Amy Winehouse admits marriage is over, Blake to stay in rehab

Amy Winehouse has finally admitted that her marriage to loser husband Blake Fielder-Civil is over. According to News of the World, Amy’s told her friends that Blake’s left her for a German model. It’s utterly ridiculous that he would leave her. As is the notion that Blake would think he can do better than Amy.

AMY Winehouse has sensationally admitted her marriage to jailbird Blake Fielder-Civil is FINISHED. The troubled Back To Black singer revealed her husband has left her for blonde German model Sophie Schandorff. Drug-tortured star Amy dramatically confessed: “It’s over. There’s no way back for us now. It was never going to last. We were only together for SEX. I fancied him like mad, like no one else I’ve ever known. But it’s not enough, is it?”

Amy stunned pals with her bitter acceptance that the 17-month marriage will end in divorce. And she shocked them by revealing astonishing secrets of their wild sex life including LESBIAN ROMPS and sordid THREESOMES. One told us: “It’s a watershed for Amy. She’s been up and down for weeks but finally accepts the reality. “She still loves Blake on many levels but she sees there’s no future.

[From News of the World]

You know anytime your relationship is based on LESBIAN ROMPS and THREESOMES it isn’t going to last. I love the way British tabloids capitalize any word they find important. Like names, places, and dirty things.

I’d say that this sounds like a good step forward for Amy and a logical reaction, but anytime I say that and think she’s taken a few steps forward, she does something stupid or crazy within a week and I look like a fool. So I’m no longer making any “maybe she’s getting better/moving on/making progress” type of comments about Winehouse. Hopefully it’s true, but I get the feeling she’d take Blake back in a heartbeat. Even though she’s the talented and wealthy one, she always seemed to need him more than he needed her.

Luckily for Amy, it’ll be a while yet before she has to worry about Blake having the inevitable THREESOME with Sophie Schandorff. He’s stuck in rehab, according to the Huffington Post.

A British court on Monday rejected an appeal by the husband of singer Amy Winehouse against his sentence for assault and obstructing justice.

Blake Fielder-Civil was sentenced in July to 27 months in prison for beating up pub manager James King and then offering him a bribe to keep quiet about it. Fielder-Civil, who had spent nine months in jail awaiting trial, was released earlier this month on condition he live at a drug rehabilitation center.

Two Court of Appeal judges turned down an appeal against the sentence. Judge Christopher Pitchford encouraged Fielder-Civil to continue his drug treatment, saying it was only if “these attempts are successful that he has a worthwhile future.”

Fielder-Civil, 26, said after the hearing that he was “disappointed but not really surprised.”

[From the Huffington Post]

Blake was appealing his original sentence for his assault and witness tampering charges. Since the judges ruled against him, he’ll have to stay in rehab.

For a while they were going to let Blake out of jail and live with his mother – he wouldn’t even have to be in a rehab facility – as long as he promised to stay away from Amy. He steadfastly refused – twice. So he stayed in jail for an extra while. What devotion. I guess that’s all out the window now. It’ll suck for Amy and I’m sure she’ll be heartbroken and partake in an extra serving of crack, but in the long run being away from Blake will only be a good thing.

Here’s Amy leaving her house with her security team last Tuesday. She’s wearing several tags on her wrist that appear to be from the hospital, one reading ‘Amy Civil.’ Images thanks to WENN.

Blake Fielder-Civil declares his love for Amy Winehouse

Amy Winehouse’s junkie ex-husband has declared his love for her from behind rehab walls. Sort of, if you think love is a slurred muttering to awaiting paparazzi on your way to pick up some cigarettes.

“I’m pleased to be out. Now all I want to do is see Amy. I’m going to see my wife and take her knickers down,” he said.

“It’s tough inside, bloody horrible, but I’m out and that’s all that matters. It’s brilliant.

“I’ve just bought some rolling tobacco and I’m going to have my first cigarette as a free man shortly. I’m going to get my life sorted, I’m going to get my life back.”

News24

Some sources are spinning Blake’s release and statement as being a declaration of love, but he’s been without the love of a good woman for 27 months now, and the last thing he’d want to do is have sex with anything that might upset his divorce settlement. Call me cynical, but any public reference to your wife and her knickers just isn’t romantic to me.

Amy doesn’t need to fight Blake alone, her mother is fuming with the junkie for not telling his wife he’s left prison, saying “What sort of husband doesn’t tell his wife that he’s being released? That says it all really, doesn’t it?” She added that she thought that this was the beginning of the end for their marriage.

“He’d say things like, ‘If you love me you’d do this or that.’ He’d give her grief about things. Love is blind. I just hope she’s beginning to see what he’s really like now.

“Who knows what will happen between them? But I think the fact she hasn’t run straight to him now he’s out is positive.

“The main thing is that Amy gets healthy before she even thinks about going back to Blake. I know she can beat it, she’s getting better each day.”

The Sun

Amy’s father Mitch has said that Blake is a ‘no-hoper’, and the best thing for them would be to separate. Perhaps another alternative would be to get Amy to join Blake in rehab – having to spend time together sober might be the quickest end to the marriage.

Amy Winehouse refuses to cover Blake’s rehab bill

The status of the icky, co-dependent marriage between ailing singer Amy Winehouse and recently un-incarcerated husband Blake Fielder Civil is getting weirder and weirder. First, Amy didn’t even attempt to see Blake after his release from prison earlier this week. Then, her father confirmed that Amy didn’t even know that her beloved Blakie And now, it’s been revealed that when Blake asked Amy for £30,000 to foot the bill for the rehab program he’s been ordered to complete, she refused to cover it. Sources say the marriage is hanging by a thread.

BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL, 26, headed straight for treatment after leaving prison on Wednesday — despite telling The Sun he was looking forward to a steamy reunion with his star missus.

But Back To Black singer Amy, 25, is refusing to cough up.

Pals insist Blake “has a lot of work to do” and their marriage is hanging by a thread.

One said: “Blake thought he would click his fingers and she’d stump up the 30 grand. But so far she has refused. He’s not happy.”

Friends say Amy — whose hit Rehab begins with the line “They tried to make me go to rehab, I said, ‘No, No, No’” — wants to be sure their marriage is worth it.

She was said to be livid after finding out Blake was being released only hours before.

Her dad Mitch, 57, a London cabbie, said: “He never told her. She learnt about it from reporters.”

Amy had three punch-ups with photographers on Wednesday as news of her husband’s release sent her into meltdown.

She calmed down only when Mitch turned up at about 10pm to take her to his home.

Last night, the singer was holed up at her flat in Camden, North London, as pals tried to help her through the crisis.

Blake, meanwhile, was starting a seven-week stint at the Surrey clinic, which he cannot leave for the first week.

He broke the rules last night to ask The Sun to pass on an impassioned plea to his wife.

Blake, who was in jail for assault and trial fixing, sneaked out to tell our reporter: “Tell Amy, ‘I love you and I wish I could be with you.’ I just can’t wait to get this over and done with and see Amy again.”

But Amy’s dad thinks Blake will find it impossible to stay off drugs.

He said: “Blake is a no-hoper. I want Amy to forget about him.

“The best thing that could possibly happen is for them to go their separate ways.”

And Mitch revealed that Amy did not visit Blake after he was moved from Pentonville, North London, to a jail in East Anglia.

He said: “Amy hasn’t seen him for ages, I don’t think she cares one bit.”

[From The Sun]

I don’t know if I believe that Amy doesn’t care. The day Blake was released, Amy was photographed more out of it than ever, with eye makeup smeared all over her face as if she’d been crying. But if it’s true that she’s not paying Blake’s bills anymore, that’s a good sign. It’s too bad that Amy won’t consider rehab herself, though.

Blake Incarcerated is freed, Amy Winehouse is nowhere to be seen

Everyone’s favorite junkie loser husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is out of the pokey. Civil was released today after serving a year in prison for perverting the course of justice. His whacked out bride, singer Amy Winehouse, was not at the courthouse to greet her beloved Blakie. I’m sure she was hitting the streets of Camden in search of a nice eight-ball so they can celebrate later.

Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil was released from Edmunds Hill Prison in Suffolk today.

The Back To Black singer was nowhere to be seen as the 26-year-old left jail for the first time in 12 months.

Instead, she opted to stay at home in London’s Camden.

Winehouse, who left hospital on Monday after receiving ongoing treatment for a ‘chest infection’, looked far from jubilant as she emerged from the residence this afternoon with make-up smeared across her face.

She appeared to be in an agitated state, lunging at a photographer stationed outside her home.

It is not yet clear when the couple will be reunited.

Fielder-Civil was in better spirits, grinning from ear to ear as he walked out this morning wearing jeans, a striped red T-shirt and a trilby hat.

He was, however, showing signs of his time behind bars, sporting a chipped front tooth and red scratches down his arms.

But his freedom was short-lived – he is believed to have checked straight into a rehab facility as part of the terms of his release.

Fielder-Civil pleaded guilty to assaulting James King, 36, outside a pub and then plotting to bribe his victim in a £200,000 deal not to testify in court.

[From The Daily Mail]

Time will tell how Blake’s release impacts Amy. She was in rough shape prior to his arrest, but she really went off the deep end while he was in jail – canceling her tour, overdosing twice and making countless trips to various hospitals. I doubt Blake is committed to getting clean – he actually overdosed on heroin in his jail cell and there were rumors that he sold autographed pictures of his famous wife in exchange for drugs the entire time he was in prison. If he’s not serious about staying clean, and these two reunite, I don’t think Amy will last much longer. She already looks like a walking cadaver as it is.

Mr Amy Winehouse needs to come home, not go to rehab, says his mom

Blake Fielder-Civil, otherwise known as Mr Amy Winehouse, is in jail for assault and bribery, but his mother says that when he is eventually released, he won’t be going to rehab. It isn’t the answer, the solution to his drug issues is warm home-cooked meals.

“I don’t think rehab is the answer,” Georgette Civil tells People of her son, currently serving a jail sentence for assault and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

What is the answer? “Coming home to us,” Civil says.

People

Blake has already declined an offer to leave jail early for his mother’s house, choosing to stay incarcerated. Drugs are probably easier to get there.

I don’t like Georgette’s odds at getting her adult husband to return to his childhood home, rather than moving in with his wife and her candy floss machine. Particularly given that Georgette says she has had no contact with Amy for many months. I think she’ll need her help to convince Blake to move home.

Civil says she speaks to her son “sometimes every day” – but never to Winehouse, 25.

“I don’t speak to Amy. I focus all my efforts on my son and getting him out,” she says. Her last conversation with Winehouse was “about four or five months ago,” she says. “I probably spoke with her one more time after court [Fielder-Civil's trial in June].”

Adds Civil: “I feel all the media attention on Amy has probably had an impact on my son’s release. That’s probably the hardest part of all. As a mother, what would any mother think when she sees Amy? It has had a huge impact.”

People

I have to admit, looking at Amy Winehouse, I wouldn’t want her for a daughter in law either, even if she’s so talented and wealthy. As much as the couple love each other – and I think they do – they just don’t seem to be very good rehab companions. I think when released we may need to give Blake Incarcerated the new title of Blake Enabler.

Georgette says that Blake is helping fellow inmates with literacy, and sends home requests for books to read.

Winehouse’s husband sent her dad threatening letters from prison

I never thought one person could stir up so much trouble from jail. Amy Winehouse’s loser husband Blake Fielder-Civil has managed to once again rile up the family of the woman he supposedly loves and deeply cares about. Blake sent Amy’s dad Mitch a volatile six page letter from prison, in which he described all sorts of vile ways he wanted to harm the cabbie. Now Mitch has to figure out if he should press charges of some sort against his son-in-law or try to let it go – for fear of losing access to Amy.

AMY WINEHOUSE’s husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL has sent a vile and abusive letter to her dad MITCH. The six-page poison pen note from prison is packed with violent threats and abuse aimed at the cabbie. The letter is now in the hands of the police and solicitors as Mitch weighs up a difficult conundrum — press charges and risk his relationship with Amy or let the waste of space off the hook again.

A close pal of Mitch’s told me: “I could hear Mitch physically shaking when he phoned to tell me about the letter… He couldn’t even bring himself to read it out loud as it was just too sickening… But he told me that Blake described graphic scenes from a horror movie, in which Mitch is the victim… Part of Mitch wants to pursue this further with the police, maybe even taking out a restraining order… But then he is worried about it all driving a wedge between him and Amy.”

This isn’t the first time Blake has written dubious notes from the slammer. In July The Sun revealed how he had been plotting drug-fueled sex romps with a female lag — even hinting at a possible threesome with his wife.

[From the Sun]

Maybe this is just me, but when I really love someone I manage to keep my letter writing to subjects other than their parents – no matter how much I’ve disliked them. It almost makes you wonder if Blake indeed does really love or care about Amy at all. Shocker, I know! Who would ever have accused him of using her? He’s got a useful life; clearly he’s with her because of love, not necessity. What is it that he does again? Right… nothing. Unless being a drug mule counts, which I’m guessing he’s done a time or two.

Even though Blake has repeatedly turned down offers to be let out of prison early as long as he agrees to live with his mother and not Amy, I seriously doubt this couple will last long once they’re reunited. They’ve both cheated on each other to various degrees, their families hate each other and blame each other for their children’s problems, and they’re both desperate junkies. Nearly a fairytale romance, but not quite.

Here’s Mitch Winehouse visiting a cafe after presenting his own show on BBC Radio London on September 1st. Images thanks to WENN.

Amy Winehouse posts pic of Blake’s junk on Facebook

Amy and Blake on 4/20/07. The photo in question is on The Sun’s website. Credit: WENN
Amy Winehouse posted a disturbing-on-so-many-levels photo on her Facebook page that’s said to put to rest at least part of what keeps her pining for Blake Incarcerated.  The skrawny, criminal husband of the rapidly declining singer is evidently packing some serious manpower.

ANYONE wondering what AMY WINEHOUSE could possibly still see in convicted criminal and druggie hubby BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL should take a look at the uncensored version of this picture.

The troubled singer posted the snap – in which Blake exposes his manhood by pulling down his boxers – on her Facebook profile.

But Amy will have to wait a little longer to see the real thing.

[The Sun]

He also is sporting the very latest in punched in the eyewear.  It’s kind of fun to sit back, close your eyes, and imagine all the different smile-inducing ways that might have happened.

The censor starburst doesn’t look to be hiding much.  It would hardly cover what I saw on David Beckham while searching the web for the uncensored version of the Fielder-Civil photo.  I spent more time on that venture than I want to admit (it’s been taken down from Facebook), and surprisingly couldn’t find it.  Part of me is disappointed, and a bigger part of me is relieved.

I’ve worn out my CD of Amy’s Blake-inspired Back to Black album, and all I could think about when I saw this picture was “It’s got me addicted.  Does more than any dick did!”  Doesn’t sound like a ringing endorsement to me.

Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake picks jail over his mom’s house

Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder Civil has spent the last 10 months in jail on obstruction of justice charges after trying to pay off a guy he beat up not to testify against him. Many people were hoping when Blake first went to jail that his incarceration would provide motivation for Amy to clean up, or at least that she would better off without his influence. We know how well that turned out for her. Blake is said to be due for release in December. He was sentenced to 27 months at a hearing in July, but it was thought that he could be out toward the end of the year on good behavior after credit for timed served.

Amy’s dad has admitted that his daughter plans to live with Blake once he’s inevitably set free. She is even said to be in the final stages of buying a country estate outside London to prepare for her husband’s arrival.

Blake won’t be out of jail this month, though. He passed up an opportunity to live at his mother’s house with a 7pm curfew and an electronic monitoring anklet:

Wino’s man could have been released tomorrow as long as he moved to his mother Georgette’s house in Nottinghamshire, wore an electronic tag and obeyed a 7pm curfew. But Fielder-Civil (26) opted to stay locked up, insisting that he didn’t want to live anywhere except in Camden, North London. A source for The Sun said: “He doesn’t want to go somewhere where he can’t be reunited with Amy and his friends. He’d rather stay inside.”

Amy Winehouse was planning to meet him at the prison gate and was in tears when she heard the news. The booze and drug-addicted singer will now have to wait until the original December release date to reunite with her husband.

[From Bild.de]

Blake was photographed doing drugs in jail a couple of months ago. Maybe he knows if he gets out and has to live with his mom his supply will be cut off.

Amy looks like death warmed over lately and there’s no question that she’s going through some very dire life-threatening addictions. Do we have to watch her die or is something going to change? At least Blake will be behind bars for a few more months.

Update: Amy put a nude photo of Blake pulling down his underwear in what looks like a hotel bathroom on her Facebook profile. Amy uses Facebook?

Amy Winehouse the inspiration for Guess, wants five children with Blake

This is not the real Amy Winehouse. Her mother and father are shown posing with her waxwork today at Madame Tussauds. It’s incredibly realistic. Credit: WENN
Guess clothing has a new muse: Amy Winehouse. Guess only plans to use the good parts of Amy’s style – not the walking around town in mid-winter with only a bra on type of style.

The fashion company hired Australian model Nicole Trufino to be their new face of the company, and you can expect some Wino looks to be coming your way.

During Nicole’s shoot, she was done up to mimic Amy. Her rep says Nicole “mimics the singer’s iconic thick black eyeliner and infamous beehive, adding a little rock and roll to their pin-up image.”

Hollyscoop

Heavy eyeliner and big hair? Why do I see a modeling opportunity here for Pete Wentz?

Amy has big plans, and seems to be getting her act together. She gave a surprisingly coherent interview to OK! Magazine in the UK, to promote her god daughter and aspiring pop star Dionne Bromfield. When I say that she’s surprisingly coherent I mean I’m surprised she can string a sentence together at all.

She lists her current hobbies as ironing and cooking, which I think makes you certifiable under the Mental Health Act, but feel free to come around and indulge your hobby at my place. Amy says she’d like to have at least five children, with a set of twins included,a nd that Blake Incarcerated is going to be ‘the most amazing dad’.

She also says that she and Blake are obsessed with each other, and that they don’t have an open marriage.

Her marriage to Fielder-Civil has been hit by rumours of infidelity on both sides and the singer failed to turn up for his court appearance.

Instead, a young blonde who claims to be Fielder-Civil’s current girlfriend sobbed in the public gallery as she saw him jailed.

But Winehouse denied having an open relationship: “Does that mean we see other people? No way. We are absolutely obsessed with each other. We both pinch ourselves daily. It’s unbelievable that the person that you’re obsessed with is the person who loves you most in the world,” she said, adding: “My Blake is a very doting husband.”

Telegraph

A very doting husband? I guess he was for the few days before he went to prison.

The 24-year-old confirmed that doctors had diagnosed her with “some areas of emphysema” during her recent hospital admission but insisted she is now getting herself together.

“I’m eating loads of healthy food, sleeping loads, playing my guitar, making music and writing letters to my husband every day,” she said.

“I’m happiest with my family around me. When I see my dad smiling and laughing and all that. And when my Blake’s happy, that goes with when I’m happy.”

Telegraph

This week Blake’s mother asked the court to keep her son away from Amy, saying that she is unstable and reuniting them would be a death sentence for them both. Which is possibly quite true, although Georgette Fielder-Civil seemed to lay a lot of blame on Amy for her son’s addiction. Blake’s lawyer claimed that he was a role model for Amy, but since he’s been filmed in prison doing drugs I suspect he’s in a worse place than she is right now.

Blake Fielder-Civil finally gets sentenced; Amy Winehouse is a no-show

Doesn’t it seem like Blake Incarcerated has been in the clink forever? This trial for perverting the course of justice- a fancy Brit phrase for witness tampering- has been dragged out for ages. Blake Incarcerated, the no-good husband of everyone’s favorite celebrity crackhead, Amy Winehouse, pled guilty to the charges months ago, but could not be sentenced until the other defendants in the case were tried as well. Earlier today, Blake was finally sentenced to 27 months in prison–and his devoted wife was nowhere to be found during the court proceedings.

Amy Winehouse’s husband was sentenced to 27 months in prison today for grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice.

Fielder-Civil had admitted beating up pub manager James King in a barroom fight in 2006 and then offering him £200,000 to keep quiet about it.

Judge David Radford told Fielder-Civil he had behaved in a ‘gratuitous, cowardly and disgraceful’ way.

Fielder-Civil has already served around nine months on remand and he could be free in four-and-a-half months if he behaves himself in prison.

Miss Winehouse was not in court today to support her husband.

Earlier, Fielder-Civil appealed to a judge to let him walk free so he could become a role model for the troubled singer.

Through his barrister, Fielder-Civil told of his love for his wife and determination that both will devote themselves to becoming clean.

Jeremy Dein QC, told Snaresbrook crown court: ‘They are very much committed to each other and their ambition is to divorce themselves from hard drugs and not separate themselves from each other.

‘Knowing the nation’s glare is upon him, Mr Fielder-Civil has every possible motive to rehabilitate himself in the way he has already shown he is fully committed to doing. He knows if he fails, an appointment with calamity awaits, not just for himself but for his wife.

‘He can now see that hard drugs are to be regarded as nothing other than a smiling assassin. He wishes now to become a role model for Miss Winehouse but he knows it would be impossible for her to alienate herself from drugs if he continues to befriend them.’

Mr Dein urged the judge to either impose a community order, a suspended sentence or a prison term of no more than 18 months, the equivalent time Fielder-Civil has served awaiting his sentence.

The court heard Fielder-Civil kicked James King on the ground as the victim was being beaten up by Michael Brown in a row over a girlfriend in June 2006.

[From The Daily Mail]

Blake Incarcerated may be able to fool his mother into believing he is no longer using drugs, but I don’t think the judge was buying it. In fact, I like to think that when he launched into that bullshit about being a role model for Amy, the entire court burst out laughing, and maybe pelted him with some rotten eggs. That’s what I would have done.

I really hope Blake Incarcerated has to serve the full 27 months and doesn’t get credit for time served -especially since there is video of him doing drugs while in the pokey. Clearly, a little thing like prison bars hasn’t stopped him from getting access to drugs- which he purchased by selling autographed photos of his wife. And it would be even better if Winehouse continued to be a no show and decided to dump his ass to go get herself clean. But honestly, I don’t have a lot of hope on that one. Call it wishful thinking.

Picture note by Celebitchy: Blake’s classy mom is shown below smoking a cigarette outside of the sentencing today. The woman thought to be his girlfriend, identified by the Daily Mail as 21 year-old German model Sophie Schandorff, is shown in tears. Header image is a file photo. Credit: WENN
