Tori Spelling says her new baby daughter was a ‘happy accident’

Tori Spelling and her new baby are on the cover of this week’s OK! Magazine. Inside the mag are photos of Tori and her stolen husband, Dean McDermott, along with their son Liam, who started out a little iffy in the looks department but is now a bona fide cutie pants. In the interview, Tori admits that she and Dean were not planning for a second child- in fact, she had been on birth control pills.

She’s a miracle,” Spelling tells OK!. “I was on one pill and wasn’t feeling well, so I went off of it. Two days later, the doctor put me on another, and on that one day, we conceived. It was meant to be!”

“My first thought was, ‘My god, she’s so beautiful,’” Tori gushes. “My second thought was, ‘Oh my god, she has black hair! Where did that come from?’ [laughs] Liam has blonde hair and is very fair. She was born with black hair, very tan.”

Tori continues, “I never thought I’d have a daughter. Dean’s first child [Jack] is a boy and then we had Liam and I thought, ‘Because I’m so girly-girly, I’ll have all boys.’ ”

Dean agrees, adding, “When I saw Stella for the first time, I just bawled my face off out of pure joy. I’ve always heard that there’s nothing like that bond between father and daughter. There is nothing like it — you feel it that moment. It hit me like a ton of bricks. Little boys are awesome. They’re just like a little you. But having a little girl is something else. As a man, you just lose it.”

[From OK!]

Uh, Tori? We all know you are NOT a natural blond, so who do you think you are kidding with this “Where’d Stella get the dark hair from” bit? Puh-lease. Stella is a very cute baby, but I’m not totally sold on the name. “Stella Doreen.” That sounds rather trailer park-ish. I just picture a girl in cutoff shorts with huge mall bangs. But maybe it’ll grow on me, like “Honor” did.

Thanks to OK! Magazine for the header photo, where there are more pictures of baby Stella.

Tori Spelling has baby number two

Tori spelling has popped out baby number 2 - a little girl named Stella Doreen McDermott. She was born Monday, June 9th at 3:13 p.m. PT by scheduled c-section and weighed 6 lbs 8 oz. Which is 3.09 kilos. I really like the name Stella, it’s very classic.

Tori’s rep tells OK!, “She’s here! She’s a healthy baby girl. Tori and baby are resting comfortably.”

Stella, whose middle name Doreen is after Dean’s late mother, is the second child for Tori and her husband, Dean McDermott. The pair, whose Oxygen reality show Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood launches its third season on June 17, are already parents to Liam, 1.

Although having two children under the age of 2 will be a challenge, Tori and Dean do believe parenthood will be easier the second time around.

“You’re a little more laid-back with your second child,” he told OK! last month. “You’re not as anxious. You’re not as frightened. They trip and fall, and you’re a little more laid-back about it and realize they don’t break.”

OK! Magazine

Actually, you aren’t more laid back, you’re just so sleep deprived and confused you no longer have the ability to feel anxiety or fright. At least in my experience.

Congratulations to Tori, Dean and big brother Liam. We look forward to seeing your new arrival in magazines and on reality television soon.

Note by Celebitchy: Tori Spelling is shown in the header out Sunday on Sunset Boulevard. She must have known it was her last day to be photographed before the new baby as her c-section was already scheduled for Monday at that point. She’s also shown at a hair salon on Saturday, and out on 6/1 for comparison. She seems to have had her roots dyed in preparation for the baby. Supposedly most doctors say it’s ok to dye your hair while pregnant, but you should probably wait until after the first trimester.

California fires threaten Tori Spelling’s B&B

top-prn-008550.jpg

Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott’s Bed & Breakfast (which she claims to own but several documents have shown she in fact just rents) Chateau La Rue may burn to the ground! Now fire is nothing to joke about, and the California wildfires are particularly shocking right now – they stretch all the way from south of San Diego to north of Los Angeles. But it’s hard to root for someone as obnoxious as Tori Spelling. So I’m just going to root for the fire to get under control, because I can’t specifically root for her. I bet she’s sitting there thinking, “This will make for such a dramatic episode for our show.” And then she realizes that if the B&B burns down they won’t have a show anymore. So she tries to open her eyes really wide in shock, and then realizes they always look that way.

The raging wildfires in Southern California are threatening thousands of homes: among them, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott’s newly renovated bed and breakfast, Chateau La Rue, in Fallbrook, Calif., about 100 miles southeast of Los Angeles. Spelling and Dean were in L.A. on Monday at ABC’s filming of Dancing with the Stars, supporting Spelling’s former 90210 castmate Jennie Garth. But their thoughts were elsewhere.

On the way to the studio, “We got a call that our Temecula [wine country] B&B was being evacuated,” Spelling told PEOPLE. “We had a lot on our minds tonight. We have friends who are watching [the situation].” McDermott added, “We don’t know the extent of it. There were guests on their way [to the B&B], but they were notified and sent back. The whole town of Fallbrook was evacuated.”

The inn is the setting for the couple’s reality show, Tori & Dean: Inn Love, on the Oxygen network. The pair also spoke to Entertainment Tonight, telling the TV show, “Fallbrook is obviously very near and dear to our hearts, so we’re really worried about the people that live there, there are such great people in that little town.”

[From People]

Oh Tori Spelling. If I had any reason to believe you gave a damn about the sweet people of Fallbrook, I might have an inkling of compassion for you. But I’m pretty sure your life revolves around taking your pug for walks in his special dog stroller and stealing other people’s husbands. I looked over the woefully inadequate website for their B&B (which was named after said pug, Mimi La Rue) and found this little hospitality gem: “We extend our warmest welcome to you, and aim to share a slice of the pampering that Mimi la Rue currently enjoys!” Translation: you pay a lot of money to stay here, and we’ll treat you almost as well as we treat our dog! I wonder if that means Tori will walk the guests in special strollers too.
