As we reported in December, Jesse James’ ex-wife, pornstar Janine Lindemulder, has been sentenced to six months in prison for tax evasion. She has to report for incarceration on March 10, and on that date Sandra Bullock will become a full-time mom to Jesse’s daughter, Sunny.

Already close to Sunny — the two are often seen at the playground — Sandra takes on this new responsibility under difficult circumstances: On March 10, Sunny’s mother, former adult film star Janine Lindemulder, 40, will head for federal prison to serve a six-month sentence for income tax evasion. While Janine is behind bars, an Orange County, Calif., court awarded temporary full custody of Sunny to Jesse.

“Sandra will be fantastic as a full-time mom,” says actor Denis O’Hare, her co-star in her upcoming film The Proposal. “Jesse’s daughter is lucky to have Sandra in her life.”

The role of stepmom is not new to Sandra: She’s also close to Jesse’s two older children, daughter Chandler, 13, and son Jesse Jr., 10, from his marriage to Karla James.

“If the court gave Jesse James custody of Sunny, well… that’s her daddy. He should take care of her,” Janine’s aunt, Marjorie Lindemulder, tells OK!. “I just hope and pray for everyone involved.”

As for Sandra, the challenge appears to be a blessing. “I don’t see the difference in having blood-related kids or children who come with your husband,” she said last spring. “I am very blessed.”

Janine has also been accused by Jesse of abusing their daughter Sunny, and she will have to spend another six months in a federal-run facility after she is released from prison. It will be interesting to see if she regains full custody of her daughter Sunny after she comes back, or if there will be a custody battle.

It’s very sweet that Sandra is quoted in the article as saying that it doesn’t matter whether her kids are biological or not. Children are children, and they need to be taken care of in a good home. Although there were rumors that Jesse left Janine for Sandra, Jesse and Sandra’s marriage always seemed stable and in photographs they always seem so happy. Hopefully that will translate to a loving full-time home for Sunny.

Popular porn star Janine Lindemulder has been sentenced to six months in federal prison on tax evasion charges. She pled guilty in August to not paying nearly $300,000 in taxes she owed the US government on her earnings. Lindemulder failed to make any federal tax payments for six consecutive years – from 2000 to 2006. She was sentenced on Monday to six months in federal prison and must report by March 10 to serve her term. She will also have to pay back all the money she owes to the government and once she’s released from prison she’ll have to spend up to six more months at a “federally operated residential community corrections center.”

Lindemulder specializes in on-screen scenes with women and has recently appeared in adult films with Jenna Jameson. You may known her as the naughty nurse with the glove on Blink 182’s album cover for “Enema of the State.” She is also an ex wife of Jesse James, actress Sandra Bullock’s current husband, and has a nearly five year-old daughter, Sunny, with James. James and Lindemulder broke up when she was seven months pregnant, with some reports claiming that James left Lindemulder for Bullock.

Last year James filed court papers seeking 50% custody of Sunny and alleging that Lindemulder was abusing the girl based on circumstantial evidence. Sunny was said to have cried out in her sleep “don’t touch me” and to have had minor scratches and bruises that she blamed on “mommy’s chair.” The rumor at the time that James sought increased custody was that Bullock was behind it because she wanted to spend more time with Sunny.

Now that Sunny’s mom has to spend six months in prison and up to six more months in another facility someone has to care for the girl and it may be James and Bullock.

Bullock is a step mother to James’ two other children from his first marriage, Jesse James, Jr., 8, and Chandler James, 10. They live nearby with their mother, Karla. Bullock has previously said of James’ children that she sees them as no different from biological children:

“I have children, amazing children. My love and my hopes for their future and their happiness, for their homework to be done and for them to know how smart and beautiful they are is no less than if they were my own biological children.”

Maybe she’ll have Sunny around now too. It’s sad for Sunny that her mom is going to have to go away for up to a year, but at least she has more family who will be there for her. If only Lindemulder had the sense to have paid her taxes she wouldn’t be in this mess in the first place.

Sandra Bullock and her husband, Monster Garage host Jesse James, were in a head-on collision in Gloucester, Massachusetts on Friday. A member of Bullock’s security team was driving a rented SUV near the East Gloucester Square Laundry when 64-year-old Lucille Gatchell – who was drunk of her ass – crossed lanes in her a Subaru wagon and veered into oncoming traffic. She slammed her car head first into Bullock and James’ SUV. Luckily they were only doing about 15-20 mph at the time, and walked away unhurt.

Gloucester – The alleged drunken driver involved in a head-on collision with an SUV carrying actress Sandra Bullock failed four field sobriety tests and had a blood-alcohol level of more than twice the legal limit, police said. The accident brought gawkers with flash cameras into the streets of Gloucester and prompted global headlines. Many expressed relief that the sweetheart actress avoided injury in the ugly episode.

“Her eyes were bloodshot and glassy. Her speech was extremely slurred as she spoke.” Hussey [Bullock’s driver] “was trying to avoid her car, but it was in his lane,” Mackey said yesterday. During sobriety tests, Gatchell nearly fell over three times while trying to walk nine steps and turn, the report states. A Breathalyzer test recorded Gatchell’s blood-alcohol level as .20, more than twice the legal limit of .08, the report states.

“After I arrested her, I had her in the cruiser,” said Mackey. “I said, ‘Do you realize who you hit? She asked, ‘Who?’ I said, ‘Sandra Bullock.’ She was almost giggling and laughing. She said, ‘My first drunk driving and I hit Sandra Bullock.’

What a jackass thing to say. And do. Unfortunately Ms. Gatchell was released on her own recognizance from jail. The police officer interviewed by the Herald noted that Sandra seemed very concerned for the drunken woman who could have killed her – even though Ms. Gatchell seemed to find the whole situation pretty damn funny.

“She was very concerned about the lady in the other car. She said, ‘Is she OK? Is she OK?’ ” said Mackey. “After I arrested (Gatchell), I walked past Miss Bullock. She felt bad. You could tell by the look on her face.”

I’m so disgusted by that woman’s response I can’t even come up with anything decent to say. It’s probably due to the state of massive inebriation, but since Lucille Gatchell chose to drink she’s responsible for everything she does and says thereafter. Obviously the accident could have been much worse, and it’s very lucky that everyone in Sandra Bullock’s vehicle came out unscathed. Hopefully Ms. Gatchell will choose to make better decisions in the future.

Sandra Bullock and her husband of nearly two years, Jesse James, are fighting for partial custody of James’ third child, three year old Sunny. James left Sunny’s mom, his second wife porn star Janine Lindemulder, while she was seven months pregnant. Lindemulder claims that until this January James only saw his daughter on the day she was born for half an hour.

James has filed court papers claiming that he suspects his ex of abusing toddler Sunny, and says the girl has suspicious bruises and seems to be troubled. If his ex-wife grants him 50 percent custody, he’s willing to drop the abuse charges:

But Janine is not giving up easily – and insiders say she blames the 42-year-old “Miss Congeniality” beauty for pushing Jesse to snatch Sunny away from her.

Jesse, host of TV’s “Monster Garage,” filed an emergency child custody order against Janine on March 15. He asked the court to award him temporary custody of Sunny pending a child welfare investigation.

In court documents, 37-year-old Jesse claimed that Sunny was scratched and bruised when she visited him and Sandra recently – and the child blamed “mommy’s chair” for her injuries.

“Sunny had small scratches and what appeared to be broken blood vessels and a bruise on her left cheek and a few bruises around her left and right eye,” Jesse said in papers filed in California’s Orange County Superior Court.

“When my wife gently asked her if it hurt she said: ‘Yes, but the bleeding stopped.’ She just said ‘mommy’s chair’ when we asked how it happened.”

The papers also state Janine “was to pick her up on Saturday afternoon when she arrived (an hour late), Sunny screamed and cried she didn’t want to go.

“My wife and I let Sunny stay with us in bed Saturday night. We didn’t think she should be alone. During the night she was very restless and seemed to be angry and crying off and on, but clearly cried out: ‘don’t touch me’ and ‘don’t do that.’”

It could be true that he suspects his wife of hurting the girl, but you never know with toddlers. They get into a lot of scrapes and often cry when they have to leave a place they’re comfortable with, even if they’ve only been there an hour. The article goes on to quote a source that says that Janine is a good mother and that it’s not fair to judge her because she’s earned a living in the adult film business.

Janine is said to think that Bullock is behind James’ custody and abuse claims, and the source says she doesn’t have an issue with Sandra, but believes that it was her idea to get Jesse more involved in his youngest child’s life.

Bullock’s recent statements about being a step-mother to James’ three children seem to support that. She told People Magazine “I have children, amazing children. My love and my hopes for their future and their happiness, for their homework to be done and for them to know how smart and beautiful they are is no less than if they were my own biological children.” She said she does want a biological child but only if it happens naturally for her. If not, that’s ok too.

James has two other children with his first wife Karla James, Jesse James, Jr., 7, and Chandler James, 9.

Sunny’s mom Janine was the naughty nurse on Blink 182′s album cover for Enema of the State. She’s a well known porn star and adult movie producer and is next appearing in “Janine loves Jenna [Jameson],” which will be released on DVD on April 13th.
