Miley Cyrus never was that into Justin Gaston, that much is for sure. While her dad seemed thrilled with 16-year-old Miley’s relationship with unemployed model loser Justin, it seemed to me like Miley was just playing along to make her dad happy. Now Fox News is confirming as much – that as soon as Miley started hanging out with her ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas, she realized that she was still in love with him, and that Justin was just some random rebound dude that she had no feelings for. An “insider” is telling all to Fox News, saying that “Miley explained to… Justin Gaston… that she was never truly over Nick and that all her feelings were coming back for him.” While Billy Ray might not be thrilled, Nick’s family is jumping for joy with their reunion – because they want to profit from Miley’s rising star:

Miley Cyrus dumped Justin Gaston after realizing she was “never truly over” her ex, Nick Jonas, an inside source told FOXNews.com.

Almost immediately after reuniting professionally with Nick, teen queen Miley dumped Justin by explaining her love for all things Jonas, according to an inside source.

The rekindled romance between the Disney stars Cyrus and Jonas, both 16, began during a Disney Channel photo shoot a few weeks ago,” a source tells FOXNews.com. “Miley explained to current beau Justin Gaston after the shoot that she was never truly over Nick and that all her feelings were coming back for him”

Once Justin was out of the way, the teens got back together “almost immediately,” much to Nick’s family’s excitement, for both personal and professional reasons.

“One day Miley was with Justin, the next she was with Nick again! His family is thrilled with the reunion. Nick’s mom always loved Miley and in light of their Disney show, J.O.N.A.S. tanking [sic] in the ratings lately, the entire Jonas camp is excited. There’s a hope that their renewed romance will benefit everyone.”

Miley’s family however isn’t quite as thrilled, especially dad Billy Ray, who introduced his daughter to the 20-year-old model.

He “was a big friend to Justin and the two had spent a lot of time bonding together,” the source says.

But Miley and Nick are “on cloud nine” now that they are back together. And despite their busy schedules, the stars find a way to keep in contact.

“They still manage to speak daily and send texts and Tweets all day long to each other. After Nick gets done performing they usually video chat online late into the night. Every night! It seems to work for them and both are happier than normal. They are very sweet together”

These people are gross. Billy Ray is gross for thinking that 20-year-old “man” Justin would be better for Miley than 16-year-old virgin Nick. The family Jonas is gross for wanting to use their 16-year-old son’s liaison with Miley to further the Jonas brand. The only people who don’t seem gross in this situation are Miley and Nick. I buy that Miley still had feelings for Nick while she was with Justin – I think Nick broke her heart, and every girl remembers the first time a guy breaks her heart. But what about Nick? Does he really care for Miley, or is he just going to hurt her again? I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I actually care.

The National Enquirer’s gossip guy, Mike Walker, has a thing about Miley Cyrus. He always has some piece of gossip about her, and the way he writes about her is a little… “Dateline: Predator”. That being said, I do believe Walker gets some of this stuff right, like the whole story about how Billy Ray Cyrus really wanted Miley to stay with 20-year-old John-Lennon-song molester Justin Gaston, and how Billy Ray would do anything to keep them together. I bought that story. Especially since it seems like Miley rather unceremoniously dumped Justin and took up with Nick Jonas two second later.

Which brings me to Walker’s latest Miley gossip. His sources are telling him that Miley has expressed to friends how happy she is that she remained “pure” when she was with Justin. The same Justin who practically lived with Miley and slept in her bedroom. The same Miley who just this week was posing like a stripper for her latest director. That Miley.

Despite all her “I’m a big girl now” posturing, Miley’s saying she remained “pure” during their 10-month romance.

The fact that Miley is with Nick Jonas now is what makes me think there could be a sliver of truth to Miley’s reported virginity. While Miley’s “purity” may be in question (in my mind), Nick’s is not. That boy looks terrified that someday his mother’s threats of some girl seducing him might come true. Let me just say this – I don’t reallycare if Miley is a virgin. It’s her business, and her business alone. It’s not about her father, her boyfriend, her ex-boyfriend or Mike Walker. I hate to even discuss this stuff, because I think the discussion of virginity increases the gross fetish quality. That being said, people wouldn’t talk about it so much if people like Miley and the Jonas Brothers didn’t make it such a big deal.

Miley is coming out with the upper hand after her break up with Justin Gaston. She is reportedly hooking up again (or at least hanging out) with her ex Nick Jonas, and both of them have said, in separate interviews, that they have “reconnected.” Whether or not they are an item again, she has also been making out with a hot guy on the beach for her new movie, a film version of the Nicholas Sparks book The Last Song. And now, she has a new nose piercing. Her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, says that he was nervous about it but took her to a place in Studio City to get it done.

Billy Ray Cyrus took 16-year-old daughter Miley to get her nose pierced. The “Achy Breaky Heart” singer was unsure about the “Hannah Montana” actress having the piercing, but wanted to be with her when it happened.

He revealed: “She said, ‘Daddy would you take me to get my nose pierced?’ I said, ‘Did you ask your mamma?’ and she said, ‘Mamma said I can do it if you would take me.’”

“We went to a little place in studio city. I felt kind of nervous.”

Billy – who stars alongside Miley in “Hannah Montana” – also admits he found it hard when his daughter began to date but accepts he has to let her get on with her life.

He added to U.S. TV talk show host Larry King: “You probably heard the song I wrote, ‘Ready, Set, Don’t Go.’”

“It’s about that moment in a daddy’s life that you realize your little girl has grown up. It’s time for her to make her own decisions.”

I have to say, I’m kind of jealous. I wanted a nose piercing so badly when I was in high school, but I couldn’t because my parents wouldn’t let me. But on the other hand, I wasn’t going through a public breakup with a 20-year-old, so there is that. Miley and Justin’s breakup has been not only public because Miley is in the spotlight, but also because they have been twittering about each other, not-so-secretly. On June 8th, Justin wrote, “How many tears are in* there? They’ve gotta run out soon right?” And perhaps in response to Miley’s “I’m in love all over again – with Savannah,” he wrote: “So I fell in love today.. With my gibson.. Seriously it’s so beautiful and it was just sitting there singing to me.. I couldn’t help it.”

Their maybe-innocent love notes aside, Justin has now been named in the lawsuit accusing Miley of anti-Asian racism. Lucie Kim, the woman filing the suit, claims that since Justin was an adult at the time (he was 20 while Miley was 15), he should be held responsible for the photograph:

According to the amended lawsuit, Miley’s parents gave Justin authority to “supervise, manage, guard, and oversee [Miley's] conduct while in [his] presence.”

Now here’s where the plot thickens. Even though Kim believes Justin was responsible, she didn’t add him as a defendant to the $4 billion lawsuit. We’re guessing it’s because the only 4 billion Justin knows is the burgers he’ll be selling at McDonald’s.

It seems silly to imply that Justin was “in charge” of the people at the party. He’s Miley’s boyfriend, not her babysitter. Following her logic, wouldn’t anyone 18 or older at the party be responsible for the underage kids? If so, why isn’t the guy holding a glass of red wine named in the suit?

It will be interesting to see where this lawsuit goes. It’s for $4 billion, an exorbitant amount, and if taken to court, I doubt they will rule in Kim’s favor. It will probably be settled out of court by Miley’s lawyers. Miley has already issued two apologies, one a sort of “I’m sorry,” and the other more sincere. Although this particular legal issue will probably be dropped, if Miley does something like this again, she clearly hasn’t learned her lesson.

Before Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston broke up, Justin gave Miley the gift that keeps on giving – the Lord. Specifically, a very small, “exquisite vintage Bible” that is so portable, Miley can carry it in her purse. Justin knew the Bible would be just Miley’s style – after all, Miley credited Justin with bringing her “closer to the Lord” in an interview several months ago. Too bad she dumped Justin very quickly after he gave her such a nice gift.

Immediately after word came down that Miley and Justin had broken up, Star Magazine started pushing the rumor that Miley wanted to get back with her ex, Nick Jonas. I didn’t think there was much to it – after all, why would any young woman really want to date a Jonas brother? But it looks like I was wrong! Miley and Nick were seen hanging out outside of Savannah, where Miley is filming The Last Song. Nick apparently came to Georgia specifically to see Miley. Ruh-roh. Somebody’s going to get seduced!

Now that Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston have split, the Disney star is making a big splash with her ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas.

The youngest of the Jonas Bros trio flew to Georgia just to see Miley, whom he has been making nice with since they recorded a duet on his group’s upcoming album Lines, Vines and Trying Times.

This week Miley posted on Twitter than she’s “in love with Savannah.”

As Star reported on Monday, Miley has been making it clear to Nick that she’s available now that things with Justin fizzled. In fact, hours before she left for Georgia, she performed a song she wrote about her breakup with Nick, changing the scathing lyrics to a message of love.

Yesterday, several sources broke the news that the greatest love story of our time is over. Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston have broken up! Billy Ray must be weeping into his beer right about now. What started out as kind of a half-assed rumor (“Hey, Miley is Tweeting some weird stuff about how depressing it is to say goodbye”) has quickly turned into a gossip spectacle, with sources coming out the woodwork to claim that “They have been having trouble for a while… It’s been hard for a long time since Miley has been working so much and traveling a lot.” And Justin has been… well, we’re not quite sure.

As a couple of people pointed out yesterday, the next big rumor is about Miley reuniting with her ex-boyfriend, Nick Jonas. I’m not sure which one Nick is (the one with the great thighs? Or the little, weird-looking one? Did that narrow it down?) Nick famously broke Miley‘s heart when she was but fifteen. Since their heart-wrenching, devastating split, Miley and Nick moved into something resembling a professional friendship. When Us Weekly confirmed the Miley-Justin split, they got a source to say, “Miley and Nick are working on a couple different projects together. Justin has been a little jealous of that.” Oh, snap! Star Magazine takes it even further – they’re claiming Miley has made it clear to Nick that she’s available:

When Miley broke up with Nick, she wrote the kiss-off song “7 Things” about their split. But now that she’s single and spending more time with Nick — most recently in the recording studio for the Bros’ song Before the Storm — she’s singing another tune.

At the A Time for Heroes event in L.A. on June 7, the Disney star changed the scathing lyrics as a secret love message to Nick!

Throughout the song, Miley skipped singing the word “hate,” letting her backup dancers carry the lyrics. And instead of singing “Your apology — when you mean it, I’ll believe it,” she said, “Now you mean it, I believe it!”

So, will Nick and Miley get back together? I doubt it. Miley has been there, done that. She’s been with a “man” so she won’t go back to a boy. Plus, I doubt Nick Jonas’ mother would let Miley’s boobs anywhere near any of her seduction-prone little boys. So, let’s play the game, shall we? Who will the tabloids hook Miley up with in the coming weeks? My bet is Robert Pattinson, first and foremost. But another good bet is this up-and-coming Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, who is playing Miley’s love interest in this film she’s doing in Georgia, The Last Song. Yesterday, US Weekly had a story about how Miley Cyrus and her dad-approved douchebag boyfriend Justin Gaston had “said their goodbyes”… for a few months. Miley was off to Georgia to film a movie, work on her Walmart clothing line, and then begin taping the next season of Hannah Montana. Meanwhile, Justin will be spending the summer doing … Lord knows. What would you suspect Justin Gaston does in his spare time? Forget spare time, what exactly does Justin do for a career? Besides molesting John Lennon songs?

Before heading to Georgia to film her new Nicholas Sparks movie The Last Song, Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston “said their goodbyes last night,” a source tells Usmagazine.com.

“‘my heart is in two… and its all because of you.’ a song i am starting to write ” Cyrus, 16, posted on Twitter last week.

It looks like the couple won’t see each for awhile: Cyrus is busy filming the flick, designing her clothing line for Wal-Mart, taping the new season of Hannah Montana — and then kicking off another concert tour this September.

Gaston, 20, won’t be joining her on the road.

“He’s got his own thing going on,” Cyrus told Us at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation Celebrity Carnival in Westwood, Calif. Sunday. “But I am just continuing to work hard and definitely have the whole tour going on and my clothing line and the movie.”

From the look of his Twitter page, Gaston isn’t taking the time apart very well.
“Haven’t been this miserable in a looong time,” he wrote.

Cyrus, meanwhile, isn’t slowing down any time soon.

“I am so excited for everyone working on this movie because we are all obsessed with it. It is going to be great,” she told Us. “I want to continue to do TV, but what I really love to do is movies so hopefully that is what my future holds.”

Anyway, I really think much of the story until today – it seems Miley and Justin may have said their goodbyes, for real. Not just for the summer. Don’t laugh, but I totally went on Miley’s Twitter, and she seems to be writing in a veiled way about a split with Justin. Here’s some samplings of what I think are confirmations of a split with Justin: “why does saying good-bye hurt so much?” Then, “life will go on. you will smile again…. we will smile again.” Is it wrong to hope that she’s done with Justin? She seemed to care about him, but I always suspected her father was a bigger fan of Justin. Which is just creepy. And a good enough reason to break it off. Even if they haven’t broken up yet, I suspect they will within the next few months. Miley’s going to meet somebody else, and she’ll wonder why she stuck around with that bonehead for so long.

The absolute funniest video I have watched all month is not Keyboard Gato (though I have watched that 31 times since I discovered it a few hours ago). No, Keyboard Gato hangs his sombrero-adorned head in shame when you show him the most amazing video: an interview with Miley Cyrus’ boyfriend Justin Gaston. Gaston, not surprisingly, is incredibly stupid. In a “Zoolander” sort of way, where you think, “No one could possibly be this sort of stereotypically male model dumb unless someone is writing lines for him.” I mean he is wet-your-pants funny. But absolutely not trying to be. I cannot believe Details didn’t put him up to it: but we clearly are witnessing Justin’s natural stupidity.

Justin starts off by singing us a little of John Lennon’s “Jealous Guy,” complete with a deeply confused thinking face. A few more gems:

Gaston: I think if Ashton Kutcher played me, he would be probably a funnier me. He’s a pretty funny guy. But I’m gonna say Johnny Depp. Just ‘cause I really like Johnny Depp and we’re just gonna be crazy like, Johnny Depp’s gonna play like an older me. Like me when I’m older. ‘Cause he’s a really cool actor. Then I’ll seem really cool.

Gaston: I’d like to be one of those little – you know – little lap dogs that just get petted all day… is that weird?

Gaston: I’m going to be honest with you, I have, like, nightmares about the paparazzi. I was going to Tweet about it the other day, but I thought people would be mean to me. Which they often are. I don’t know why. Please don’t be mean to me on Twitter. I’m just a guy. Just a guy with a dream. I don’t know what that means… I always have these flashing things in my dreams. I don’t know why. They’re so scary.

Gaston: My little white shirt. Because obviously I love white shirts, but this one, was, I think God wove it, and then he sent it down through his angels to me today, because it was amazing. It felt like what I imagine heaven feels like.”

Interestingly the sermon at my church this past Sunday was “If God were a tailor… he’d make heavenly shirts for Justin Gaston.” And it turns out it’s not a metaphor, God really does send angels to Justin bearing white tees. He doesn’t do it for anyone else though. Just Justin. Why? Well aside from nailing Miley Cyrus, Justin also has a tattoo:

Miley Cyrus is totally jaded about relationships. The sixteen-year-old billionaire is so over her live-in relationship with 20-year-old boyfriend Justin Gaston, she’s got her heart set on dumping him. It seems Miley has come to her senses, and feels that Justin is “cramping her lifestyle” and “trying to ride her coattails to success”. Miley, it seems, has had enough of the Bible-quoting, crotch-grabbing Justin. This is called progress, Miley.

Yes, Billy Ray thinks Justin is the bee’s knees, and ultimately the best Miley could do. Ugh, shut up, Dad! Billy Ray is so certain that Miley and Justin are the real deal, he’s trying to convince them to go on an all-expenses-paid trip to Hawaii, Billy Ray’s treat. Because his daughter is sixteen, so a romantic getaway to a tropical island with her skeezy 20 year-old boyfriend is exactly what Miley needs.

Miley Cyrus wants to end her romance with model-boyfriend Justin Gaston, but there’s one thing standing in her way – her dad!

The 16-year-old Hannah Montant star has grown bored with her beau and is telling pals he’s “cramping her lifestyle,” an insider told The Enquirer.

But dad Billy Ray is a big fan of Justin, 20, and is working overtime to smooth things over between the youngsters. He’s even offered to send the two on an all-expenses-paid vacation to Hawaii so they can reconnect.

And while Miley is considering accepting her dad’s vacation offer, there’s no doubt she’s ready to move on, says the insider.

“Miley thinks her career is at a tipping point, where she’s transitioning from more kid stuff to more mature movies and music, and she doesn’t want to be tied down with Justin,” the insider explained. “She just has a nagging feeling that Justin is trying to ride her coattails to success and she resent that.”

But Miley also has a roving eye, says the insider.

“It’s finally dawning on her that she’s young, rich and famous – and she can have any guy she’s interested in.”

Billy Ray, who introduced Justin to his daughter last year, has told Miley she’s “behaving immaturely and that she’ll regret dumping Justin,” continued the insider.

“Billy Ray thinks Justin is a solid, stand-up Christian guy who keep his nose clean and stays out of trouble.”

As The Enquirer previously reported, Billy Ray likes Justin so much, he let him move into the family’s Toluca Lake, Calif. home. Despite the living arrangement, Justin also maintains a separate place.

“Lately he’s been spending more nights at his apartment,” disclosed the insider. “He and Miley are definitely growing apart.”

Dude, your daughter is sixteen. Girls that age change boyfriends like they change socks. And they certainly don’t need a daddy-approved, “all expenses paid” trip to Hawaii. Sidenote: Miley is “paying” technically, isn’t she? She’s the breadwinner in that household, so why is Billy Ray trying to act like he’s so generous?

Anyway, I know I’ve called Miley a spoiled little brat a million times, but sometimes I have a some sympathy for her. She is young, she’s going to break up with boyfriends and try out different styles and be bratty, and that’s life. It’s part of growing up. Billy Ray should find some way of being supportive of his daughter in an adult way, by treating her life the young adult she is. He can’t micromanage her life, much less her love life. If she wants to dump Justin, than good riddance.

Miley Cyrus tweeted yesterday that she’s just friends with her ex Nick Jonas, after initially not knowing what everyone was asking her about when they mentioned “the rumor.” She did this in a long multi-part tweet that would have been better suited to a blog post. Miley also indirectly called her boyfriend Justin Gaston, the 20 year-old underwear model guy that’s she’s said to have been considering dumping to get back with Nick, the love of her life. All told, Miley issued a kind of non-denial denial that was quite well written considering that she supposedly penned it. It wasn’t that convincing, though. Here are her tweets, in reverse order so they make sense:

16 year-old Miley Cyrus actually makes a lot of sense when she’s limited to 140 characters. She vacillates between sounding mature in her tweets to revealing that she’s just a kid with more money than most of us will see in several lifetimes. At one point yesterday she expressed her awe at seeing one of the greatest works of art “standing in front of the mona lisa. wow” then a few hours later she was “seriiiouusllyy bored,” at which point she went to get a manicure. I’m glad my deep thoughts and momentary boredoms at that age are safely confined to journals that keep getting lost when I move.

Miley and Nick were spotted out to lunch together on April 13. They got a little more attention than they might normally receive for the outing as Nick ran into a parked SUV with his vintage Mustang while the paparazzi were taking pictures. (The other car was fine, but Nick’s Mustang suffered damage to one of the side air vents. He didn’t even stop to check that everything was ok, though.)

The inevitable rumors that the two were back together then surfaced, with The NY Daily News reporting that Miley and Nick were making out at his house, and that Miley was considering breaking up with Justin. I’m not really buying her tweet denial here, because she could be a little firmer that it’s not true instead of saying she loves both guys. It’s like she’s putting them on equal footing even as she calls Nick her ex.

Miley Cyrus has some bad news for boyfriend Justin Gaston: She wants to get back together with her ex, Nick Jonas.

Although the 16-year-old “Hannah Montana” star has been dating 20-year-old underwear model/musician Gaston for nearly eight months, an insider says her heart belongs to first love Jonas. And the two — who split in 2007 — have found it impossible to stay apart from one another.

“Miley and Nick want to get back together,” our source tells us. “Because they’re working together [on a new video], they’ve been put in close proximity to each other. They’re now spending more and more time together, and they’re constantly on the phone.”

When the two were photographed together on a lunch date at L.A.’s Village Idiot in mid-April, Miley laughed off rumors of a romance, using the “just friends” chestnut.

But do friends kiss and cuddle? When the two get together these days, their relationship hardly seems platonic. Says our insider, “Miley was over at the Jonas house recently, and they were smooching. Nick’s parents have this rule that when a girl is over, the door has to be open, but that didn’t stop Nick and Miley from making out.”

According to the snitch, the couple is “very sweet together,” but they do have their squabbles — especially when it comes to telling Justin the truth. The source says Miley even turned on the waterworks recently, crying: “How do I tell him? I don’t know how to do this!”

Adds the insider, “She doesn’t know how to tell Justin that they’re over, but Nick is being very firm with her. He’s a good, stand-up kind of guy, and is making Miley tell Justin very, very soon. He’s being tough about it.”
Clearly, the two are MFEO (made for each other, in teenspeak). Miley recently told Ryan Seacrest, “Me and Nick … talk all the time and he is one my best friends. We really love each other, and I am happy we have been able to stay such good friends.”

But our snitch insists that the tween stars’ relationship has gone way beyond friendship. Says the insider: “I think Miley and Nick are definitely in the process of rekindling their romance.”

Nick’s rep told us, “We have no comment on our client’s personal life.” Miley’s flack didn’t respond by deadline.

Why do I feel like I just watched an episode of “Degrassi”? I think both boys are creepy, but that Jonas kid appears to have the personality of a wet dishrag. At least the underwear kid knows how to have a good time. If she gets back with Nick, does that mean she’ll start wearing a purity ring, too?
