MediaTakeOut, not the most reliable source, is reporting that Beyonce and Jay-Z are separating after nearly two years of marriage. Beyonce went stag to the Grammy Awards and was seated next to her very dear sycophantic friend Gwyneth Paltrow. She was just seen on Saturday at an event with Jay-Z, though. According to MediaTakeOut, they’re arguing over whether to have kids and have decided to live on separate coasts for a while. If this is true, that won’t help.

MediaTakeOut.com just received some BLOCKBUSTER news . . . from a person close to Jay Z. Jay Z and Beyonce are taking what our snitch calls a “trial separation.”

According to our snitch the couple has been at odds for the last year. The insider explains,”The biggest thing [they argue about] is about kids, [Jay Z] wants them and Beyonce doesn’t. It’s all about her career, and she doesn’t want to slow down.”

Jigga is so animate about having kids, that MediaTakeOut.com learned he just ENTERED A LEASE to a Los Angeles mansion – without his wife!!! The insider claims, “For now [Jay Z's] going to be staying in LA. Beyonce will be in NY. . . The hope is that with the time apart, the couple will decide to either have kids, or go their separate ways.”

WOW. And we have SECONDARY confirmation of what our insider is claiming. According to multiple [CELEBRITY] guests on Saturday’s RocNation lunch, there was “definitely something wrong” between Jay Z and Beyonce. As one celeb puts it, “They didn’t even look each other in the eye.”

I could see Jay-Z and Beyonce at odds over when and whether to start a family. He’s said it’s a priority, she’s either said it’s not or made some kind of hint that she’s trying and it’s not working yet. All I really wanted for Christmas was Michael Fassbinder (DONE! I got Fish Tank on Christmas Eve!) and seasons 1-4 of The Closer (BOO! Did not get). So, my Christmas was a mixed bag – I got to sleep a lot and eat rich, buttery mashed potatoes and my mom’s famous corn (she adds sugar!), but Santa was a big bitch and didn’t bring me everything that I wanted. Maybe I had been naughty…? Maybe Santa/Michael Fassbender needs to give me a spanking…?

Anyway, I bring this up because Beyonce’s Christmas was a lot better than mine. It was a lot better than all of our Christmases put together, honestly. And I’m petty, so I kind of hate Beyonce for all of the cool stuff she got:

Beyonce got some sweet gifts yesterday. Her husband, Jay-Z, was spotted shopping at Hermes’ plush Madison Avenue boutique on Christmas Eve.

A spy reports, “Jay was in a private room of Hermes doing last-minute shopping. He had a guard standing watch outside. He spent $350,000 on Birkin bags, among other things.”

The buying binge took so long, Jay-Z missed his scheduled lunch at Nello, prompting the restaurateur to deliver his food to the store. Jay-Z has plenty to spend — he’s getting $1 million to perform at the opening of the Cosmopolitan hotel and casino in Vegas on New Year’s Eve. His rep declined to comment.

Beyonce, supposedly still 29, has allegedly given her husband Jay-Z the most expensive car in the entire world for his 41st birthday last Saturday. The Bugati Veyron Grand Sport costs $2 million dollars and it can’t even go under water, double as a boat, or fly (photos at the end of the post). In fact there’s a car that goes under water that isn’t offered yet, but will probably be cheaper than this. The good news is that this story originated in The Sun, and could be completely made up. It’s hard to fathom anyone dropping two million dollars on a freaking car no matter how rich and flashy they are.

Beyonce Knowles showed just how much she loves her husband Jay-Z by reportedly presenting him with a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport, on his birthday. The rap mogul turned 41 on Dec. 4 and to celebrate, The Sun reports his better half bought him one of the world’s fastest and most expensive production cars ever built.

The Veyron Grand Sport is powered by a 16.4-liter engine that produces 1,000 horsepower with a top speed of 253 mph and a 0-60 mph time of just 2.7 seconds. And the price for all that speed and power: a cool $2 million.

Beyonce can certainly afford it. According to Forbes, she made $87 million this year. Jay-Z is no slouch in the earnings department either, he has a business empire and a fortune estimated at $450 million.

The Veyron will add to Jay-Z’s impressive car collection which according to The Sun includes a Maybach 62S, Ferrari F430 Spider and a Pagani Zonda Roadster.

Let’s hope this story is fake, but if it’s not it definitely stands in contrast to the recent news that Facebook billionaire Mark Zuckerberg is going to give away most of his $6.9 billion fortune to charity. And the dude drives a Honda Fit. Now that impresses me way more than a $2 million dollar car.

Last night, Blake Lively and Beyonce were co-hostesses of a launch party for Lorraine Schwartz’s ’2BHAPPY’ jewelry collection. Blake wore Versace – one of the most budget-looking Versace dresses I’ve ever seen, actually. I usually associate Versace with looking on the friendly side of the trashy vs. sexy side, but Blake’s overall look is… not good. Sidenote: does anyone else think that the fabric in front looks like vagina drapes? I also kind of think she asked Versace to raise the hem of what was supposed to be a full-length gown. In any case, Blake had her tittays out, so you know she was either depressed and/or looking for someone to tell her that she’s WAY prettier than Carey Mulligan.

Meanwhile, Bey wore an Antonio Berardi pencil dress from the Fall 2010 collection. I like this better than the brownish dress she wore on Sunday night (that was Naeem Khan), but I still feel like something is off. This is not the best bustline/neckline for a girl who is anything more than an A-cup. I think that’s it. Because otherwise, the dress is rather nice. My verdict: Bey is better dressed than Blake.

Instead of attending the American Music Awards last night (why would she?), Beyonce went to her own little party for her DVD release of “I AM… WORLD TOUR”. Which is like the best name ever for a concert DVD. Beyonce is nothing if not humble. I’ve been thinking about covering this for most of the day, just because I saw the photos of Bey this morning, and I thought this dress was hideous, and likely from The House of Dereon. But it’s not! The dress is Naeem Khan. Eh… still bad. Anyway, while on the red carpet, Bey talked about how tired she is of all of the baby drama:

“At this point, they say that I’ve been pregnant like eight times, so I am kind of used to it,” the 29-year-old singer said in an interview with The Associated Press. “I just hope that one day when I decide to be pregnant that people are happy for me. … One day hopefully I will be. It’s part of being a celebrity, I guess.”

Beyonce is delivering something else – a concert DVD titled, “I AM … WORLD TOUR,” which goes on sale Friday. Footage from the DVD will air on Thanksgiving in her second prime-time special on ABC (9:30 p.m. EST), “Beyonce’s I Am … World Tour,” but this time, she shows a more personal side.

“I felt like I’ve done so many different things, it’s time for me to show a bit of who I am. The hardest thing was showing that, because a lot of things that I filmed, I filmed in my computer, and I would never have gotten so open if someone else was in the room,” she explained at her DVD premiere Sunday.

Beyonce produced, directed and edited “I AM,” which follows the singer on her world tour, which started in March 2009 and ended in February.

I always have mixed feelings about the constant rumors surrounding Bey and her womb. I totally feel like it’s her body, she gets to say when she wants to have a baby, and everybody should just step off and stop pressuring her (because I really do feel like people are pressuring her). On the other side, Jay-Z has talked about wanting to start a family with Bey, and it feels like she’s the one who keeps saying no… and it makes me have sympathy for Jay, it really does.

Take the news with a grain of salt, but Us Weekly’s sources are claiming that Beyonce and Jay-Z are expecting their first child together. If I had a nickel for every random “Bey is preggers” rumor, I’d have… like, 30 cents. There are at least two big rumors every year, and I remember earlier this year, the urban blogs were claiming that it was a sure thing and it wasn’t. Beyonce also gave yet another interview back in August where she seemed to be saying that she wasn’t going to get pregnant until she felt the time was right, and the time was NOT right.

Beyonce Knowles better brush up on her lullabies. The 29-year-old singer is pregnant with her first child, the new Us Weekly reports. Despite the happy news, no one was more surprised than the singer herself.

“B was shocked. She loves kids, but she wasn’t ready to be a mother just yet,” says a source of the singer, who married rapper Jay-Z in 2008. “She really wanted to get her album done and tour the world again.”

Still, another insider says that the singer, who is in her first trimester, realizes that “this is a gift from God and she’s so happy.”

Friends of the couple are already expressing their well-wishes for the parents-to-be.

“Jay has been all about family since I met him, and he’s always going to be,” record executive Kevin Liles, who has known the rapper for years, tells Us. “I wish them the best.”

Knowles’ sister Solange — and mom to Julez, 6 — agrees.

That one line makes me wonder if this is true: “She loves kids, but she wasn’t ready to be a mother just yet. I know you’re going to yell at me, but I loved Beyonce and Lady Gaga’s collaborations on “Videophone” and “Telephone”. It felt like two great pop artists doing great pop music together. Are the songs good? Well, that’s a matter of taste, but I will admit grooving to both, and I think “Videophone” is one the sexiest songs Bey has ever done. Beyond the actual music, I enjoy the fact that Bey and Gaga seemed to “get” each other, and from all accounts, they were and are very friendly with each other. According to The Sun, they’re totally close enough for Gaga to send Bey a big, expensive birthday present. For Bey’s 29th birthday a few days ago, Gaga sent her a DIAMOND-ENCRUSTED WHIP. For the love of God.

DON’T be surprised if JAY-Z clears his diary for the next week. Because his missus BEYONCE has some new toys to play with.

LADY GAGA gave the star a custom-made diamond whip with bra and knickers to match for her 29th birthday on Saturday.

GaGa, who splashed out thousands on the gift, presented it to the singer in Jay-Z’s dressing room after he played with EMINEM in Detroit, in the US, last week. She also sang Happy Birthday to her pal before opening a bottle of bubbly.

A source said: “GaGa wanted to give her something special. The whip was made out of hundreds of diamonds and leather. When Beyonce received it she squealed with excitement. The dressing room was decorated with balloons and banners and a lot of champagne had been put on too.”

Rappers 50 CENT, DR DRE and DRAKE were also there as they’re part of the line-up for Eminem and Jay-Z’s Home & Home tour. It must have been a big dressing room.

The state of Beyonce’s womb is as overly-analyzed as Jennifer Aniston’s. And much like Aniston, Bey continues to talk about babies and wanting babies and wanting to be pregnant and what it’s going to be like being pregnant and when it’s going to happen and then nothing ever happens. I know I’m going to sound totally sexist, but whatever, this is how I read Bey and Jay-Z’s relationship: I think he would love nothing more than for Beyonce to start having babies and take some time off from her career, and I think Beyonce doesn’t want any part of that. I think she likes to work, and she wants to continue working for many more years before she even thinks about it. Which is fine – it’s her life, her body, whatever. But over and over in interviews, Bey has fallen into the trap where she feels like she can’t just say that she wants to work and she doesn’t feel like getting knocked up right now. Does she think that her fans wouldn’t understand? I don’t know. Anyway, Bey has a new interview with You Magazine, and she comes closer than ever before in telling people to back off her reproductive system:

Seriously, why? Beyonce is a lovely girl, and this House of Dereon crap is always the pits. You know Bey wishes she was wearing Versace or some major designer, rather than this label that her mom probably forced her to start. Well, House of Dereon contines to churn out “fashion” and Bey is of course starring in the new Fall/Winter ad campaign. I guess maybe Lady Gaga rubbed off on Bey a little? Because Bey no longer looks like a pageant princess in this stuff, instead going for a biker chick look.

The sexy singer has been a fashion inspiration for fans since her days in Destiny’s Child, but a striking set of photographs taken for her fashion lines’ latest collections shows the songstress is a stunner whether she’s on the back of a motorcycle or channeling old Hollywood glamour.

In the photographs taken for high-end line House of Deréon, Beyoncé channels her inner biker chick, sporting heavy black eye-liner, tattoos, and tough-yet-chic rocker boots.

The other shots, which showcase the Deréon collection, feature the singer glammed up in a 1960′s hairdo and long gown, meant to evoke screen sirens Marlene Dietrich and Lena Horne.

“I truly believe this is some of our most memorable work to date, and I am so excited for the public to see and react to them,” Beyoncé’s mom Tina says of the ad campaign.

Thanks to Bossip for the heads up on this story – as hopefully many of you remember, Beyonce has a younger sister named Solange. Solange does a lot to try to get noticed, to try and pull focus away from her sister, who is probably one of the biggest celebrities in the world. Solange is a singer too! And she’s got style – sort of. She’s not House of Dereon, Solange is more “Grace Jones David Bowie Lady Gaga”. And she’s got a new album, and she’s gotta do some press. Thus, this new interview with Refinery 29 about her style influences, her music, and her family (complete piece here). The quote everyone will be talking about is this:

“My mom in the ’70s and ’80s! She was a bad bitch. Sex and the City totally jacked her steez on the camels. I have a pic of her on a camel ride in Egypt in the ’80s serving the hell out of that desert! Also, Diana Ross, The Fela Kuti Queens, Björk, ’70s-era Chaka Khan, Chloë Sevigny, ’90s Erykah Badu.”

What inspired the bold new ‘do? You mentioned you can no longer hide with that hair, has it changed the way you see yourself?
“When I was recording, I was staying in a house with five guys and two showers. I knew there would be a shower wait everyday and with my natural cropped hair, it’s mandatory that I wash it otherwise it gets stuck to my head like glue! I wanted to get something that I could literally roll out of bed without looking nuts. I watched so many Chaka Khan YouTube videos and became sort of obsessed with her during the process. I went to my stylist and said ‘Give me the fro.’ I walk differently now, sing differently; This hair has spirit and soul.”

You’ve got such unique style, would you ever consider being involved in the family fashion business, House of Deréon?
“Why thank you very much! It’s funny you ask because I initially was involved as the spokesperson, but the clothes just didn’t reflect my personal style and I decided to hand that over. That’s the great thing about my family. We work together so closely that if something’s not working out, we can be honest about it and there won’t be any grudges or issues. I wrote a couple of songs on my sister’s last album and if there’s a line she doesn’t like, she changes it and we keep on moving. I will say though, they did just do a bedding line that I am extremely in love with and I was like, ‘Can I model that… in my house?’”

Ha! I told you she wasn’t into that House of Dereon bullsh-t. And Beyonce needs to get out of it too, because that junk is FUG. Like, trashy Vegas-wear, and even in expensive advertising, the clothing looks cheap. But I like how Solange is all “I decided to hand it over.” Like if their mom had the choice between putting Solange in the ads or Bey in the ads, mom would ever choose Solange. But sure, it was her “choice”!
