Life is really working out well for Blake Fielder-Civil, Amy Winehouse’s estranged, jailbird husband. By being married to Winehouse for just 11 months, Blake is expecting quite the payout at the end of their marriage – which everyone knows is coming in short order. Though he’s said to be on suicide watch at Pentonville Prison – where he’s also relapsed on drugs since finding out that Amy’s been cheating on him – Blake is clearly only sorta-distraught. He’s demanding $500,000 for each month they’ve been married – including the time he’s spent in jail.

Singer Amy Winehouse’s jailbird husband is demanding a £3million divorce payout as he rages over being dumped. Junkie Blake Fielder-Civil, 25, has told his lawyers he wants £250,000 for every month of their year’s marriage, despite being behind bars for part of it. And he fumed to pals after being ditched by the 24-year-old Back to Black singer: “She wouldn’t even be alive if it wasn’t for me.”

A friend said: “At first Blake refused to believe Amy had dumped him, but his initial devastation has been replaced by rage. He said Amy owes everything to him — he inspired her music and says he saved her life. As a result of Amy his life will never be the same and he wants to make her compensate him. He has demanded £3million at the very least from her £10million fortune.”

So clearly Blake’s not all that distraught. I’m guessing the suicide watch is just a caution that the jail keepers probably institute in any case like this. Better safe than sorry and all that. Blake is back to his usual drug using. What a winner.

Sources at Pentonville Prison said Fielder-Civil had gone back to his old druggie ways after The Sun revealed Amy had bedded her manager’s assistant Alex Haynes, 22. He begged for heroin from another lag and inhaled it after getting his first clean drugs report in three months.

Blake going back to drugs doesn’t make me think he’s all that upset about Amy – from everything that’s been written, he seems the sort who’d take any excuse to use again. It would make a lot of people very happy to see Amy and Blake divorce –not the least of which is both of their families. And most of her friends. The notion that Blake in some way saved Amy is utterly ridiculous. He’s been nothing but bad for her – she had her act comparatively together until she met him. Who knows if she’ll get her life in order again, but Blake being out of it can only do her good.

Amy Winehouse’s life sure has fallen apart. They say you have to let a person reach rock bottom – I’m not sure how much farther this woman can fall. The only thing in her life that isn’t completely ruined is her singing career – and most would say that’s on the way out too. The bosses at her record label have supposedly given her an ultimatum: clean up your act or it’s done. Yet Amy’s life just seems to be getting worse and worse, and her behavior more and more dangerous.

Two nights ago Amy went on a rampage at a bar – physically assaulting two men, doing drugs in public, trashed the bar, and smashed her head against a lamppost. As a result, Amy was interviewed by the police today, where she appeared to suffer a bit of a breakdown.

Amy Winehouse broke down in tears this afternoon as she prepared to be questioned by police over claims she attacked a man after a night out.

The troubled singer, 24, arrived at a London police station this afternoon for questioning. She is expected to be arrested after a 38-year-old man alleged she assaulted him. She was clearly distressed as she was driven away from her home in Camden, North London.

Police were expected to question Winehouse about an incident in Chalk Farm Road in the early hours of Wednesday. She was trying to get the taxi when a 38-year-old man approached… She is said to have believed he was trying to molest her and butted him in the face. If convicted of assault she could face up to six months in jail and a £2,000 fine.

And in further bad news for Amy Winehouse, it sure seems like jailbird husband Blake Fielder-Civil has moved on from Amy and found a new lady to romance. The Daily Mail reports that he was mouthing “I love you” to a blonde woman in court, and she kept mouthing it back. Sounds just like him and Amy, back in those halcyon days of four months ago.

Meanwhile, Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil appeared at Snaresbrook Crown Court, in East London, charged with assault and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. Amy failed to turn up for the hearing – not that Fielder-Civil appeared to notice. He was warned for repeatedly smiling and trying to communicate with a beautiful blonde sitting in the public gallery.

He mouthed, “You all right, babe?” and “I love you” to Sophie Schandorff. Fielder-Civil even made a beckoning gesture suggesting she visit him in prison. Schandorff, 21, also gestured and mouthed back, “I love you, I love you”, but was warned to stop by the court clerk. She later told reporters that Fielder-Civil was a close friend and that the pair had known one another for sometime.

Something tells me it’s no matter to Amy – the Daily Mail also mentions that Amy spent most of last night with rocker Kristian Marr. Apparently they were holding hands and grabbing each other’s asses the whole night. Somehow Blake’s “I love you” to a woman who’s not his wife seems much more refined when compared to ass grabbing. In a way it’s a shame – those two sure did seem like one messed up, perfectly paired match. And it seems that the hope that Amy would get her life together if she could just get rid of Blake was for naught. Who knows, maybe the two will reunite in jail.

Update: Hollywood TV is reporting that Amy’s rep has denied that she’s been arrested. She’s insisting Amy is “voluntarily” helping police. That sounds about right – but that doesn’t mean she won’t be arrested.

Others show Amy posing in a bra – and sticking out her tongue as she frolics in a pool in a bikini.

But the most upsetting image for the Back To Black star is the boobbaring shot of her in lacy undies.

Amy has ignored the pleas of family and friends to ditch Blake, who is being held on charges of trying to pervert the course of justice over an assault case. She regularly speaks to the junkie on the phone.

But she hasn’t visited him for weeks after quitting her central London home to stay in Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire, where she is recording a new album at a studio with her musician pal Mark Ronson.

It was thought that Winehouse was moving on from Blake by refusing to visit him and even conveniently forgetting his birthday. She was seen out with her friend Blake Wood over the weekend, but she was carrying a photo of herself with her husband Blake, suggesting that she’s making a show of solidarity with her jailed man despite the fact that she hasn’t gone to visit him in some time.

The Sun reports that Winehouse stood up the “cast and crew” of the new James Bond film Quantum of Solace when she failed to show up to the set to “get inspiration for the 007 theme she is recording.” However her rep has sort of half-denied that she’s recording the theme song, saying “Amy has been in the studio working on songs for her new album with Mark Ronson. Recording for anything else is pure speculation.”

And as for the nude pics, we’ve already sort-of seen Amy’s boobs in that breast cancer awareness photo spread in which her breasts were covered in duct tape. That had to have been painful to remove. Unlike getting rid of a certain vindictive drug-addicted jailed husband, whose absence would lead one to breathe easier. This is a girl who cuts herself though, so there’s a lot more going on for her in that relationship than just young love.

Well, this reporter is snarky and all, but I don’t think Amy’s been doing too much new recording of the new James Bond theme or anything else, especially since her record label has given her the ultimatum to clean up or they won’t release her new CD. No, I think she’s been doing a lot of drinking, drugging, and wandering aimlessly. Which probably makes Blakie Wakie really mad. Every time she doesn’t show up to visit him, he ends up doing something stupid, like trying to kill himself or overdosing on prison heroin. Hey– maybe Amy is smarter than we give her credit for. Maybe she is purposely ignoring her lecherous husband hoping he’ll do the heavy lifting and get lost for good.

Blake Fielder-Civil appeared in court yesterday to plead not guilty to the charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice (The wordy U.K. equivalent of witness-tampering). What’s notable about this appearance is that his devoted wife Amy Winehouse was not there to cheer on “my Blaaaake, incarcerated” like she usually does. Instead, Amy was getting settled in at her new apartment while spending time with her sober companion, Blake Wood.

Fielder-Civil, standing in the dock alongside three other men, also facing conspiracy charges, spoke only to confirm his name and enter the not guilty plea.

Grammy Award winner Winehouse, who recently spent time in rehab, has previously appeared in court to support her husband.

When he appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Court in November, the singer blew kisses and mouthed: ‘I love you,’ to him in the court room.

But it was a very different scene today.

Wistfully staring towards the public seats, greasy and unshowered Fielder-Civil, wearing a grey sweatshirt and tracksuit bottoms, ruffled his hair in apparent agitation.

After he and co-defendant James Kennedy, 19, from Hatfield made not guilty pleas for conspiring to pervert the course of justice Blake offered a rueful smile to the dock officer and kept glancing towards the public gallery.

While lawyers discussed the date and format of his trial Blake was visibly distracted turning round every time somebody came into court. By the end of proceedings as he was led from the dock he looked fed up.

People Magazine notes that Amy’s visits to “Blake, Incarcerated” are becoming less frequent.

Amy Winehouse failed to turn up to court in London Friday to see her husband Blake Fielder-Civil plead not guilty to charges stemming from a pub brawl.

Fielder-Civil’s mother Georgette, a fixture at his court dates, also did not appear.

The normally merry Fielder-Civil – dressed in a gray Gap sweatshirt and jeans – was subdued during the two-hour hearing. He pleaded not guilty to conspiring to pervert the course of justice, a charge which arose from his being accused of causing grievous bodily harm to a pub landlord in June 2006.

A source close to Winehouse says, “She’s a mess at the moment. I don’t think she’s visiting him much either.”

Fielder-Civil is allowed two visits per week while incarcerated. And because of Winehouse’s fame, the couple’s visits are no longer held in the prison’s communal area, which the source describes as “like a really nasty [cafeteria].”

Winehouse moved to a new apartment in London’s Camden neighborhood on Wednesday as a hearing on her and Fielder-Civil’s appeal of a fine for marijuana possession was postponed.

I would love to speculate that Amy is finally wising up about this manipulative little twit she calls a husband, but I don’t think that’s the case. Most likely, Amy was busy with moving and didn’t have time to haul her skinny butt all the way to the courthouse just to see “my Blaaaake” for, like, five minutes while he pled not guilty. She was photographed moving her stuff out of the old place and showed photographers a famed photo of her with Blaaaake, so I’m sure she is still pining away for him just like always.

Note by Celebitchy: There are rumors that Amy is doing drugs again, and she was recently photographed with scratches up and down her left arm, suggesting they may have been self-inflicted. She also caused a mess at her hotel room before the Brit Awards, with champagne bottles laying around, booze on the floor, and black hair dye in the tub. She even supposedly put a big mirror on the floor. Stay sober, Amy!

That master of junkie manipulation, Blake Fielder-Civil, is at it again. Seems like every time his wife, Amy Winehouse, starts to get her life together again, he pulls a stunt from his cell in Pentonville prison in London– most likely, to get Amy to come running. If you recall, so far Blake has attempted suicide, sent his own mother running to the tabloids to spread rumors about Amy, wrote her a two-page love letter begging her not to leave him, and now there are new reports that Civil overdosed on heroin in his cell over the weekend.

Blake Fielder-Civil was rushed to the jail’s hospital block when he collapsed in agony after taking what he thought was heroin.

Guards found the 35-year-old writhing in pain and vomiting violently in a cell.

They instantly set off alarms and activated emergency procedures to save his life.

A probe was launched and prison officers found he had taken a drug believed to be heroin, mixed with a toxic substance.

A jail source said: “This was a close call, but he might not be so lucky next time.

This is the third time that Civil has been found with drugs in his cell since being incarcerated. At first, it was rumored that Amy herself was slipping him drugs, but since the singer is searched each time she visits, that theory was dismissed. This time around, officials say that Civil got the heroin from another inmate. Obviously, getting sober is not part of his agenda.

It seems like Civil has really stepped up his manipulation game since Amy went to rehab, and is now spending time with another man named Blake, rumored to be her new sober companion. Too bad for Civil that since he’s incarcerated, his options for acting out to get her attention are limited to overdoses and suicide attempts. Hopefully Amy will tire of his antics sooner rather than later, and keep on track with her sobriety.

When Amy Winehouse thanked “My Blake, incarcerated” in her Grammy acceptance speech we thought that she was just tenderly making a reference to the fact that she was separated from her husband during his ongoing stint in jail. It turns out she may have specified that Blake was in jail because there’s another guy named Blake in her life and she wanted to let everyone know which one she was referring to.

Amy was seen out with an American artist named Blake Wood last night. The British rags say that Amy’s friend Kelly Osbourne introduced her to the “new” Blake, and that the guy doesn’t do drugs or even drink alcohol. Amy and the new Blake went to two different parties last night, and they are said to have spent quality time together at the Park Plaza hotel in London where The Daily Mail reports that she’s been staying.

This isn’t the first guy Amy has been linked to during her husband’s time in jail. She went on a Caribbean vacation with an ex boyfriend in early January. Her husband Blake was said to have cut his arm in frustration after he heard that Amy jetted off with her ex.

Blake Fielder Civil handed Amy a pleading note when she visited him in jail after her multiple Grammy win begging her not to leave him. Some stories also have him confessing that he had lied about a previous suicide attempt in jail. In the note Blake says he has disowned his family for speaking publicly against his bride and that he hopes they can make their marriage work. Amy’s father Mitch said that media outlets could publish the note, and that his daughter approved that the contents be made public in order to show that she is committed to staying with her husband and staying off drugs.

It seems like things change quickly for Amy, or maybe she’s just friends with this other guy named Blake. When I first heard this story I thought it was great that she was moving on from her husband, but then I realized that she’s only been in rehab for a little over two weeks and that she’s already going out at night, presumably staying at a hotel and dating someone new. It all seems too much too soon for her, although I hope it sticks and she is able to get out of that codependent relationship with her husband.

Amy has “Blake’s” tattooed over her left breast in a retro design that’s reminiscent of a waitresses name tag over a half-pocket with cherries. At least there isn’t a last name on there.

Amy Winehouse is looking as though rehab has been very, very good to her. I’ve only known of her in the last 8 months or so, and had never seen a photo of what she used to look like. Amy Winehouse can be hot! And she’s getting closer and closer to her former self every day. A lot of people gain weight when they quit drugs or cigarettes – remember Pete Doherty’s pumpkin-shaped face the last time he actually quit something? While on most people the weight is an unflattering consequence of rehab, on Amy Winehouse it makes a vast and immediately noticeable difference. Her skin looks like it’s cleared up remarkably, she seems to have put on 5 – 10 pounds, and much of it appears to have landed in her chest. Oh and her beehive is positively ravishing with nary a nat. Unfortunately, part of the reason we got to see Amy is that she dolled up to visit her loser husband in prison.

The visit follows a difficult day for Winehouse – she was questioned by police yesterday in connection with a video which allegedly showed her smoking crack cocaine.

Well why wouldn’t Blake be supportive of Amy’s recovery? It’s not like he gets to do drugs with her anyway, since he’s locked up. What has he got to lose? Of course if he happens to get out of jail, suddenly I doubt he’ll be so supportive. This is the second time Amy has been questioned in regards to her infamous drug video. It’s hard to say if she’ll be prosecuted because of it. Kate Moss was shown snorting cocaine on a tape, and it was eventually ruled that there wasn’t enough evidence to charge her. In Amy’s case, it certainly helps that she went into rehab shortly after the tape was released, and that she seems to be taking the rehab seriously and – by external appearances – is doing pretty well. I’m not one for a ridiculous amount of leniency like Pete Doherty is always getting (how many dozens – no hundreds – of times has he appeared before a judge?) but in Amy’s case she wasn’t on probation and hasn’t had multiple drug convictions, save for the one guilty plea she copped to in Norway. More than anything I hope she takes her rehab seriously and gets her life on track, because she has a ton of talent.

When I go to court to cheer on my drug-using, enabling criminal husband, I try to keep my thoughts to myself and my mouth shut. I’ve always thought that was just proper decorum in the court of law. But apparently Amy Winehouse and I treat our drug addict spouses differently, or at least the court of law differently. Because while I sit there quietly, Amy seems to think she’s at a ballgame, and hollers out encouragement and grandiose statement of undying love. But to be fair, Amy is most likely on enough drugs that she’s seeing things whipping around her and men running to and fro, so she probably does think she’s at a ballgame or something.

Forget the break-up rumors: Apparently, all is well between Amy Winehouse and her incarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil. The singer, 24, declared her love for her man at his hearing today at London’s Snaresbrook Crown Court. (Fielder-Civil, 25, is charged with with conspiracy involving alleged witness tampering and inflicting grievous bodily harm in his upcoming assault trial.)

After arriving late to a packed courtroom, Winehouse sat down with Fielder-Civil’s step-mom Georgette, holding her hand, a witness says. “She was quiet at first, but then Amy blew kisses at Blake and started whispering ‘I love you’ over and over,” the witness tells Usmagazine.com. Well so much for my naively hoped-for theory that Amy was picking herself up and getting away from the black hole that is Blake. I’m telling you, that guy is an emotional vacuum, who occasionally spits up a bag of cocaine. Just like my vacuum. Weird. Blake still has some bizarre hold on Amy, and it seems he’s still got a good chance of bleeding her dry. Amy recently went on a vacation with her ex-boyfriend, appeared to have put on a little much-needed weight, and dyed her hair incredibly ugly platinum. I was hoping it was sort of a two steps forward, one step back situation, and that she was finally breaking free of Blake. But whatever codependent junkie drama the two had going on seems to still be in full effect. I really hope he ends up in prison for a while. Not just because he assaulted someone… though that’d obviously be the primary, legal reason. But from the moral celebrity standpoint, Amy being separated from Blake could only do her good. And isn’t that just as ethical a reason to keep him locked up as him assaulting someone and then witness tampering? I thought so.

When we last left Amy Winehouse, the British trainwreck was returning from a sunny holiday in the Caribbean, with her ex-boyfriend George Roberts. This has sent her imprisoned husband Blake Fielder-Civil into a tailspin (as if he wasn’t already spinning enough) and caused him to inflict some self harm.

Blake’s former cell-mate Bill Gage wrote in his diary: “What Blake wants is not fame or a drug-fueled mess of a life. He wants a happy life with his wife.

“He is missing her like crazy. He breaks down in tears – he is falling apart.

“After spending four days in solitary he went mad and had to be treated to cuts to his arm. He is doing his best to survive without Amy but admits it’s the hardest thing he has ever done.”

Don’t feel too bad Blake – while on holiday Amy apparently had a fair case of the runs. I’ve heard this can happen to recovering addicts, so hopefully it means that Amy was off the drugs while away.

Blake’s mother felt it necessary to add her two cents worth of opinion about Amy’s holiday to the British press, asking “What signal is it sending out? Amy’s husband is stuck in jail and she’s cavorting with an old boyfriend. What’s she playing at? It’s just not on.”

It’s not all bad news for Amy. While she still is facing charges of cannabis possession in Norway that may affect her ability to get a US visa, it seems likely her British charges of attempting to pervert the course of justice will be dropped.

And what better way to celebrate Amy’s freedom, and Blake’s eventual release from prison, than by having a baby?

‘She told Blake she wants to get pregnant as soon as she can,’ an insider tells the Sunday People.

‘She reckons it would pull them together as a family and help them focus their lives on something positive.

‘It sounds like a crazy idea, but on the other hand it could be the thing that adds stability to her life.’

It sounds like a crazy idea because it is. Amy Winehouse can’t even remember to put on a shirt when she leaves the house, how can she cope with looking after a baby? How can a man who self harms in prison pull himself together enough to take care of an infant? Being in prison changes people, and I’m not sure that Blake or Amy realize what the future holds. Fortunately the Sunday People isn’t the most reliable source, hopefully Amy will hold off on the baby for a few more years. A bundle of joy I’d much rather see coming from her is a new album.
