In a delicious twist of trashy celebrity mistress irony, Hailey Glassman is pissed off that Michelle McGee, the first known mistress of Jesse James, will be refereeing an upcoming celebrity boxing match in which she’ll be competing. Glassman is of course the first known mistress of Jon Gosselin, or at least the first one to gain notoriety. (There was a school teacher in Pennsylvania whose brother told US Weekly about his sister’s affair with Jon. She didn’t cash in and wisely tried to lay low in an attempt to keep her job.) Glassman, who recently posed on the cover of Steppin’ Out Magazine in tiny fuschia underwear and a leopard print stomach-baring halter top, called McGee “trash” and “garbage.” She has a point in that McGee is a racist anti-semite with a swastika tattoo. That’s like the sticky recycling bin pointing out that the garbage can stinks, though. Glassman said in February that Jon has a “tiny, tiny… 3 inch” penis. She claims that unlike McGee she wasn’t cheating with Jon, though, because he was separated from his wife at the time.

Jon Gosselin’s former gal pal, Hailey Glassman, is getting ready to participate in a celebrity boxing match but she’s already come out swinging – against the referee.

Hailey told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview that she is furious Michelle “Bombshell” McGee is going to ref her upcoming match.

“She stands for trash,” Hailey said…

“If I had known that garbage like Michelle Bombshell was going to be involved I never would have agreed to do it,” Hailey told RadarOnline.com about her upcoming boxing match against adult film star Gina Lynn. The event is scheduled to take place May 7.

Hailey continued: “When I was first asked to do it (the celebrity boxing match) I thought it’d be a lot of fun. It was for charity, I’d be helping others.

“I’m a young, Jewish woman! That Nazi picture (of McGee) brought me to tears. I believe in equality and that everyone should be treated equally.

“When they first approached me to do this event I was told that the ref would be some random person. Next thing I know it’s this girl with a swastika tattoo and a Nazi arm band.

“She better have everything covered up on the day of the match because if she comes near me with that stuff showing I’ll make a scene and walk out. I don’t care if I get sued. I will NOT be associated with anti-Semitism. I want out of this event. I don’t want to do it anymore but I’m contractually obligated.

“I take anti-semitism very seriously. We are living in 2010. You have all different types of people living together and I just take a strong stance for equality…

“I didn’t cheat with Jon Gosselin,” Hailey told RadarOnline.com. “My parents were kind enough to take him into their home where I was also living when he separated from Kate.

“These women are mistresses,” she said about McGee and the other women linked to James. “And the media is giving this trash [McGee] attention!

“I think it’s disgusting and unfathomable. I think the media is actually being kind to this girl compared to what they did to me.”

Oh yes, Hailey is so much different from McGee, and the press is being so kind to McGee compared to Glassman. Give me a break! Hailey does have a legitimate beef with this creature for her raging racism and truly abhorrent tattoos. I think she’s really pissed off though because McGee is getting so much more press than she ever did. If these boxing promoters have a clue they’ll put McGee in the ring with Glassman instead of just having her referee.

The only interview excerpt from this esteemed publication (which should be renamed “klASSy Magazine”) is from Star Magazine, which should tell you something. Apparently, in the interview, Hailey calls Jon a “textbook sociopath” and says he has a tiny penis. No, thank you, Hailey, or should I call you by your superhero name, Doctor Ya Think Bitch?

If former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star Jon Gosselin thought he’d heard the last of ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman…boy, was he wrong!

Hailey is jumping out from behind the scenes to full in-your-face mode with an exclusive, no-holds-barred interview in the upcoming issue of Steppin’ Out magazine.

“I feared him,” says Hailey, 23, who calls Jon “vicious and evil” and “a textbook sociopath,” while dishing dirt with her claims about their love life (including his “tiny” manhood!), the money he owes her, and his lies and cheating!

Radar Online has insider information from the NYPD on their initial investigation into the alleged ransacking of Jon Gosselin’s apartment. According to their sources, cops believe the whole thing was staged by Gosselin as a publicity stunt and wasn’t committed by his ex, Hailey Glassman, as he claims. Gosselin’s NY bachelor pad, where he was living with then off-again girlfriend Hailey, was trashed right after Hailey moved out in late December. Jon was four months behind on his rent when he claims that Hailey absconded with the TV, Wii console, and various appliances and then wrecked the place, smashing a vase and leaving a bitter note for him speared with a butcher knife. The best part of the story were the over-the-top comments by Jon’s lawyer, which included such doozies as Jon “feels like he was raped” and “Hailey is going to jail.”

Meanwhile there’s also the complaint by Hailey against Jon for pushing her against a wall in a jealous rage. That’s not going anywhere, either:

New York police investigating the “ransacking” of Jon Gosselin’s apartment believe the event was a publicity stunt, sources familiar with the situation told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

A large Japanese chef’s knife pinning a note – allegedly from Hailey – to a dresser particularly strikes investigators as staged, the sources said.

RadarOnline.com exclusively obtained a photo of that scene, which also shows tufts of cut up furniture on the floor.

“The more cops have looked into it, the more they feel like it was a publicity stunt,” a police source told RadarOnline.com. “They absolutely think the butcher knife part of it is B.S.”

Despite the skepticism, the case remains open.

The criminal complaint was filed after Jon said he found his New York apartment ransacked Dec. 26 and blamed ex-girlfriend Hailey.

An NYPD source also told RadarOnline.com that Hailey’s complaint against the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star is going nowhere.

Cops looked into Glassman’s claim that Jon, jealous over a photo of her kissing another man, pushed her against a wall and verbally abused her.

“He won’t be arrested on this one,” said the NYPD source. “It seems clear he pushed her, but he didn’t strike her from what they’ve learned during their investigation.

The last we heard from Hailey she was taking potshots at Jon for deciding to move to Utah to stay with his new, rich girlfriend. She told People Magazine “I wish [Jon] luck with his move to Utah. I mean, I’m not sure if he remembers he has eight children back in Pennsylvania.” All Jon remembers is that he’s the wronged party – always, and that it’s never his fault. There’s something so gratifying about seeing the guy fail in yet another relationship and resort to desperate moves to try and paint himself as the victim yet again. Jon is broke and he’ll soon piss off the latest woman stupid enough to fall for him and bankroll his lazy, dependent lifestyle.

I don’t think Jon Gosselin is capable of being by himself for more than five seconds. The father of 8 has already found a replacement for girlfriend Hailey Glassman – his one time “soul mate.” What’s weird, though, is that Hailey, who was the other woman in the high-profile Gosselin divorce, now has the nerve to act like a victim/woman scorned. Seriously – she was having an affair with a married dude. What did she think was going to happen – they would ride off into the sunset in their matching Ed Hardy activewear?

Is Jon Gosselin once again finding solace in the arms of a new woman?

According to Internet reports, Gosselin is already dating again – having hooked up with a woman named Morgan he met while skiing in Utah. “He’s a guy who doesn’t like to be alone,” says a source close to the father of eight. “He has a girl that he likes, but they have been taking things very slow.”

Also moving slowly? Gosselin’s plans to settle his differences with ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman, who allegedly trashed the Manhattan apartment they shared, according to his attorney Mark Jay Heller, and whom Jon is accused of shoving during a pre-holiday argument.

No Meeting, So Far
Despite reports to the contrary, Glassman and Gosselin have yet to meet, says her lawyer Stephanie Ovadia. Perhaps that’s because considerable bitterness remains between them.

Says the Gosselin source about Glassman: “Jon feels much better without her. He felt that she was sucking him for all his money and not being faithful to him. He is happy to be done with her.”

For her part, Glassman is attempting to take the high road, having recently moved to a new apartment in New York’s Murray Hill neighborhood. “I’ve been through way too much for a 22-year-old, and the amount of stress and pain I’ve endured is unfathomable,” Glassman tells PEOPLE.

“[But] in life, you need to be an optimist, I’ve learned. You have two options: You can either be sad and depressed and pity yourself, or be the best you can be. Like Robert Frost says, ‘If I could sum up life in three words, it would be ‘Life Goes On.’ ” (The poet’s exact words were, “In three words I can sum up everything I’ve learned about life: It goes on.”)

Still, Glassman can’t resist taking one more potshot at the fallen reality star: “Congrats to the new girlfriend and I wish [Jon] luck with his move to Utah. I mean, I’m not sure if he remembers he has eight children back in Pennsylvania.”

And in what might be a reference to her former boyfriend’s now-canceled TLC series, Glassman adds: “Remember Jon – those eight little people you hung around with while you were running your legalized sweat shop?”

Says the Gosselin source: “He will always love his kids. His kids are what keep him going.”

I think it’s rich that Hailey is throwing Jon’s children in his face. I’m sure his kids were the first thing on her mind when she starting fooling around with their father, while he was still married and living with their mom. Whatever. They’re both gross, class-less a**holes. As much as Jon makes me want to take a “Silkwood” shower, Hailey is 10 times worse. The only good thing about Jon getting a new piece is that the old one, hopefully, will drop off the radar forever. As for Jon, what a difference a couple of months makes. Not long ago he was proclaiming his undying love for Hailey, and her family, and even said he was going to convert to Judaism. I don’t think the man is capable of telling the truth about anything. How he managed to find a woman dumb enough to go out with him after all this is beyond me. Maybe they don’t have TVs or magazines or the Internet in Utah.

The he said/she said debate is still going on in the case of Jon Gosselin’s stolen and damaged NYC apartment. Yesterday we learned that Jon’s place was wrecked right around the time that his ex, Hailey Glassman, moved out. There was a note supposedly from Hailey affixed to one of the doors with a knife and calling Jon a “cheater.” His clothing and furniture were shredded, stuff was broken and other things, like a TV and Wii console, were missing. Some of the missing items may have been legitimately removed by their owner. Hailey’s lawyer admits that her client removed the TV, and says that it was hers in the first place. Unlike the ridiculous rhetoric spouted by Jon’s lawyer, Hailey’s lawyer is pretty matter-of-fact. While Jon’s lawyer claims point blank “Hailey is going to jail” and that his client “feels like he was raped” Hailey’s lawyer says there are no charges yet and that “It is irresponsible to put out there someone is going to jail when the person is not even a suspect“:

Hailey Glassman’s attorney admitted to RadarOnline.com that security footage will show Jon Gosselin’s ex girlfriend removing a TV and other items from his apartment.

But Stephanie Ovadia said Glassman did nothing wrong and simply removed her belongings from the apartment she shared with the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star.

“We’re not denying Hailey took the TV,” Ovadia told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interiew. “We are not denying she took her belonging out of the apartment. She is moving on with her life and taking her belongings.

She moved all her belongings out so there will be security video showing her carrying items out of the apartment.”

Glassman moved out last week. Jon called police Saturday and said he found his apartment ransacked with clothing and other items slashed, plus a note from Hailey speared to a wooden dresser with a knife.

His attorney Mark Heller told RadarOnline.com: “Hailey Glassman is going to jail. It’s a simple as that.”

But Ovadia said that comment was irresponsible and Hailey, “is not even a suspect.”

She also said she has no information about a letter left in the apartment allegedly signed by Hailey. “I don’t know anything about a letter. I don’t have a copy of a letter,” Ovadia told RadarOnline.com.

Amazingly, despite all the accusations, Ovadia says Hailey has no bad feelings toward Jon…

But Ovadia was insistent that Heller had gone too far stating Hailey will be arrested. “You can’t, as a lawyer, become personal,” she told RadarOnline.com. “Our service is to defend our client. It is irresponsible to put out there someone is going to jail when the person is not even a suspect, they have not been convicted and there isn’t even a judge appointed in the case.”

My first impression of this case was that Jon had wrecked his own apartment for sympathy and publicity, as Hailey alleges. Most people agree with me, and in a poll on the Huffington Post nearly 51% believe Jon wrecked his own apartment, with the rest of the people divided between “Hailey” and “joint effort.” (“Joint effort” makes sense as there were stories that Hailey and Jon conspired to get more attention with Hailey claiming “emotional abuse” in her appearance on The Insider.)

Now that I’ve read her lawyer’s carefully-worded statement, along with the fact that Jon’s LV shoes were ruined, I have to say that there is a creeping doubt that Hailey might have trashed the place in a fit of rage. Hailey is only 22 and she might have let thoughts of revenge get the best of her. (Remember, “revenge is a dish best served cold.”)

Hailey’s now ex-hookup, that skeezy-looking boxing promoter she was photographed kissing up on, has talked to Radar on her behalf. He said, in part, “In my opinion she has been set up because she was definitely over the guy… she comes from a really good family and I don’t think she’s the type of person to smash up a place.” I’m not so sure either way. She was dumb enough to get involved with Jon Gosselin in the first place.

Jon Gosselin’s apartment was trashed this holiday right around the time that his now ex girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, was moving out. Items like a television and Wii console were allegedly stolen and clothing and furniture were shredded. There was a note attached to one of the doors with a knife calling Jon a “cheater” and signed by Hailey. Jon of course immediately notified the press of the damage to his place, and the best part of this story is the over-the-top statement from his lawyer about how emotionally damaged and hurt poor “folk hero” Jon is:

“Jon Gosselin called me this afternoon on the occasion when he entered his apartment in Manhattan and was horrified, disheartened and saddened to observe the devastation of his furniture, clothing and personal belongings, which were apparently slashed with a butcher knife by a very troubled and sick perpetrator,” his attorney, Mark Jay Heller, tells E! News…

Gosselin is not taking the break-in lightly. Heller tells us the New York City Police Department investigated the ransacking, collecting fingerprints and a handwritten note that had been “affixed to Jon’s bedroom dresser by a butcher knife.”

And Gosselin and his representation have big plans for the author of the nasty note.

“The note will be forensically analyzed by a handwriting expert,” says Heller. “At this time, I will not release the contents of the note or the signatory; however, both Jon and I have determined that the perpetrator must be vigorously prosecuted on felony charges.”

The NYPD confirms the claims, explaining that they have investigated a complaint of criminal mischief, which is defined as any kind of damage to property, but have no suspects at this time.
In addition to an irreplaceable 100-year-old Ming vase, Gosselin’s clothing, sheets, luggage and furniture were found slashed throughout the apartment. However, Heller explains that it’s the emotional aftermath impacting the former TLC star the most.

“The greatest damage from this vicious, mean-spirited and heartless crime was perpetrated not on Jon’s property and possessions, but on Jon Gosselin himself, who experienced a traumatic, emotional, roller coaster ride having just shared a joyful family gathering with his children.” Continues Heller, Gosselin “was devastated by such a cruel and cold-blooded act that was apparently intended to cut to his heart.”

Hurt feelings aside, Gosselin reported multiple objects missing from his dwelling as well, including a television, Nintendo Wii, CD player and several kitchen appliances.

See how they’re focusing on the note as the key piece of evidence? Here’s what I think happened. I think Hailey left Jon a note calling him a cheater and that she possibly attached it to a door with a knife. If she didn’t use a knife as a thumb tack then Jon thoughtfully did it for her. Then Jon got the wise idea to wreck the place and claim Hailey did it, using the note as circumstantial evidence.

The police have already questioned Hailey and her parents. I’m sure investigating the theft and damage of Jon Gosselin’s property is at the top of the NYPD’s “to-do” list this holiday season.

This week’s National Enquirer reports that Jon Gosselin is four months behind on his rent and that he has been secretly pocketing Hailey’s share while failing to pay the landlord. This news that the apartment was ransacked seems to come at a convenient time for Jon, who owes Hailey $90,000 plus her half of the rent that he stole. He’s also now responsible for $13,000 a month in child support which he can’t afford.

The Enquirer says that Jon may be suicidal and that he says things like “I can’t pay my rent. What have I got to live for?” This account is consistent with stories that Jon told nanny Stephanie Santoro that he had nothing to live for and was “going to end it all.” Coupled with his probably willful destruction of his apartment with the intent to frame Hailey, it’s all kind of pointing to desperation. I hope he gets some help if it’s as serious as it sounds. Here are the relevant quotes from The Enquirer:

“He hasn’t paid the rent on his NY City apartment for four months, and they’re getting ready to toss him out,” said the insider. “Hailey had been paying half the rent, but Jon was so desperate for cash that he pocketed the money. When Hailey found out, she hit the roof!…”

Pals fear the chilling incident [in which Jon was seen shooting a gun outside on his property] indicates Jon may be considering suicide as a way out. “After he fired that gun, Jon said he was so angry that he just had to shoot something,” the source divulged.

“He said, ‘I can’t afford my apartment. I can’t pay my rent. What have I got to live for? Nothing! I don’t even want to go on anymore.’”

Hailey Glassman has protected her tweets on Twitter, but some of her subscribers report that she’s accusing Jon of stealing the rent money. It sounds like she talked to the Enquirer.

Glassman is now dating a boxing promoter, Damon Feldman, who she met while she was refereeing female boxing matches. (Here’s a link to photos of the two of them together.) The guy is quoted in this week’s Star Magazine as saying Hailey is “very classy” and that it “would be cool” if their relationship got more serious, adding “you never know.” Hailey really knows how to pick ‘em.

In response to the story that Hailey trashed Jon’s apartment, her lawyer has issued a statement calling it a publicity stunt. “It appears to be a huge publicity stunt. The police investigation is still ongoing and we are sure the investigation will reveal that someone is trying to frame Hailey.” Agreed.

In mid October, Jon Gosselin was court ordered to return $180,000 out of the $230,000 he stole from his joint account with estranged wife Kate Gosselin. Only Jon didn’t have enough money left to pay Kate back because he used it to pay off some of his many mistresses. Somehow he convinced his main girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, to loan him her entire savings, $90,000. Now that Jon is broke and can’t charge for appearances or pay his lawyers, he can’t pay Hailey back either. He told her he’d have to go on an installment plan, but how many installments is daddy douche going to be able to make? He doesn’t have any money coming in and believes he’s too famous to get a regular job.

Jon Gosselin avoided jail time thanks to a $90,000 loan from former girlfriend Hailey Glassman – and now she wants her money back, the Enquirer has learned exclusively…

The Enquirer can reveal that a large portion of the repayment [$180,000] came from Hailey’s life savings – after [Jon] begged her for money, saying that he didn’t want his kids to see him in jail…

“He came crying to Hailey, admitting that he did take money – but he said he believed he was entitled to ie – as his paycheck,” said the pal.

Jon insisted he no longer had the cash, explaining that he had used it to pay off the women who claimed to have had affairs with him because he was afraid the accusations would hurt him in his divorce battle.

Hailey was reluctant to lend Jon the $90,000 – money she’d saved since childhood from relatives, jobs she had worked and also from her Bat Mitzvah. But she relented when Jon told her his kids would be traumatized if he went to jail, says the pal.

“Jon promised to pay her back in full by January, but now he’s pleading for more time… He figured he would be a big star by now, but thanks to his own erratic behavior, he has little or no prospect of employment.

“Now he’s asking Hailey if he can pay her back on an installment plan.”

What’s more is that Hailey couldn’t even collect a check she received for her weepy appearance on the Insider in late October. She told Radar that Jon’s manager was holding it and wanted her to sign it over to Jon so he could use it as payment to his lawyer.

Jon has really blown throw a ton of money. The Gosselins were finally able to sell their last home, but Jon will surely waste his portion quickly. Their divorce is about to finalized, and it’s clear Jon didn’t get much because Kate is said to be “thrilled” with the outcome. He needed a strong wife to balance the family budget and keep his lazy ass in line. Now he’s broke with no girlfriend and an apartment he can’t afford. Serves him right.

Jon can’t even blow off steam by shooting off guns. The judge presiding over his divorce case ruled that he’s barred from shooting on the property he shares with his family. Yeah, the arbitrator settlement will be signed off quickly and Jon is going to get creamed. His future earnings, whatever they may be, will probably be garnished by TLC too. It’s not like he’ll have anything to give them once he’s successfully sued.

While we were salivating over the latest details in the trainwreck Tiger Woods scandal the Gosselins were wondering what they had to do next to get some press attention. The celebrity media was so Gosselin-focused for the past six months that it took a real doozy to pull our attention away. It’s like the Gosselins were a minor tornado that leveled a few houses and Tiger was a big hurricane that hit land. The family of eight with the lazy cheating dad is still doing stuff, though, and there’s still some mild interest in them, like “oh yeah, the Gosselins.”

Kate Gosseiln has a new interview with Barbara Walters airing Wednesday as part of Walters’ 10 Most Fascinating People of 2009 special. It’s a shame that the Tiger news didn’t break earlier or she could have been replaced on the “Most Fascinating” list by one of his mistresses. Other “10 Most Fascinating” people include Tyler Perry, Glenn Beck, Lady Gaga, and Adam Lambert.

Kate tells Barbara that her kids are upset and crying because they miss the camera crew. She also says they often watch videos from the show and calls them “family memories.” That’s really sad.

“They cried in the van on the way home from school the other day. I finally admitted to them, they kept asking, ‘Where’s the camera crew? Where’s the camera crew? We miss them.’ And I said, ‘Our show is over.’ …Eight sobbing kids driving home from school,” Kate, 34, says on Barbara Walters’ The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2009, airing Wednesday on ABC.

The show, Jon & Kate Plus 8, recently ended its two-year run.

In September, TLC made the shocking announcement that as of Nov. 2, Jon Gosselin would no longer appear on the reality series and that the program would be re-titled Kate Plus 8.

But the plan got axed after Jon objected to his kids appearing on TV, claiming that he had an “epiphany” that the show was exploiting his children.

Kate disagrees, telling Walters that Jon ended the show “because he could.”

Says Kate, “Unless you live in my house and, and see how everything that we have done with the show has been such a great experience, you can’t speak.”

To this day, her kids — 9-year-old twins Mady and Cara and 5-year-old sextuplets Hannah, Leah, Alexis, Joel, Aaden and Collin — “watch DVDs of our show and it’s family memories to them,” she says.

So did all the crew just leave all of a sudden without having a party or saying goodbye to the kids? These people were part of their lives for years and now they’re gone. The kids don’t miss the cameras, they missed the people that were around all the time. Of course that’s going to be a little traumatic for them to be gone. The thing is, Kate doesn’t seem to get the distinction between the people behind the cameras and the show. It sounds so insensitive they way she broke the news to them. The kids don’t miss the show or being filmed, they miss having the crew around.

Kate was videotaped while serving patrons at a diner in Raleigh, North Carolina on Tuesday. Radar Online reports that the footage was a “test segment… for a show that ‘s still in development” with TLC. Unlike her soon-to-be ex husband, Kate doesn’t burn bridges.

The case by TLC against Jon Gosselin for breach of contract continues. Hailey Glassman, Jon’s sometime girlfriend, spoke to Radar after her deposition in the case. She said that she didn’t have much evidence against Jon except for the fact that they met up with Christian Audigier over the summer for a clothing line which never happened. Hailey also confirmed that she’s off-again with Jon but said they’re still living together. She started crying while talking about him, and called him a “monster,” saying “I was told under oath that Jon really did sleep with Kate Major. I’m mind boggled and hurt by it. And he still lies to me about it and denies it to this day.” Oh, honey. Jon may have told you Hailey was “cuckoo”, but you were so stupid to believe him despite all the evidence that he was cheating with multiple women. Where were your friends to tell you?

What’s more is that not only was Hailey lied to by Jon, his manager made sure she never got paid for talking to The Insider in late October. “Then when the check came, Michael [Heller, Jon's manager] wouldn’t give it to me because he said that Jon owed his father [Mark Heller] money and he wanted me to sign my check over to Jon. It was the most ridiculous thing in the world. To this day, Mike Heller has my check from October.” It’s too bad all the tabloid money has dried up.

Jon Gosselin’s girlfriend Hailey Glassman has posted a long rant against Perez Hilton on Twerbose, a service that lets you post longer entries to get cut up in the right length and posted a Twitter. In her rant, which starts out in mixed case and ends in all-caps Kanye-style, Glassman took the bait and responded to a nasty @tweet from Perez, in which he called her various names trying to get a response. She gave him plenty to go on in this long entry.

Hailey’s Twitter does seem to be her legitimate account as it’s often quoted by Radar and they seem to have a close relationship with the Gosselin clan. It’s hard to tell, but I would guess they’re right:

Oh Hailey, you gave Perez exactly what he was looking for and more. The guy lives to create drama. You’ve done countless stupider things, though, and maybe you’re the one laughing all the way to the bank. It can’t be that much fun to put up with pouting Jon, though.

In the latest Jon and Hailey news, the two fame-seekers (see, I used the nice version of that word) are set to appear on Entertainment Tonight this evening. US Weekly reports that they nearly break up during the show, and that Jon storms off in a huff. I could go on, but we’ve all reached Gosselin saturation at this point and you can read the details on US’s website.

Fox 411 has a very telling report that Jon and Hailey staged her whole “he emotionally abuses me” speech on The Insider last week to maximum effect. They quote an source who says “Jon actually made the decision to have Hailey go on air and bad mouth him… Jon and Hailey get paid for their appearances on these shows and they need the money.” Ten to one they set up all that break up crap on ET, too.

Remember when Jon Gosselin claimed that he was, like half-Jewish because his lawyer and girlfriend happened to be Jewish? He made a bunch of other characteristically ridiculous comments at the time like that he was “the most photographed person on the planet” and that “If I was going to steal $230,000, I would have just stolen $2 million.” It later of course turned out that Jon had stolen that money and sheepishly admitted so in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. He has since returned the bulk of it.

Anyway now that Jon’s number one girlfriend has given a tearful interview detailing the ways he lies and emotionally abuses her, he’s decided to seek the counsel of a TV rabbi and issue a press release about it. I guess all the other women who spoke out about the way he manipulated and used them didn’t have as much clout as his “soulmate” Hailey Glassman. Along with announcing that he’s working with a celebrity rabbi, Jon issued a very thoughtful statement about his issues that someone else surely wrote for him:

Jon Gosselin’s actions haven’t been too kosher lately.

But now, given relationship dramas and bad press, the father in “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ is looking to a higher authority.

In a statement released to CNN, Gosselin said he is receiving “regular study sessions and counseling” with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, well known as a spiritual adviser to Michael Jackson.

Boteach, the author of the book “The Michael Jackson Tapes” and host of TLC’s “Shalom in the Home” series, has linked up with the beleaguered “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ for an upcoming seminar titled “Fame: Blessing or Curse?” to be held at a synagogue in New York City.

Gosselin said in his statement that he is “troubled to learn that the media has accepted as true the scurrilous rumor that I would appear in a reality television program with Nadya Suleman” and goes on to say that such reports are “utterly false.”

“I do however accept that some of my previous actions have in some way lent credence to such outrageous stories,” Gosselin said. “I am well aware that my behavior over the past few months has not always reflected my personal and religious values. I further accept that I have allowed myself to become somewhat severed from my own moral anchor and be carried away by the challenges of fame.”

For that reason, the father of possibly the most famous set of twins and sextuplets said he has sought the spiritual guidance of Boteach, who is himself no stranger to the camera.

Boteach bills himself as “one of the world’s leading relationship experts and spiritual authorities.”
According to his author bio in “The Michael Jackson Tapes,” Newsweek referred to him as “the most famous rabbi in America.” Among his achievements: a National Fatherhood Award.

Gosselin could certainly use the help.

Since his high profile breakup with his wife in August, the reality star has been slammed for reports of his involvement with other women and extravagant spending sprees.

Earlier this month TLC announced he would be cut from the show and that plans were under way for a “Kate Plus 8″ series. That show was put on hold after Jon refused to allow his children to be filmed. The network has since filed suit against him for breach of contract.

He and his estranged wife also headed to court after she accused him of looting their joint account of more than $200,000. A Pennsylvania judged ordered him to return $180,000.

Most recently, Gosselin’s girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, accused him of being “emotionally abusive” and throwing “mantrums” because of his frustrations.

Gosselin said in the statement that he regrets having “betrayed the moral principles that have always guided me” and said he is committed to making things right with Kate and his children.

He turned to Boteach, he said, because the rabbi has counseled others in similar circumstances. Gosselin said Boteach has made clear to him the “moral obligations inherent in celebrity.”

“It is my sincere desire to use the fame I have so unexpectedly acquired to highlight mature, responsible behavior as well as the joys of fatherhood and family,” he said. “I ask the public to please understand the challenges I face in living under constant public scrutiny, even as I am aware that I have at times courted that scrutiny.”

As for that rumor that Jon Gosselin and Nadya Suleman were going to do a dating reality show together - In Touch had a reality TV producer willing to go on the record with the news that Gosselin was on board. I googled the guy quoted by In Touch, Bobby Goldstein, and he seems like a legitimate producer with some reality show credits to his name. Of course the guy could be lying in order to pitch his show, but so could Jon. He’s lied plenty of times before. Suleman has issued a sort of half-admission denial, and said to Radar “It was a joke… I can’t speak for Jon but as far as I know presently there are no definitive plans for a TV show.” Doesn’t that sound like she’s saying something was in the works? Why would she say “it was a joke” like she admitted saying it but was joking, and not something like “it’s not true, this is the first I’ve heard of it”?
