention to distribute early Saturday morning.

In a statement released by the Aspen Police Department, Charlie Sheen’s ex, 34, was also busted for a misdemeanor 3rd degree assault charge.

The mom of 2-year-old twin sons Bob and Max was released from Pitkin County Jail Saturday morning when she posted the $11,000 bond. Mueller has a District Court date of December 19.

On Christmas day in 2009, Sheen, 46, allegedly held a knife to Mueller’s throat and threatened to kill her. He later pled guilty on lesser charges and spent time in rehab, not jail. Since the incident, the two had lived apart, although their divorce wasn’t officially granted until this past May.

A source told Us Weekly in August that the parents have been “getting counseling and therapy [with] the boys” and Mueller, who has struggled with substance addiction, is “actually responding to treatment.”

According to Radar, everything went down at a series of clubs in Aspen. A woman came up to police officers at Belly Up Aspen, and the woman claimed that she’d been assaulted by Brooke. Officers found Brooke at Escobar, another nightclub and she was arrested and charged with “assault in the third degree (class one misdemeanor) and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (class four felony).” And Radar’s source says, “How do you help someone like Brooke? Her parents even moved to Los Angeles to take care of her and help her take care of her kids, and that didn’t even help. With this latest development, her friends are beyond caring anymore.”

Even People Magazine’s sources admit that Brooke is a cokehead disaster too – all of these anonymous “sources” seem to have been sent out to do damage control, and it speaks volumes that People Magazine got one of harsher critiques of Brooke: “Brooke can’t stay sober on her own. Maybe this [arrest] will force her to go into a treatment center for a long stay. Thirty-day rehabs won’t work for her. Her family has been trying to get her to do this, now maybe the court will force her to get the help she needs! She has enough family to take care of the kids while she’s away.” But! Brooke’s rep, Steve Honig (the same rep as LINDSAY LOHAN for the love of God, THAT should tell you something) tells People Mag: “I think anyone who is truly a friend of Brooke’s would not be spending their time talking anonymously and behind her back to the media. I seriously question the validity of any comments made by these people alleging to be friends with Brooke.” Yeah, I think the anonymously-sourced quote comes from her family, and I feel bad for them. They probably are hoping that the legal system will help clean up this mess.

Back in August, Matthew Fox was completely wasted in Cleveland, Ohio. Allegedly. While hammered out of his skull, Matthew Fox decided it would be funny or interesting or a cool experience to have if he boarded a private party bus. Allegedly. When he tried to enter the party bus, the bus driver, a woman named Heather Bormann, tried to stop him, as the bus was private and rented out for a specific group of customers. Allegedly. That’s when things got violent. Allegedly. Bormann claims that as she attempting to get Matthew Fox off of her bus, he began punching her in the stomach, legs, boobs and vagina. She claimed that she struck back, but only in self-defense. She told her story to the cops and to the Cleveland prosecutor, and Matthew was not only arrested, but he was formally charged with assault on Bormann.

Funny story – Matthew is now suing his alleged victim. Because she told the world that he punched her in the vagina! SHE’S SO MEAN.

is striking back — not in the vagina, in court — claiming the woman who accused him of punching her in her private parts is a blatant liar.

Fox is countersuing Heather Bormann, who filed her own lawsuit in September, claiming a drunken Fox tried to board a party bus she was driving in Cleveland, Ohio. Bormann alleged Fox attacked her after she ordered him to stay off the bus. That’s when Bormann claims Fox struck her in the breast, arm, leg and, of course, the vagina.

Fox alleges in his countersuit … she’s just lying, and in reality he didn’t provoke her but she’s the one who physically attacked him.

Fox claims he’s lost work because TMZ and other media outlets have reported her lawsuit, and she has subjected him to “public hatred, contempt, ridicule and shame.”

Fox is suing for unspecified damages.

I’m sure I’ll get yelled at for making this comparison, but what would your reaction be if Chris Brown sued Rihanna for physically defending herself against his attack? That’s what this is. Granted, Matthew hasn’t been technically found guilty of anything, but Bormann’s story convinced the cops and the district attorney’s office, and just my opinion, but Matthew Fox has been a massive d-bag for YEARS. On Saturday, Matthew Fox got completely and utterly wasted in Cleveland, Ohio. Once he was fully blitzed, he tried to board a private “party bus” with a female bus driver named Heather Bormann. Heather tried to stop Matthew from boarding the bus, considering it was only for paying guests. Matthew then began punching Heather in the boobs, stomach and biscuits. Heather punched him back in self-defense, landing a giant wallop to his face. Fox was handcuffed, detained and released. Since then, prosecutors have heard Heather’s story and they’ve investigated her side of the story, and they decided to go ahead and charge Matthew Fox with assault.

A party-bus driver filed assault charges against Matthew Fox Tuesday afternoon, two days after the “Lost” actor allegedly punched her repeatedly in an incident outside a Cleveland, Ohio, nightclub.

“He got me pretty good,” Heather Bormann, 29, told CNN as she described an early Sunday morning fight with Fox.

Representatives for Fox, who is in Cleveland to film a movie, have not responded to repeated CNN calls for comment on the allegations.

Police who investigated the incident Sunday did not arrest Fox and instead let him take a taxi back to his hotel, according to a police report.

The Cleveland prosecutor’s office said it was reviewing Bormann’s complaint against Fox.

The prosecutor’s office did photograph bruises on Bormann’s legs and arms that she said she suffered from Fox’s blows.

“He was swinging at my legs and, ultimately, my chest and my crotch area,” Bormann said in an interview Tuesday.

She suffered a wrist injury when she punched him back, Bormann said.

The fight started when Fox tried to board her bus, which had been rented for a bachelor party that he was not part of, Bormann said.

Fox had one leg in the bus and one leg on the ground when she warned him to step off, which he refused, she said. That’s when he started throwing punches at her, she said.

“He reeked of liquor,” Bormann said. “You could just smell it coming off of him. He had glassy eyes and a blank stare the whole time.”

You know how I said that Matthew Fox was an egotistical jagoff? Guess what? He punches women in the biscuits too. TMZ initially reported that Matthew Fox drunkenly assaulted a woman in Cleveland two nights ago when he punched her in her breast and her vadge. Then TMZ changed the story to “breast and stomach area” because I guess that sounds better…? The woman says he definitely punched her in the biscuits though.

Matthew Fox was detained by cops in Cleveland, Ohio Saturday night after allegedly assaulting a woman outside of a bar … TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources at the scene tell us … the “Lost” star allegedly tried to enter a party bus — even though he wasn’t a guest on the vehicle.

We’re told the woman who was driving the bus tried to block Fox from getting on board — at which point, he allegedly punched her in the breast and the “stomach area.”

Fox was handcuffed by an off-duty officer — and was later detained by police. Fox was released without being formally arrested. An assault report was taken and the matter remains under investigation.

We have not been able to reach Fox for comment.

UPDATE: According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, the woman PUNCHED BACK — and struck Fox “in the mouth … causing a cut on his lip.” The woman told police she may have broken her hand during the altercation. Fox was later released to a friend … who put the actor into a taxi and accompanied him back to his hotel.

“This was my self-defense,” Bormann says … adding, “This was the only way I could protect myself…..from a man beating up on a woman.”

Bormann says she’s meeting with prosecutors today — and may press charges.

This story was more scandalous when I thought Sean Bean was still married to his fourth wife. I had forgotten that they split up last year, but whatever. I want to write about Sean Bean, who is The Sex. He’s also a rather sketchy dude, but by now you know that’s how I like ‘em. So… Sean has a new girlfriend, apparently. In Britain, they call her a “glamour model” which I think means that she poses naked for magazines and tabloids. Her name is “April Summers” and she’s 30 years younger than Sean (who is 52). Anyway, here’s the story: Sean got into a fight with some dude over April, and the dude STABBED Sean. And Sean was all “meh” and he went back into the bar and ordered another drink! This is the kind of guy I always go for, I swear.

He became known to millions as the rugged, hero soldier in historical drama Sharpe. And now actor Sean Bean has proven once and for all that his tough-guy image is not just fictional. The Daily Mail has learned that Bean was ‘stabbed’ in the arm following a row over a beautiful young model.

The four-time married star was apparently attacked outside the Hill Bar and Brasserie in Camden, North West London late on Sunday evening. Mr Bean was said to have a cut arm and a bruised face, according to witnesses. However, extraordinarily, he declined to attend hospital. Instead, the star walked back into the bar and, after staff gave him aid from a first aid kit, ordered another drink.

A member of staff said: ‘Sean is a regular here and we’ve never had any problems before. He was with a very attractive woman and an incident occurred outside the bar. He came in with a cut on his arm and a bruise on his eyebrow. We saw to his injuries with the first aid kit. He seemed ok and wanted to have another drink.’

The row began when Mr Bean, 52, and April Summers – a glamour model who is 30 years his junior who had gone to the bar with him – were standing outside, having a cigarette. Miss Summers – whose real name the Daily Mail understands is Nadia Foster – lives close to Mr Bean in the same area. According to witnesses, a passer-by then made lewd comments about Miss Summers, a topless model who has appeared in a number of UK lads’ magazines as well as the Italian edition of Playboy. As a result, Mr Bean followed the man down the road to challenge him.

Later in the evening, Mr Bean went out for another cigarette and was then attacked by a man. The star, who lives close by, was said to have been stabbed in the arm – believed to be with a broken glass – and punched in the face, according to witnesses. Police were then called.

Bean – who also appeared in Hollywood blockbuster Lord Of The Rings – divorced his fourth wife Georgina Sutcliffe last December after just two years marriage. They said they had found it intolerable to live together. Miss Sutcliffe – who Mr Bean had first met when she was working at one of his favourite bars – had also once accused Bean of assault but the charges were dropped.

Mr Bean – who originally hails from Sheffield, South Yorkshire – was first married to hairdresser Debra James, his teenage sweetheart. He then wed actress Melanie Hill, with whom he has two daughters Lorna, 23, and Molly, 19. They originally met at drama college RADA but divorced in 1997. He married Abigail Cruttenden, who he had met on the set of Sharpe, that November. They had a daughter Evie, now 12, before divorcing in 2000.

It is not known if Miss Summers is Mr Bean’s latest girlfriend.

The star – who first rose to fame as Mellors opposite Joely Richardson in a 1992 BBC production of Lady Chatterley’s Lover – told the Daily Mail last month how he continues to enjoy drinking. He said: ‘I like a good drink like the next man. But on my own terms. I feel a bit queasy at the thought of attending premieres and stuff. I’m not that social type. But if you court publicity you can’t complain if you get pestered. And I don’t want to be pestered. To be famous and seen in clubs and bars – is that it?’

The police had no comment to make on the alleged fracas. Mr Bean was unavailable for comment.

Miss Summers – who also lives close to the bar – said she was not injured in the incident. She told the Mail at her home last night: ‘I’m fine, it is a private matter. I don’t want to make any comment.’

It’s a pretty standard story of a liquor-soaked fight over a woman, only in this case I think the attacker wasn’t so much drunk as a knife-wielding misogynist, right? Oh noes! Anderson Cooper, like many major journalists (coughcoughKatieCouriccough), is in Egypt for the massive demonstrations and anti-Hosni Mubarak (I spelled his name right before looking it up! YAY!) activities. For the most part, it seems like the millions of demonstrators have been non-violent, which is a good thing. International support of these demonstrations can turn on a dime, and so far, the anti-Mubarak people have been playing it safe with the Western journalists and everybody is playing nice. Unfortunately, in a last-ditch effort to save his job (and his life, maybe), Mubarak is attempting to photo-op his way out of this disaster. Small, pro-Mubarak groups have been trailing Western journalists and demonstrating (against the anti-Mubarak demonstrators) in front of the cameras. When CNN’s camera crew – lead by Anderson Cooper – was trying to report from the street, these pro-Mubarak demonstrators got out of hand and attacked The Coop.

CNN’s Anderson Cooper escaped serious injury Wednesday when he was attacked by a group of demonstrators in Egypt, which has been plunged into crisis in recent days by political protests.

Cooper, 43, said he and his production crew, reporting from Cairo, were set upon by demonstrators loyal to embattled president Hosni Mubarak. “The attackers pushed and shoved the CNN crew and punched them in the head, he said, but no one was seriously hurt,” according to a report on CNN.com.

A colleague, CNN’s Steve Brusk, tweeted that Cooper was “punched 10 times in the head” by a “pro-Mubarak mob.”

The extent of Cooper’s injuries were not known, but the anchor has continued to file reports on the unrest since the incident.

Radar had a report earlier this morning about what exactly went down between Lindsay Lohan and that Betty Ford employee (now former employee) Dawn Holland, who Lindsay attacked in an alcoholic rage. It was as everyone suspected – “someone directly associated with Lohan’s camp” (MOTHER CRACKHEAD) said that they would pay off Dawn. The price: $25,000. Only that money never came. And chaos ensued.

The fired Betty Ford worker who accused Lindsay Lohan of criminal battery secretly cut a $25,000 deal with the Hollywood actress’ camp after refusing to testify against her, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned. What’s more, a source also tells us exclusively that Dawn Holland fired her Los Angeles-based attorney Keith Davidson on Thursday afternoon after the payday never materialized. Davidson told RadarOnline.com that he is no longer representing Holland and says the decision was “mutual.”

The source continued: “Dawn agreed to a $25,000 payment from someone directly associated with Lohan’s camp,” a source with knowledge of the situation told RadarOnline.com. “Dawn wanted the amount paid upfront. But Lohan’s camp wanted to spread it out over a period of a few months, paying her in installments. That didn’t suit Dawn, so the parties then agreed, in principle, for Lindsay to participate in a sit-down television interview with Dawn.”

The plan was for Dawn’s camp to shop the interview to various media outlets.

“When the deal didn’t materialize, Dawn became frustrated, fired her lawyer and engaged new legal counsel.”

When asked by RadarOnline.com for comment, Davidson said: “It is true that Ms. Holland and I are not working together on this case or any other, and the decision was mutual. Without confirming or denying that there were in fact civil settlement negotiations, if in fact there were negotiation they would be confidential, and I would therefore be prohibited on commenting on it.”

It is not immediately clear if Lindsay was aware of the deal.

According to Holland, a drunk Lohan, 24, and two other female patients tried to sneak back onto the rehab’s premises by jumping a wall but were caught by security. But Holland, a recovering addict, retreated from the explosive charges she first made in a paid interview with TMZ.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Holland told law enforcement she wanted charges of battery against Lohan dropped and then-lawyer Davidson said “nor will she be assisting any further in the investigation or prosecution”. The source stopped short of saying that the payment to Holland was struck to buy her silence and cooperation, a situation that would likely have legal repercussions.

The Riverisde County DA still has not made a decision on possible charges against Lohan from the Betty Ford incident with Holland and the Los Angeles County Probation Department and a Beverly Hills judge could still find that the troubled star violated probation.

Just a few hours after this report came out, more sources “close to Dawn Holland” went to Radar and gave them more interviews. They claim that there never was a specific “deal” with Lindsay or Team Lohan. A source tells Radar: “There was never even a deal set in place to begin with; it was an idea. There was no deal. It was never brought to Dawn. She never got any friggin’ specifics, that’s the problem. That is the problem that is the issue here. That is why she sought another attorney.” Apparently, Dawn and her first lawyer did discuss the idea of a payoff, and that Dawn was “aware” of the negotiation because she’s in dire need of money. She’s broke, and Betty Ford is withholding her workman’s comp.

So… why didn’t Dina just pay the relatively paltry sum of $25,000 to make this go away? Did they not have the money? Isn’t Lindsay staying in a $8000-a-month rental so she can stalk Samantha Ronson?

This disappointing news came out a few days ago, and I’m sorry I didn’t get to it before now. Apparently, my Team Random Fired Betty Ford Employeee status is in major flux. Dawn Holland, the Betty Ford ex-employee who allegedly was the victim of a Lindsay Lohan drunken-smackdown several weeks ago, is no longer “working with the authorities” on the battery incident. Meaning that Holland is no longer interested in pressing charges against Lindsay, which also means that a potential assault charge won’t be going on Lindsay’s record and affecting her probation. Which means we’re even further away from seeing The Crackhead in jail.

The ex-Betty Ford staffer who claims Lindsay Lohan assaulted her earlier this month will not only drop her criminal complaint, she’ll refuse to cooperate with authorities … TMZ has learned.

Dawn Holland, who told TMZ earlier this week how Lindsay ripped a phone from her hand causing a severe sprain, now says Lindsay should not be prosecuted.

Holland’s lawyer, Keith Davidson, tells TMZ, “Dawn will not continue to press charges against Lindsay, nor will she be assisting any further in the investigation or prosecution.”

And this is interesting … we asked Davidson how his client would respond if she’s subpoenaed, and he said, “She won’t.”

Davidson says Holland and Lindsay share a common bond — they’re both recovering addicts, Holland does not want “in any way shape or form to do anything that would violate Lindsay’s probation or cause an arrest.”

Davidson says, “A crime has quite simply not been committed by Ms. Lohan.”

Ugh, I hate this. I really do. I was all prepared to completely go to bat for Holland. I’m old enough to remember when members of the royal family were considered prime targets for terrorist attacks… by the IRA. I wasn’t even born yet when Lord Mountbatten (the Duke of Edinburgh’s adoptive father, and Prince Charles’ mentor) was murdered in an IRA bombing, but I remember being a kid in the 1980s and watching the news with my parents and seeing all of the stuff about IRA bombs and their targeting of the “British establishment”. Anyway, Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, were caught up in some kind of student protest last night in London. There was an “attack” on the “royal Rolls Royce”.

The students were protesting a major hike in tuition fees. The Rolls Royce “became separated from its police escort” (poor thing!) and “was surrounded by demonstrators who had spilled into the West End after an initially peaceful demonstration outside parliament rapidly deteriorated and spread.” Did the protesters know who was in the car? According to observors, the car was well-lit, so everyone could see inside. They just trashed it anyway:

One witness, Ben Kelsey, said: “There were 400 to 500 protesters there. It was fairly obvious who was in the car. It was very well lit up. Charles and Camilla looked quite relaxed at first but when they saw how many people there were they began to get worried. A few seconds later the area was packed with police. It was complete chaos.”

Another witness described how a police protection officer, dressed in a tuxedo, travelling in convoy with the royal couple opened the doors of his car to beat his way through the crowds.

The royal couple had looked visibly shaken when they arrived at the London Palladium for the Royal Variety performance, but Camilla later joked about the incident, saying: “First time for everything” as she left the theatre.

A Clarence House spokeswoman said: “We can confirm that their royal highnesses’ car was attacked by the protesters on the way to their engagement at the London Palladium this evening. Both their royal highnesses were unharmed.”

At least 38 protesters were injured, according to the Met. There were 26 arrests.

You know how I was calling Scott Disick a dumb, Patrick Bateman-esque rage-aholic psychopath not even 48 hours ago? Well, I jumped the gun. Sort of. It seems that Scott was just defending the honor of his baby-mama’s sister, Kat-Face Kardashian. It all started in a New York club on Thursday night, where Scott, Kim and Kourtney were hanging out and partying. Some dude came over to Kim and was trying to flirt with her, and he was getting handsy and weird. And the dude had a jealous, crazy girlfriend. And Scott and Kourtney stepped in, and chaos happened.

After a female fan threw a drink on Kim Kardashian during a boozy night at NYC’s Juliet Supper Club on Thursday, the reality star is sharing her side of the story.

“I want to address this because everyone has been asking me if I’m ok after the bar fight last night,” Kim, 29, blogged Friday. “I’m totally fine, guys!”

So what led to the fan altercation?

“A drunk male fan came up to me and asked to take a picture, and I obliged, but his girlfriend, who was also drunk, got a little out of hand,” she explained. “Luckily I had Scott [Disick] and Khloe there to protect me.”

But an eyewitness tells UsMagazine.com that the male fan wanted more than just a picture from the E! star.

“He was groping her, trying to pull her close,” the source told Us. “Scott got really defensive of Kim when the guy groped her…things escalated and Scott punched him. Security came and broke it up.”

According to Kim, none of the Kardashians consumed any alcohol while at the club, though a source told Us that Disick, 27, “had a little vodka, but he seemed completely sober.”

“We wanted a fun family night out, but when people see the cameras rolling, they try to get attention,” Kim complained. “I guess that’s what happened when the drunk girl saw that we were filming Kim and Kourtney Take New York.”

For now, the reality star is happy to put the incident behind her.

“I always take the high road, so we all left straight after and didn’t feed into their drama,” Kim said. “Moving on!”

I know this reads as one big excuse for Scott’s violent behavior, but I actually think this version might have some merit. I don’t know, it just sounds plausible to me, and I’m usually the first one to call them out on their bullsh-t. I think if Kim is defending Scott like this, he really must have been trying to help her. So…my bad, Scott. I apologize. Please don’t come after me with a chainsaw.
