Where to even start with the latest chapter in the Amy Winehouse-Blake Incarcerated scandal epic (fail)? Let’s just do a brief recap – Amy has been in St. Lucia for several months, getting drunk, partying, hooking up with men and women, getting drunk, “writing”, playing Scrabble with reporters, getting a tan, trotting on the beach and did I mention, getting drunk. Blake Fielder-Civil, aka Blake Incarcerated, had been in jail until last week, when he became Blake Paroled.

While in jail, Blake filed for divorce from Amy on the grounds of adultery. Shocking. Amy weathered the impending divorce pretty well – she told people that she didn’t know why Blake would want to leave her, and that she hoped to get back with him. Blake basically said “uh, no” and Amy stayed on in St. Lucia to lick her wounds or whatever. However, this Saturday (the 28th), Amy jetted back to London, allegedly in the hopes of seeing her Blake again.

Blake’s parents aren’t too happy about any of this. Blake’s mother, Georgette Paroled (no, really it’s Georgette Civil) is calling out Amy in The Sunday Mail. Georgette thinks Amy is a “trollop”. No joke. She thinks that Amy hurt and humiliated her darling crackhead son. The Sunday Mail has more.

Amy Winehouse jetted back to London this morning after her two month ‘holiday’ in St Lucia. The troubled singer arrived at London’s Gatwick Airport looking distressed and jetlagged after the nine hour flight.

In contrast to the shorts, bikini top and naturally curly hair Amy had been sporting in the Caribbean, the star was back in her London pop star guise in skin jeans, ballet shoes and her signature beehive and heavy eyeliner.

Her miserable appearance at Gatwick comes just hours after she was photographed happy and smiling in the Caribbean sun as she larked around in a pair of flippers. Amy’s return to Britain comes just days after her estranged husband Blake Fielder-Civil was released from jail.

The 25-year-old singer is said to want to give their marriage another try, despite the former music video assistant insisting divorce proceedings are still going ahead.

His mother Georgette Civil said Blake has been ‘hurt and humiliated’ by Amy and claims she cheated on him twice during his spell behind bars.

Georgette tells The People: ‘He feels very let down by his wife and he’s proceeding with a divorce…Amy has behaved like a trollop. Since his release there has been no contact. Blake realised the marriage was doomed some time ago and I don’t believe Amy will get round him now… I never want him to go back to her. It would be bad news. He’s divorcing her because she cheated on him and the sooner the marriage is over the better.’

In an interview last month, Amy admitted she had ‘forgotten’ she was even married. She said: ‘Our whole marriage was based on drugs anyway. He looks like me – a right mess. Almost every time I slept with him it was like I was dead.’

After Amy was photographed cuddling up to handsome Josh, 21, she admitted she had a romance with him. Shortly after Amy was pictured with Josh, Blake started divorce proceedings on the grounds of adultery.

Her father Mitch Winehouse said: ‘I had to call Amy before she heard about it from someone else. She asked me, “Daddy, why does he want to divorce me?” I said, “You know I don’t like him, but I have to admit that your behaviour with another man is not what marriage is all about.”‘

Georgette has denied reports Blake is now dating German model Sophie Schandorff, 22, after she was spotted with him outside a Suffolk prison last week. Sophie has been a regular visit to Blake in prison and often attended his court hearings when Amy wasn’t there.

Georgette insisted Sophie and Blake were just close friends, saying: ‘Blake’s been a bad lad when it comes to drugs but he hasn’t once cheated on Amy. But he’s not got another woman – absolutely not. The last thing he wants right now is another relationship. All Amy’s done is cause him grief.’

Blake was jailed in November 2007 for assault and attempting to pervert the course of justice and was sentenced to 27 months behind bars last July. Last November, he was given permission to leave jail early on the condition he went to rehab, but was returned to custody after failing a drug test a few weeks later.

Blake walked free from Edmunds Hill Prison in Suffolk on Thursday and was greeted by his mother Georgette and Sophie, before going to her Claypole, Lincolnshire home.

Speaking about his impending divorce from Amy, Blake said: ‘It’s all going ahead – but I don’t really know what will happen… It’s just nice to be on the outside again. Now I am going to get over my drug habit.’

Amy and Blake married in Florida in May 2007, just weeks after she dumped live-in boyfriend Alex Claire. After Blake’s arrest in November, it means the couple have spent just six months of their 21 month marriage together.

When I read this stuff, especially the quotes from the parents, I just feel like people are really focused on the wrong thing. Mitch Winehouse giving his daughter a lecture about fidelity? Georgette Civil concerned that Amy cheated on Blake, and not that her son and Amy spent their entire marriage on drugs? These people suck.

Even though Amy seemed to be going pretty wild while she was in St. Lucia, it might have been the healthiest place she’s been in years. Perhaps she should go back.

Amy Winehouse was making great strides in the Caribbean the past few months. She’s been seen doing yoga, horseback riding, playing topless scrabble, and frolicking on the beach. This was a huge step forward for a woman who was known for wandering around the streets of London in the same dirty ballet shoes and attacking anyone who got in her way. Much of Amy’s progress was thought to have been attributed to her forced separation from her husband, Blake, who was sent back to jail after failing a drug test. She hasn’t had access to the hard stuff and apart from some minor setbacks she’s been doing welll.

Blake has now been paroled and Amy is planning to jet back to London to see him. Prior to his unexpected release, she was looking at homes on St. Lucia and was thought to be planning to stay there away from the bad influences in London. Now she’s returning to see the guy who turned her onto hard drugs.

AMY WINEHOUSE will finally return to the UK next week in a desperate bid to save her marriage. Again.

Her hubby BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL left jail yesterday — I know, again — and insisted their divorce was still on.

The Back To Black singer did not even know he was being freed. And as news reached her in St Lucia — where she has been holidaying since December — she pledged to fly home and patch up her on-off-on-off-on relationship.

A pal revealed: “Hearing Blake was out brought lots of emotions back for Amy.

“She feels like she was the last to know he was getting released and that hurt. She is desperate to see him again and wants to work things out. She still loves him.”

Blake walked free from Edmunds Hill prison in Suffolk at 10am yesterday and was handed his trademark trilby and hugged by his delighted mum, Georgette.

He will now undergo a drug rehab programme.

Jailed for 27 months last July for assault and trial-fixing, Blake has already left prison for rehab once but was sent back in December after failing a drug test.

Blake filed for divorce from inside last month after seeing Amy — who he wed in May 2007 — grow close to other men on the sunshine isle.

Asked about divorce plans yesterday, he said: “It’s all going ahead — but I don’t really know what will happen. It’s just nice to be on the outside again. Now I am going to get over my drug habit.”

Why does Blake say he’s “going to get over his drug habit”? Doesn’t that make it sound as if he’s been using in jail this whole time?

Hepefully Amy has new friends and people with her in the Caribbean who will convince her to wait until Blake completes his rehab at least. This guy is poison to her and even if he doesn’t entice her to use the stress of having to deal with him again could send her over the edge. She doesn’t need to be around that. We all expected her to OD in London and instead she moved to a warmer climate and went on an extended much-needed vacation. She has the resources to stay there, and she can even work in a nearby recording studio. She should just forget about returning and leave Blake there to his own devices. We all know that’s not going to happen though, and she’ll run right back to him. Maybe Amy has changed enough that she’ll be able to see him for who he is and will have the strength to step away again, but I’m not holding my breath.

Blake Fielder-Civil, that greasy, snaggle-toothed manchild who proudly claimed responsibility for turning wife Amy Winehouse on to hard drugs, is now a free man. Ladies, rejoice! Yes, that’s right – Blake is free and single and ready to mingle. Having served his year in prison for “perverting the course of justice” (read: witness tampering), Civil was met outside the prison by his very classy mum, who was photographed hugging her son and giving him his trademark trilby hat. Vomit!

The estranged husband of AMY WINEHOUSE was freed from Edmunds Hill Prison in Suffolk at 10am this morning.

Georgette greeted her son by putting his trademark trilby hat back on his head.

The pair then walked arm-in-arm to the prison car park where a silver BMW was waiting to take them away.

Blake was jailed for 27 months last July for assaulting a pub landlord and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

He was freed into rehab last November, but was sent back to jail to complete his sentence a month later after failing a drugs test.

Now that Blake is out of the clink, the big question is, how long will it take for him to sucker Amy in again? It’s not as though she’s been pulling herself together in his absence – she’s an even bigger train wreck and seems more vulnerable than ever right now. Without Amy, how will Blake support his drug habit? It’s not as though Civil has any kind of marketable job skills, and Amy was always his gravy train. He can’t even beat up a guy or bribe a witness without getting caught. Amateur. Maybe he will design his own line of hobo couture. Pete Doherty could be the spokesmodel.

Sad as it would be, I would not be at all surprised to see these two staggering around Camden again, arm-in-arm, in a drunken, drugged out stupor, just like the good old days.

The Sun is reporting that Amy Winehouse is cutting her lengthy Caribbean holiday short in order to return to the UK to salvage her marriage to Blake Incarcerated. Blake and his family have been blabbing at length recently about his decision to file for divorce. Blake’s hoochie mom has even said that if it weren’t for Blake being such a jerk to Amy, she never would have written the hit album, “Back to Black.” Meanwhile, Amy has said that she “won’t let” Blake divorce her and that her recent hook-ups with other men while on holiday are purely for sex – she still loves her husband and wants him in her life. Okay, just typing that last sentence made me queasy.

AMY WINEHOUSE has applied to visit husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL in prison — and is ready to return to the UK from her hol in St Lucia in a last-ditch attempt to save her marriage.
Despite previously being the partner who wanted to begin divorce proceedings, she has changed her mind since Blake served her the papers two weeks ago.

A friend confirmed: “Since he began divorce proceedings Amy has decided she wants to try and work things out.

“She has applied to visit him in jail in Britain and if he accepts she will fly back. We will see what is his priority. Amy or her money.”

The news will come as a blow to Amy’s Caribbean conquests.

Having already seen off rugby-player-turned-actor JOSH BOWMAN since she hit the holiday isle, I told you yesterday she had swanned off to a new love nest with a fitness instructor called Andrew.

At least if she does get to see Blake, she should be in decent shape after all that exercise.

Even a crack head like Amy should realize what her husband is up to from his pathetic little jail cell. I wish the reason for Amy’s visit is so she can kick him square in the balls, but the reality is, she probably does want him back. If you looked up “co-dependent relationship” in the dictionary you’d see a picture of these two nutjobs. Blake Fielder-Civil has decided to divorce Amy Winehouse, following her public romance with other men and comments that Blake isn’t much of a sexual performer. Now that he will no longer be married to his meal ticket on his release from prison, Blake feels the need to ensure that he’s got a reasonable claim to her money.

His evidence is a rambling love letter that Amy wrote hime, where she implies that he is inspiring her music and that she will be writing songs about him.

After suggesting a collection of cover versions of their favourite songs she put the idea to one side and wrote: “So I’m thinking how about I WRITE you a few albums instead.”

In her own rambling fashion, Amy continued: “Blake you are . . . the most beautiful creature I have ever seen. I pinch myself thinking about pinching you baby. Oh to kiss your skin.

“You are grace and majesty, your lips with mine are royal cushions that carry away in sweet savage dreams the minute they meet. You are a REAL boy. Everything I could pray for. REALLY my Boy Wonder.”

Amy then teased Blake with revelations of her new lingerie. She wrote: “For my birthday I got loads and loads Agent Provoc stuff, you’ll love it.

But how is this proving that Blake has a claim on his soon-to-be-ex wife’s earnings?

And as Blake’s mother Georgette Civil gave us the bombshell love letter yesterday she admitted she’d been enraged by Amy humiliating Blake and branding him a flop in bed.

“Amy’s been incredibly cruel with her comments.” said Georgette. “It was so unnecessary.

“This love letter completely contradicts what she’s been saying. It will be an important part of his divorce case.”

A legal source revealed: “The letter could prove pivotal as it proves how important Blake was to Amy’s career.

“By the time the case gets to court Amy could be worth as much as £12 million and realistically Blake could end up with a quarter of that.”

£3 million pounds to get rid of Blake and his clearly adorable mother Georgette? Sounds like a bargain to me. Why would Georgette release this letter to the papers if it actually had legal merit? Unless she is desperately eager to embarrass Amy, or show other potential sugar-mamas that her son is a desirable partner, I can only imagine that she is attempting to create a public perception that Blake is somehow deserving, which in turn could lead to a bigger divorce settlement.

Blake has admitted that he introduced Amy to cocaine and heroin, and her addiction has left her incapable of making an album at a time when she should be releasing a follow-up to her successful Back to Black album. In this sense, it would be easy to prove that Amy’s marriage and drug addiction have been a distraction from her work, and have in fact cost her millions. Could be a very interesting divorce, sure to be fought out in the British tabloids as much as the courts.

Is there any chance of getting Amy Winehouse into a Britney-Spears-like rehabilitation? Because the girl is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. After the past several years, the ups and downs of addiction and alcoholism, the never-ending drama with husband Blake Fielder-Civil, aka Blake Incarcerated, and now this – Winehouse has invited a tabloid journalist to document her crazy. After going on a “vacation” to St. Lucia, Winehouse is up to her old antics.

First came the pictures of her with some random rugby dude (Josh Bowman). Then there was the announcement that Blake Incarcerated was definitely, officially, filing for divorce on the ground of adultery (apparently Blake saw the pics of Amy with that random rugby dude). And now this – Winehouse invited The Sun’s Emily Smith to sit down with her in St. Lucia to play Scrabble and talk. Per usual, all hell broke loose. Smith brought out the knives to document every word out of Winehouse’s mouth, as well as all of the gossip surrounding the extremely troubled star as she vacations.

Amy’s game with me was a rare break from her wild antics on the holiday isle. She has been terrorising fellow guests at the exclusive Le Sport hotel by stealing drinks, fighting and pestering men and women for sex.

At night the singer, often still in her bikini, runs amok in the resort’s formal dining room. Following a row with fellow diners she has now been banished to a private villa on the island.

Amy, her legs covered in scratches after she fell in a bush during one drinking session, told me about her love for husband Blake Fielder-Civil, who has recently filed for divorce on the grounds of adultery.

The 25-year-old said: “I still love my Blake. I won’t let him divorce me. He’s still in jail but the moment he comes out I’ll be there waiting for him. I love him because he’s just like me. Blake is the male version of me. We’re perfect for each other. I don’t want to go back home to England. I want to wait for Blake here.”

She said her recent widely publicised fling with rugby hunk holidaymaker Josh Bowman, 21, was just “having some fun” and she “wants Blake and nobody else”.

After grabbing my rum cocktail and downing it one, Amy added: “Josh was lovely. But it was a holiday thing. I’ve got my Blake. While Blake is in jail I’m still gonna have a good time — he can’t do much about it. But once he comes out we’ll be together again. There’s some nice lads here, I am just having fun. I don’t want anybody else because I’ve got my Blake.”

Amy was due to fly home just before New Year after nearly two weeks at the all-inclusive resort. She changed her mind when she learned Blake was going back to jail in the UK. She said: “While Blake is in jail I don’t want to go back to Britain. There are too many negative things around. I want to stay here until Blake comes out of jail then bring him here. He’ll love it.”

…She claimed being away had helped her relax and start getting herself back to full health. The star has been spotted working out in the gym and playing tennis.

Amy said: “I am not doing drugs and am doing lots of fitness. I’ve started writing songs. I feel great — apart from today. I feel like s**t after a late one last night.” Amy had spent the previous night boozing with pals in the resort bar and restaurant before carrying on in a pal’s suite.

She has now been banned from drinking by hotel staff after a series of complaints about her behaviour, and either charms other guests into getting her drinks — or swipes them.

She races around the resort never stopping or holding conversations for more than a few minutes. Trying to keep up with her is exhausting. In the mornings she is often seen ambling around with a notebook, writing song lyrics, singing to herself and hugging fellow holidaymakers.

…Amy has spent £6,800 on beauty treatments and pestered guests in the luxury resort for a threesome. The wild rock star begged a sexy blonde British tourist and her boyfriend to join her in her bedroom as they tried to enjoy a romantic Caribbean break.

After the pair refused, sulky Amy pulled down the blonde’s dress as she dined at the hotel’s formal restaurant, exposing her breasts to shocked diners. The male guest, who asked not to be named, told me: “As soon as we arrived at the resort Amy was all over my girlfriend. She was telling her, ‘You’re gorgeous. I’d love to **** you. Bring your boyfriend, he can watch’. She was quite clear what she wanted, she was saying, ‘You two can spend the night in my room’. If she had been at all good looking we might have done it. But we just ended up smoking a sneaky joint with her instead.”

“Amy was acting like a complete ar*e, to be honest. She was an absolute lunatic.”

Others at the hotel have also been shocked by her antics, which include fighting with her friends and fellow tourists, running round the restaurant semi-clothed and draping herself over male and female guests alike. The manic star has also been seen grabbing and kissing female guests — including me — as she careers around the hotel.

…On Tuesday a furious couple had a stand-up row with Amy after the bikini-wearing star interrupted their dinner by demanding a drink. The man, a Holocaust survivor, shouted at her: “You need to learn some manners.”

Her spokesman denied Amy has been stealing drinks and added: “She is just enjoying herself.”

Oh, Lord. I don’t even know where to start. Stealing drinks from the resort? Accosting people for free drinks? Trying to arrange threesomes? Wanting to stay married to Blake Incarcerated? Ok, let’s start there. Blake filing for divorce is what’s known as an “out” – Amy can and should take it. Go ahead, Amy, get the divorce, start anew. Get clean, please. Because what’s happening is not pretty. And I really hope Amy is a great tipper, because I feel so bad for those resort employees, trying to keep track of Amy’s insanity. They all deserve raises.

Sometimes there are those couples where you just know – that guy is going to leave her, or wow, she could really trade up. The Winehouse-Fielder-Civil marriage was always one of those, or so I thought. It seemed like one day Winehouse would wake up and realize that she could find a better man. That she would be the one to dump Blake Incarcerated/Parolled. Not so much, as it turns out. After getting her hooked on God knows what, Blake is the one who’s leaving, officially.

The jailed husband of singer Amy Winehouse has started divorce proceedings against her, PEOPLE has confirmed.

Blake Fielder-Civil has instructed a lawyer to file papers. “I can confirm that I have been instructed to commence divorce proceedings on the grounds of Amy’s adultery,” Henri Brandman told PEOPLE, confirming a statement he made to a Sunday tabloid in the U.K.

And Fielder-Civil’s mother Georgette adds that it was she who contacted Brandman on her son’s behalf last week. She says, “I am just so relieved it’s going to be all over.”

The couple have been through many ups and downs and it is the second time in six weeks that Fielder-Civil or those close to him have spoken about the split.

Mrs. Civil vows: “It will go through this time, it will go ahead.”

Winehouse’s rep in the U.K., Chris Goodman, had no comment.

The singer has spent recent weeks vacationing in St. Lucia – often along side a hunky rugby player.

I tend to think that Winehouse “left” first, even though it wasn’t official. She’s been going back and forth, trying to get her act together and then failing, over and over for months now. I truly hope that Blake filing the papers officially doesn’t send Winehouse into yet another downward spiral, but at this point, I don’t even think she needs an excuse. The “hunky” rugby player that she’s been photographed with is really cute, but I can’t help but think there must be something massively wrong with him if he’s all over Winehouse.

The other day my twitter friend MK from popbytes said that he was grossed out at the thought of Madonna and A-Rod having sex. I responded that he was to blame for putting that creepy image in my head, which was not unlike Tonya Harding’s athletic wedding night video. Now we can point fingers at The Sun for revealing Blake’s motivation for rushing to the hospital bedside of his wife before being sent back to prison. Blake failed a drug test in rehab and must now serve out the remainder of his sentence behind bars, where he could remain until early 2010. Blake recently admitted to introducing Amy to crack and heroin and said he needed to break it off with her for her own health and well being. He’s not above running back to her for his last chance at sex with a female in the next year, though:

The Sun revealed yesterday that Fielder-Civil, 26, dashed to the ailing star’s bedside on Tuesday night after failing a drug test in rehab.

And last night a source said he persuaded her reluctant inner-circle to give him one hour alone with her on his final night of freedom.

He told Amy, 25, how sexy she looked – and unlike the line from her hit Rehab, she could not say “No, no, no”.

The source added: “It was obvious what went on.”

Fielder-Civil then left the London Clinic and handed himself in to cops in Shoreditch, East London.

He is likely to continue his 27-month sentence for assault and trial-fixing after breaking the terms of his early release.

Amy has been in hospital for ten days after collapsing.

Now that my mind has gone there, it’s consoling itself with thoughts that these two were rarely sober enough to do it while they were together. Hopefully Winehouse wasn’t ovulating when she had a last romp with Blake. That thought is even scarier than the deed itself.

On the checklist of drug addiction steps to recovery, there are many tough things you have to go through to get to the point where you achieve lasting sobriety. Blake Fielder-Civil’s story hasn’t been that different so far: trouble, jail, then in-patient rehab, followed by declaring the only way to truly save himself and his “soulmate” was for them to not be together. Seems logical, smart even, but this is Blake Incarcerated, logic and smarts don’t seem to last long with this one.

Apparently the step for Fielder-Civil that comes after “declare remorse and responsibility for ruining lives” is “sign up for a sensational reality TV show”. And what better reason for it than your crazy estranged wife loves junk TV and will be able to watch you anytime she wants?

Blake Fielder-Civil – who has been in rehab since leaving prison last month – reportedly thinks starring on reality series ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ would be the perfect way to prove his love for the troubled singer and show he has quit drugs.

A source said: “Blake has told me he’s been asked about doing ‘Celebrity Big Brother’. Amy is a big fan of reality TV and Blake knows she will be watching it.

“He thinks it is the perfect chance for him to show Amy he is off drugs and loves her to bits.”

I have to admit, Amy wouldn’t be the only one who would watch that. I’d be all over it. I would like to see what makes a guy like that tick. More importantly, I’d like to see what kind of charisma he has that could so totally ensnare someone like Winehouse. I actually find myself really hoping he takes the Big Brother people up on their offer, if for no other reason than to know Blake is still somewhat Incarcerated. Watching is just a bonus.

Note by Celebitchy: It looks like this stint on Big Brother won’t happen as Blake is set to remain incarcerated for some time. He failed a drug test in rehab and is being sent back to prison, where he could remain until 2010. Blake broke out of rehab and rushed to Amy’s side in the hospital to tell her that he’d be going away again.

In a telephone interview with News of the World, Blake Fielder-Civil expressed his remorse for not only the way his life has gone by his own doing, but how he has essentially ruined the life of his “soulmate,” Amy Winehouse. In recorded audio posted on the News of the World site, Blake expressed remorse for ruining his and Amy’s chances at happiness because, he says, they just can’t be normal together.

When you’re actually in rehab, you’re very aware of the things you’ve done to yourself and others. I’ve visited enough people in in-house rehab to know that they are brutally honest with themselves and the things they’ve done to others while they’re in there. The hard part, for many, is maintaining that awareness and those feelings of responsibility and dedication after they’re not living with the reinforcement day in and day out. Blake seems pretty resigned to the assumption that this isn’t something he can do, and he’s quite positive it’s not something he and Amy have any chance of doing if they’re together.

Above all, in his lucid state, Blake knows and admits that he is responsible for making Winehouse a junkie, saying “If it wasn’t for drugs me and Amy would be so happy. Without crack and without heroin, Amy would be making beautiful music like she can… We always said we were like Bonnie and Clyde, but it’s just, that’s no way to live.”

GUILT-RACKED Blake Fielder-Civil last night sensationally admitted HE got wife Amy Winehouse hooked on heroin, crack cocaine and self-harm—and vowed to end their marriage to stop her killing herself.

In an explosive interview Blake revealed how Amy, 25:
ASKED him to let her try crack cocaine as she watched him taking it.
CUT her arms after she saw him self harm.
COLLAPSED with a seizure after an all-day drug binge.
CHEATED on him with her manager’s assistant.

He told how Amy only took cannabis before he introduced her to hard drugs.

“I made the biggest mistake of my life by taking heroin in front of her,” said Blake, “I introduced her to heroin, crack cocaine and self-harming. I feel more than guilty.”

Blake, 26, described himself as a “recreational drug user” until he started taking heroin at the age of 22.

“I was old enough to know better. Heroin and crack took hold of me and f***** me up,” he said.

“It made me not look out for the woman that I love more than anyone else in the world.”

“Crack is the nastiest drug. It makes you paranoid, unreasonable, edgy and totally suspicious of everyone. And you can get hooked on it straight away. But I was weak and an addict and I let Amy take some. I didn’t stop it from happening. For that I take full responsibility. It became something we did as well as heroin. And then our lives fell apart.”

At this point, Fielder-Civil is saying he’s not after Amy’s money. He even claims to have offered a pre-nup before the were married, and a post-nup later, although, I’m not sure what that is. And, as has been pointed out many times by commenters here, pre-nuptual agreements aren’t legally binding in the UK, regardless. He claims that the reason he and Amy are splitting up is because they are just unable to stay sober together and he wants everyone to know, and believe, that he’s doing this to save Amy’s life. Funnily enough, there was no mention of German model Sophie Schandorff.

The interview made me hate the sober Blake less, but I feel no different toward him in terms of what he’s done to one of the most original and inspired talents to make an appearance in a very long time. Amy could have been making a legendary name for herself in a positive, rather than a tragic, way if it weren’t for Fielder-Civil’s influence. Yes, Amy is the one who let herself be led, but that doesn’t make the leader any less responsible than the lost soul that followed.
