Kevin Federline is blackmailing Britney Spears with a video tape that they made during the early part of their relationship. K-Fed is looking to get more money and custody of their children.

News of the World reports the tape is four hours long and that Kevin has told Britney to comply or else he will release the sex tape to be viewed on the internet and all over the world.

That Britney married K-Fed was bad enough. The fact she allowed him to shoot video of their WT “Luv” Romp is worse.

My advice to Britney: Go ahead and release the damn footage yourself. The video WILL be shown online at some point…so get it out there now.
After you release the video, you can go on Oprah or Barbara Walters and cry about it.

As an expert in “WT”, I have been keeping up on all things Britney. Everyone EXCEPT for K-Fed is pretty happy for Brit and the “little taters”, now that she’s FREE AT LAST!

D-I-V-O-R-C-E is tough. Even if you are a pop star millionaire single mom. I want to encourgage Brit to keep her spirits up, because as my dad always said, “THE THIRD TIME’S THE CHARM”!

Life & Style claims that K-Fed wanted to surprise Britney with a divorce first, and was trying to use their first child, Sean Preston, as leverage. Kevin met with a divorce attorney in May and wanted work out a hefty $10 million settlement for himself. Once little Jayden James was born, Kevin wanted to up that amount to an unbelievable $30 million. The bastard tried to use their two children as pawns so that he could get more cars and jewelry to “rap” about:

As early as last May, Kevin, 28, began secretly meeting with his lawyer, Mark Kaplan, to work out a settlement deal with Britney, 24. Kevin was prepared to use their son, Sean Preston, now 1, as leverage: If Britney didn’t give Kevin $10 million, plus their $10 million Malibu mansion, he would sue her for custody, claims an insider. “Kevin knows that Sean is Britney’s Achilles’ heel,” an insider says.

But the couple stayed together through the birth of their second son, Jayden James, now 2 months. Yet Life & Style knows that Kevin recently went back to his lawyer for more secret divorce talks — and this time, he had two babies to use as pawns. He was hoping to score a $30 million payday.

“He feels like $10 million is not a generous amount if he and Britney split since he won’t have any part of his sons’ lives,” says an insider.

But Britney was too quick for him. While Kevin was caught up with his troubled album-release tour, she filed papers of her own asking for legal and physical custody of Sean and Jayden — before the couple reached any kind of deal.

“There was no way she was going to let Kevin lead the way on this subject,” says a close friend of Kevin’s. “She filed first to save face. It’s all about taking care of the babies and keeping the money.”

And Brit’s prenup should be airtight. According to the prenup, Kevin will receive $300,000, any gifts Britney bought him that cost less than $10,000 and half the value of their $10 million Malibu mansion.

Perhaps if Kevin had paid more attention to his wife instead of his career and friends, he would have seen the legal war coming. After a bitter fight on Oct. 11, Britney told him, “If you want to act like you’re a bachelor who doesn’t have a family or a wife, I can make that a reality,” says a friend who witnessed the fight. Brit later got on the phone with her mother and told her, “This isn’t working.”

By filing for divorce first and not succumbing to Kevin’s ridiculous settlement demands, Britney is making sure that the terms of their prenup are adhered to:

According to an Us Magazine article from December 2005, here are some of the details of their pre-nup:

• K-Fed won’t touch a penny of Britney’s money. All the millions belonging to Britney will stay that way.

• The mansion will be divided 50/50.
• Any gift given worth over $10,000 will go back to the original purchaser. This includes a custom-built motorcycle Brit gave K-Fed for Christmas 2 years ago.
• She will still support him for a little while longer. Brit will pay Kevin $30,000 a month for the period of time that is half the length of their marriage. Meaning he’ll be taken care of until at least a year from now.
• Spears won’t pay child support. Federline is still responsible for supporting his other two children with previous baby momma Shar Jackson.

This is the woman who once gave K-Fed her no-limit Amex black card to show him that she trusted him, so she deserves a lot of credit for filing for divorce first.

K-Fed has a custom Ferrari worth more than a quarter of a million dollars, a Maserati worth at least six figures, and a $30,000 watch. All that shit is going to go back to Britney!

I went to bed last night and when I woke up several of my dreams came true! The Dems captured the House in the US and Britney filed for divorce from K-Fed. She’s now a size six and she made a TV appearance after submitting to the skills of a makeup artist and halfway decent stylist. She wasn’t even chewing gum. I thought that was a big step for Britney, but she had a bigger surpise in store for everyone.

Sources say that K-Fed didn’t have a clue that the axe was coming and that Britney slapped the divorce papers on him unexpectedly! What’s more is that Britney might not even have to give K-Fed 1/2 a million according to their prenup. It’s a good f’in day!

Just a week after Kevin Federline told a Boston radio audience that he and Britney Spears “have a wonderful relationship,” the fading pop princess shocked the world and filed for divorce from the ne’er-do-well rapper.

Spears, apparently K-Fed up with her layabout spouse, sought to dissolve her marriage in Los Angeles County Superior Court yesterday, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

And just hours before kicking K-Fed to the curb, Britney flaunted her newly svelte form in a suprise appearance on the “Late Show with David Letterman” Monday night. Just to make sure her soon-to-be-ex would know what he’s going to be missing . . . .

The 24-year-old singer requested both legal and physical custody of their two sons, Sean Preston, 1, and 2-month-old Jayden James. She offered K-Fed reasonable visitation rights.

However,the Chaotic end to their two-year union was complicated by the fact that Federline was in Toronto promoting his debut rap album and Spears’ legal papers cited Monday as the date of their separation. Leaving many celeb pundits to wonder whether K-Fed was privvy to his wife’s decision to pull the plug on their merger.

Just last week the 28-year-old rapper assured WAAF’s Greg Hill that the Spederlines “were very happy and have a wonderful relationship.”

“I’m in mourning for K-Fed,” Hill told the Track yesterday. “But Kevin said he never reads any of the press about their marriage and doesn’t listen to what anyone says. So maybe he doesn’t read divorce papers either and doesn’t know about it yet.”

In fact, the “Britney and Kevin: Chaotic” star seemed clueless to any marital strife, according to Canada.com.

Sources told the Web site that Federline was overheard yesterday saying he hoped his wife would come to Toronto and surprise him.

Well, she probably surprised him all right!

Debra Birnbaum, editor and chief of Life & Style magazine says while K-Fed probably saw a split in their future, the timing may have been an unexpected blow.

“It couldn’t be worse timing for K-Fed,” Birnbaum said. “We’ve reported that he’s been trying to negotiate more money in their prenup for some time now. And his CD has not exactly been doing too well.”

But Spears’ decision to lose her trashtastic hubby has been a long time coming, Birnbaum added.

“I think the second pregnancy was a complete surprise to them and they decided to try and work it out for the sake of the kids,” she mused. “She’s ready for a comeback and I think she finally realized he’s a laughingstock - to be polite. She can’t succeed with Kevin attached to her.”

Birnbaum added that the couple’s recent sojourn to New York City to promote K-Fed’s CD seemed to be the straw that broke the camel’s back.

Britney is said to have been photographed breaking down several times while in NY with K-Fed, and Life & Style says that the pictures will be in their upcoming issue.

In the divorce papers, Britney lists October 8, 2004 as the date of their marriage, not their big wedding day of September 18th. She has also hired divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, who has represented Angelina Jolie and Nick Lachey.

Britney Spears did a one minute bit on David Letterman last night to show off her new size six figure, and it looks like she’s making a comeback. She has so far either stayed away or remained inconspicuous at her husband’s piss-poor “gigs,” probably at his insistence, so going on television was her chance to let everyone know that she’s ready to reclaim her career. I have to say she looks great, and more importantly - she wasn’t chewing gum!

p.s. Her hair also looks a lot better now that she’s blonde again and has removed the extensions.

Britney Spears deserves a lot of credit for giving birth in relative peace without trying to commandeer an entire nation or getting her security force to threaten photographers. She simply popped off to the hospital unnoticed and had an emergency C-Section due to pre-eclampsia.

It’s been said that Britney had a little boy almost six weeks ago, and British newpapers first reported that his name was Sutton Pierce. This contrasted earlier reports that Britney was going to have a daughter and name her “Jailynn” after her sister and mother. Indeed, Britney registered for a bunch of girl’s items at high-end baby boutique Petit Tresor. Commentors noted that it was an expensive way to punk the media if Britney’s friends bought her anything from her baby registry.

Now Britney’s husband K-Fed has hinted that Sutton Pierce isn’t the baby’s name and that he might not even be a boy. Celebrity-Babies says their sources claim the baby’s name is “Jayden James,” which sounds like a boy’s name.

The paparrazi photo agency x17 says that Britney’s security guard threatened them and made them discard video of him shopping for newborn girl clothes, making it seem like Britney did indeed have a girl and is trying to keep it a big secret:

Perez is reporting the Britney and Kevin might be splitting since Britney has been seen out without her wedding ring, and has been partying without Kevin. Britney recently lost a lot of weight, which probably means that her ring is too loose and she may not be wearing it for that reason. Just because she’s partying without Kevin doesn’t mean they’re going to break up. We’ve heard that rumor for a long time and nothing has come of it.

Britney is set to announce the sex and name of the baby in a big spread in People, which should coincide with the Halloween release of K-Fed’s album, “Playing with Fire.”

Britney Spears appears in a new interview and photoshoot in “Q” Magazine, which will feature 20 covers with different celebrities and accompanying stories as part of their 20th anniversary issue.

Contrary to current reports, Britney has not dropped her long-term publicist, hard-working Leslie Sloane Zelnick. Zelnick, who keeps busy explaining Lindsay Lohan’s antics, denied that Britney gave her the boot - I think. BreatheHeavy has this story with the source listed as EOnline, but I could not find the original article. It seems typical of a fake story to have a denial that’s really hard to dig up:

Britney’s heavily airbrushed Q spread and interview are accessible from the thumbnails below. She comes off as pretty dumb in the first part of the phone interview, using incorrect grammar and rambling. She said that “Nothing Compares 2U” is one of her favorite songs, and was genuinely suprised when told that it was originally recorded by Prince. As a pop star, she should know that.

I half felt sorry for her in the last part of the interview when she discussed her problems with the media. She said that she learned from her mistakes and wouldn’t do anything differently, but when asked about her “biggest mistake” was, she claimed it was “listening to other people!”

Now that makes sense if Britney was being led around against her will when her career was hot, but it sounds quite arrogant coming from her now. She smacked gum loudly on The Teen Choice Awards, her Nightline Interview, and while announcing her pregnancy on David Letterman. Her fashion and parenting choices have left much to be desired. Let’s not even get into her choice of husband.

A handler could have told her “Britney, spit out your gum before going on national television,” but she decided to listen to her inner child and keep chewing. Her bodyguard could have said, “I think you should put the baby in his childseat before driving in LA,” but she reverted back to her lost childhood riding on her daddy’s lap on a deserted country road and let nostalgia make the decision. She wants to learn by trial and repeated error.

Something obviously turned Britney off from accepting advice, and she’s gone way too far in the other direction. With two babies to care for, let’s hope she’s not as stubborn about accepting parenting advice as she is about her career.

Britney Spears has fired her publicisit, Leslie Sloan Zelnick, and has brokered a $2 million deal by herself with People Magazine for the rights to the first pictures of SPF2 (Name borrowed from DListed). Spears wasn’t accepting much-needed help from Zelnick anyway, and showed up for her interview with Matt Lauer looking even trashier than she eventually appeared.

Page Six is reporting that Britney has refused to confirm that her new baby is named Sutton Pierce, and that the world won’t know the truth until the People spread comes out:

It seems like the tot probably does have the same initials as his one year-older brother, though. Life and Style reports that Britney shelled out six figures to redecorate the room that Sean Preston shares with his new baby brother, and that she had giant “SPF” intials painted on the wall:

We’ll have to see what Britney named the little one, and it’s hopefully not as bad as the girl’s name she was said to have picked out, “Jailynn.”

All those trips to the recording studio before Sutton Pierce arrived seemed to have paid off for Britney, because her producer is heaping praise on the new mother, saying how talented she is and how innovative her new album will be:

A producer praising an artist he worked with is like your mom telling you she loves you, but it’s still good news that Britney’s album is almost ready.

As mentioned in an earlier post, Britney recently replaced her website with a dumb animation of a tiger’s face morphing into her own. Is she signifying that she’s ready to make a personal and professional transformation? It seems likely. Even if she doesn’t lose a bunch of weight like Janet Jackson did, as long as her music is decent it’s sure to sell well.

Her husband Kevin Federline’s album “drops” on Halloween. If K-Fed had a problem with Britney’s success before, he’s sure to be devastated once his album tanks.
