For whatever reason, the tabloids are warring over the state of Fergie and Josh Duhamel’s marriage this week. The first story concerns the Fergian womb, which has been the subject of speculation as recently as August when its owner mysteriously glowed while going on hiatus for her band, The Black Eyed Peas. Now, the rumors are back courtesy of Fergie herself striking some suspicious poses on the red carpet of the New Year’s Eve premiere. Further, an In Touch insider who claims that Josh is “dying to be a dad.” Hence this story:

When Fergie showed up to support husband Josh Duhamel at the premiere of New Year’s Eve in LA on December 5 wearing a tight-fitting dress, she sparked new rumors that she’s expecting. “She was looking thicker than usual and rubbing her stomach,” a witness tells In Touch. “She also did a lot of over-the-shoulder poses so you didn’t see her midsection.” A baby would be the culmination of a dream for he 36-year-old singer. “She took some time off from working to get pregnant and prepare for a baby, but was having a tough time,” an insider tells In Touch. “Luckily, Josh has been supportive.” In fact, Josh gushes that “it just makes it a little more fun around the house” with Fergie home! And if now is the time to start a family, they’re ready: “That is definitely part of the plan,” Fergie told In Touch at the launch of The Black Eyed Peas Experience game. “And when that happens, it will be a blessing.”

Basically, anytime a female celebrity places a hand upon her stomach, this automatically means that she’s with child, right? So that particular posture could mean nothing. As for her over-the-shoulder poses, I’m just going to assume that Fergie likes showing off her booty:

Meanwhile, Star puts in its two cents with a different story about how Fergie is partying her ass off, and Josh is really pissed off about it:

Fergie is a rock star, and sometimes she parties like one — much to the dismay of hubby Josh Duhamel, Star has learned. “The other night at an industry event, Fergie seemed visibly drunk,” an insider tells Star. The singer, 36, is no stranger to partying and boozing for a good time, but when she does, Josh “gets so annoyed with her when she’s like that. Josh gets embarrassed,” explains the insider. “He finds it really annoying. He’ll roll his eyes and look unhappy.” It seems more than anything, the actor, 39, is concerned about appearances. “Josh is aware of the attention on him. Having a wife who seems drunk mortifies him.”

So which story, if either, is true? Each of them negates the other, so it’s a tough call. Josh doesn’t seem like the type to freak out over his lady knocking back a few drinks, assuming that she’s not pregnant. If anything, you’d think he’d freak out over the fact that his wife’s face is continually morphing. That has to be strange to deal with, right?

Who knows though — Fergie could very well be pregnant. After all, Josh does seem rather, uh, enthused about her midsection in this photo:

Then again, when her stomach is in plain view, she doesn’t really look pregnant at all. Maybe it’s just a case of a little weight gain (although she looks great) and awkward posing on the New Year’s Eve red carpet.

Of all of the successful pop-star acts out there, perhaps the one whose appeal that I understand the least is the Black Eyed Peas, and that also goes for Fergie as the group’s lead singer. Regardless, Fergie still managed to get Hollywood’s latest male flavor of the month, Josh Duhamel, down the aisle a few years ago. Naturally, he cheated with a stripper called “Delilah” only a few months later, but the couple decided to work it out or something. Anyway, Fergie apparently has remained highly sensitive to the possibility of further straying on Josh’s part, and her current prime suspect just happens to be none other than Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Really?

Pop rocker Fergie fears that her hubby Josh Duhamel will cheat again – this time with his gorgeous Transformers: Dark of the Moon co-star Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
The handsome actor and the Victoria’s Secret model have been looking very chummy at promotional events for the film – and pays say Fergie is frantic that Josh is going to stray, sources tell The ENQUIRER.

“Fergie knows all too well that Josh has a wandering eye,” said and insider. “And even though Rosie has been romantically linked to British action star Jason Statham since last year, she’s a very young alluring woman. Fergie’s been worried sick that she and Josh might hook up out on the road while promoting their movie.”

On Feb. 20, Josh, 38, and Rosie, 24, were at the Daytona 500 Nascar race in Daytona Bach, Fla., together, hamming it up for the press. “They were Grand Marshals of the race, along with Transformers director Michael Bay,” continued the insider. “They never left each other’s side”

More recently, the two made the rounds in red-hot Rio de Janeiro.

Meanwhile, Fergie, 36, has been spotted alone in New York City and Paris.

Once known as an unapologetic playboy, Josh toned down his image after he met Fergie in 2004. Still, friends warned the Black Eyed Peas singer that Josh wouldn’t be able to stay faithful if they married — and that turned out to be the case. Just months after the couple tied the knot in january 2009, The ENQUIRER broke the bombshell exclusive that Josh had cheated with an Atlanta stripper.

Josh and Fergie managed to patch things up, and last year they talked about taking a break from their busy careers to work on their marriage and possibly start a family.

Noted the insider: “Fergie is hoping that having kids will finally settle Josh down.”

Now, I can see why Fergie is concerned that Josh would get some on the side because he’s already got a habit of doing so. Further, Josh might really have “a type,” which consists of slightly mannish looking women because both Ferg and Rosie fit that bill. However, there’s really no visible reason why Fergie should worry about Rosie taking the bait because she’s already dating Jason Statham, who is a bona fide sex god.

Next to the Statham, Josh Duhamel is just a completely generic-looking dork.

So Fergie really needn’t worry about Rosie, although this dress from last week’s FiFi awards is highly questionable:

Meanwhile, this week’s issue of Star floats the notion that Rosie’s acting career might already be on the rocks because she’s such a hard partier.

“Rosie has the world in the palm of her hand right now, and the only person who could blow it is her!” a friend of the model tells Star. “The sky’s the limit for Rosie. But she has a real wild streak and loves to drink and party like a rock star.”

The 24-year-old has been known to arrive a photo shoots looking haggard, “like she hasn’t slept, smelling of booze and cigarettes,” her friend explains. And the latest man in her life, Jason Statham, is fueling the fire. “She likes to party with the bad boys,” another pal tells Star. “And Jason is as big a partier as Rosie. They pulled a number of all-nighters last year, boozing at private parties until the sun came up,” her friend reveals.

Rosie, a former Victoria’s Secret model who’s lucky to be following in Kate Moss’ footsteps as the face of Burberry, is also imitating the supermodel in private. In 2008, Rosie was snapped looking glassy-eyed and holding what appeared to be a bong. “Rosie really likes to push the boundaries of appropriate behavior,” her friend confides. “It makes some people in the entertainment industry a little nervous.”

Meh. None of this partying makes much of a difference at all in terms of an acting career as long as Rosie makes it onto the film set each morning. In other words, as long as she doesn’t pull a Lohan by calling in sick the morning after being photographed clubbing until the wee hours, Rosie should be fine for the few movies she’ll actually end up doing in the long run.

A few weeks ago, there were some new photos of Fergie, celebrating her birthday in Las Vegas. It seemed like Fergie had purchased herself a new face for her birthday, although her husband Josh Duhamel claimed that her drastically new look was the result of “new lipstick.” Ha! Anyway, these are some photos of Fergie and Josh at a benefit for the Red Cross. Fergie’s face is still looking… different. But she looks good, I’m not saying that. I’d even dare to say that Fergie got a appropriate work done – she doesn’t look scary and frozen-faced, she just looks “refreshed” and “younger”.

As for what Fergie may or may not have gotten done, Star Magazine got some plastic surgeons to talk about what they think might have happened. According to one, Fergie has had an estimated $30,000 plastic surgery makeover. NYC plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Schwartz (who doesn’t treat Fergie) claims that she’s had a brow lift, eyelid lift and filler in her cheeks: “Fergie’s forehead looks tighter, her jaw line is sharper, she looks fresh-faced and years younger because her skin is so taut and smooth, and it creates a well-rested look.” Another plastic surgeon suggests that Fergie has gotten Botox injections in her eyebrows, and thinks she also got a chemical peel.

By the way, I don’t know who designed Fergie’s dress, but it’s cute. Paris Hilton was also at this event (I don’t care enough to put photos up of her), and she was wearing a ball gown. I think Fergie looks totally appropriate for the event.

It was exactly a week ago when we found out that Josh Duhamel had been kicked off of a plane for refusing to turn off his Blackberry, and for heckling a stewardess or something. Basically, he was a jagoff. In the immediate aftermath, Josh’s publicist only offered an insincere-sounding apology. Then, a few days later, Josh told Access Hollywood that he learned his “lesson” and was now “good”. Once again, there was the general feeling of insincerity, like Josh just didn’t want to be bothered explaining himself or the situation. Now, a week later, he seems to realize that he actually needs to sit down and give an interview about it – and coincidentally, he’s also promoting some charity work he’s doing. Smart. That’s why Hollywood publicists get the big bucks:

‘Transformers: Dark of the Moon’ star Josh Duhamel had a bit of his own transforming experience last week when he was asked to leave a flight from New York to Kentucky after reportedly ignoring a flight attendant’s request to turn his BlackBerry off. The star exclusively tells ET, “I messed up, and I feel like an idiot because of it.”

“It’s just one of those situations that you wish you could have back,” he explains. “I meant no disrespect to the crew or the flight attendant or any of the people that were on the plane. I didn’t mean to further delay them. …You know, that’s just not the person I try to be, and I just wanted a chance to apologize to the people that were affected by it.”

Josh adds with a laugh, “The lesson that I learned is that I probably need to check myself into ‘BlackBerries Anonymous.’”

This holiday season (and, of course, year-round), Josh is trying to make a difference and hopes people will consider the American Red Cross and their 2010 Holiday Giving Campaign, “Gifts that Save the Day.”

“Considering the economic downturn, and there’s a lot people out there that are struggling right now, it’s not an easy time for a lot of people — and it’s not the most easy time to give — but this is the time when people most need it,” he explains.

After the devastating earthquake in Haiti, Josh helped organize a youth run that raised more than $100,000 in Santa Monica, CA. He says that the flooding in North Dakota about five years ago sparked his interest in getting more involved with the Red Cross.
“I felt like I really wanted to do something,” he says. “What can I do? How can I help make the biggest impact? And it was through the Red Cross.”

The 38-year-old star plans to spend the holidays along with wife Fergie with his family, noting, “We switch off every year. Last year Christmas was at Ferg’s house, this year it’s at my place. … We just plan it so that we’re spending time with both families.”

Josh confirms that they plan to renew their wedding vows on their upcoming second anniversary in January, saying, “It’s fun, and it’s a good excuse to get family and friends together and throw a party.” In the meantime, both stars remain busy, but Josh says he enjoys catching his significant other on stage with the Black Eyed Peas whenever he can.

“I love watching the show and I love watching her perform,” he gushes. “I’m impressed by her and her talent. I’m not afraid to admit it — I’m a fan.”

Talking a little ‘Transformers: Dark of the Moon,’ which lands in theaters July 1, 2011, Josh says, “There’s nothing quite like being on the set of a Michael Bay movie because it’s a spectacle every day. I feel like a tiny cog in a giant machine when I’m there, but it’s pretty fun to be a part of. … I’m excited to see how it all turns out.”

Wow, he killed a lot of birds with one interview, right? Apology for being a jag? Check. Charity promotion so he looks like a decent guy? Check. When TMZ announced on Friday that Josh Duhamel had been kicked off of a flight for refusing to turn off his Blackberry, and for “taunting” a flight attendant, TMZ included an apology… from Josh’s rep. Now Josh seems to realize how douchey he looks, so he went to Access Hollywood to “explain” his side. Only not really – he just offers a personal mea culpa that doesn’t sound very genuine:

Thursday’s incident that got him kicked off a New York to Kentucky flight has come back to bite Josh Duhamel in the BlackBerry.

“I’ve learned that it’s best to always turn them off,” the actor, 38, said of his electronic device, which he reportedly was asked by a flight attendant to switch off when the plane was on the LaGuardia Airport runway. When he didn’t, despite multiple requests, the plane turned back to the gate and he was removed.

Speaking to Access Hollywood, Duhamel admitted that the experience was “not my favorite moment.”

But that’s behind him now. “I’m good,” he said. “Lesson learned.”

With his wife, Fergie, in London for a Black Eyes Peas concert on Saturday, Duhamel made his comments at Sunday’s TREVOR Live benefit at the Hollywood Palladium. The Trevor Project honors individuals and corporations for their positive commitment to increase visibility and understanding of the LGBTQ community.

Asked if he had been bullied as a youngster, Duhamel said that he was. “I think a lot more people do than we realize. I was a gangly kid, who was kind of, you know, awkward,” he said. “I can definitely understand it.”

I wonder if Josh was completely drunk on the flight – and I wonder if he’s the kind of drunk who gets verbally abusive. That might explain it. Of course, the other option is just that he’s a douche who thinks the rules don’t apply to him. Maybe a little of column A and B?

Is Josh Duhamel a dick? I can never tell. And this story of Josh isn’t helping. According to TMZ, Josh was kicked off of a plane yesterday after repeatedly refusing to turn off his Blackberry. Josh claims that he was only texting someone about the plane being delayed. But get what happened: so, the flight attendant was all “seriously, you need to turn that off” and Josh was all “Bitch, I said NO.” So the flight attendant “called for backup” and the plane turned off of the runway and went back to the gate so that Josh could be formally thrown off. Doesn’t that seem… um, excessive?

We’re told Duhamel was on a flight from New York (LGA) to Kentucky — when, according to sources, the flight attendant asked Duhamel to turn off his BlackBerry before takeoff … but he refused.

One passenger tells us Duhamel was “very rude” and “taunting the attendant.”

We’re told the flight attendant asked Josh to turn off the device three separate times — and on the third time Josh laughed at her request.

We’re told Duhamel’s reaction infuriated the attendant, who then called for backup — and the plane, which was already on the runway, was turned back to the gate.

Two officers eventually boarded the plane and escorted Duhamel off of the aircraft.

We’re told passengers were pissed — because the incident further delayed the flight.

Before boarding the plane, we’re told Josh was in the airport bar watching the Cleveland/Miami game.

Duhamel’s rep told TMZ Josh was texting on his BlackBerry about his flight being delayed. The rep adds, “He’s sorry.”

Is Josh a dick? Yes, probably, absolutely, and let me make this clear: Josh handled himself very poorly, and he deserves the overwhelming majority of the scorn. That being said, the flight attendant and the pilot who turned off the runway also sound like major a–holes too, in my opinion. In a holiday season where every flight is delayed and passengers are already pissed off, you’re going to act like a kindergarten teacher and order the plane back to the gate… over a dude who wouldn’t turn off his Blackberry? Shouldn’t “going back to the gate” be used only in emergencies, like “the engine just fell out” or “a terrorist has a box cutter”? Here’s a thought: why not just get the air marshal to confiscate Josh’s Blackberry for the length of the flight, then arrest him for harassment or whatever once the flight lands?

Oh, this is a good one! Even though The Romantics only wrapped, like, in December or something, somehow a quickie trailer was cut, and here we have it! Katie Holmes being nailed to a tree by Mr. Fergie himself, Josh Duhamel. The Romantics is a pretty basic story about a group of old friends reuniting for a wedding. That wedding is supposed to be between Anna Paquin’s character and Josh Duhamel’s character. And Katie is a friend of both, but she and Duhamel used to date each other, and they’re still in love with each other, et cetera. Hijinks ensue. Other “friends” include Elijah Wood, Adam Brody and Malin Akerman. Oh, and Candice Bergen is in there too somewhere.

Okay, this movie looks totally crappy and derivative, stealing from movies like The Big Chill, The Best Man (that surprisingly good movie with Taye Diggs and Nia Long) and Rachel Getting Married, amongst many others. That being said, it totally doesn’t look as terrible as it could be.

My favorite things about this trailer, in no particular order:

*Katie Holmes isn’t acting like she’s under constant threat of an audit by Xenu, she’s actually showing some emotional depth as an actress.

*Katie getting kissed passionately by Josh, which makes me wonder when this poor girl has ever been taken roughly against some shrubs by a man who doesn’t need to “pretend” he’s straight.

*Katie produced this film, so it’s nice to see her trying to do something beyond Xenu.

*Everyone is so short! Except for Katie and Josh, who seem like giants in the land of the little people.

*Anna looks nice! It’s good to see her working on something modern, without mucking around with vampires.

Josh Duhamel and Fergie may have renewed their vows and their commitment to each other, but the woman behind Josh’s cheating scandal isn’t going to go away quietly. Atlanta based stripper Nicole Forrester tells the National Enquirer that she’s pregnant and that it’s “probably Josh’s.” Forrester had a fling with Duhamel back in October when he was in Georgia filming a movie. According to Forrester, who was first approached by the National Enquirer and who passed a polygraph test, she only slept with Duhamel one night in a hotel. I went over Nicole’s original statements from the Enquirer and she claimed that Josh was using protection. She said “He wanted me to get in the shower with him but I didn’t. He wanted sex and more sex for four or five hours. He was using protection.” How is it now that this woman is pregnant and is “95 percent certain” that it’s Josh’s? It sounds like someone wants a payday:

In a bombshell new development, exotic dancer Nicole Forrester has told pals that she’s pregnant and is “95 percent certain” hunky Josh fathered her unborn child, The ENQUIRER has learned exclusively.

Speaking at her home in Georgia, the divorced mother of two told a friend: “Yes, I’m pregnant. Yes, it’s probably Josh’s. I haven’t decided what I’m going to do.”

In a previous ENQUIRER blockbuster, Nicole described sharing a passionate night with Josh in his $820-a-night hotel suite after they met at Atlanta’s totally nude Tattletales Lounge club where she works under the stage name “Delilah.”

Although Josh denied the affair, the blue-eyed blonde passed a rigorous independently administered polygraph test that showed she was telling the truth about her marathon sex session with the 37-year-old When in Rome star.

Now Nicole – who has a 36C-26-36 figure – told pals that she’s expecting as a result of that lusty night.

However, that seems unlikely. Nicole previously told The ENQUIRER that she and Josh had safe sex during their tryst.

“Nicole told me she’s three-and-a-half months pregnant. She said, ‘I’m carrying a million dollar baby!’” a source close to the tattooed stunner told The ENQUIRER.

In a radio interview following the news of the affair, Forrester said that she had two children, a 10 year-old and a 13 year-old and that she didn’t want them to find out she was a stripper because “it would kind of mess up their school and just stuff like that.” They must know now, and their mom is bringing another child into the world. Forrester wants to secure the kid’s future by claiming it’s Duhamels, but chances are low that it is if they used protection. I just feel bad for Fergie to have all this dredged up again. She should have kicked her new husband’s ass to the curb after she learned he cheated, though. How long until he does it again? Do you think this was even the first time?

How are we feeling about Josh Duhamel these days? Like he’s one of the lucky bastards whose wife “forgave” him for his affair with a $10 stripper? That Fergie should have kicked him to the curb for his epic, pr0n-filled seduction? Yeah, that’s how I feel. But Fergie forgave him and they renewed their vows and so everything is okay, right? And so no one even has to ask Josh about the stripper, right? Why would we need that? Thus, Josh Duhamel’s interview in Parade Magazine this week. There are only quotes about how he fell in love with Fergie and how he “stalked” her. What a prize! Although I do think the Parade interviewer came close to asking about the stripper with the subheadline “Acting advice from a pro”.

At least we think he’s kidding.
“The joke in When in Rome is that all these guys are stalking Kristen Bell’s character because she grabbed the coins they threw into a fountain in Rome. I could relate. That’s how I got my wife. I literally stalked her for weeks until she said yes. They say it’s not stalking if she says yes.”

But seriously, did he and Fergie have instant chemistry?
“I’m not a huge believer in love at first sight, but I think that when it is right, often it’s somebody that you had that feeling about when you first met them. I think anytime you get into a relationship, you think ‘This is the one.’ But it’s good to wait it out, dig a little bit deeper, and over time you find out if you’re with the person that’s right, the one you really love.”

Playing the romantic leading man.
“I’ll tell you the truth: More than the good-looking guy, I had to be the straight man. They decided it would be funny if I took some pratfalls and bumped into things. You see me doing a lot of that in the movie.”

And let’s not forget his big stunt.
“When I was doing Transformers, Michael Bay, the director, was like ‘Good God, Duhamel, do I need to get you some macho juice or something? I’m trying to make you look cool here.’ So, now, maybe that’s why I try to do my own stunts. There was a scene in When in Rome where I was supposed to run into this car. On the first take, I literally went right over the car and fell on my neck. They almost stopped it right there. On the take that they used I actually broke the windshield. That was really me, folks, not some stunt guy.”

Acting advice from a pro.
“I did a scene in Las Vegas where I had to kick the crap out of this guy. So I went to Jimmy Caan, who was playing my dad, and said, ‘Do you have any suggestions?’ He went into this whole thing like, ‘Don’t be afraid to just kick him below the belt. This is the guy who killed your best friend, so don’t be afraid to punch him, choke him, do whatever you have to do.’ I said, ‘So should I take a garbage can lid and beat him over the head with it?’ He goes, ‘Yeah, if you can find one.’”

Playing the fame game.
“There’s a lot more focus on celebrities and it takes an incredible amount of moral strength to persevere through all the attention. There’s a few stars I kind of aspire to be like. Tom Hanks, for instance, is somebody who’s really been able to stand his ground. And Paul Newman was a guy who was married since he was in his 20s. And, of course, there’s Jimmy Stewart. Those are stars that have been able to sort of be professionally successful and still maintain their private lives.”

His game plan.
“It sounds cliche to say, but I just try to stay exactly who I am. If you don’t try to pretend and you don’t try to please everybody and say exactly what you’re thinking — as long as it isn’t too offensive — you’ll be fine. If they don’t like you, it’s not your fault. At least you weren’t pretending to be something different.”

Before the cheating scandal, I used to think Duhamel was a pretty inoffensive, unobtrusive guy. Maybe that’s what he’s trying to get back to. I’m not sure how claiming to be a stalker helps, but maybe he’s trying to convince us that he really does love Fergie…? Maybe? I do know that being game enough to wear a pretty tiara certainly helps. Maybe I see why Fergie forgave him.

First, let me say that I don’t really buy the motives attributed to Fergie in this article from the National Enquirer, but I do buy the basics. The Enquirer is basically reporting that because Josh Duhamel cheated on Fergie with that Georgia stripper (allegedly or whatever), Fergie has got it in her head that Josh cheated because he was unhappy with her body…? And so Fergie has resolved to lose 20 pounds by diet and exercise. Here’s the thing – Fergie put on about 20 pounds for her role in Nine, and it would make sense that she’s just trying to get back to her pre-Nine weight, and that it has nothing to do with Josh and his wandering penis. Because if it does have something to do with Josh, then that’s just sad, in my opinion:

An insecure Fergie tones up in hopes of shoring up her shaky marriage!

Still devastated from hubby Josh Duhamel’s cheating, the Black Eyed Peas singer – who gained nearly 20 pounds for the musical Nine – has started a new diet and exercise regimen.

“Fergie’s self-esteem took a huge hit after finding out Josh cheated. But she’s fighting back by getting in the best shape of her life,” an insider told The ENQUIRER.

Fergie told a friend: “A killer body is the best revenge.”

In a blockbuster world exclusive, Georgia stripper Nicole Forrester told The ENQUIRER that she had a marathon sex session with Transformers hunk Josh, 37, while he filmed in Atlanta this past fall.

The ENQUIRER later reported 34-year-old Fergie told friends that she agreed to forgive Josh because they still love each other and want a baby.

Now Fergie – a longtime yoga and treadmill devotee – is working hard to keep off the 17 pounds she put on to play a curvy Italian hooker in Nine, according to insiders.

She’s taken up Piloxing – a combination of Pilates and boxing – and ordering from a food delivery service called Diet Designs, said the insider.

“Fergie is determined to make herself look great for Josh. She even said she’d consider cosmetic procedures,” the insider divulged.

“She thinks Josh is a very good man, for the most part, and is worth all the effort.”

Is this possible? Of course. Fergie has said very, very little about Josh’s alleged cheating, other than to deny it a few weeks after the story came out. She and Josh walked many red carpets since then, and they even renewed their vows last weekend. But – I do think Fergie believes/knows Josh cheated, and I think it has affected her. I was kind of hoping she would dump him, but she evidently thinks he’s a good guy or whatever, so God bless and I hope it works out, sincerely. And maybe Fergie trying to get a “revenge body” is a lot better than those other reports, that she’s drowning her sorrows in vodka. Sigh… I’ve actually grown to like Fergie, so this bothers me more than it should.
