16-year-old Miley Cyrus is taking things slow and sensibly. Snort. The still-underage Disney star says she’s not ready to move in with boyfriend, model Justin Gaston. Why? Well the reason has nothing to do with age. Rather, Miley sounds like she’s sort of anal-retentive about everything being in its proper place, and Justin doesn’t seem to care.

MILEY Cyrus (above) says she’s not ready to move in with her 20-year-old boyfriend, Justin Gaston, because “I get annoyed really easily.” The 16-year-old star of “Hannah Montana” told Detroit’s “Mojo in the Morning” show on WKQI: “I love him to death . . . but no . . . [Justin] is so smart, but just like, everything has to, like, go where it’s supposed to go and if it doesn’t, I get like really frustrated.” Also, we’re pretty sure Disney would frown upon that roommate situation.

First off, Justin Gaston has never said or done anything that made me think he was smart. His face says, “I am here to look like a model douche, and that is all.” He looks like he’s got the personality of a potato sack. And yes, sometimes I do think you can tell someone’s personality just from their face. His says that he’s empty.

While dramatically different organization habits might cause friction in a relationship, I’d say the better reason for Miley not to move in with her boyfriend is that she’s a whopping 16-years-old. And as far as teenagers go, she doesn’t strike me as exceptionally mature. I really wish Miley’s parents would step in and put an end to this relationship. It hasn’t done her PR any good, and she’s not setting a great example for young girls, which is what her fame is built upon. Justin’s face tells me he could be bribed easily enough.

Miley Cyrus’s public image is still smarting from her racist photo scandal, her subsequent non-apology, and then finally, her real apology. You’d think that coming out of the firestorm, she and everyone around her would be on their best behavior for a few months to let the media cycle run its course. Unfortunately, the people around her are morons.

Miley’s 20-year-old boyfriend, Justin Gaston, is the cover boy for the magazine VMAN. In the photos, Justin is seen grabbing his rather large, bulging crotch in a crude way. But no fear! He’s still a “Christian”! We know this because Justin quotes from the Bible in the interview. Radar Online has the exclusive:

Miley Cyrus may be the bigger name in the relationship, but her model boyfriend Justin Gaston is hot on her heels. A source gives RadarOnline.com some exclusive details behind his racy spread for VMAN magazine.

“It took place in mid-December in Los Angeles and Justin was very personable and free of handlers.” says the source. “He was clever, funny, had lots of energy and was up for anything!”

In the photos, Gaston- in a retro, red track suit- straddles a tennis net and playfully grabs his, well, bulging nether region. Shot by photographer Doug Inglish, Gaston was apparently a “real pleasure to shoot” and was simply “lovely” to work with.

As for the theme behind the edgy pictorial, the source says “[Justin] reminded us of 90′s gorgeous Versace-type models so that is how we decided to treat the shoot with Doug’s certain spontaneity and easiness.”

In the interview, Gaston opens up about being Miley’s man. “I look up to her,” Gaston revealed. “It’s nice to have someone there who already knows what’s going on. It helps you plan your next steps.”

In fact, Cyrus was at his side during his spin in the spotlight, even chiming in during the interview to add a quote from the Bible. The source adds: “The interview took place on New Year’s Eve while Justin and Miley were in Nashville.”

To be fair to Justin and Miley, this photo shoot happened before the racist photo scandal. And yet, I still think it’s a bad idea, but maybe not Miley’s bad idea. I get the argument that she’s a naive, bratty, self-absorbed 16-year-old, and how was she to know, blah, blah, blah. It’s totally possible that Justin is using her to establish some sort of half-assed “career”. But the people around Miley should be vetting this stuff. Justin looks like a track-suit-wearing pseudo-pimp, and Miley looks niave and used for being with him.

Part of being a teenager is making both good and bad decisions. Most kids make a lot of mistakes, and it’s part of the learning and maturing process. But for celebrity teenagers, there’s the added complication that someone may be using you. And that’s just the accusation that’s floating around about 16-year-old Miley Cyrus’ 20-year-old boyfriend, model Justin Gaston.

Miley Cyrus’ underwear model boyfriend, Justin Gaston may just be using her for her fame, a source has claimed. The 16-year-old Disney star met her hunky 20-year-old boyfriend in Nashville earlier this year after Justin appeared on country music talent show hosted by Miley’s dad Billy Ray Cyrus. Since then the pair have been spotted hanging out (in a completely non-physical and totally innocent kind of way) on numerous occasions. But the question on everyone’s lips is: is it a genuine relationship? A source close to Justin revealed:

“He’s got more modeling jobs since he’s been with Miley and is telling people they’re writing songs together so her fans will get interested in his music. You start to think he’s in this for fame.”

But apparently, says the source, it’s not a one way thing: “After her photo leaks, she needed someone discreet and Billy Ray thought this was perfect for her image. They talk up how he is a good Christian like her and he won’t overshadow her like someone like Nick Jonas might.”

Not that we mean to state the obvious, but asking whether Justin Gaston is using his relationship with Miley Cyrus for publicity, is a bit like asking someone whether Dolly Parton sleeps on her back. Of course he is! Or are we just being cynical?

I agree that it seems sort of like a “duh” question. It never occurred to me that Justin wasn’t using Miley in some way or another. She was 15 when they started dating, and there is a big difference between 15-year-olds and 20-year-olds. Why would he want to be with her if there wasn’t something in it for him? Whether he’s using her for fame or money or just a good story to tell later on in life, I’ve never seen any reason to think Justin cares about Miley. He’s also often been reported flirting with other girls.

What I find creepiest about this article is the thought that Billy Ray Cyrus thought Justin was perfect for Miley – just because he’s not as famous as her. You’d think any rational father would have a problem with their big age difference. But considering all the complimentary things Billy Ray has said about Justin, clearly he’s daddy-approved. This is just one of those lessons Miley is going to have to learn the hard way.

16-year-old Miley Cyrus and her 20-year-old boyfriend Justin Gaston aren’t doing so well, according to Fox News’ Pop Tarts. Miley recently refused to confirm to Ellen DeGeneres that Gaston was anything more than her friend, but she was all giggly and acting like a 10-year-old with a crush. It didn’t seem like she was staying mum on the topic because there was trouble in paradise. Which reportedly there is: Justin spent the night before Miley’s sweet sixteen at a party for Christian Audigier’s daughter, where he flirted with a bunch of girls sans shirt. And to clarify, I mean that Justin was without his shirt, not the girls.

Justin Gaston has certainly attracted a lot of attention thanks to being the older beau of tween sensation Miley Cyrus, but is the 20-year-old enjoying his new found fame a little too much?

Gaston got his groove on Saturday night at Christian Audigier’s daughter Crystal’s birthday bash at Hollywood hotspot the Kress, sans Cyrus on the eve of her own Sweet 16. The professional underwear model caused a stir by appearing in Audigier’s rooftop fashion show but according to our insider, Gaston ran around shirtless after his strutting duties were over.

“He was flirting and definitely wasn’t acting like a guy with a girlfriend,” said our source, adding that Gaston approached a bunch of gorgeous gals without his shirt and had his pants uber low.

Despite the age gap between Miley and Justin, the “Hannah Montana” star’s father is (or at least was) very supportive of the young romance and told Tarts last month that Gaston was “a great and really talented guy.”

Something tells me this isn’t going to be a long-term relationship. There’s a significant age difference between Miley and Justin, at least considering the life stages they’re each in. Miley’s gotten a ton of subtly and not-so-subtly negative press since she started dating the older guy – who she admits she has sleepovers with. And then she acts all innocent. If I were her I’d break up with Justin sooner rather than later. Being associated with the guy isn’t helping her image, and she should probably be dating someone a bit closer to her own age at this point in her life.

Miley Cyrus got all giggly when asked about her boyfriend on the Ellen DeGeneres show yesterday. I’ve read a lot about Miley lately but haven’t actually heard her speak in a long time – I’d forgotten how utterly grating her voice is. She sounds twenty years older than she is. Somehow the combination of her sounding so old and acting so young is really annoying.

When Ellen asks about boyfriend Justin Gaston – who Miley refuses to confirm even is her boyfriend – she starts giggling hysterically, throwing her body sideways on the chair with her legs flung over the arms, as though she weren’t on a stage but instead in her rec room. It’s hard to tell if she’s really that giggly or if she’s just playing it up for effect.

Miley Cyrus continues trying to be coy about her relationship with Justin Gaston, but her body language on Ellen gives it away.

Just watch how giggly and squirmy she gets as Ellen DeGeneres tries to make her admit they’re dating.

“No,” says Miley, before breaking into a fit of laughter. Then she adds: “I giggle about everyone!”

Right. While Miles refused to dish on dating, she did say he was accompanying her to the Bolt premiere later that night. “He’s funny!” she exclaims, cracking up maniacally again.

Maybe I’m cynical or perhaps it’s just been too long since I was a teenager – but my first thought was, “Is she on some sort of drug?” I swear it seems like Miley is under the influence of something. But it’s probably just the influence of love. Yuck. If love makes people act like they’re half as old and twice as stupid as they really are, I want nothing to do with it. I know the segment was supposed to come off as all cute, adorable, and innocent, but really it just made me feel uncomfortable. It was so cheesy.

Although to be fair, if I ever saw half my celebrity crushes in real life, I’d probably act the same way. I’m going to have to start carrying around a chair so I can fling myself over it hysterically.

It seems that even a celebrity parent can sometimes put aside the best interests of his kids’ TV show and suggest that, just maybe, being on TV is less than glamorous. Or that raising your kid as a mini-celeb is also perhaps a little dangerous. Billy Ray Cyrus now claims that Malia and Sasha Obama are unlikely to appear on Hannah Montana, as he previously suggested.

“It’s a double-edge sword for me because first of all, I have a great deal of respect for President-elect Obama,” Cyrus said. “I just mentioned about them being on the show, and it snowballed.”

Cyrus says he isn’t sure it was a good idea for Obama’s daughters to be on TV, anyway.

“As a daddy, I’ll say to him what I say to any daddy, you may not want your daughter to get into show business,” he warned. “But if the girls want to be on the show, and him and his wife think it’s a good idea, I always say, everything in life, what’s meant to be will happen.”

Billy Ray brings up quite a few good points here, considering that the girls are going to have a hard enough time being the president’s daughters in the public spotlight. However, if they appear on Hannah Montana then they go beyond being children of a famous person onto being celebrities themselves, which sort of allows the media to expose them more.

Hopefully the girls get a chance to visit the set or something fun like that though, because it is going to be very hard to explain to 7 and 10 year olds why they can’t appear on their favorite show.

Unfortunately Billy Ray hasn’t thought this through with his own child, and is allowing her to date a 20 year old underwear model. Miley’s boyfriend has put out a new song titled ‘too much too young’. However he seems by far more interested in Billy Ray than he is in chipmunk faced Miley.

“I met Billy Ray on the show and just became friends with the whole family. And they’re such a great family,” Justin explained. “I moved [to LA] two years ago and started a modeling career and that’s kind of just to break into the music business and everything.”

At least if he’s only interested in using Miley for his career I guess he’s less likely to do something that could land him in jail.

Miley Cyrus, 15, was looking comfortable in sweat pants, Ugg boots and a loose white top as she headed to the airport on Saturday with her boyfriend, Justin Gaston, 20. It’s unknown why they were going to LAX or where they were headed. According to the photo agency, Fame Pictures, that was their destination though. Although the photos show just Miley and Justin, we can’t assume that they’re alone and another adult is shown off to the side. It is likely that Justin is traveling with Miley’s family.

For some reason I get the vibe that these two are up to something and more than just good friends or boyfriend and girlfriend that are saving themselves. Maybe it’s the way Justin is checking Miley out or the kind of guilty face she has along with that “just rolled out of bed” look. Miley wears a purity ring and has confessed her love for Jesus. Last year Miley claimed she had “street cred” because she was saving herself for marriage:

The Hannah Montana star responded to the pregnancy rumours by telling Extra that she is saving herself:

“It’s given me the street cred to say that would be impossible, because I’m living my life the way I believe is right and that is to stay pure,” she insisted.

When asked if she believes in sex before marriage, she replied, “No, I don’t at all!”

It is illegal for minors under 18 to have sex in California, including oral sex. Even if they’re both minors it’s illegal, although for obvious reasons it is not widely enforced. If the minor is under 16 and the other party is 21 or older it’s a felony and they may be required to register as a sex offender for life. Technically in Miley and Justin’s case it’s just a misdemeanor, though. Assuming that there’s something going on, that is. Miley turns 16 on November 23.

On Friday we reported that Justin is essentially living with Miley’s family and spends most nights there. Miley’s dad Billy Ray has voiced his approval of his daughter’s boyfriend and said he’s a good kid. Billy Ray is said to insist that Miley keep her bedroom door open when Justin is in there with her.

Yesterday we published photos of Miley Cyrus’ supposedly sober 20 year-old boyfriend, Justin Gaston, partying it up with some guy friends in a half shirt and shirtless. He looked drunk, and you would hope he was to be acting like that, but he was only seen with a glass of Mountain Dew and supposedly doesn’t drink. Maybe he’s just high on all the hormones and stupidity coursing through his young veins.

This week’s National Enquirer says that Justin is over Miley’s house that she shares with her family several nights out of the week and is practically living there. The 15 year-old is allowed to have her older model boyfriend in her room, but the two are supposed to keep the door open. As if they don’t sneak into each other’s rooms in the middle of the night:

Miley’s dad Billy Ray approves of the shocking living arrangement because he thinks Miley’s beau, 20 year-old Justin Gaston, is a great match for his superstar daughter, say sources close to the family.

But don’t worry, Billy Ray hasn’t lost his mind – he keeps a close eye on his daughter, and she’s not allowed to close the door to her bedroom when Justin is with her.

“Justin is the guy Miley’s parents see her settling down with a few years down the line,” an insider told the Enquirer.

“He’s handsome, talented, clean-living, goes to church and knows his Bible – a real catch…”

Justin is also keeping an apartment, but has spent most nights in the Cyrus house.

That’s just a recipe for disaster right there. 15 year-old kids know how to sneak around their house so they don’t make noise and you can bet these two are visiting each other in the middle of the night. How stupid can Billy Ray Cyrus be? The Enquirer also says that Billy Ray is the one who met Justin first and that he was so impressed with the kid he introduced him to Miley.

There’s another story in Star, which likes to stretch the truth to the breaking point, that Miley wants her own apartment for her 16th birthday next month. That’s probably not true, and if Miley has her older boyfriend right at home with her she doesn’t have to go through the trouble of convincing her parents to let her move out.

Miley played coy when asked by Ryan Seacrest on his radio show about Justin. She said “He’s been a really great friend. There’s a lot going on, everyone started judging us as soon as we started hanging out. I’ve learned not to judge and just go into our friendship with an open mind and not worry about the age and everything. Our families are like, whatever happens happens, no matter what he’s a great friend.”

Maybe their families are a tad too laid back about it. When a 20 year-old is involved with a 15 year-old some kind of judging can often help avoid future problems.

Bauer Griffin had these photos of Miley Cyrus’ 20 year-old underwear model boyfriend, Justin Gaston, hamming it up with his friends at a party in Hollywood around two months ago. Justin is wearing a half shirt in some photos and is shirtless in others. He is seen wrestling with his male friends and rolling around. Justin supposedly doesn’t drink, and is holding a yellow beverage that could have been Mountain Dew. These pictures were taken after Justin had already met Miley, 15, but presumably before they got serious.

Justin and Miley have been seen out at church together and with her family. Justin has even received Miley’s dad Billy Ray’s blessing. Billy Ray is quoted as saying his daughter’s boyfriend has “a great heart and soul, and a lot of determination.”

Justin is a country singer as well as a model, and was a finalist on the sixth season of Nashville Star. He joined Miley’s older sister and her dad on stage at Miley’s early 16th birthday party at Disneyland to sing “Achy Breaky Heart.” Miley doesn’t officially turn 16 until November 23.

Miley sat in the front row of a Christian Audiger fashion show while Justin worked the catwalk last week. She was seen licking her lips while Justin blew her kisses. Miley was overheard at the after party for the show bragging that she would stay over at Justin’s NY apartment that night. Her rep said that she was with her mother and that the sleepover wasn’t mentioned and didn’t occur.
