Britney caused a stir a few months ago when she stepped out wearing a sundress and fresh red lipstick in the company of a new man. The guy was seen wearing a Baby Bjorn, picking up flowers for Britney, and otherwise looking helpful and hunky at a time when K-Fed wasn’t around. His identity was initially a mystery, and he was confused with Britney’s producer, JR Rotem, with whom he shares a slight resemblance.

Everyone called him the new “manny,” and speculated that he might be having an affair with Britney, but it turned out he was a naval academy graduate who was hired as a bodyguard and was just doing double-duty. 28 year-old Perry Taylor became an overnight sensation, and the rumors of an affair were quashed when his mother revealed that he had a live-in girlfriend.

K-Fed was said to be jealous of gorgeous helpful Perry, who some said little Sean Preston was calling “daddy,” and Britney demoted him to as-needed bodyguard duty. He was photographed with Britney since, but hasn’t been seen out with her in some time.

Now it looks like he’s landed another gig as a bodyguard to Jude Law!

Jude Law famously publically apologized for cheating on Sienna Miller with his children’s nanny over a year ago. He has since replaced her with an older, less attractive version. Maybe by hiring Perry he figures he’ll save a few bucks and avoid future scandals.

We hope to see more of cute Perry in the future.

Britney Spears’ son Sean Preston celebrated his first birthday yesterday just two days after his little brother was born. Britney was said to be having a baby girl on Sean Preston’s birthday and to want to name her “Jailynn” after members of her family. It turns out Britney was trying to fool the press by purchasing and registering for baby girl’s items. The planned date of birth could have been true, however, as Britney was said to have received an emergency cesearian after suffering from pre-eclampsia, dangerously high blood pressure that can threaten the life of a pregnant woman and her child.

Now a British newspaper, not the most reliable source, is claiming that Britney plans to name her new one “Sutton Pierce” so that he’ll have the same initials as his older brother:

Sutton is actually a pretty good name, in my opinion. It sounds regal but not too snotty and it isn’t that common. Unlike making children share birthdays, giving them the same initials is kind of cute. It might be made up news given the source and we’ll have to wait and see.

Meanwhile Britney’s official website has been replaced with an “under construction” message and a goofy image of a Tiger’s face morphing into Britney’s. We learned a couple months ago that Britney loves tigers for their “mystery” and she must have dictated the stupid design of the new website. It’s surprising that she didn’t ask for a flaming logo too.

Update: The news is out that Britney has indeed called her son Sutton Pierce.

Kevin Federline was interviewed on “Ellen” yesterday, and he revealed more than a little about his relationship with his pop star wife, Britney Spears. At first he said it was hard to compete with her, and then he backtracked by saying, oh he’s not in competition with her. Why did he say he was then?

K-Fed feels like less of a man because his wife is/was such a big star. He’s a crap rapper, but at least his band and dancers are decent. Here’s a clip of his awful performance on the “Ellen” show:

While K-Fed may want to compete with Britney, she’s not the star she once was. Her earning power is fading fast, and it’s doubtful she’ll ever get back her old success:

That’s not really surprising, but she’s still richer than small countries and large percentages of people combined. You think that would help her clean up and dress right.

Britney has scheduled a C-Section for her second child – to take place on little Sean Preston’s birthday, September 14th. She’s also planning on calling the baby “Jailynn” in honor of her parents and her sister.

Now doesn’t that take a special day away from her current child, who is already getting a sibling at the tender age of one? It seems like a pretty dumb move on Britney’s part if it’s true. She’s having a scheduled C-Section, so surely she could have gone a few days before or after Sean Preston’s birthday. The little guy deserves to have his own birthday.

Not only is he subject to Britney’s poor (but well-intentioned) parenting, now he’s getting his damn birthday downgraded too. It just doesn’t seem fair to either baby.

How does this fool keep getting work? He’s the laughingstock of the Teen Choice Awards, but still manages to get a talking gig on “CSI.” Now comes the news through the Pajiba weekly roundup that K-Fed has landed a three-episode talking part on the HBO series “Entourage”

Like the author of this piece, the “CSI” gig didn’t bother me so much as this news that K-Fed’s going to be featured on “Entourage.” I really, really hope they make fun of him mercilessly, kind of like the way they portrayed Bob Sagat as a scumbag with hookers living at his mansion. It won’t really matter, though, because K-Fed won’t get the joke, and this will just feed his false bravado.

Bigwigs in the hip-hop community have dismissed Kevin Federline’s piss poor attempt to break into the rap industry by getting his former pop star wife to bolster his lack of talent. Magazine editors say he’s not really notable, and if he is, it’s only for a brief laugh:

That last guy was pretty generous in his quotes. If K-Fed had any talent it wouldn’t really matter that he’s Britney’s husband. I would like to see him get his ass handed to him in a freestyle rap competition with any halfway decent street rapper. Did you see “8 Mile?” K-Fed writes his rhymes ahead of time and they’re awful. There’s no way he has enough skill or brains to diss someone on the fly – he would get laughed off the stage.

Britney shows that maternity wear is hard to shop for by wearing the same red striped shorts out again in a visit to the studio with Sean Preston and cute manny Perry in tow yesterday. You think she could mail order if she doesn’t want to go through the trouble of trying stuff on.

She said recently that her second child wasn’t planned, but considering how K-Fed gets paid extra in the prenup for every kid he fathers you know that at least one of them was planning on getting her pregnant again:

She also said in the interview that she has a lot of pregnancy cravings and that she’ll melt an entire big Hershey’s bar in the microwave and eat it in the middle of the night. When I was pregnant I still tried to eat right. I mean ice cream once in a while is ok, but if you’re using the microwave in order to inject more calories that’s really dangerous. Jared Leto gained all that weight to play Lennon’s killer by melting down Haagen Das ice cream and drinking it. Yuck.

K-Fed said that once the baby is born Britney is someone going to change her terrible habits and get skinny so that he can release his album featuring her famous vocals. He also said that Britney played “games” with him when they first started going out to see if he was just in it for the money.

That’s smart of K-Fed to take advantage of Britney for her talent as well as her money. He might not be talented at music, but he sure has healthy sperm.

He’s not even one, and Sean Preston Federline was named “Worst Dressed Man in the World” by Esquire Magazine.

This sounds like a joke. Who would name a little baby poorly dressed? I received all sorts of ridiculous outfits as presents for my son -stuff with little ears and tails on it and cutesy buttons, and just dressed him in it, because he’s a baby. Kids can wear ugly mismatched things, and who really cares? That’s just cruel.

Some more high-res pictures of Britney Spears’ Will and Grace appearance emerged today. Her episode is scheduled to air on April 13th. NBC’s original press release had Britney playing a Christian Conservative, but after an outcry from the wingnuts she’ll now be playing a lesbian. With Britney’s luck in love, she’d be better off switching teams off screen, too. [via]
