We covered the early details of this story this morning, so go here for the initial story. The National Enquirer and Radar seemed to break the story first thing this morning – apparently, Matthew Fox may have cheated on his wife of 19 years, Margherita Ronchi, with a 26-year-old stripper. This alleged cheating happened in Oregon, and the stripper, Stefani Talbott, seems to have sold her story to both the National Enquirer and In Touch Weekly. While the Enquirer is just running a simple “Fox cheated on his wife” story online, In Touch released part of their interview with this Talbott woman, and it’s just as bad as you would think. Here’s a photo of Talbott and the In Touch excerpt:

“He didn’t tell me to keep it a secret or anything. He didn’t even use protection. He didn’t seem concerned at all,” Stefani Talbott tells In Touch exclusively, about the married Lost star.

In an exclusive interview with In Touch, 25-year-old stripper Stefani Talbott claims that she slept with Lost star Matthew Fox twice in the past year.

While Matthew’s rep says “These accusations are false,” Stefani says she first met the 43-year-old last July, soon after she started working at Stars Cabaret in Bend, Oregon.

“I was dancing onstage, and I made eye contact with him immediately. I got so excited,” Stefani tells In Touch.

Since she was a big Party of Five fan, she recognized him right away — but she soon found out he was much different from the clean-cut characters he plays. Matthew, Stefani says, started by buying her a drink, then paid for four private dances, each worth $20.

“He asked me, ‘Why are you working in a place like this?’ I told him that I am a single mom and needed the money,” Stefani says. “He absolutely did not mention a wife or family, and I don’t remember him wearing a wedding ring.”

Despite the club’s strict rules about dating customers, Stefani left her 5-year-old son with a babysitter and claims she met Matthew later that night at the house he was staying in with his entourage.

“We sat around and talked about his show. He complimented me and was saying how down-to-earth I am. He told me he was going to be in town for a couple of days,” she tells In Touch. Pretty soon, things heated up.

“He didn’t tell me to keep it a secret or anything. He didn’t even use protection. He didn’t seem concerned at all,” says Stefani.

Ugh. Jesus. Fox is 43 years old, he should know better. The Enquirer reported that Talbott had kept voicemail and text messages from Fox, and Radar reports that there’s an eyewitness account of Fox getting physical with Talbott – the cab driver who took them back to Talbott’s place. In a piece that has now been taken down, Radar had the taxi driver saying: “They kissed and touched each other in the cab… [afterwards] they were more romantic than before, kissing a lot more and hugging each other.”

At this point it just seems like Matthew wanted to be caught, right? Dumbass. Matthew and Margherita Ronchi have two children together, daughter Klye Allison (age 12) and son Byron (age nine). And you know this isn’t the end of this sh-t, either. Once the print editions of the tabloids come out, there will be even more sketchy details floating around.

People Magazine has a semi-snarky brief report on Ryan Phillippe’s antics after his split with girlfriend Abbie Cornish. They make it sound like he’s chasing after anything in a skirt and doesn’t have a type. First he’s all over one girl, then he got distracted by another, then he was with another group of girls. It sounds like a fun night out, but if reports are to be believed, Ryan had plenty of those in the months leading up to his breakup.

Newly single, Ryan Phillippe was definitely in a party mode at Teddy’s inside the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, where he mingled with several female clubgoers. Sporting a tight gray T-shirt, the actor hopped on the dancefloor and started getting down with somebody while Samantha Ronson spun tunes from the deejay booth. The actor and his lady friend were flirting, but then Phillippe started focusing his attention on a brunette. The two talked closely, getting pretty hands-on with each other as they danced. At one point Phillippe, who had a vodka drink in his hands all night, made a lap into the hotel’s lobby, where he chatted up a few more girls before returning to the club.

The best part of the Ryan Phillippe and Abbie Cornish breakup story was the aftermath, which Kaiser already reported but I’ll recap. Ryan desperately tried to quash Abbie’s claim that she dumped him and moved out with his own PR person’s report that he’s the one who dumped her and kicked her out of his home. (Which is incredible, by the way. I wouldn’t move out of there willingly.)

OK! reported that the break could have happened because Abbie suspected Ryan of secretly reuniting with Reese for some hot sex, but I doubt Reese would be having that. She seems like she’s too strong and took too much of Ryan’s sh*t to hook up with him again. He’s the one who cheated on her with Abbie in the first place. The way I’m seeing it, Abbie just got fed up with Ryan’s womanizing ways. It bears repeating over and over “If he cheats with you…”

Bill Zwecker, the gossip columnist in the Chicago Sun Times, reports that a source tells him Ryan “has a Tiger Woods problem,” aka a wandering dick. No woman can validate those kind of men who have a near-bottomless need for reassurance and attention. So they go around trying to bed anyone who will have them while their partners sit home dealing with the worst of their sh*t. Maybe Abbie learned her lesson and will pick a guy who isn’t attached next time.

Tiger Woods’ apology on Friday of last week was watched by 7 million people, which certainly isn’t bad for a sportsman standing up on a podium reading from a script written by a team of experts. Contact Music [via E!] reports that the ratings were better for the apology than they are when he plays in a tournament. I heard that Tiger wrote the speech himself, but I sincerely doubt it. (I’m pretty sure I heard it on either the View or Today with Kathy and Hooda and am having trouble googling it. I do remember Joy Behar saying that trading stopped on Wall St. for 13 minutes during Tiger’s speech and spiked afterwards.) He may have been semi-sincere as I suspected, as truth expert Eyes for Lies assessed, or he may have been the narcissistic sociopath that a body language expert quoted by Radar Online claimed. I’m thinking he’s a massive cheater who is getting a glimmer of self awareness and does feel sorry (he got caught) but still doesn’t feel like he owes the public an apology. People were surely watching, though.

Tiger and Elin have co-signed a nice note to fellow parents at the preschool where their older daughter goes to school. The note apologizes for the media attention around the school. You can bet that the paparazzi are double parking and blocking access to the school. I know dropping off my kid at school is already a pain with just the other parents there at the same time.

There’s also news that Elin refused to sit for a family portrait ahead of her husband’s much-watched mea culpa. Coupled with the fact that she’s not living with him and hasn’t been wearing her ring, I’m starting to think she’s just biding her time and trying to figure out her next move. If she was my friend I would have the urge to tell her to get the hell out, (whether I told her that or not would depend on a few things) but we don’t know what she’s dealing with or what kind of truce she’s reached with Tiger. I hope it involves a ton of money.

Do you know how much I dislike Dr. Jack Shepherd? SO MUCH. He’s the worst character on Lost, jointly with Kate Austen (Evangeline Lilly). The fact that those two are supposed to be the “leads” of the show is the worst joke of all. It’s not even that Jack is a poorly drawn character (he’s not, really) or that Matthew Fox is a bad actor (he’s not the best, but not the worst), it’s just that the character is so sanctimonious, so self-righteous, so asinine, that I absolutely dread when an episode revolves around Jack. Like last night. Ugh. Anyway…

Maybe I’m reading Matthew Fox the wrong way, but he always seemed to have a touch of self-righteousness in his real life too. Which makes this story from the National Enquirer very interesting… according to their reporting, Fox has been cheating on his wife Margherita Ronchi with a 26-year-old stripper in Oregon named Stefani Talbott. Talbott tells the Enquirer that they had sex, and that she “kept the voice mails and text messages from him.” Oh, God, an electronic trail. Men are so dumb.

Matthew Fox’s squeaky-clean image as a family man could soon be “Lost” for good after he was caught up in a cheating scandal involving a tattooed stripper.

The stripper, nearly young enough to be his daughter, claims she began an affair with the 43-year-old star – who plays Dr. Jack Shephard on the hit ABC series – after meeting him at a strip club in Bend, Oregon.

Stefani Talbott, 26, who danced at the Stars Cabaret club in Bend, confessed to the ENQUIRER: “Yes, I’ve been having an affair with Matthew Fox. We had sex together. I’ve kept voice mails and text messages from him.”

Stefani has told others of her incredible boasts about her alleged sexual exploits with the actor. Yet the actor vehemently denies he had a sexual relationship with Stefani.

“Matthew’s partying is out of control. He’s boozing and carrying on with women. His carousing is at an all-time high,” a source revealed.

If the Enquirer is talking to the stripper, and the stripper is claiming to have proof, we’ve been down this road before with the Enquirer. I’m not so much thinking about Tiger Woods, but Josh Duhamel and his epic pr0n-filled seduction with a stripper. We’ll see how this thing shakes out, but right now, I am going to give Fox the benefit of the doubt, just because something doesn’t seem right to this story. To me. And I’ll admit it if I’m wrong!

Meanwhile, Fox is on the cover of Emmy Magazine, talking about the end of Lost (sob!). He told the magazine, “I have a lot of mixed emotions. It’s been an incredible experience for me, and the creative part of it has been beautiful. I’m really enjoying working with this character. It’s going to be sad when it ends. But at the same time I’m looking forward to moving on.” Then why doesn’t he ask to be killed off? Right now?

UPDATE: Radar has a few more details about this alleged affair. Apparently it’s an even bigger story (in the Enquirer) and it includes an “eyewitness account” of a taxi driver who drove Fox and Talbott to Talbott‘s home: “They kissed and touched each other in the cab… [afterwards] they were more romantic than before, kissing a lot more and hugging each other.”

It looks like Tiger Woods’ public apology either went a long way with his wife, or that they reached a tentative truce well ahead of his staged attempt to get back into the sponsors’ good graces. The two were spotted playing tennis together on Saturday and then boarding a private plane with their two children headed out of Orlando, Florida.

The day after Tiger Woods publicly apologized for cheating on his wife Elin, she went shopping at a Florida mall.

In jeans, boots, shades and wearing no wedding ring, Elin, 30, was spotted at a shopping center Saturday with daughter Sam, 2, who wore a pair of red Nike sneakers. (Nike is the one sponsor who refused to drop Woods, 34, despite his sex scandal.) Son Charlie, 1, was not with them.

According to RadarOnline, mom and daughter later lunched with friends.

UsMagazine.com has learned that Woods and his wife flew out of Orlando late Saturday evening. But before that, Radar reports, he and Elin played tennis together.

In his apology Friday, Woods declined to say whether he and his wife were splitting.

Tiger’s mom, who sat in the front row during his speech and gave him a tearful hug and kiss afterwards, has spoken to reporters defending her son. She said “I am upset the way media treated him like he’s a criminal. He didn’t kill anybody, he didn’t do anything illegal. They’ve being carrying on from Thanksgiving until now, that’s not right.” It is illegal to hire hookers in the city of Las Vegas, and it’s Tiger’s fault that he faced all that fallout. This was the biggest scandal to break all year in 2009 and his mom is only fooling himself if she’s blaming the media for being interested in it. This guy sold himself as a family man and he was busted with over a dozen mistresses. It’s no one’s fault but his own, and he’ll keep trying to get away with it, especially when he’s surrounded by apologists like his mom and maybe Elin. (It’s hard to tell what her position is exactly, but she seems to be sticking by him and it’s not like she left the state or the country.)

Radar Online quotes a psychotherapist who believes that Tiger Woods is a “narcissist and a sociopath.” Dr. Gilda Carle reviewed Tiger’s “I’m sorry” performance and came to the conclusion that “He was uncomfortable in this new role as ‘somebody who was very sorry,’ in this new role as a ‘vulnerable and flawed character,’ and Sociopaths will go to any length to appear to be something they are not.” Dr. Carle also said that Tiger brought his mom out to hug him to show that “Mommy still loves me, so should my public.” She concludes that “what he is really sorry about is that he lost the endorsements and the ability to play golf, and most importantly the image of being ‘Mr. Perfect.’”

We’re waiting for Tiger Woods’ big announcement at 11:00 am EST this morning. I’m guessing that it will be a big letdown and that Tiger will just say something about how he deserves his privacy and will be returning to golf. If he does mention his dozen plus affairs, it will be briefly and he’ll refer to it in general terms and say he’s sorry but not get into it much. After all, that would be consistent with the statements he’s issued so far and the way he’s handled the scandal. Plus there’s the fact that Tiger’s people aren’t staging a traditional press conference with a question and answer period and have barred journalists from questioning Tiger at all.

One detail that has come out from Tiger’s camp is the fact that Tiger will be returning to “therapy” following his press conference. Some outlets are interpreting this to mean that he’s going to back to rehab, and it sure sounds like it but it’s hard to tell. “Therapy” could also means a nearby counselor, probably one that makes house calls for the kind of bucks that Tiger has to throw around. But it sounds more like rehab if the news event was hard to schedule. Good for him, I guess.

I really can’t stand Tiger and think he handled this scandal piss poorly. I was surprised to read comments on our story yesterday that some of you think he deserves to go back to golf as if nothing happened and doesn’t owe us an apology. I stand by what I said that he did make much more money by portraying himself as a loyal family man, but I hear what you’re saying. It’s sports and there are are plenty of guys who watch it who just want to see a great golfer back on the course.

Tiger Woods will return to therapy after he ends a three-month silence and speaks about his infidelity and his future plans.

Golf’s biggest star on Friday will address the shocking and sordid sex scandal that has consumed his life since late November then will return to the clinic where he has been undergoing therapy, according to a letter from PGA Tour commissioner Tim Finchem obtained by The Associated Press.

Finchem’s letter to the PGA Tour policy board and other officials explained why Woods chose Friday to make his first public comments, which are to be televised live by the major networks.

“As we understand it, Tiger’s therapy called for a week’s break at this time during which he has spent a few days with his children and then will make his statement before returning,” Finchem said in the letter Thursday. “Accordingly, there was very little flexibility in the date for the announcement.”

The letter shed no light on whether Woods plans to return to the tour anytime soon.

Golf’s biggest star is to make his first public appearance since he ran his SUV over a fire hydrant and into a tree outside his Florida home on Nov. 27 and sent him into hiding.

The setting for his return is decidedly friendly. It may be hard to remember the planet is watching.

Woods will speak to a small group of “friends, colleagues and close associates” in the Sunset Room on the second floor of the TPC Sawgrass, home of the PGA Tour. Just one video camera will broadcast the event and there will be no questions.

Woods’ statement comes during the Match Play Championship, sponsored by Accenture, the first company to drop Woods as a pitchman.

There’s of course the ongoing speculation as to whether Elin will stand by Tiger during the conference, like poor Silda Spitzer did when her husband resigned as Governor of New York. Most outlets reported yesterday that she’s opting out, and I hope that’s true. Plus it seems consistent with the kind of low-key way Elin has led her life up to this point. Radar reports that there are intense negotations underway for Elin to attend though. Meanwhile Hollywood Life points out that Elin has been seen out decked in Nike gear, which may silently signal that she’s backing her husband and one of his few remaining sponsors. I don’t know, they probably have a ton of free Nike gear at home and it might not mean anything. We’ll see! Run Elin run!

Here are new photos of Tiger playing golf all decked out in Nike gear before his big announcement. These are also from Getty, which had the first photos yesterday of Tiger out running. TMZ estimates that by working with Getty to arrange the first post scandal photos, Tiger may have blocked an over $1 million photo opportunity from the paparazzi.

A couple of weeks ago, we saw photos of nearly unrecognizable (read: normally dressed) Lady Gaga toting around a baby. The baby was identified as the son of her on-again boyfriend, an art director with her production company named Matthew Williams. Williams designs Gaga’s crazy outfits and is partially to blame for her attention-getting style. It turns out that there’s a whole backstory there and it’s not favorable to Gaga or Williams. Williams and Gaga were dating up until late 2008, but had broken up for over a year. Williams was in a live-in relationship with his baby’s mother up until he rekindled his relationship with Gaga while they were on tour together. When sparks flew between the two, Williams dumped his girlfriend and the mother of his baby over the phone.

In the March 1 issue of Star — on sale today — we report that when a dressed down Gaga was photographed toting a tot on Feb.3, she was on a shopping trip with on-again boyfriend, Matthew “Dada” Williams, an art director with her Hause of Gaga production company. And the adorable little tot balanced on Gaga’s hip was Matt’s 10-month-old son, Cairo, by his former live-in love — fashion stylist Erin Hirsh, who was coldly dumped by Matt after Gaga rekindled their romance, sources tell Star exclusively!

“Matt was crazy about Erin, but then Gaga manipulated to get him back,” says a friend.

When Cairo was just 2 months old, Matt left Erin and the baby behind to join Gaga on her international tour — and that was the beginning of the end of his family life. Soon after he called Erin to tell her he wouldn’t be coming home. While Matt didn’t say his decision was because he had rekindled his romance with the disco goddess. Soon after, photos surfaced of Gaga and Matthew kissing passionately during a night out in London.

“Erin saw the pictures and realized what was going down,” says the friend. “Even though Matt had told her in so many words that they were through, actually seeing Gaga getting it on with the father of her child was absolutely devastating to her.”

The print edition of Star has more, including quotes from the other woman Erin Hirsh’s mom. She said simply that “My daughter and Matthew were together for a year and a half – but they’re no longer a couple.” Unnamed sources are quoted as saying “Matt has absolutely not apologized to Erin. He thinks he’s done nothing wrong whatsoever. It’s a shame, but he’s impressionable and seems to be caught up in this magic ride of fame.” They also say that Matt isn’t great about arranging visitation with his son, Cairo. (What kind of name is Cairo?) “Matt does try to see Cairo when he’s in town, but sometimes he doesn’t show up when he’s supposed to. He can be really flaky.”

It’s not surprising to hear that the guy responsible for Gaga’s outrageous style is an unfaithful flake. I don’t know much about Lady Gaga but I didn’t expect her to be the type of person to date a guy with a girlfriend. This crap happens all the time though.

In related Lady Gaga news, she’s helping promote a line of condoms designed by Jeremy Scott. Gaga, a representative of the MAC AIDS Viva Glam campaign to increase AIDs awareness, calls the condoms “a fashion statement.” I guess she won’t be toting around her own baby anytime soon.

Tiger Woods has almost managed to avoid being photographed in the months since his Thanksgiving blow out and subsequent cheating scandal. There were some blurry faraway photos taken at his rehab in Mississippi, but Tiger tried to throw off the scent by hiring a lookalike to dress in the same clothes and drive his car. (In my opinion that’s what happened. I would bet good money that it was Tiger in those initial pictures.) Now Tiger was photographed up close jogging outside his home in Orlando. It was surely a staged picture as the agency was Getty Images, which primarily photographs events and is not a paparazzi agency as TMZ points out. Tiger is staying separately from his wife, Elin, who was spotted bringing two cups of coffee to his place. He’s also sharing custody and seeing his two young children.

Tomorrow Tiger will hold a carefully controlled media event at a nearby golf resort in which he’ll apologize and make some kind of announcement to invited media. There will be no questions taken at all and they emphasize that it’s not a press conference. This was all announced through a statement sent to news outlets and posted on Tiger’s website. It’s a little better than his two previous statements, but the arrogance is still obvious. It’s like he thinks it’s our fault for talking about his multiple affairs with various skanks. Tiger is the highest paid sports player of all time. He traded on his “family man” image to make over a billion dollars in endorsement deals. What an assh*le he is for thinking he’s above responsibility for his wandering dick.

Tiger Woods will be speaking to a small group of friends, colleagues and close associates at 11:00 a.m. EST on Friday at the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. Tiger plans to discuss his past and his future, and he plans to apologize for his behavior.

While Tiger feels that what happened is fundamentally a matter between him and his wife, he also recognizes that he has hurt and let down a lot of other people who were close to him. He also let down his fans. He wants to begin the process of making amends, and that’s what he’s going to discuss.

His remarks will be open to a press pool for live coverage. It is NOT a news conference.

This is about Tiger and his people getting the money flowing again, it’s NOT about Tiger actually believing he owes an apology to anyone. This guy really turns my stomach and while Nike and EA have stood by him I hope that other sponsors realize that being associated with Tiger in any way is only going to hurt the bottom line.

The National Enquirer had a follow-up piece this week to their story that Noah Wyle was cheating on his now-estranged wife of 11 years with at least two other women. In their earlier story, they had Wyle, 38, hooking up with a way too perky looking actress named Tanna Frederick, 32, and double-timing both Federick and his wife, Tracy, with yet another unnamed actress. Now the Enquirer is naming the fourth party and they claim that it’s none other than actress Gina Gershon, 47. Gershon was famously linked to philandering President Bill Clinton in a Vanity Fair piece that was published in 2008. She vigorously denied that story, and Clinton had some choice words for the author, who just happened to be the husband of his former press secretary. If both of these stories are to be believed, Gershon is up to her old tricks with married Noah Wylie. Meanwhile the other other woman, Tanna Frederick, is said to have been “devastated” by the way that Wylie dumped her after their yearlong affair – he just stopped taking her calls or responding to her. My heart bleeds for her:

The Enquirer has learned that the “ER” star has been dating “Showgirls” sexpot Gina Gershon. As we previously reported, Noah had also been cheating on his wife with actress Tanna Frederick.

Noah, 38, who played Dr. John Carter on the medical drama for 11 seasons, separated from former makeup artist Tracy Warbin in October. His affair with Tanna began a year earlier after the two played lovers in the independent film “Queen of the Lot.”

“Noah was cheating on his wife Tracy with mistress Tanna and then cheated on both of them with Gina – he’s been juggling women and keeping very, very busy,” a close pal told The Enquirer.

Noah and Gina met through mutual friends while she was doing the Broadway play “Bye Bye Birdie,” says the pal.

“They hooked up in New York a few times while she was still doing the play and then again in Los Angeles.”

“Tanna didn’t know what hit her – there were no calls, texts, nothing – she’s still heartbroken over it.”

The Enquirer even has a specific date and place where Wyle and Gershon were seen kissing, at a place in Hollywood called The Magic Castle on December 26. In our early coverage, Kaiser wondered if Wyle could have been separated from his wife when he was seeing all these other women. That’s possible, but it’s more likely that he was trying to make it seem like everything was the same at home while carrying on behind his wife’s back. He probably told the other women that he was separated and/or that his wife didn’t understand him while she taking care of their two kids and cooking and cleaning for him. It’s just sad to hear that another guy who seemed like a decent, family man is thinking with his dick. That’s one trend that needs to stop.

Tiger Woods is still a raging cheater who wasn’t at all affected by his stay in sex rehab, if the National Enquirer is to be believed. (And they often are.) The good news is that earlier stories about how his wife Elin has forgiven him and welcomed him back may not be true. Radar Online reports that Tiger and Elin are living in separate homes in Florida but sharing parenting duties:

Now we’ve learned that Tiger and Elin are living in separate houses in Orlando, just miles apart, and shuttling their two children back and forth. The marriage is extremely fragile, multiple sources told RadarOnline.com.

Elin called off the divorce and put her attorney on hold but she is still not over Tiger’s betrayal and their relationship is extremely strained, sources close to the couple tell RadarOnline.com exclusively.

She is still not wearing her wedding ring and there is no physical contact between the couple, RadarOnline.com has confirmed with multiple sources.

“You don’t get over that kind of betrayal in just a few months,” one source who knows Elin told RadarOnline.com.

Tiger and Elin see each other only when they shuttle their two children back and forth, sources told RadarOnline.com.

“Tiger has had follow up care,” one source told us. “He spent time with Elin but they are not living together and it’s a slow process and there’s no guarantee things will work out.

“The kids have been going back and forth between homes.”

Tiger will return to golf by Spring or earlier, as RadarOnline.com first reported. He is staying out of public sight for now and basically living indoors to avoid the public spotlight, but that’s going to end soon, one source told RadarOnline.com.

I’m kind of relieved to hear that and am hoping that Elin is just in it for the payday. It would have been better if she would have taken a public stance and left the guy, but that’s her decision.

I got a chance to read the National Enquirer’s story on how Tiger “cheated” in rehab, and my assumption that they were claiming that he just cheated the program by not adhering to regulations was correct. He was generally arrogant, uncooperative and hostile to staff and fellow patients and is said to have sulked and pouted during weekly group therapy sessions, refusing to acknowledge his sex addiction. After patients shared their sensitive personal stories, Tiger sniped “I can’t relate to these people and what they are saying… I should be here.
