Angelina Jolie is hoping to have a natural delivery for the upcoming birth of her twins. According to an “insider” (gotta love those anonymous, chatty insiders) Angelina was planning on a natural birth with 2-year-old daughter Shiloh and was disappointed when she had to have a C-section instead. This time Angie’s really hoping to go the natural route – twice.

Amid swirling reports that Angelina Jolie is on bed-rest and close to giving birth — so close, that the French media jumped the gun and announced the actress had already delivered her twins last week — the heavily pregnant actress has begun telling friends that she hopes to give birth naturally to her twin girls.

“She prepared for a natural child birth for Shiloh and was very disappointed when her doctors told her she would have to undergo a Cesarean section,” a source close to Angelina tells OK!. “She is praying everything will go her way and she will be able to enjoy a natural birth.”

According to OK! Brad and Angie are quasi-fanatical about the safety of their babies. Luckily they don’t sound like they’re J-Lo crazy, and aren’t requiring surgical masks and hand sanitizer dispensers be installed around their home. But they do have a plethora of security, along with a midwife and two private nurses. The source also says there’s no way Angelina will be able to go full term with the babies.

The most important thing to Angie, however is to protect her babies. The actress and her partner Brad Pitt are taking every pre-caution to ensure a safe delivery, reserving a private birthing room at Le Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace in Monaco, and hiring a midwife and two French nurses who are currently staying with her at Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen’s compound in St.-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.

“Whether Angelina experiences natural childbirth or has a scheduled C-section, she will not go to full term with the twins,” the source says. “She’s been told to expect the babies early, and that was the reason she and Brad went early to France — so they would be ready for their babies whenever they decide to make their appearance.”

It sounds like they’re putting in the expected amount of planning for massive celebrity babies. Twins seem to be all the rage right now. Julia Robert, Jennifer Lopez, and now Angelina. I bet she ordered them that way; gotta stay trendy.

I didn’t learn this until recently, but it is legally possible for one adult to adopt another adult. There are all sorts of reasons people do this: to will rent-controlled apartments, to circumvent laws, etc. But it happens. As such, I will be petitioning Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to adopt me. We already know they’re into adoption. We know they like to adopt in unconventional ways – no common American babies for them. What would cause more of a stir than adopting an adult? Nothing. And I am now damn sure they’ve got the money. And compared to what they’re spending on their other kids, I am a relative bargain.

But on May 15, after the premiere of her new animated movie, Kung Fu Panda, at the Cannes Film Festival in France, she looked thrilled to be out in public — and showing off her pregnancy. “She seemed so happy,” says an onlooker. “She let Jack Black and Dustin Hoffman [her co-stars] hug her belly.” And as Angie schmoozed with other celebrities, Brad Pitt was by her side. “She looked so comforted by his affection,” says the onlooker. “She was always smiling.”

As her due date nears, Angelina, 32, finally seems eager to talk about her babies. And she and Brad, 44, are clearly willing to do — and spend — anything to bring them into the world secure and healthy. In fact, insiders estimate Brad and Angie will spend at least $20 million in France on security, medical costs and shelter for their growing brood.

“Brad and Angelina love all their children and will do everything to protect them and keep them healthy,” says an insider. “Money is no object when it comes to the kids.” That’s true when it comes to the twins as well. “They can drop thousands of dollars on them in a day,” says the insider. “They’d do anything for them.”

The sample breakdown is pretty damn impressive too. I know they’re worth an insane amount of money, but it still boggles my mind that anyone can go through this kind of cash.

I’m sure a large amount of their money goes to security – and one would think the nine cars are a part of that. Can you imagine having a helicopter on call for your birth? At this point, why not just have a hospital built next to your house? I mean they’re spending so much as it is. That’s the only thing more dramatic than a helicopter.

Life & Style points out how happy Angelina has seemed in the last few weeks, and that’s very true. It’s easy to forget she used to be such a dark character. She’s been beaming from ear to ear, despite carrying around 2 fetuses that look bigger than she does. At $10 million a kid, those are two lucky babies.

I think we all see those screaming kids in airplanes/supermarkets/movie theatres and think ‘I shouldn’t have kids’. I know I do, except it’s usually my kids doing the screaming. George Clooney, the man with the anti-marriage shrine in his house, says he is put off babies by none other than the Jolie-Pitt clan.

He said: “Even one kid running around my villa makes me nervous, so I’m definitely not a candidate for father of the year!

“If I need to surround myself with children and feel like I have this big extended family, I can always call Brad and Angie and ask them to stay with me, just to remind me why I’m so happy without.”

Clooney, 46, also said he is unlikely to invite the celebrity couple to stay in his villa on Italy’s Lake Como this summer because he doesn’t have the room to accommodate their ever-expanding brood.

He added to Britain’s Heat magazine: “I really don’t have enough space for all their children. Also, Brad and Angelina need a security deal of about 20 guys wearing dark suits and carrying walkie-talkies, and that tends to attract attention.”

I’m kind of on George’s side here. I think just about anyone is intimidated by the idea of 5-6 kids. Sure, when they’re small you can have nannies to do a lot of the dirty work (even the most devoted parent has no enthusiasm for poopy nappies) but have Brad and Angelina considered what it is going to be like to have six hormonal teenagers hanging about the house? Rumors are swirling once again that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have gotten secretly married. As time goes on and their family increases exponentially, it’s hard to tell if that increases or decreases the likelihood that they’ll tie the knot. On the one hand, you’d think that having so many kids might make them yearn to cement things in a more traditional way. On the other hand, with each passing kid and each passing year that they DON’T do it, you could argue that they become firmer in their resolve to abstain from marriage. A slew of print and internet media sources are reporting that the two secretly wed in New Orleans on Saturday, despite Brad’s very public proclamation some years ago that he and Angie wouldn’t get married legally until everyone could get married legally.

Hollywood’s most powerful couple has made it official - Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are married.

According to Star magazine’s website, the pair wed on Saturday in New Orleans. The couple have been together since 2005, when they co-starred in the actioner, “Mr. and Mrs. Smith.” Angelina is pregnant with twins, and the two have four other children.

This would be Brad’s second time down the aisle, with his first to “Friends” star Jennifer Aniston ending in divorce. Angelina has been married twice previously, most recently to actor Billy Bob Thornton, and “Eli Stone” star Jonny Lee Miller in the late 1990s.

The Daily News felt confident enough in their story to boldly headline it “Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt are married.” The story was also picked up by OK!, X17, and PR Insider. If the pair have indeed married, it makes sense that they’d keep it under wraps. Angelina is said to be having a tough pregnancy this time around. She’s widely speculated to be carrying twins, which can’t be easy on her rather emaciated frame. Several media outlets are also reporting that she’s suffering from gestational diabetes, which affects about 2% of women during their pregnancies. Considering the pair’s earlier statements about marriage, coupled with Angelina’s health, it’s no surprise that they’d keep any wedding a secret as long as possible. If they did marry, congrats to them. And if not, at least we can keep on speculating.

Update by Celebitchy: People Magazine is reporting that it’s not true and that “a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE there was ‘no wedding’” and seems to say that they weren’t even in New Orleans this weekend when this was said to have taken place.

The “Angelina and Brad buy a French villa” story is false, according to the guy who owns the estate. This week’s Star Magazine features “exclusive photos” of “Brad & Angelina $20M French Dream Home,” but In Touch talked to the owner, who says he only wishes Brad and Angelina would take that money pit off his hands and doesn’t know how the rumor got started:

Although US Weekly reported that the couple made an offer on the 850-year-old Mas de la Chappelle St. Sixte in the Provence region, the real owner, James Butler, tells In Touch… “I wish that it were true, but it’s completely false. Don’t know where they got that one. Our house is for sale, though. They are welcome to come look at it!”

This story had a lot of people, including us, speculating that Angelina would give birth to the Shiloh sequel(s) in France. US Weekly even added the convincing detail that “According to a second source, Jolie, 32, has had ‘long conversations’ with the American Hospital of Paris about delivering there.”

It looks like US Weekly’s “source” was wrong and that Angelina may chose a stateside location for the birth instead. OK! Magazine had the story in their March 17th issue that Angelina was probably planning to give birth in the suburb of Austin, Texas where the family is holed up while Brad shoots the film Tree of Life. OK! didn’t claim to have much insider information, and just said that “it seems highly likely that the rapidly approaching birth of the second Jolie-Pitt biological baby will occur on American soil.”

The Jolie-Pitts are also said to be building a house in Berlin, Germany and they already own an apartment there. Until the magical moment comes, we don’t know where in the world the baby(ies) will be born and if Angelina will be inking domestic or foreign digits on her upper arm, or if she will be adding one line or two.

It must be tough to be a rich celebrity. Which plane should I fly today? Which country should I give birth in? Oh, the dilemma. But it looks like Angelina Jolie’s got it all figured out–sources say the actress will be giving birth to her baby(ies) in France. She and life partner Brad Pitt, along with their increasing litter of children, have made an offer on a Villa in the French countryside.

The duo – who set up a temporary home in Namibia in 2006 in anticipation of the birth of Shiloh, 21 months – have made an offer on an 850-year-old stone house in Eygalieres, in the country’s Provence region, a real estate source tells Us Weekly, in its latest issue, on newsstands now.

Pitt and Jolie – who has taken her baby bump everywhere from Texas to Baghdad – originally looked at the $20 million, fully renovated structure (official name: Mas de la Chapelle St. Sixte) last year, the source tells Us, but lost interest when they learned Pitt, 44, would not be given consent to build a motorbike circuit on the five-acre garden.

“As soon as they found out it was now possible, they jumped at the chance,” the source tells Us.

The couple may be eyeing the home as a place to settle after Jolie – whose mother was of French Canadian descent – gives birth to her next baby (she is due in early summer).

Jolie, 32, has had “long conversations” with the American Hospital of Paris about delivering there, a second source tells Us.

“Angelina knows all about our reputation,” says the hospital source. “She is certain she’d be happy giving birth here.”

Jolie has been spending time in Austin, Texas while Pitt films “Tree of Life” nearby.

On Tuesday, she was spotted piloting a plane with Maddox.

If you remember, Angelina delivered Shiloh in Africa. You know, Halle Berry should really give Angie a run for her money and have her baby at the top of an Egyptian pyramid! And then, Jessica Alba could give birth atop the Great Wall of China. It would be great! All these Hollywood moms trying to outdo each other. If the rumors are true about Britney, she could give birth in the bathroom of a Quiznos on Robertson Blvd. That would show them!

Halle Berry is due any second! I think she is going to have the cutest baby with her model boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey, but will she sell the pictures?

Jamie Lynn Spears – some sources are saying she is due very, very soon, but just doesn’t seem to have a big enough bump to be close to popping. Must be those 16 year old abs of steel.

Cate Blanchett is expecting her third with husband Andrew Upton, and I’m hoping for a girl because she already has two boys. Girls clothes are so much cuter.

Nicole Kidman is still pregnant, definitely not drinking alcohol, and is due around June where the baby will be born in Australia.

Are Brangelina having twins? What’s the due date? These two haven’t confirmed or denied reports, but it’s all too obvious they’re having a fifth and maybe a sixth.

Jessica Alba is still flying to promote her film, so she must have quite a few weeks to go. She has declined to confirm a due date.

Matthew McConaughey is expecting a boy with model Camila, and he wants him to like beer. Enough to name the boy after Budweiser. He probably won’t wear a shirt either.

Gwen Stefani is expecting her next child with hubby Gavin Rossdale, and had a great time practicing baby making.

These babies will start popping out (if only it was that easy) in September

Kimora Lee Simmons just announced her pregnancy. A little sibling for her older children from her previous relationship, Ming and Aoki.

Alessandra Ambrosio has also just announced on her official blog that she is expecting, saying “This is a dream come true.”

Matt Damon and his wife Luciana, who have nine year old Alexia from her previous relationship, and Isabella, 20 months, are expecting another.

Lisa-Marie Presley confirmed her pregnancy this week, but don’t you dare suggest she’s carrying some pregnancy weight, you pack of coyotes.

Hopefully the celebrity weeklies have their checkbooks ready, these new additions are going to cost a fortune.

It seems like the Team Aniston/Team Jolie loonies aren’t the only ones who just can’t let this story go.

Sheryl Crow, who became chums with Jennifer Aniston during her battle with breast cancer, recently mouthed off about Jennifer’s three-year-old split from Brad Pitt. Sheryl was comparing the media coverage in that breakup to the coverage of her own split from bicyclist Lance Armstrong. She claims that both she and Aniston dumped their men, but the media says it was the other way around.

Sheryl Crow has claimed that Jennifer Aniston dumped Brad Pitt rather than the other way around.

The couple split in 2005 after five years of marriage amid rumours that Pitt had fallen for Angelina Jolie on the set of their movie Mr and Mrs Smith.

However, Crow said she learned the truth when she became friends with Aniston after the actress ditched Pitt and she split from cyclist Lance Armstrong.

She said: “For both of us, the perceived idea is that, in our big relationships, we both got dumped. Believe me, this is not true. Neither one of us has ever gotten dumped. No one ever knows what goes on in relationships.

“Unfortunately, for some people like Jennifer and me, so much is written about things that you don’t say, and so many emotions are attributed to you that you haven’t had.”

A friend also insisted that Aniston had called time on the marriage, telling the National Enquirer: “Once Jen saw the writing on the wall, she dumped Brad.

“She took a cold, hard look at her marriage and realised it was irretrievably broken. She and Brad had vastly different personal agendas and feelings about love, career and having a family.”

Does anyone really care about Lance and Sheryl or Brad and Jen anymore? I mean, really care? It seems to me that in the Brad-Angie-Jennifer triangle, those three individuals are more than over it and moved on years ago. As for Lance and Sheryl, I never gave a crap about them in the first place. Both of them are boring as hell, so together, they were twice as boring. Who cares who dumped whom? My guess is, Sheryl was looking for some free publicity to promote her boring new CD and she knows that there’s no faster way to get attention than to bring up the Pitt-Aniston divorce.

After weeks of speculation, the big question is answered. Yes, Angelina Jolie is pregnant again. Jolie attended the Independent Spirit Film Awards sporting a major baby bump.

Brad and Angelina haven’t confronted any pregnancy rumors, but today at the Film Independent’s Spirit Awards, the two decided to use a more passive approach — just show the bump!

I guess this is the new trend among celebrity moms-to-be– never announce your pregnancy, just show up somewhere with a sudden gut. I blame this on Christina Aguilera. She started this, then JLo, and now Angelina. It’s a great PR stunt, but to be frank, I’m sort of over it. Sorry, Ang. File this one under, “Thanks for telling us what we already knew.”

Note by Celebitchy: A lot of people thought at first that these picture might be photoshopped, but they’re definitely not, Angelina is just wearing a very tight outfit. I don’t think Angelina and Brad will go to the Oscars this year, because the only one of their films that is nominated is The Assination of Jesse James, and that’s just for cinematography. Brad’s co-star Casey Affleck is also up for best supporting actor. They didn’t show up last year and Babel was up for best picture. If this is how Angelina is announcing her pregnancy, good for her. She waited an awful long time, I would guess she’s 5-6 months along, and she’s not profiting from the news, even for charity. She also picked a relatively low-key event, The Independent Spirit Awards.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt finalized their adoption of Pax Thien almost a year after Angelina first brought him home from an orphanage in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. Brad and Angelina went to LA County Court on Wednesday to complete the adoption process. It was initially approved in Vietnam, and was finalized by approval of a Los Angeles judge.

Pax was originally named Pham Quang Sang and lived at the Tam Binh orphanage until the age of three and a half after he was abandoned at the hospital as a baby. He was said to have cried and hid during the official adoption ceremony on March 15 of last year, but by most accounts has settled into Brad and Angelina’s blended family well. Brad and Angelina hired a Vietnamese translator for him to ease his transition, and he seems to have found a friend and protective brother in older Maddox, 6. Pax was seen riding an inner tube down the slopes at Mammoth Mountain in California with his dad Brad Pitt earlier this week.

According to OK! Magazine, [print edition, February 22, 2008] Brad, Maddox, 6, and Pax, 4, were at Mammoth skiing for two days earlier this month while Angelina was in Iraq. They arrived on February 5 by private jet and stayed at a luxury rental home right on the mountain. Maddox and Pax took skiing lessons and were said to have “picked it up pretty quick.” The trio returned home on February 7, and it looks like they enjoyed their skiing vacation so much that they went back. The whole family was spotted at Mammoth earlier this week. TMZ has the pictures, and they’re pretty darn cute.
