The rumors about Halle Berry being pregnant with her second child have been swirling for months. It seemed like every time Halle left the house, paparazzi would aim their zoom lens on her “bump”. Life & Style even ran an “exclusive confirmation” of the news. To be fair to all of the people speculating, Halle does seem to prefer wearing clothes that make her look pregnant, like loose dresses and baggy shirts. But Halle put the rumors to rest last night on Jay Leno’s show, basically saying that she’s not pregnant, she just likes to eat. It’s a hamburger baby!

The speculation is over.

When a svelte Halle Berry walked onto Jay Leno’s stage Thursday, the host told her she looked terrific, to which she replied: “You know, thank you for that, Jay, because that must mean that pregnancy rumors can be put to bed!”

Sources at The Jay Leno Show taping tell PEOPLE that Berry, wearing a low-cut, short black dress and black thigh-high boots, also told Leno with a laugh, “I was getting a complex! Because I was like, I’ve got to stop with the burgers or something!”

Berry, 43, and Gabriel Aubry, 34, welcomed their first baby, Nahla Ariela, in March 2008. The couple, who have been together since 2005 when they met while shooting a Versace ad, have made no secret of their desire for more kids.

In February, Aubry told PEOPLE Nahla “needs a sibling.” The model, who comes from a family of eight kids, added, “I believe in big families.” And in March, Berry said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that she was ready to have a second child.

Berry was another in a series of high-profile guests for Leno in this inaugural week of his 10 p.m. show. In addition to fending off pregnancy rumors, Berry told anecdotes about Nahla and meeting Aubry. Simply put, Berry gushed, “My daughter is fantastic.”

I guess this is the new trend. An actress will let pregnancy rumors swirl for months, then deny it. It used to be different - if a woman wasn’t pregnant, she would correct the rumors, and if she was pregnant, she would stay silent. That’s why I thought Halle was knocked up again - she had been quiet for a while. Jesus, is this a good looking family or what? I love how Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry are letting Nahla swim naked. That’s so cute, although I’m pretty sure they’re in a hotel pool, so I’m sure there are complaints. The family is still South Beach where Halle is doing some work with the Girls Are Not For Sale campaign. There have been many photos of Halle, Gabriel and Nahla from this trip. I like his swim trunks. I like the way he wears them, low on his hips. That man has got a great chest - not too buff, but you can tell he takes care of himself. He’s just beautiful. And so is Halle. Some people are wondering aloud if Halle is pregnant again - she seems to be taking pains to cover herself up or wear loose clothing lately. Perhaps she is pregnant again, I’d buy that. If you were with Gabriel, wouldn’t you “try” to get pregnant all the time? I need some alone time with these photos.

Halle brought her family to Miami because she doing some kind of charitable/promotional work for Girls Are Not For Sale, “a national campaign aimed at inspiring one million Americans to take easy, effective actions to nurture and empower American girls who have been trafficked into the sex industry, and, to protect every girl from the dangers of commercial sexual exploitation.”

She might be Hollywood’s 12th highest paid actress. But Oscar winner Halle Berry looked like any regular mother as she pushed her cute daughter Nahla, in Florida.

Looking free of make-up and wearing a white camisole and rolled up chinos, the 42-year-old Monster’s Ball star was joined by Nahla’s father model Gabriel Aubry, 33, in Florida as they strolled to dinner at the restaurant Devito.

The 42-year-old actress is not just in town for pleasure. [On Wednesday] she will be joining Beyonce, Demi Moore, Sinead O’Connor, Mary J Blige and women across America for its Girls Are Not for Sale campaign.

The campaign aims to promote girls’ empowerment and education as critical tools in the fight against child traffickers and pimps who victimize between 100,000 and 300,000 American children and teens each year.

I had never heard of GEMS-Girls or Girls Are Not For Sale, but their website is very interesting. Halle isn’t listed as one of their artist-patronesses, but Beyonce and Sinead O’Connor are. The website also says that July 7th (yesterday) was the launch of “the movement to protect and empower girls to cities across America through live events, online actions, ad campaigns, fundraising drives, film premieres music recordings and much more. Together we can transform America into a nation where girls are celebrated, not sold.” It sounds like a really great cause for Halle to be involved with. Good for her.

Halle Berry has said that she’s open to adoption, and mentioned before Nahla was born that she would adopt even if she had a child naturally. According to In Touch, an adoption may in the works for Halle. The details are vague, though, so it sounds like Halle and her partner, Gabriel Aubry, either just talking about it or In Touch is jumping to conclusions based on Halle’s past statements:

According to insiders, the couple’s attempts to conceive over the past year have been unsuccessful, so the 42-year-old actress and her longtime model beau, 32, are weighing other options. “Halle and Gabriel have discussed adoption,” reports an insider. “He is open to it because he grew up in the foster care system. He would love to share their blessings with another child.” Even before their 13 month-old daughter’s birth, Halle was already considering the idea. “I will definitely adopt,” she vowed in early 2006. “And I probably will adopt even if it does happen.” [naturally]

Nahla is such a beautiful baby and you can tell that Halle dotes on her. She will make a wonderful mother to another little one if that’s what she and Gabriel want. Halle may be planning on another biological baby instead or maybe in addition to an adoption. She told Harpers Bazaar that she loved being pregnant and called it “amazing.” “I was happy that whole time [I was pregnant], I felt good, I had energy, I was like Superwoman. I wish I could feel like that for the rest of my life, that’s how fantastic it was.” She also said she’s addicted to buying baby clothes online and that she’s bought so much stuff that Nahla can’t even wear all the clothing. Maybe she’s storing it in case she needs it in the future.

Two weeks ago, we covered Halle Berry’s titillating essay in Esquire Magazine, in which she accepted her “sexiest woman alive” title by trying to prove it and discussing her formula for a good sex life. Halle does not expect a man to deliver her orgasms, and knows how to work it herself.

Speaking to Esquire magazine - who recently voted the Oscar Winner the Sexiest Woman Alive - Halle said, “You know that stuff they say about a woman being responsible for her own orgasms? That’s all true, and, in my case, that makes me responsible for pretty damn good orgasms.

Halle’s daughter Nahla was born in March. As a fellow new mother, I think that Halle’s statement might need some decoding.

First, when she says it’s not about frequency, that actually means ‘I’m up all night with a screaming baby, I’m exhausted, so if we’re lucky we have sex once a week. On a good week.’

When she says she’s responsible for her own orgasms, she means ‘I have a baby hanging off my hip all day, unless she’s hanging off my boob while I feed her. By the time I coax her into lying down in bed and night and leaving me alone for a couple of hours, that last thing I want is another person hanging off of me, even if they are Gabriel Aubry.’

When she says that there’s no point in having sex with a man in their 20s, what she actually means is ‘No man in his 20s is going to look at me again because I’m a mother in her 40s, even if I am bangin’ hot Halle Berry.’

Now, if they added this to the high school curriculum we might find the teenage pregnancy rate drop significantly.

Actress Halle Berry and her yummy boyfriend, model Gabriel Aubry, are enjoying parenthood with their daughter Nahla so much, they’re going to try it again. Aubry revealed in an interview that he and Halle are currently working on baby number two. Lucky girl!

Halle Berry’s beau Gabriel Aubry tells Usmagazine.com that he and the 41-year-old actress are trying to have another baby.

“Yeah, we are working on that!” he told Us at Elle magazine’s 15th Annual Women in Hollywood event in Beverly Hills, where Berry was honored on Monday.

Despite wanting to expand their family, Aubry said, “We have no plans for marriage. We are more married than ever, really.” (After two failed marriages, Berry has famously vowed to never wed again.)

Since welcoming their daughter in March, Aubry said he is amazed at how the actress has embraced motherhood.

“I mean, look at her - she is unbelievable!” he told Us. “She is the best mom that anybody could ask for — or wish for!”

As for Nahla?

“She is on the verge of walking,” Aubry said. “She is walking with assistance, let’s just put it that way.”

“I had no expectations so everything is a surprise,” Aubry told Us of fatherhood. “There is no best part. Everything is amazing!”

Wow- Nahla is already trying to walk! These two are going to have their hands full with a little daredevil, I bet. Anyway, this news sure puts to rest all the Internet rumors that the couple broke up- sounds like they are very much together. I get the impression that they try to keep their relationship out of the papers as much as possible. They don’t go out together all that often, and when they talk about their private lives, they mostly speak about the baby and that’s it.

Halle Berry’s adorable five month old daughter, Nahla Ariela Aubry, was photographed for the first time in public yesterday. Halle was seen out at the LA Zoo with her mom, Judith, and a security guard. Little Nahla is the daughter of the Oscar-winning actress and her boyfriend, Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, 31.

In June, Halle said that being a mother was “the most beautiful time of my life,” and that Nahla has left her “so happy and fulfilled.”

Halle made a deliberate decision not to pose for a high-paid photo spread with her infant. Last month Halle threatened action over faraway photos of her with Nahla in her backyard that were taken with a telephoto lens. She issued a statement, which read in part “[Gabriel] and I have always remained that we would never sell baby photos or otherwise exploit her in any way…. I will do everything I can for the sake of her safety and well-being to keep her out of the public eye.”

Berry eventually gave in and went out with baby Nahla. She invited the paparazzi and clearly didn’t broker a deal for exclusive photos, because several agencies have these.

Nahla is so cute and you can see that she’s Gabriel’s daughter. She’s going to be beautiful when she grows up.

Halle Berry, 41, and her boyfriend, French Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, 32, made their first public outing together since the birth of their daughter, Nahla, nearly four months ago. The two attended a Stevie Wonder concert at the Hollywood Bowl in LA last night. The public has yet to catch a glimpse of Nahla, with neither the paparazzi or a magazine securing any photos of the infant.

Two months ago there was speculation that Berry and Aubry were engaged after Berry attended an event wearing a ring on her left ring finger. Berry’s rep said it was just jewelry the actress purchased for herself and that she is not engaged. Berry has said that she will never marry again after two bad experiences.

Berry was recently in Hawaii shooting an ad for her new fragrance with Coty. It will feature her wearing a sheer peach-colored dress over a bikini.

Star Magazine has an original interview with new mom Halle Berry, and the way the Oscar-winning actress talks about motherhood you can tell she’s cherishing every moment with her newborn daughter. Halle had Nahla Ariela two months ago and has yet to command millions for a photo spread with the newborn or even release a picture. 41-year-old Halle says she’s cherishing being a mother and it’s something she waited a long time for.

Halle talks about a period in her life when she almost burnt out from working too hard. She says she’s looking forward to easing up on her work schedule now so that she can focus on being a mom. As for getting her body back, she says she works out an hour a day five times a week with a personal trainer.

Are you enjoying becomina mother at last?
This is the most beautiful time of my life. Having a baby has made me so happy and fulfilled, I just can’t express in words how I really feel. To be able to nurse and bond with my daughter is such a joy. It’s been a long, long wait!

Gabriel and I both agreed that we would rather not know and let it be a wonderful surprise. I just felt a lot more comfortable not knowing.

Has Nahla brought the two of you closer together?
From the beginning, Gabriel was someone I felt I could feel very close and loving to, and I also knew from early on that he was the kind of man who would love a cihld as much as me. I’m happy just being with a man who loves me unconditionally and is looking forward to the future with me.

Has being a mom changed your approach to your acting career?
I’m definitely going to work less. I used to put so much pressure on myself to succeed that it often made me very unhappy in my personal life, and I felt on the verge of burning out three or four years ago. Also, I feel having a baby will open up a whole new world for me. I think I’ll actually find better roles, because I’ve gotten past being the ingenue and sex symbol.

But you look as gorgeous as ever! Was it tough getting back into shape?
It’s been kind of tough. But I have a great trainer [LA-based trainer Ramona Braganza] and we’ve been working out an hour a day, five days a week, for the past month. I didn’t want it to take five months to get back my figure. It was something I wanted to take care of now and just not worry about. I feel really good.

Have you been able to fit in any other time for yourself?
Well, Nahla is keeping me pretty busy with feedings, but it’s always a pleasure to oblige. Gabriel and I also plan to sleep again in a few months, as soon as Nahla’s nighttime feeding schedule allows!

Halle really sounds like she’s so happy to finally be a mom and that it means a lot to her to be there for her newborn daughter. I like how she explains that she’s going to continue working but that won’t push herself as much. She has three movies that start filming later in the year, according to Star. IMDB lists five upcoming films for her.

Even though Halle Berry once said that she would never get married again, it looks like her hunky boyfriend and father of her baby girl, Gabriel Aubry, might be the man who changes her mind. Twice married and twice divorced (hey! just like me! Call me, Halle- let’s dish) Berry said, after her split from cheating jazz singer husband Eric Benet, that marriage was not for her- but she may have re-thought that statement recently. Reportedly, Aubriel proposed by offering her his grandmother’s diamond ring, and the actress accepted.

I know how that feels- and what I’ve learned is, you cannot write off an entire gender or the concept of marriage just because two men weren’t right for you. It doesn’t sound like it’s time to celebrate on Halle’s behalf just yet. People Magazine cites a source who says “t’s not an engagement ring. Halle just saw it and thought it was beautiful so she bought it for herself.” They say the ring is designed by Amrapali, which has been manufacturing rings since 1978, according to their website. That would mean that it’s not likely a heirloom ring from Gabriel’s family, but it could still be some sort of engagement ring. As of now there is no official denial and we just have rumors suggesting it could go either way.

I think it’s an engagement they’re trying to downplay. Halle put her hands up to her face an awful lot at the Revlon run/walk for women over the weekend, so it really looked like she was trying to give us a hint. It wasn’t an accident that she wore the ring on the her left hand and not her right.
