Earlier this week we heard that Kelsey Grammer was dating a blonde British woman named “Kate” and that she was pregnant. Kelsey just separated from his wife of 13 years a mere six weeks ago, and we were hoping that “Kate” was just bloated from all the margaritas she was drinking in order to tolerate Kelsey every night. That doesn’t seem to be the case, as Kate’s parents have allegedly confirmed the relationship to The Daily Mail, along with the fact that their 29-year old daughter, a flight attendant for Virgin Airlines, is pregnant with the actor’s baby. Kelsey and Kate were even photographed out together in New York. (We don’t have access to those pictures but you can see them on the Daily Mail. She looks embarrassed and awkward while he’s kind of gloating and posing.)

She’s an English air hostess from a family of footballers and is expecting Kelsey Grammer’s fifth child.

Kayte Walsh is the mystery blonde with whom the 55-year-old former Frasier star is said to be besotted, the Daily Mail can reveal.

At 29 she is 26 years his junior – while he is two years older than her father, ex-Bristol City player Alan Walsh.

Grammer and Miss Walsh were pictured in yesterday’s Daily Mail before her full identity emerged strolling happily together in New York just six weeks after the actor filed for divorce from his third wife.
It is not clear how the couple met, but Miss Walsh’s father confirmed last night that his daughter, who is from Bristol and works for Virgin Atlantic Airways, is pregnant with Grammer’s child.

Speaking from his £500,000 home in Portishead, Somerset, Mr Walsh told the Mail how his daughter had simply ‘hit it off’ with the actor best known for his roles in the U.S. sitcoms Frasier and Cheers.

Mr Walsh, 53, who is now a coach at Bristol City, said he and his wife Susan were happy with their daughter’s pregnancy, saying: ‘It’s great news and we are very pleased for them both.

‘I don’t know how long they have been together and I have not met him yet, but I’m looking forward to it. We just found out about her pregnancy a couple of days ago.

‘I think they met in New York socially because she works for Virgin Airways and often stops over in America.
‘The main thing is for them both to be happy and they are – they have just hit it off together.’

He added that he was a ‘big fan’ of Cheers and Frasier. Miss Walsh has a 23-year-old sister, Sophie, while her brother Phil is a football player for League One side Dagenham & Redbridge.

She is used to meeting celebrities when working in Upper Class for Virgin Atlantic on flights to and from America.

So is this why Kelsey’s marriage ended, was his wife also cheating as was rumored and/or were they separated for a while before he ran off with the stewardess? Kelsey has been in New York working on Broadway while his wife has been at home in California filming for Bravo as part of the cast of the upcoming Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. If this woman is already visibly pregnant, though, I can’t help but think that Kelsey was messing around for a while before he knocked up the mistress and was forced to tell his wife.

This may get a little more interesting, especially once the new Real Housewives season airs this fall. Kelsey doesn’t have a prenup with Camille and his estate is said to be worth millions.

Kelsey Grammer is “deeply in love” with a young blonde just weeks after his divorce was filed. The “Frasier” star, who’s now starring in Broadway’s “La Cage Aux Folles,” was spotted holding hands in town this weekend with the woman, who sources tell us is British and is called Kate.

A source close to Grammer said, “He’s pushing for a quickie divorce because things are moving quickly with his new girlfriend. There is speculation that she is pregnant, but he wants to finalize the divorce before making any announcement.”

After his wife of 13 years, Camille Donatacci Grammer, filed for divorce just over five weeks ago, the star denied he was seeing someone else, writing on Twitter on July 5: “Certainly, the time will come when I do see another woman.”

But last weekend, he was repeatedly photographed walking near his New York apartment holding hands with the blonde, whose black dress appeared to reveal a bump.

A rep for Grammer said, “They are very happy together.” But asked about a possible pregnancy, the rep said, “Kelsey did not discuss it with me.”

Meanwhile, Grammer is asking the judge in their divorce not to award Camille spousal support. He’s also filed court papers in LA to keep the millions he earned from “Frasier” away from Camille because they married four years after the show started in 1997. He was reportedly earning $1.6 million per episode at the end of its 11-year run. Camille, Grammer’s third wife, asked a judge to award her primary custody of their two kids — Mason Olivia, 8, and Jude Gordon, 5, with visitation rights for Grammer. He already has two other daughters from previous relationships, actress Spencer Grammer, 26, and Greer Kandace Grammer, 18.

You know what’s dumb? If you’re a dude with taste in sketchy women, with a history of failed relationships, to get married without a pre-nup. How did we ever buy that Kelsey Grammer was a smart man? Because he is screwed. TMZ reports that Kelsey married his wife Camille in 1997 without a prenup. That’s thirteen years of earnings that will be split in half for Camille in what’s turning out to be a pretty decent B-list scandal. Not only was Kelsey the highest paid television actor for several years, he’s also a pretty decent television producer – he owns Medium, that (really good) Patricia Arquette vehicle. By my estimation, Camille could be getting like $50 million in cash, assets and property. And since California divorces are no-fault, it doesn’t even matter if Kelsey is a crappy dad (eh) or if Camille is boning some jailbait (probable).

TMZ has learned … Kelsey Grammer took a page out of Larry King’s playbook, and got hitched to Camille without a prenup. It’s pretty stunning, since during the run of “Frasier” Kelsey was the highest paid actor on TV … making $1.6 mil an episode at the end of the show’s 11-year run.

As we first reported, Kelsey is asking that some of his “Frasier” money be declared his separate property. Turns out, he was married in 1997, four years after the series launched. So Kelsey’s separate property request only covers the first 4 years. His earnings for the remaining 7 years, as well as much of the syndication money, will be considered community property.

Going 50/50 is risky business, when you’ve already been married twice before. Camille is Kelsey’s third wife. Just a note for the future.

Of course, TMZ also points out that Kelsey is already trying to protect his ass(ets). Kelsey claims that he has “sole financial interest” in all of that Frasier money, AND Kelsey doesn’t want to pay Camille any spousal support.

You can bet that all of the strippers and back-up dancers and budget lingerie models sent out a high-alert that Kelsey is back on the market – and he’s dumb enough to get married without a pre-nup.

We’ve been looking for the scandal in Kelsey Grammer’s divorce and the worst we’ve heard up to now is that he didn’t call his kids on Father’s Day, which he denies and which isn’t that bad anyway. (The kids should call their dad if he’s away on Father’s Day.) While People Magazine insists this week that “no third party is involved,” Star has some good dirt about an (alleged) affair that Kelsey’s 41 year-old wife, Camille, had with a 20-something guy she met in Hawaii. To make matters worse, Camille has a taste for designer goods and refused to stop spending when times got tough and Kelsey’s TV career stalled.

When Kelsey Grammer left Los Angeles to star in La Cage Aux Folles on Broadway last spring, he didn’t leave his wife Camille Donatacci pining for him. According to a source close to the family, the former Playboy model – who filed for divorce on July 1 citing “irreconcilable differences” – was too busy having a torrid affair with a twentysomething hunk.

Camille, 41, fell hard for the hottie, whom she met when he was working in a restaurant near the Grammers’ Hawaiian home, claims the source. “She had the audacity to bring him to L.A. and sleep with him in their house there. She was caught in the act, and when Kelsey found out, he was beside himself!”

There were other problems in the nearly 13-year union, which produced a daughter, Mason, 8, and a son, Jude, 5, both born to a surrogate mother. Camille, who is seeking spousal support and primary physical custody of the kids, loved to drop loads of Kelsey’s money, a habit that continued unchecked even after his last TV show, Hank, was canceled in 2009 after five episodes. “With Camille, everything is Tiffany this or Gucci that. Kelsey asked her to slow down with the spending, but she wouldn’t listen,” says a source, noting that the 55-year-old actor, who suffered a heart attack in 2008, was also hit hard by the real estate crash.

“Kelsey isn’t broke, but he isn’t superwealthy anymore,” says another source. “I don’t think Camille liked their new, more budgeted lifestyle. They had been fighting a lot.”

Assuming this is true, it’s ripe that an older woman who can’t stop spending money would chose to cheat with a young guy who works at a restaurant. At least Kelsey can assume that Camille isn’t going to leave him for a broke waiter. Was she going to try and keep her fling secret?

The National Enquirer has a different account of the demise of Kelsey’s marriage, and they chalk it up to Kelsey’s work commitments and Camille’s ambition to become famous as part of the cast of the upcoming Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. They also put Kelsey’s fortune at $120 million! They quote a source who says “He was always hard at work on a new show or play, and she got wrapped up in her own life as a celebrity wife in California… He learned to keep his personal life quiet [after legal and addiction issues earlier in his career] And he feels that Camille’s ‘Real Housewives’ role couldn’t be more ill-timed and will be at his expense. He’s absolutely furious that the divorce is about to be played out on reality TV.” I doubt we’ll see much of this drama on Real Housewives, but it will surely increase ratings regardless. If Kelsey is furious, he isn’t showing it. His last blog entry on his divorce was very thoughtful and classy.

We haven’t heard much about the reasons why Kelsey Grammer’s wife of 13 years filed for divorce. So far there has only been one suspicious-sounding story on TMZ claiming it was the last straw for Camille Grammer when Kelsey failed to call his children on Father’s Day. As many of you pointed out, the kids are supposed to call their dad on Father’s Day and not the other way around. It sounded like a bogus excuse. Kelsey addresses this in a pretty thoughtful entry on his blog, and says he was on vacation with some friends and did call his kids. He was hoping that his wife would take care of that and call him first, but when she didn’t he took the initiative. He also writes that the photos of him kissing a “dirty blond” after dinner were with his daughter and were innocent, but that “the time will come when I do see another woman.” Is that time now and is he already seeing someone? Kelsey and Camille have daughter Mason (yes, a daughter named Mason), 8, and son Jude, 6, both born through a surrogate due to Camille’s medical problems.

Here’s what Grammer wrote:

For those of you who have expressed your concern, I have had a very interesting week to say the least. I would like to start out by saying that both Camille and I have sworn to avoid any public forum as we go through what is bound to be a difficult process. However, when faced with malicious and unfounded rumors, I will defend myself. Some comments have surfaced about Father’s Day. I don’t know who is generating them but the truth is that I did call my kids that evening. Frankly, I was surprised that they did not call me in the morning but I was thousands of miles away and working that day so I didn’t give it a second thought. I had texted Camille that morning to wish her Dad a Happy Father’s Day. I hoped that might serve as a reminder. I love my kids and I miss them terribly. Camille and I had actually discussed bringing the kids out for that weekend but the family was scheduled to come out the following week for the month of July. I thought: why have them fly to NY twice in the same week? Anyway, after the matinee, I and two of my old buddies drove up-state to spend a little time in the mountains. We stopped for dinner and when we got to the house (which has no cell service, by the way), I called them to see how they were doing as I do almost every night at around the same time, 11PM my time–8PM their time, just before they go to bed. Apparently, Mason had been upset earlier that day because she was missing me. I spoke to her for some time and reassured her that I loved her and that I would be seeing her soon. I have spoken to her and her brother Jude every day since and had called them every day before; perhaps it was foolish of me to expect a call on Father’s Day, but frankly I did.

A rumor from the “bottom of the barrel set” has surfaced about me and a dirty blond at a restaurant in NYC. It was April and we were seen smooching at Five Napkin Burger. The dirty blond was my daughter Spencer, who was visiting that entire month. I do take issue with the characterization that we were smooching but surely if that were the case then even I admit it might be newsworthy in some fashion. Certainly, the time will come when I do see another woman. I expect Camille to see other men. I hope people and the press will understand that we are both free to carry on with our lives. I ask that everyone remain discreet for the sake of our children; I will certainly do so.

Lastly, Camille and I had been discussing the possibility of a separation for some time before all this happened. She finally decided she should file. I respect her for this decision. I mean her no harm. I hope to have a great partnership with her in the raising of our children. I have always been proud to be their Dad; I have always been very involved in their lives. Ask anyone that knows us.

In closing, let me say that Camille and I shared many wonderful things throughout our years together; there were just a few things that we couldn’t work out. That was very well put and I find myself siding with him. I don’t know the other side of the story, though, and it’s hard to tell why their marriage dissolved. Maybe he was a complete jerk or cheated or something, but his wife at least should have had the kids call him on Father’s Day. Despite Kelsey calling for civility I have a feeling that Camille is about to leak her side of the story in response. We’ll also get a chance to know her as part of the cast of upcoming reality show Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Back in March, Kelsey Grammer’s wife Camille was announced as a new castmember on the upcoming Bravo reality show Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. There was a lot of speculation as to whether Kelsey would appear on the show with her, and whether he approved of his wife presumably being reduced to a caricature for entertainment purposes. Camille was the most famous castmember announced, along with Paris Hilton’s aunts and other rich women like the wife of a plastic surgeon and a restauranteur. Filming started in March and it’s unknown whether it’s concluded at this point.

Kelsey announced yesterday on his Twitter account that he’s divorcing Camille. (Update: Kelsey’s wife is the one who filed. Thanks to those of you who pointed this out.) The couple then issued a follow-up statement asking for privacy. Kelsey, 55, and Camille, 41, have been married 13 years and have two children born via surrogate: daughter Mason, 8, and son Jude, almost 6. It’s Kelsey’s third marriage. He first marriage was to dance instructor Doreen Alderman from 1982-1990 and they had one daughter, actress Spencer Grammer, 26.

His second wife, who he met in a strip club where she was working, tried to commit suicide when he broke up with her after nine months in 1992. She was pregnant at the time and ended up getting an abortion shortly afterwards. (The article quoted below has more on that sordid tale, and Wikipedia notes that while Grammer was married to that stripper he had another child with a makeup artist mistress.)

Now Kelsey’s third marriage is ending and people are wonder if his wife’s involvement in Real Housewives may have something to do with it. (I can’t find anything that reveals when it will premiere, but I’m assuming it will be in the fall.) Here’s more about what may have preceded the divorce, along with some interesting analysis as to whether the show will include any hints as to the problems they’re facing. There’s some awkward wording in this article, but they do a good job of summing up the other housewives that have announced divorces:

In a November 30, 2009, Playbill article, Playbill noted Kelsey Grammer was slated to star in “London’s critically acclaimed Menier Chocolate Factory production of Jerry Herman and Harvey Fierstein’s hit musical La Cage aux Folles” which was slated to open April 18, 2010, on Broadway. According to BroadwayWorld.com, rehearsals for La Cage aux Folles began March 1st. This meant Kelsey was in New York City rehearsing, then starring in La Cage while Camille and the kids were on the West Coast with Camille filming episodes of RHOBH.

On the divorce, Kelsey tweeted “things had fallen apart between us”. Kelsey’s last divorce, which occurred in 1993, occurred when Kelsey’s new sitcom Frasier was due to air in the fall. Kelsey, 38, had been married nine months to Leigh-Anne Csuhany, 23, a former exotic dancer Kelsey met at a strip club. Kelsey sought an annulment, charging his pregnant wife with “fraud” and “unsound mind”. Kelsey also sought custody of their unborn child. Five days later Leigh-Anne tried to commit suicide by way of a bottle of red wine and 5 bottles of Tylenol. Leigh-Ann survived. “A few days later, the pregnancy was aborted”.

Four years, in 1997, Kelsey wed Camille Donatacci, a former Playboy model. Due to Camille suffering from a form of of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Camille and Kelsey used a surrogate to produce daughter Mason, born in 2002, and son Jude, born in 2004.

In the divorce papers, Camille cited irreconcilable differences and asked for primary custody of the kids and spousal support.

With Bravo staying mum on how many episodes of RHOBH to be aired, there’s no way to ascertain whether filming for season one of RHOBH has ended, and, whether any of the already filmed episodes will include the soon to be divorced Kelsey Grammer appearing with his about to be ex-wife Camille. Divorces, impending divorces or marital discord of Real Housewives cast members which occurred during filming Real Housewives episodes have previously been hidden from viewers. Real Housewives of Orange County’s Jeana Keough admitted she and her ex, Matt Keough, had been in the process of getting a divorce for “several seasons”. It wasn’t until Jeana’s final season Jeana admitted the marriage had hit the skids or that her husband had a severe alcohol dependency problem. During a prior season, Matt’s “trips away for business” included a stint in the local jail on DUI hit and run charges. Rumors have it Jeana will return for the next season of RHOOC after resolving a spat over salary negotiations.

In the past season of RHOOC, cast member Tamra Barney separated from hubby Simon with Simon filing divorce papers after the season ended. Simon claimed the Real Housewives reality show had changed Tamra with fame and celebrity going to Tamra’s head. Tamra claimed she and Simon had had a troubled marriage before Tamra signed onto RHOOC. That Tamra and Simon had been in marriage counseling for three years.

Over on the East Coast, the third season of RHONYC began with Countess LuAnn de Lesseps stating she and her Count had separated then later announced the divorce was final. (LuAnn’s Count ran off with a real life Ethiopian princess.) LuAnn admitted the Count spent a majority of his time at their European estate.

Did Bravo’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills play a part in the Kelsey Grammer-Camille Donatacci impending divorce? At this juncture there’s no clear cut evidence RHOOC played a role. Based on other Real Housewives cast members and troubled marriages, in the future episodes of RHOBV, which have yet to be aired, Camille and Kelsey will most likely keep their marital troubles private, away from the prying eyes of the Bravo production team cameras.

I bet Camille’s involvement in RHOBV didn’t help her marriage at all, and you have to wonder if Kelsey signed off on it. How could anyone with anything to lose think that participating in a Real Housewives show would be worth the money and infamy? Reality shows often spell doom for relationships too.

Update: TMZ has more on why the marriage supposedly ended, and they note that Kelsey was in NY working on Broadway and that “Camille stayed with their two kids in L.A. and flew back and forth to visit him, but sources say it became apparent ‘Kelsey loved New York, his friends and his freedom more than his marriage.‘” They also say that Kelsey didn’t call his children on father’s day. It sounds like the story comes straight from Camille. A source says “She doesn’t know what Kelsey is doing in New York, but he’s made it pretty clear he wants nothing to do with marriage anymore. She didn’t see it coming.” How long until the cheating stories surface?

Kelsey Grammer has been hospitalized again for heart-related troubles. In early June he had a heart attack that has variously been labeled as minor and something that almost killed him – so it’s a little difficult to know just how severe the initial damage was. According to reports, Grammer felt faint and/or had an irregular heartbeat. Apparently it’s hard to get a clear and accurate account of what’s gone on, depending on the source. Grammer is being kept in the hospital for monitoring for a couple days, along with some medication changes.

A little less than two months after Kelsey Grammer suffered a heart attack in Hawaii, the veteran actor admitted himself into a New York hospital for an irregular heartbeat. The actor was in town to promote his new film, Swing Vote, when “he felt a little faint, so he checked himself into the hospital,” the actor’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, tells E! News.

Rosenfield added that it was likely Grammer’s medication, which he has been taking since his June heart attack, that was to blame.

“Doctors felt a medication adjustment was necessary, so they are keeping him there for a day or so just to monitor.”

As a result of his unexpected hospital stay, the 53-year-old Emmy winner will likely skip several planned TV appearances. He was originally scheduled to guest on Late Night With Conan O’Brien tonight and Live With Regis and Kelly tomorrow.

On Thursday Celebitchy wrote about Grammer’s People interview in which he talked about his heart attack. His phrasing makes it sound like his reps originally said it was something minor, even though they had to restart his heart twice. Hopefully that’s not the case this time, and it really is a minor situation that can be corrected with a medication change.

Kelsey Grammar, 53, was hanging out in Hawaii paddle boating with his wife when he suffered a heart attack. It’s been nearly three months and he’s talking about his health crisis and why he thinks he had a heart attack at a relatively young age. Although Grammar’s representative told the press at the time that his heart attack was mild, he admitted to Entertainment Tonight a few weeks afterward that he had almost died and that his heart had stopped entirely. Grammar explains that he thinks he suffered the health crisis due to stress over his television series, Back to You with Patricia Heaton, being canceled. As for how he’s coping now, he said he’s taking it easy and is eating better and taking medication:

Kelsey Grammer, who suffered a mild heart attack seven weeks ago, says pressure from his canceled sitcom Back to You contributed to his health problems.

“It was a very stressful time for me, and a surprise to me [that it was canceled],” Grammer, 53, said Wednesday while promoting his drama-comedy, Swing Vote, in L.A. “But you know, everything that doesn’t kill us – which it almost did – makes us stronger.”

Back to You, costarring Patricia Heaton, was canceled in May by Fox after one year, despite respectable ratings.

“Not happy about it,” says Grammer. “I had a heart attack, maybe you heard. I was not happy about it.”

But now, he says, “I think things are going to be fine, thank you. I’m doing fine. It’s OK.”

Asked if the health scare changed his lifestyle, Grammer said, “Oh, not a ton. Just watch your diet a little bit, take some pills.”

A sitcom veteran who has Cheers and Frasier to his credit, Grammer plans to take more time out for family, and is thinking about films.

“Oh gosh, I hope so,” he said. “You can only do so many a year. I have other things that matter to me, like my wife and family.”

Grammar and Heaton were widely reported to be feuding on the set of Back to You, and that may have contributed to the demise of the series. He is not my favorite actor and seems like he has a stick up his butt most of the time, but there’s a valuable lesson in his comments about why he had a heart attack. Tim Russert died at 58 from a heart attack at a time when he was eating better and exercising and had just returned from a vacation to Italy with his family.

Heart attacks are “are the leading cause of death for both men and women all over the world” according to the World Health Organization. You can prevent a heart attack through regular exercise, a healthy diet, and by keeping stress at a minimum. It’s important to keep perspective about what’s important in life and not worry too much about work and the things you can’t change. Years of stress can really take a toll on your heart and no matter how old you are or if you’re a man or a woman you should try to reach a healthy balance in life. I know that’s a lesson I need to learn too.

Actor Kelsey Grammer, 53, had a heart attack on Saturday while paddle boarding with his wife. According to his rep, it was mild and he’s doing alright now. Grammer is expected to be released within a couple days.

ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT has confirmed that Kelsey Grammer suffered a mild heart attack Saturday and is now resting comfortably in a Honolulu hospital. He will be released from the hospital early this week.

His spokesperson tells ET Grammer experienced symptoms Saturday morning after paddle boarding with his wife Camille at their Hawaiian home off the Kona coast. Grammer was immediately taken an area hospital where it was determined that he had a mild heart attack. He was then flown to another hospital in Honolulu.

“Kelsey Grammer has suffered a mild heart attack Saturday, and is resting comfortably in a Hawaiian hospital. He will be released from the hospital early this week.

Often when people have a relatively mild heart attack at a young(ish) age like Grammer, it encourages them to become really proactive about their heart health, and ends up being a great turning point in their lives, instead of something really terrible. Hopefully that’ll be the case here.

Grammer’s Fox sitcom Back to You was canceled after just one low-rated season. He’s been added to the cast of an upcoming ABC show that looks somewhat better.

The briefly unemployed and universally castable Kelsey Grammer, coming off just one season on Fox’s low-rated Back to You, has snatched up another prime-time gig, this time starring in an ABC comedy pilot.

Roman’s Empire centers on a young guy who gets dumped by his girlfriend but can’t seem to extricate himself from her overbearing billionaire family, the Prettys—in particular, from the clan’s eccentric patriarch, played by Grammer.

The sitcom is based on the same named British series and began production over the holiday weekend. Ashton Kutcher’s Katalyst Films produces the pilot.

Clearly Grammer clearly has a lot on his plate, and it looks like his career could very well be picking up again. Hopefully he’ll be able to get his health back on track and star in another good show.
