Megan Fox and Brian Austin green have been dating for something like six years, although there have been some indications that they’ve broken up a couple of times for a few months here and there. Still, Megan has always identified herself as being in a long-term relationship with BAG, although the technical status has always been elusive. I think at this point they’re living together, and previously they’ve been engaged (like back last year around this time, until they broke up for a month or two). Anyway, Us Weekly is claiming that their engagement is back on, although Megan has already lost the ring:

Megan Fox is engaged again, reports the new Us Weekly (on newsstands now). On-again beau Brian Austin Green popped the question to Fox, 24, June 1. But in all the excitement, the happy couple somehow lost the ring, sources tell Us Weekly.

“I saw her jumping up and down,” a witness tells Us Weekly of the beachside proposal at the Four Seasons Hualalai hotel on the Big Island in Hawaii. “Later, I saw a half dozen staff sifting through the sand.”

Alas, the 2-carat sparkler, which the pair picked out together from Excalibur jewelry store in Beverly Hills, remains MIA.

“Security and maintenance staff spent a couple of hours looking for it,” another source tells Us Weekly. “No one found it.”

Green, 36, and Fox began dating in 2004 but called off their previous two-year engagement in February 2009.

Weird. I guess some superfan didn’t want Megan off the market, so he stole the ring? Or BAG never got her a ring, he just pretended to open a box and then was like, “Oh, no, I lost it!” Well, if they are engaged again, good for them, and congratulations. I think she’s a very insecure woman with a lot to be insecure about, but BAG seems like a decent influence on her, and she seems to be very close to his son. Let’s see if BAG actually gets her down the aisle this time.

In a recent interview in Rolling Stone Magazine, Megan Fox was talking about her on-again relationship with Brian Austin Green. She confesses to having a “ridiculously bad” temper, and says (via Page Six), “I’ve had to say to Brian, ‘You have to go and stop talking to me, because I’m going to kill you. I’m going to stab you with something, please leave.’ I’d never own a gun for that reason. I wouldn’t shoot to kill. But I would shoot him in the leg, for sure.” I never thought I’d say this, but poor BAG. I don’t know how he puts up with her.

In other Megan Fox news, she finally responded to that open letter written by three unnamed Transformers crew members. The letter slammed Megan as an unprofessional Valley girl, and a “thankless, classless, graceless bitch.” Not only did she respond, but another crew member wrote another letter defending Megan from their attacks:

Fox herself commented on the drama exclusively to EW. “I have spoken with the parties involved privately,” Fox said in a statement, via her publicist. “I am very fortunate to be involved in this amazing franchise and look forward to Transformers 3.”

But wait! There’s another twist. On Tuesday, yet another letter surfaced, from yet another Transformers crew member. (This one, however, is signed.) Below, printed in full, is production assistant Anthony Steinhart’s defense of Fox. He responds to the criticism — both the minutiae and broader strokes — in the original letter.

“First of all, I would like people to know (for those who are interested) the reason why I am writing this letter is to clear my name in any of this Ms. Fox bashing. As someone pointed out in one of the responses, you could narrow down the list of potential writers of the letter by looking on IMDB. I have received a few phone calls from people who have read the letter and they know that I have worked closely with the actors/actresses on the film, so I felt I should at least clear my name.”

“My name is Anthony Steinhart and I have worked on both Transformers movies and have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Fox.”

“I read the letter by the three unnamed crew people and was blown away by their description of Ms. Fox. Especially, since I am the one usually getting Ms. Fox at her trailer. I have personally never been nor ever witnessed Ms. Fox being rude or inconsiderate of people’s feelings or the work to be done. Everyone is entitled to their good days and bad. Contrary to popular belief, she is like us (human) and has both good and bad days as well. Working on the Transformers movies can be intense at times and sometimes intense situations cause intense moments.”

“It’s unfortunate the grip didn’t want to bring his daughter to set because Megan Fox wasn’t nice and not the fact that we had a closed to set. No visitors unless approved by the UPM [unit production manager]. That is what the call sheets have always said. By the way, Ms. Fox wished my 12-year-old brother a happy birthday over the phone while we were shooting in New Mexico. Not so heartless…”

“It’s also unfortunate that she didn’t attend any of the “15” parties, but I clearly remember her hanging out in New Mexico with some of the crew and watching her get hounded by passers-by as she walked through the hotel lobby and being nothing but gracious to her fans. Also isn’t it refreshing to hear that she doesn’t need to be a part of the party machine that sometimes swallows people whole, only to spit them out on the front page of every magazine. And incidentally, if these crew members were at the wrap party, I only saw 2 cast members there. Granted I wasn’t there the whole night, but I was there long enough to know that the others probably weren’t going to show.”

“I also remember walking with her through the hordes of people lined up, while we shot at Princeton and she signed autograph after autograph. She signed many publicity photos, magazines, pieces of white paper for crew members and their families. Now I know that isn’t the same as curing a disease, but if we are to take anything an actor/actress says or does to personally, then I fear we have far greater problems on our hands.”

“Unfortunately, I don’t always keep up with or hang on to quotes and/or quips “actresses” say, so I wasn’t familiar with the incident that incited the tasteless letter, but none-the-less leave the war of words to those involved. No need to drag her name through the mud and at the same time, unknowingly, bring others down.”

Well… I tend to believe in a little from column A and a little from column B. There’s no question in my mind that Megan could use some lessons in how to be more professional and gracious, and I’m just judging that from her public statements. As far as her private behavior, or second-hand accounts of how she acts on set, my guess is that she probably isn’t as bad as the original open letter would suggest. Bottom line – she needs to grow up, and she needs to have a better understanding of how idiotic and nasty she sounds in interviews. And Michael Bay needs to stop with feeding the beast.

With the amount of random stuff that spouts out of Megan Fox’s mouth, is it any wonder that she can’t control her love life, either? Megan Fox, 23, was spotted out on a weekend getaway in Las Vegas with her most ex, Brian Austin Green, 35. Megan was most recently linked to her co-star in Transformers 2, Shia LaBeouf. Arriving at The Palazzo Las Vegas around 3 a.m., the duo quickly met up with Fox’s sister and brother-in-law who were in town from Florida and retired to their suite. Hours later on Sunday, the group had lunch at Mexican hotspot Dos Caminos where Fox’s sibling picked up the check!

“Brian was in shorts and Megan was in skinny jeans and heels. She was wearing big sunglasses but took them off when they sat down. They were in a cabana in the restaurant and had us turn the TV to the Dodgers/Marlins game,” a worker told RadarOnline.com. “Megan had tuna ceviche for an appetizer and then she and her sister had the pescada tacos (fish) and the guys had the asada tacos (beef). Megan’s sister picked up the check and it was $100 and she tipped $20. They all looked like they were having a lot of fun laughing and joking around.”

While they simply “looked friendly” at lunch, they turned up the sweetness factor later in the night when they caught the Mystere by Cirque du Soleil show at Treasure Island. Arriving in a stretch black limo, the foursome ate popcorn and sipped soda as they watched the performance- at one point one of the performers even put his head between the two as part of the act! The random interruption did nothing to change Fox and Green’s intimacy with one another.

“They were calling each other baby, he had his arm around her, and they were holding hands,” an onlooker said. “At one point she put on chapstick but had some leftover so she put the extra on his lips.”

The NY Daily News reported that Megan and Shia were seen out together twice last week, once at a dinner with Oliver Stone that could have been business, and another time at a party. A witness claimed they looked “into each other” and Shia is said to have “watched her like a hawk all night.”

Did Megan really get with Shia at one point, is their relationship just a rumor, or is Megan playing the field? Is Shia pining for Megan while she refuses to give him the time of day? Megan announced in mid June that she was “currently single,” meaning she was split up from Green at that time. My ideal scenario is that she hooked up with Shia, he let her down gently when he realized how crazy she was, and she went crawling back to her ex. It’s more likely that Megan is breaking Shia’s wacky but tender heart, though, either by refusing his advances or accepting them and then rejecting him.

Megan and Brian were photographed out together in the morning on 6/23, just last week, so she was probably already back with Brian on the night that Shia was staring at her at the party. Shia deserves so much better. Maybe he realized that, though, and got out while he could.

No one’s ever accused Megan Fox of being the brightest bulb in the pack, but this is one of her better decisions. Megan has confirmed that she is back with Brian Austin Green, her on-again/off-again live-in boyfriend/fiance. But, alas! She will not marry him. But she still wants to call him her fiance, and claims that they’re still engaged. Classic.

And yet, bafflingly, the on/off lovebirds remain engaged.

In interviews, Megan seems like a girl with really low self-esteem, so that could be one explanation for why she’s staying with Brian – she simply doesn’t realize she could do better. Here’s one thing I really don’t understand about the fanboys’ devotion to Megan – she’s had a ton of plastic surgery, right? She looks different every time I see a picture of her. Her lips inflate and deflate and her nose has changed about three times. It can’t all be make-up and grooming, although she does need to stop over-plucking her eyebrows. I guess those little details don’t matter to the fanboys… or to David Austin Green.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green, who have been Hollywood’s “who cares?” on and off couple for a few years now, are taking their relationship to the next level. Megan had previously been living in Brian’s apartment, and was seen moving out during a recent low point in their relationship. But now that they are back together, they have decided to purchase a beach view apartment together in Santa Monica.

The ‘Transformers’ actress has fuelled rumours she has reconciled with ‘Beverly Hills, 90210′ actor Brian after they were spotted looking at apartments in California’s Santa Monica area.

A source said: “Megan wanted great ocean views because she loves the beach and spotting dolphins. And they said they needed several bedrooms and lots of privacy.”

Although the couple are back together, Megan wasn’t wearing her engagement ring while viewing properties.

The 22-year-old actress split from Brian, 35, in February amid reports their three-year relationship had “run its course”.

Just days later they reconciled after deciding they couldn’t be apart.

The couple is reportedly going to counseling to get through their rough patch, and I’m not sure if buying a place together is the best move when you’re unsure about your relationship. I’m not gonna lie – Megan Fox is smokin’. She could probably have any guy in Hollywood, starting first and foremost with her Transformers costar Shia LeBeouf. The fact that she and Brian have stayed together so long says something very positive about both of them. A break up and subsequent rebound relationships would keep her in the press, which would be important for her career. But instead she is intent on keeping her life just as it was before she got famous. You’ve got to give her some respect for that.

Men around the world did the Happy Dance when it broke last week that “Transformers” star Megan Fox had called off her engagement to David Silver, aka Brian Austin Green. But since then, Fox has been seen with Green and even went to his son’s elementary school to visit just days after the alleged split. Green and Fox were photographed together as recently as yesterday, prompting the question: are they or aren’t they?

That’s been the big question since last week’s report that the couple had split. Megan, who’d been living at her fiancé’s house up until then, may have checked into a hotel in West Hollywood on Friday, but she was also seen leaving Brian’s house the morning prior.

On Monday night, the twosome were spotted stocking up on groceries at Bristol Farms in West Hollywood.
“They just seemed like a normal couple,” says an onlooker. “They weren’t holding hands or anything…She was just sort of following him around.”

Then just yesterday, Meg and Brian hit up Indigo furniture store in the Valley before they headed back to his house together.

Megan’s rep had no comment on the supposed split, but now we’re wondering: Did they ever broke up in the first place?

“Transformers” sexpot Megan Fox and her fiance, Brian Austin Green (better known as David Silver, the rapper wannabe on “Beverly Hills 90210″) have split, according to Us Weekly. Breakup rumors began rumbling late last year, when Megan and Brian were spotted having arguments in public, Megan stopped wearing her engagement ring and also attended a handful of events with no date. Most notably, Megan presented at the Golden Globes and walked the red carpet solo. When she was asked about Brian, she seemed irritated. Both Fox and Green are citing that age-old Hollywood relationship killer: their respective careers.

“The relationship had run its course,” an insider tells Us exclusively. “It’s completely amicable, and they are remaining friends.”

Fox, 22 (who’ll reprise her role as Mikaela in this June’s sequel Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen), and Green, 35 (a regular on Fox’s Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles), now “are both focusing on their careers,” the source adds.

The couple — who have tattoos of each other’s names — met in 2004 and, as Us first reported, got engaged in November 2006.

Last November, Fox told Us that the wedding plans were still on.

“It’s not going to be a big wedding,” she told Us at a GQ bash. “I’m not one of those girls. If it happens, it will be very low-key and quick and unplanned.”

What does she mean, “One of those girls?” One of those girls who has a big wedding? Or, is she one of “those girls” who drops her less-famous fiancee just as her career is heating up? Well, if I’d known they had tattoos of each other’s names, I would have predicted this a long time ago! Everyone knows that’s the kiss of death. Well, that, along with the fact that Megan is about to be a huge star and is plastered on the cover of every men’s magazine in the universe, while poor David Silver is the answer to a 90′s trivia question and his TV show is about to be canceled for low ratings. It’s kind of like “A Star is Born,” only instead of Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson, it’s an Angelina Jolie wanna-be and a guy famous for deflowering Donna Martin. It is kind of sad, though. Brian Austin Green is probably the last “regular guy” Megan Fox is going to date. And by regular guy, I mean “decent looking has-been with a recurring role on a Fox TV show.” From here on in, she’ll be hanging off the arm of rock stars, directors and pretty boys. Mark my words.

Megan Fox got invited to the adults’ table for the Golden Globes, and she sort of blew it. Clad in a too-tight, sequined, gold dress, Fox seemed a little drunk or off-kilter during her presenting duties and her red carpet interviews. She came off like a very insecure girl with a lot of issues. Which is probably the truth, so I at least have to give her credit for not “acting” her way through the interviews. Perhaps she was feeling so insecure because her long-time boyfriend, Beverly Hills 90210 (classic, not new) alum Brian Austin Green wasn’t there to hold her hand.

Megan Fox is probably one of young Hollywood’s most beautiful actresses–and yet she’s the only one who doesn’t seem to know it.

“I’m a tranny. I’m a man,” Fox joked to E!‘s Giulianna Rancic on the red carpet of Sunday night’s Golden Globe Awards. “I’m painfully insecure, like I’m on the verge of vomiting right now, I’m so horrified that I’m here, and embarrassed, I’m scared.”

The Transformers star didn’t stop there! Fox, 22, kept watching the monitor on the red carpet and admired more than a few of her favorite actresses.

“I love that you’re looking at Salma Hayek,” Rancic told the actress, who replied, “I want her boobs! Those are the most amazing boobs. Perfect.”

Noticeably absent from Fox’s side was her long time beau, Brian Austin Green.

“He doesn’t want to be here,” she explained. “You know, he doesn’t want to be my date. He’s a man. He has an ego.”

This was Megan’s first trip to the Golden Globes and, when asked about her diet regime in preparation for the big night, she held nothing back.

“Well, I do have a 22 inch waist, I will say that. But, I basically starve myself for a month. I’m kidding, I did a lot of pilates. An immense amount of pilates.”

Okay, so I’m not a card-carrying member of The Megan Fox Fan Club, but even I acknowledge that Fox is *way* better than Brian Austin Green. He should be begging to escort her places. He should be thanking God for every day he gets to spend with a girl so out of league. So what’s with his attitude? Does he think he’s too good to escort his girlfriend to the Golden Globes? Brian Austin Green, 35, had a mastif-pitt bull mix dog named Macy that he adopted three years ago when she was just a puppy. His live-in fiance Megan Fox, 22, is said to have told him that it was her or the dog. The National Enquirer has this story, and claims Macy was a well-trained and well-behaved dog and didn’t cause any problems. Brain ultimately gave up the dog to a good home at Megan’s insistence, but he’s said to be heart broken about it.

“Megan claimed she felt threatened by Macy, but that dog was a sweetheart. She wouldn’t hurt a fly,” divulged an insider.

[Brian] adopted 3-year-old Macy, a mastiff-pit bull mix, when she was 3 months old – around the same time he and Megan, 22, began living together, according to sources.

After adopting the dog, 35 year-old Brian enrolled her in rigorous training courses at the Hollywood Dog Training School…

“Macy was really mellow and well-behaved,” the source added. “Whenever Brian went out of town he’d board Macy at the training school.

“The trainers were shocked when Brian’s assistant came in one day and said Brian was being forced to give Macy up for adoption because Megan didn’t get along with her.”

The Enquirer goes on to say that to add insult to injury “Right after Brian gave Macy up for adoption, Megan adopted two tiny dogs.”

There was a story a while ago the Brian was overheard at lunch venting to a friend about how Megan controls his life, including making schedules for him so he spent a specific amount of time together. These two were rumored to have broken up last month, but Brian denied it, saying they were still together.

It’s very cold to make someone give up their pet, and you have to wonder if these two are ready to get married and take it to the next step. If Fox is as controlling and cold-hearted as she’s rumored to be, she would definitely make a terrible wife. It doesn’t matter how hot someone is if they’re a nightmare to be with.
