Lindsay Lohan’s dad is striking back at reports that he bragged to his fellow inmates about banging Lindsay’s stunt double. An anonymous letter was sent to the NY Daily News detailing Michael Lohan’s annoying habit of talking about his daughter constantly and making it seem as if he will have all of Hollywood at his feet when he finally sees the light of day. Michael Lohan said that it’s not true, and that the other jailbirds are just jealous of his hot daughter and fabulous opportunities:

Meanwhile Lindsay is said to be miserable since Harry left her, and is indulging in high-priced drinks she’s technically not old enough to be served:

Beyonce and Gwyneth are new BFFs, and hung out together and partied in London for Gwyneth’s 34th birthday. They shopped, went to dinner, saw Jay-Z perform, and then hit a club afterwards. Gwyneth’s husband Chris Martin even joined Jay-Z on stage during his performance at Royal Albert Hall while Gwyneth let loose and sung backup.

London’s The Mirror said that Beyonce and Gwyneth talked about music and babies at the after party, but they’re making that shit up and running a story based on the photographs:

They all obviously had a great time and enjoyed themselves on Gwyneth’s birthday.

“Lightweight” in the image caption above is not a literal reference to either Beyonce or Gwyneth’s weight, and just refers to the fact that Beyonce is visibly drunk in the pictures, while Gwyneth just looks tipsy.

Lindsay Lohan showed up late to her mom Dina’s birthday dinner and was loudly overheard telling her to “go to hell” before she stormed out of the restaurant. The two were fighting and screaming at each other, and after Lindsay was gone and the cake came out her mother burst into tears:

The NY Post also suggests that Lohan’s mom is a coke addict. They say she went to the bathroom five times and was sniffling a lot. In true style, Lindsay was seen out partying with friends later that night. While she supposedly looked like she had been crying at one point, she still managed to go to a Calvin Klein party and to club Bungalow 8.

The next night Lindsay met with one of her all-too-freuqent mishaps. She “slipped” and fell at a Fashion Week party, fracturing her wrist in two places. She is considering suing Milk Studios, where the accident happened:

It seems like it would be foolish for Lohan to sue the venue for slipping. She’s known for her clumsiness and it might come out that she was drunk and/or on drugs at the event. She needed stitches in her shin back in February after slipping on a flight of stairs and breaking a teacup. She was at British pop singer Ryan Adams’ house at the time and claimed that she was wet and slippery after taking a shower.

Jay Kay, the bendy lead singer of Jamiroquai, put the smack down on a bunch of photographers waiting outside a London club. In a a drunken stupor he thought they were there for him, but it turns out they were waiting for Lindsay Lohan, oops!

Kay was arrested and let off with a warning. Details of the one-sided fight were released by the paparrazi, who can call themselves victims for once:

Jamiroquai is due to put out their first release since the highly danceable “A Funk Odyssey” came out four years ago. “Dynamite,” perhaps a reference to Jay Kay’s explosive personality, (that sucked, I know) is due for release on September 20th.

I was going to add an “h” to the title, but figured everyone already knew that she was a whiner. People know she’s a wino too, as Gwyneth was spotted no less than two times imbibing in public during the late stages of her pregnancy with little Mortimer Moses. She now says she enjoys a little quiet time in her garden at night with a glass of Pinot Noir, the stuff made famous by the movie “Sideways”. There’s nothing wrong with that, and I’m just trying to spin it into something more controversial because there’s not a lot of news about Gwyneth, so don’t flame me:

Here she is outside her North London gym. A commentor on Lime-Light, where I found the pictures, notes that it’s the same gym Madonna goes to. Gwyneth looks great, her hair is gorgeous and there’s nothing wrong with a little wine. Hell I only have one kid and I enjoy imbibing in, uh, moderation.

Paris Hilton proves yet again that she has the hardest working publicist in show business by getting arrested early this morning in LA for driving under the influence.

Paris used the old “it was just one drink” excuse.

Looks like Paris isn’t going to cry her way out of this ticket. I’m sure this is as true as the story that some thief took off with all of Paris’ thoughtfullly chosen mother’s day gifts.

Paris is never going to admit responsibility for driving drunk. It’s all because she works so hard, doesn’t eat, doesn’t have time to just slow down and spend her time shopping at Kitson like a normal heiress.

TMZ has a video of Paris arriving home from the station. Her publicist comes out, gives the “one drink, she was tired” spiel, and reports that the breathalizer showed the “absolute lowest” reading that warrants being taken in. He does not get into specific numbers, though.

Paris backed her car into a Honda in a parking lot in mid June, and claimed that the paparrazi were to blame for her poor driving. Now she has no one to blame but herself, but will surely never take responsibility.

Mel Gibson’s dad is an anti-semite, and now we know that his son is a drunk driver too. Gibson’s son Christian, 24, was busted for driving drunk while at college last year and spent five hours in jail:

If inpatient substance abuse treatment is good enough for his son, who had completed treatment prior to Gibson’s arrest, why can’t Gibson check himself into rehab too? He must think he’s above that. Drunken arrogance must run in the family.

David Beckham has said that his wife Victoria is indeed pregnant, as all the tabs have speculated:

In mid-August, Britain’s Daily Star said that Victoria was pregnant , but they may have been speculating. Victoria and David were open about trying for another child, and they are said to want a girl. They have three boys, Brooklyn, 6, Romeo, nearly 4, and Cruz, one and a half, all born by cesarean section. Victoria has said that if she has a girl she would like to name her “Luna.”

Here are pictures of Victoria out with her girlfriends looking wasted on 8/22. Let’s hope she didn’t know she was pregnant at that point, and that she’s taking her fish oil now. Her body doesn’t look capable of holding up her head, not to mention nurturing a child.

Update People Magazine is reporting that Beckham didn’t understand the question, and merely said “Si” when asked. Their rep says Posh isn’t pregnant:

You may have seen this yesterday on TMZ, but I usually don’t view videos from their site because they launch a pop-up window, take a while to load, and have loud commercials before them. Here’s the YouTube version. Poor Tara Reid waits outside of Hyde nightclub while Paris and Kim Kardashian come bouncing by and are waved right in. Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis comes out and give her a hug and a kiss while she’s waiting at the front of the line with a dejected look on her face. She supposedly said “I’m so yesterday,” but I didn’t hear it with all the background noise. She’s also said to be drunk, but I vote for just a little tipsy. She was probably saving the rest of her liver for the remainder of the night.

Unfortunately there’s no coverage of her being let into the club, but I hope for poor Tara’s sake it was just cut out for dramatic reasons.
