Widdle 16 year-old Justin Bieber broke tween hearts around the world when he was photographed kissing a girl in the back of a car. Bieber was caught making out with 16 year-old fellow singer Jasmine Villegas, who stars in his “Baby” video (the video is here if you’re in the US) and is currently opening for him on his concert tour. Villegas better watch her back as there are plenty of women of all ages who inexplicably see something in this androgynous child who sings like a girl. Maybe it’s because he’s so pretty and non-threatening. Good for him for scoring an age-appropriate girlfriend, though. I’m sure they have a lot in common. “Jasmine and Justin” has a really sweet first love ring to it.

According to TMZ, “The photos were taken on Thursday, September 9 in Venice, CA by some Canadian tourist who just happened to notice his country’s most famous pop star in the midst of a make-out session with the luckiest teenage girl on the planet.

The two had been rumored to be dating … but they insisted they were just ‘really cool friends’.”

Justin also made a stop at a Hooters in a mall in Edmonton, Alberta Canada over the weekend and posed with the scantily clad waitresses. CTV has the details: Justin’s stop was only 15 minutes, he sang for his waitress, and people were crowded outside trying to get a glimpse. The Frisky made a crack about how “The Biebs walked in a boy with a craving for wings, and walked out a man.”

The boy got his first tattoo earlier this year, he has a girlfriend now and more money and fame at 16 than most of us can hope for in a lifetime. Do you think he’s a flash in the pan or is this kid going to be around for another decade or more?
