According to this week’s National Enquirer, Jon Gosselin and 22 year-old Hailey Glassman are planning on moving in together soon, and are currently looking for a place in New York where they can cohabitate. This could just be based on the known news that Jon is apartment hunting in NY, but I bet it’s true. At least they’re probably not engaged, but moving in together is a huge step, especially when Jon is going through a divorce and was also dating someone else until just recently. You would think that Jon would take his time jumping into another relationship. He wants to show the world that he’s a big boy moving on with someone who he “can confide in and trust and who accepts” him. He’s just showing that he can’t cope without a girlfriend.

“Jon and Hailey are very much in love and looking to start a life together,” revealed a source close to Jon, 32. “They have been looking for a place to live together in New York City.”

[Jon] is already behaving like a doting husband to Hailey.

The source said he’s using his Hollywood connections to help Hailey, a college dropout, into the fashion industry.

We saw some relatively tame but still revealing photos of Hailey that were taken from her now-removed Facebook profile earlier this week. She was drinking, getting her boobs grabbed, and posing with friends. Now the inevitable pot smoking and more drunken photos have surfaced. In Touch has a whole spread, and they’re pretty much what you would expect. Hailey and her tiny scrawled line eyebrows are shown exhaling after taking a bong hit, taking a hit off a pipe, doing shots, kissing a girl, posing near a girl’s bare ass, holding what’s hopefully a prop gun to someone’s temple, and passed out on the floor. We heard from an ex girlfriend of hers yesterday that she was bad news and would use Jon for fame and cash.

What’s more is that In Touch’s source reports that she once auditioned for the Real World. Her “college friend” says “Hailey is fame-hungry. She once auditioned for The Real World. I’m not surprised she’s with someone who’s in the public eye…

“She had multiple partners of both sexes. She would do anything.

“She was a mooch… She would brag about extravagant dates she was taken on by men where they would spend tons of cash on her. She loved dating men with money.”

Good luck with that one, Jon. Your wife may be a nag but you’re about to get taken for a crazy ride by this girl. Enjoy it while it lasts.

People Magazine’s latest cover looks like a joke someone cooked up to promote Ed Hardy T-Shirts as the fashion of choice for absent, cheating fathers trying to recapture their lost college years. People doesn’t yet have a story on their website to go along with this ridiculous cover, which shows Jon Gosselin, 32, and his 22 year-old girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, smiling with the words “Divorce To Dating in 20 Days!” It looks like a how-to guide for dads hoping to escape the daily grind and run away with an undemanding party girl. People usually promotes their cover story with some kind of teaser article online, but they’re not doing that in this case. It’s almost as if they’re ashamed of this issue. All that we see on People’s website at this point is a small little ad at the bottom of the articles which says “Jon Gosselin talks to People about his shocking affair. All the details about his new girlfriend following his split from Kate.”

Other outlets have some of the content of the article, though, and it will include Jon’s quote that we covered yesterday about how he’s just “a regular guy… going through a very difficult time.” He also says a little something about how his relationship with Hailey developed and makes a veiled reference to how his wife tried to control him. Here’s the full quote, which is a little longer than the excerpt we already posted:

“Hailey and I have been family friends for several years and only very recently began dating. What began as friendship has grown into something more. I genuinely enjoy spending time with her. It’s nice to be with someone who I can confide in and trust and who accepts me for who I am. I know that my decision to appear publicly with Hailey this weekend will be scrutinized, but I hope that people can see I’m a regular guy who is going through a very difficult time in [my] life and wants to move forward.”

Oh snap! “It’s nice to be with someone who I can confide in and trust and who accepts me for who I am.” Remember how the psychologist quoted in yesterday’s ABC News coverage said that Jon stepping out with Hailey right away looked like “revenge, a fairly hostile act,” and that it seemed like “some sort of a declaration and the person in the marriage felt emasculated”? It looks like the therapist was right since Jon is emphasizing how he can talk to Hailey and she “accepts” him. Of course he can talk to her – she’s 22 years old, doesn’t have a job that we know of, and doesn’t yet have any kids. I doubt she even cooks or cleans up after herself. She has plenty of time to hang out with him, listen to his stupid complaints and do whatever he wants.

As for those engagement rumors that are set to grace the upcoming issue of In Touch, Jon says they’re not true, but at least one person quoted in People refers to Hailey as his “fiance”:

One member of the Ed Hardy posse told People he referred to Hailey as Jon’s fiancée, while Audigier proclaims, “This guy is in love. No question about it.”

However, Jon denies any engagement plans to the mag, “No. We’re just having a cool time and enjoying each other.”

That cool time has sadly come to an end for now. Jon told photographers Hailey is staying in France while he had to come back to the States last night in order to “work” (i.e., spend time with his family for the cameras).

As Jaybird pointed out, Hailey was sporting a ring on her left ring finger at the airport. It’s possible Jon bought it for her but that it’s not an engagement ring exactly. This man is a fool, but he’s not stupid. He’s going to continue to cash in on his long-expired 15 minutes with every chance he gets. People are the real losers here. They would have been better off running a competing Khloe Kardashian weight loss cover.

Jon Gosselin’s new girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, 22, had a longterm lesbian lover in college who claims that Hailey is a manipulative user who is out for fame and cash. Joy Lawlor, 23, says that she was with Hailey for three years while they both went to Indiana University, first meeting through MySpace. Joy alleges that Hailey introduced her to cocaine and that Hailey also smoked pot. Hailey supposedly kept begging Joy to get involved in a threesome with another woman, but Joy wasn’t having it. She calls her former lover “manipulative and destructive” and warns Jon that she’s a user who will ditch him once she gets what she’s after:

“The last thing Jon needs to do is stick around that woman,” Lawlor said in an exclusive interview. “She will use him to make herself famous and then she will leave him for someone else she can profit from.

“Anyone, be they male or female, is a target. She just wants to make people do whatever she wishes. That’s what she is going to do to Jon. The best thing he could do is get as far away as possible from her. She is toxic.”

But, says Joy, things started to go downhill for Hailey at the end of her freshman year when she became heavily-involved in drugs.

“It was Hailey who introduced me to cocaine and I did it with her in her dormitory room. She was also smoking marijuana,” said Lawlor.

Hailey was eventually arrested on multiple drug charges.

Lawlor said about Hailey: “For a girl so young she was very wild, both for drugs and for sex. She kept saying that I was her first lesbian love but I didn’t believe her.

“I was having a great time with Hailey at IU and all my lesbian friends liked her. But having one girl clearly wasn’t enough for Hailey, she kept begging me to have threesomes with her and another girl.

“I was hurt by that because I thought Hailey had feelings just for me. I turned her down flat.” Hailey and Joy split up after Joy dropped out of IU. Joy said: “I was doing too many drugs with Hailey and partying too much. Hailey was just too wild for me.”

Joy admitted she was arrested for cocaine possession and put on probation. She stayed in Bloomington and began a relationship with another female IU student to whom she is now engaged.

“I’m engaged now so life is good for me,” Joy said.

“But I am speaking out because Jon Gosselin needs to know what he is getting himself involved in. “Hailey comes across as a smart, likable girl. But she is manipulative and destructive.”

If Hailey was only out for fame and cash it looks like she’s made out pretty well in just the few short weeks she’s been dating Jon. She just got a trip to the South of France to hang out on Christian Audigier’s boat and do some luxury goods shopping, all captured by the paparazzi. This week, she’s on the damn cover of People Magazine. It doesn’t seem surprising that this girl has an ex who is willing to call her a manipulative user. Jon seems to be using her too in a feeble attempt to make it seem as if he’s moving on with his life and is no longer under his wife’s thumb. Instead, he’s just looking desperate and lame with a girl who’s barely out of college and has photos of her all-too-recent past to prove it.

According to In Touch, Jon “I’m going through such a difficult time right now” Gosselin got engaged to his 22-year-old girlfriend Hailey Glassman on Sunday. Now this is In Touch, so the story could be total crap. But they do have a lot of precious details – like how Jon proposed to Hailey with a $180,000 ring. But that’s not the best part. The ring – the engagement ring, remember – is a skull surrounded by four black diamonds. Part of me thinks that can’t possibly be an engagement ring and In Touch has got it wrong. Maybe it’s just a ring. The world’s ugliest and tackiest, but just a ring. But considering Jon’s Ed Hardy fascination, it really could be his idea of a classy rock.

There’s not a single part of that story that doesn’t make me ill. Though in fairness, it does sound like Jon and Hailey have matching taste. He proposes with a skull ring, she loves the idea of getting married in Vegas. They’re both eager for fame. I really hope her dress is Christian Audigier-designed and features more skulls and some shredded roses or something. I have a lot of reasons why I think this sounds like B.S., but let’s face it: once a guy takes you to Wally’s Ice Cream Parlor, you might as well change your last name.

It is obviously way too soon for Jon to get engaged. It is way too soon for him to even be in a serious relationship. He and Kate technically separated a month ago – though to be fair, there are rumors that they have been separated a lot longer. But nonetheless, error on the side of caution and restraint, especially when it comes to things your kids are going to see. Jon’s eight children will grow up, and it’s doubtful they won’t someday judge him negatively for the way he’s behaving post-separation. Kids might tell you they’re okay with something because they want to make their parents happy. That doesn’t mean they’ll stay okay with it, especially when they reflect back as adults.

Speaking of adults, Jon needs to start acting like one. He is a father of eight kids. Who he’s left with his estranged wife while he enjoys a pleasant vacation in Europe. I could never stand Kate, but now I honestly have empathy for her. I’d be livid. He’s gallivanting around having a wonderful time without any responsibility whatsoever while she’s taking care of their eight children. If he keeps acting like this, she’s going to get a lot more public sympathy, and eventually that lead to the attention she wants but they both crave. Jon needs to start acting like a decent father who puts his kids first if he wants everyone to be nice to him during his “difficult time.”

Two weeks ago, the Gosselins issued a public statement calling for privacy at a time when their press coverage had dwindled down to nothing due to Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett’s deaths. Now Jon Gosselin, the doucebag dad who has been photographed all over the South of France with the younger of his barely-out-of-college girlfriends, is telling People Magazine that he’s having a hard time in his life and just wants the public to understand that. Yeah, it looks like he’s having such a rough go of it, sipping champagne on Christian Audigier’s yacht, shopping at Gucci, and completely ignoring the fact that he has eight kids at home. It’s not like he tried to hide from the paparazzi while he was in France, and it’s likely he called them himself. So why is he whining about it now? Oh I know – so we’ll keep talking about him well after his 15 minutes expired. ABC News reports this, along with some kind of priceless quotes from a psychologist who says that Jon is acting out because he feels emasculated by Kate:

“If someone engaging in these behaviors walked into your office, I would think about revenge, a fairly hostile act,” said family therapist Terry Real, who hasn’t treated the Gosselins. “I would be wondering if this wasn’t some sort of a declaration and the person in the marriage felt emasculated.”

Real said by introducing Glassman to the public so soon after his failed marriage, Jon Gosselin could be trying to declare his independence and show that he is strong, not weak…

Kate Gosselin also ignored questions from the paparazzi about her soon-to-be-ex’s new romance.

Jon Gosselin said, “Kate and I agreed to a 45-day period in which we wouldn’t talk about each other.”

Despite his flashy new fashion career and romance, Jon Gosselin told People magazine his children remain his top priority.

“Every 10 minutes I keep thinking about the kids and missing them,” he said.

But Real said if Jon Gosselin was really thinking about the kids he wouldn’t have introduced another woman into the equation until after his divorce was finalized, because it does not send a good message about commitment or restraint.

Kaiser usually dislikes it when psychologists and doctors comment on celebrities, but I think they provide a kind of professional confirmation for what a lot of us are thinking. The family therapist quoted in that article is right – it doesn’t send a good message to his family when Jon is all too willing to be seen out on vacation with his new girlfriend. What makes it worse is that this is the second of two young women he’s been dating, and he’s already brought the other one around his kids and they were supposedly getting attached to her.

Kate is making sure she’s being photographed too – she’s been hanging out constantly on her front lawn with her kids having picnics, playing and doing mom-type stuff while she waits for fame to come knocking again. She has a back yard and plenty of space and doesn’t need to be within distance of the cameras, but it’s like she can’t live without them. The kids are the real victims here. Their dad moans “poor me” while he takes an extended vacation and their mom parades them around hoping to revitalize her reality show on hiatus.

Jon Gosselin’s 22-year-old girlfriend is bitching and moaning about her negative coverage in the press. Hailey Glassman has a Facebook account with over 1000 friends, so it’s not exactly private. She’s posted all sorts of unflattering pictures of herself, including getting her boobs grabbed and a bunch of other semi-unsavory things. Certainly nothing out of the ordinary or even shocking though. But because she’s dating someone lightly famous, the photos have made her infamous. For some reason Hailey apparently thought she could date Jon without any repercussions – and as a result of the negative press she’s so upset she can’t leave her hotel room. I’m sure that’s why.

Jon Gosselin’s new 22-year-old girlfriend Hailey Glassman stayed in Monday night while visiting St. Tropez, France, with the 32-year-old father of eight because she was so upset with the bad press she’s been receiving.

“U.S. press is all over stories about her being some slutty party girl with a history of arrests,” a source tells Usmagazine.com of Glassman, who was arrested in 2005 for marijuana possession (see her mug shot). “She was upset tonight.”

She didn’t seem too upset earlier in the day, as she and Jon shopped at a Gucci boutique and grabbed lunch together. They were also spotted lighting each other’s cigarettes while sightseeing.

The two are expected to return home today.

To be fair, Hailey strikes me as a normal 22-year-old fresh out of college. But because she’s linked to someone who’s famous for being a dad to a ton of kids, one would hope she’d be a little more wholesome. There are reports on Radar of her engaging in some sort of girl-on-girl sex act and drunkenly hitting on tons of guys. I knew plenty of people who acted that way in college, so I don’t find it all that shocking and wouldn’t bat an eye if she weren’t dating Jon Gosselin. But she is so here you go:

A former co-worker of Glassman’s exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that it wasn’t too long ago the 22-year-old girlfriend of reality TV dad Jon Gosselin — who he has been squiring around glamorous France — was drunkenly trying to seducing bouncers, or having raunchy sex with other women in the restroom of the bar where she worked while she was in college.

Our source — who worked with Glassman (then a ticket taker) at the Bluebird Night Club in Bloomington, Indiana in the fall of 2006 — said the Indiana University student’s behavior was an ongoing parade of horny, drunken hedonism.

Our source recalled a story she heard from another co-worker in which the woman “walked in on Hailey and another girl in the bathroom doing really sexual things with each other.”

“They were doing more than making out, they were seriously performing sexual acts on each other,” our source said. “Hailey hung out with the lesbian and bi-sexual crowd. She and all her friend also went to a gay bar called Uncle E’s, which is where the hipsters hung out. Her crowd was really sexual and slutty.”

Our source said Glassman’s performance as an employee of the bar was awful, characterized by drunken indifference. Her performance between the sheets — something Jon Gosselin can likely attest to these days — should be a lot better; our source said she’s had plenty of practice, dating back to her bar days.

“One time she was hammered, and went up to the door guys — the bouncers — and said to one, ‘We haven’t hooked up yet, have we?’ and he said ‘No,’ and she said ‘We should [bleep],’ and he told her, ‘No,’ again,” according to our source. “Then she turned to the next bouncer and asked him the same thing. He said ‘No,’ to her too.”

Rolls in the hay might not the only thing Glassman gets off on either, our source told us.

“Hailey was all over the place… she was hammered 90% of the time,” our source said, adding that while she never saw Jon Gosselin’s new gal pal engage in recreational drug use, she knows “friends of hers, and I heard they were always doing ecstasy and coke.”

Obviously she’s not fit to be a stepmother to eight kids, but that’s clearly not what Jon’s looking for right now. Something tells me Jon is going to date around A LOT in the next few years and do some major oat sowing. I doubt his next five girlfriends will be anymore straight-laced than Hailey. I’m guessing she’s as likely as the next person to grow out of this phase – perhaps she already has. I don’t want to come down overly hard on her: she didn’t date Jon while he was with Kate and so far she’s not involved with the kids at all. I think everyone knew people who acted this way at that age – just as many men as women. But I hope for her sake the relationship is just a passing fling. She strikes me as someone who still needs to get some partying out of her system; along with her 15 minutes.

Jon Gosselin’s supposedly 22 year-old girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, has a Facebook account with over a thousand friends. Included on her Facebook are many pictures featuring her behaving like a college kid and partying with her friends. There are photos that show her posing with drug paraphernalia, getting her boobs grabbed, showing off the top of her underwear, and in some kind of compromising position with a plant. At least she doesn’t have photos that feature her making out with anyone, male or female, or in a semi-clothed state. These seem pretty tame, but considering her new faux-celebrity status they’re being posted all over:

Hailey was arrested as a coed at Indiana University in 2005 for smoking a joint in a parking lot, which a police officer happened to witness. She had a small amount of marijuana on her, about 3 grams, and eventually had to pay a fine and go on probation. US Weekly has her mugshot and the poor girl’s eyebrows are tweezed to tiny lines. Someone sent me photos of Hailey from her high school yearbook, and I couldn’t get over how terrible her eyebrows looked in those pictures either. The guy wants people to pay to publish the photos, so I won’t post them here, but I doubt they’re worth much given all the other free photos that are floating around.

Hailey and Jon went to the south of France this weekend to meet with Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier about a possible children’s clothing line for Jon, and maybe a shoe line for aspiring designer Hailey. Audigier told E! News himself that the clothing line was in the works. His rep has released a statement claiming that isn’t true at all though. “Christian is absolutely not starting a kids’ clothing line with Jon. As of right now, there is no clothing line in the works between them at all.”

So what happened? Was Audigier just trying to get publicity, like he did with Clooney’s ex Sarah Larson after she got dumped? As far as I can tell, no modeling deal emerged from those talks, although plenty of tabloids covered it.

What you’re left with is a reality show dad who gets wined and dined for wearing a certain clothing line when he happens to show up to see his kids. He’s hanging out with a barely-out-of-college party girl with the pics and arrest record to prove it. Jon makes Kate look like a completely responsible parent in comparison.

Jon Gosselin has chosen a mate among the two 20-something brunettes he’s been dating on the side. It looks like Hailey Glassman, 22, has his temporary interest. Hailey is the daughter of Jon’s estranged wife Kate’s plastic surgeon. Hailey and Jon are currently in the South of France, where they were seen on designer Christian Audigier’s boat. Audigier is responsible for the Ed Hardy fashion line, and Jon has been spotted out in little else lately. To show his appreciation to Gosselin for promoting the line as the clothing of choice for deadbeat dads trying to relive their 20s, Audigier has offered him a job designing children’s clothing. That makes sense, since Jon spends so much time with his children now. Kate has got to be pissed off, especially since her own plans for a clothing line were scrapped.

The newly single 32-year-old Jon & Kate Plus 8 star may be in St.-Tropez with his 23-year-old gal-pal, Hailey Glassman, but that doesn’t mean the trip is all fun and games.

Yes, Kate is still wearing her wedding ring and isn’t quite ready to give up the ghost on her marriage. She is said to be “furious” that Jon is in St. Tropez with Hailey and that they’re getting photographed. At least he’s no longer with the young teacher that her kids were getting attached to.
