Did Kourtney Kardashian get pregnant – accidentally on purpose? She certainly announced her pregnancy right in time to promote her spin off reality show with Khloe, premiering this Sunday on E!. Kourtney has revealed that she got pregnant after forgetting to take her birth control pills and explained that she realized she was pregnant when she starting feel nauseous and craving crackers. The thing is, she had a pregnancy scare that was shown on her family’s reality show back in November, 2007 and she’s five months pregnant now. So she had over a year after that first scare to wise up and make sure she was taking precautions. Instead, she’s pregnant for real this time, which suggests that if she wasn’t actually trying to get pregnant she wasn’t trying not to, either:

Pregnant Kourtney Kardashian says little sister Kim thought she’d be the first Kardashian sib to become a mom.

“She definitely thought it was going to be her first. Kim has, like, every baby name picked out,” Kourtney said on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show this morning.

“Kim…I don’t think she was envious, but who knows,” Kourtney went on of her sis, who recently split from Reggie Bush. “Kim gets mad if I get, like, the car that she wants. She, like, freaks out.

“Out of all of us, I was definitely the last one that was even thinking about it,” Kourtney confessed, adding that she’s due around Christmastime — the same period as another E! reality star, Kendra Wilkinson.

Kourtney says she had her sister Khloe tell the family she was expecting.

“I was just, like, so nervous,” she said. Stepdad Bruce Jenner was “the most realistic,” she says. “[He said], ‘You guys are acting like you’re getting a little puppy dog! You need to take this seriously’…. He freaks me out the most.”

Getting pregnant with Scott Disick — with whom she recently reunited after splitting in February — was unplanned.

“This probably sounds so dumb, but there’s so many times I’ll forget to take my pill and I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. It’s just so stupid,” she admitted.

Kourtney says she had an inkling she was pregnant after getting “really nauseous, like, suddenly…not just in the morning. I would have to eat Saltines at all times in the day.”

On her new reality show — Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami (premiering Sunday) — she literally gets sick in a club, she said.

Her boobs also became “huge and they were so sore.”

Now that she’s about five months along, Kourtney explains how she dresses her bump: “I just wear jeans and keep them unbuttoned and wear a big shirt.”

Kourtney says she’s brainstorming names for either a boy or girl — and dropping the “K” alliteration her siblings share.

Kourtney announced on The Today Show yesterday that her baby’s father was her ex fiance, Scott Disick, and said that she’s back together with him. She said he was “very excited” about the pregnancy and that “we’re really happy.” When asked if she had any marriage plans, Kourtney said “we’ll see.” I’m sure we’ll learn all about it if she gets engaged at any point. If Kourtney is smart, and I’m not getting a lot of evidence in that direction although this pregnancy is probably the smartest thing she could have done for media coverage, she’ll pull the plug on this show once her baby is born. It’s going to be too much pressure to continue the show and be a new mom – and maybe a new wife – all at the same time.

As I’ve admitted before, I occasionally watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Kourtney, the oldest of the Kardashian sisters at 30, is one of the better parts of the show. She reminds me a lot of one of my closest college friends – she’s sweet, she’s boy-crazy, she’s a bit gullible and she has no idea of how to pick a good man. Here’s further proof of that – Kourtney is knocked up. She announced it Wednesday night to E! News, but she has not (and perhaps will not) release the name of the baby-daddy. I haven’t watched the show in a while, so I had no idea she and her fiancé guy Scott “Not Interesting” Disick had split up, but E! refers to him as Kourtney’s “ex-boyfriend”. When asked about the identity of the father-to-be, Kourtney is quoted as saying, “You’re going to have to see on the show.” Barf. Come on, Kourtney. You’re better than this.

Kourtney Kardashian is going to be a mom!

While the E! reality star confirms she’s pregnant with her first child, Ms. K isn’t revealing too much right now. She’s keeping mum on the daddy’s identity and how far along she is.

But the happy news definitely sheds light on some of the things she told me yesterday during my chat with her sister Khloé…

Kourt, 30, refused to say if she and ex-boyfriend Scott Disick are back together. “You’re going to have to see on the show,” she said, referring to Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami, which debuts this Sunday.

Funny enough, the big question these days has been whether Kourtney has switched teams because of a kiss she shared with her bisexual friend Jackie during shooting of said reality show.

“I feel like I’m definitely into men,” she said. She’s certainly proven that now.

Yeah, I’m betting that Scott is the daddy. And if he is, my guess is that he’ll stick around and marry her. But no one will remember. He’s so bland, no one even notices him in the wild mix of Kardashian Krazy. I guess the other possibility would be that the pregnancy is the product of some crazy Vegas-Manhattan-Miami-Hollywood hookup, and that Kourtney can’t remember the guy’s name. My last possibility for a potential baby-daddy is “Jude Law”. Just because.

UPDATE: Meh, Kourtney said the baby-daddy is Scott Disick, her on-again boyfriend. She confirmed it on the Today Show, saying, “He’s very excited. When I found out, I was so shocked. I didn’t know what to do. He was so for it and so excited from the beginning. And we’re really happy.” They have no plans to marry at this time. Missed again, Jude Law!

Move over, Kim. Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian are breaking into reality TV on their own. After the popular (though not critical) success of Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kim’s sisters have convinced E!’s cameras to follow them to Miami as they try to set up a second Dash boutique. The original store is in Los Angeles and is often features on Keeping up with the Kardashians. The store has been the source of many prefabricated storylines between the sisters, who argue over who has to take what shift and who cares about the store more. This new show is harping on the controversy sparked by self-centered, childish girls trying to be adults. From the way they act, would you believe that Kourtney is 29, Kim is 28, and Khloe is 24?

Kourtney and Khloe in Miami, which debuts August 2009 on E!, follows the girls to south Florida as they open a new Dash boutique.

The girls try to focus on designing and hiring staffers for their new store, but get sucked into South Beach’s famous party scene.

Khloe is also offered an opportunity to host a local late-night radio talk show, which causes fights between her and serious sis Kourtney — who wants her to focus on Dash.

“We knew fans could not miss out on this drama-filled duo as they invade such a beautiful, vibrant and notoriously wild city as Miami,” says E!’s Executive Vice President Lisa Berger.

I searched around to see if this show was replacing Keeping up with the Kardashians, which is on its 3rd season, but I couldn’t find any leads on whether or not the original show was canceled. If it wasn’t, this will probably work the way The City did – The Hills still went on, and producers raked in twice as much dough. Kim and the rest of the family are also supposed to make cameos in some of the episodes.

I’m just not sure how this is going to work. Keeping up with the Kardashians is mindless television, and I used to watch it if I was bored and it was on, but lately their whining voices and petty fights have been getting on my nerves. Also, the fact that you can tell when a storyline was completely created by producers gets in the way of the “reality” concept. My guess is that the new show is going to be just as fake. These girls need the cameras to be taken away so that they can grow into real people, not be given more screen time.

At an event at the Hard Rock Casino, Kim Kardashian revealed that someone in her family will (gasp) be getting plastic surgery – and it will all be documented on their reality show Keeping up With the Kardashians. She says that she won’t tell who, but someone will look “totally different.”

There are some big changes coming to the Kardashian household. “Someone in the Kardashian family will soon have plastic surgery,” Kim Kardashian told PEOPLE exclusively at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Saturday night.

The 28-year-old star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians said viewers will be surprised at who gets the makeover. “I can’t tell you who, but someone in my family will look totally different and viewers will see it all on the show very soon,” said Kardashian, who spent the evening hosting the opening of Hard Rock’s new club Opium – even smashing a guitar on the red carpet as a resort tradition – and hanging out with boyfriend Reggie Bush, Venus Williams and brother Rob.

Wearing a short, sleeveless navy cocktail dress and matching pumps, Kardashian also told PEOPLE that she – with her mom and sisters, Khloe and Kourtney, – is preparing to open a Miami location of Dash, their Los Angeles clothing store.

“We are excited and hope to find a good Collins Ave. location to open by June,” she said, breaking the fashion news. “We see Miami Beach as a hot market and will stock it with more beach attire than we do in L.A because of the tropical environment. We will then open a second store in L.A. So we have a busy summer ahead.”

Isn’t the point of plastic surgery to improve your look subtly? Thus not looking “totally different”? But the Kardashians are not all about subtlety. They have a reality show documenting all of their internal strife – recent commercials for the program capitalized on the fact that Kris (the mom) didn’t show up for her daughter Kourtney’s photo shoot (in which she was wearing next to nothing for the cameras).

My bets are that Khloe got a little nip and tuck. Under normal circumstances, she would be considered a pretty girl. But she is constantly compared to her more attractive sisters Kim and Kourtney, and you can tell on the show that the comparisons get to her. I just hope she didn’t get too much done – nothing’s wrong with her that a little bit of exercise would fix very quickly to bring her up to “Hollywood” standards.

Since the news came out that singer Brandy’s mother, Sonja Norwood, has sued Kim Kardashian and her three siblings for stealing her credit card, I have been truly curious to learn the back-story behind this debacle. Kim apparently was Brandy’s stylist in 2004. I had no idea that Kim Kardashian ever had a job, besides supposedly giving or receiving golden showers (yes I forget the specifics of that rumor and am too afraid too look it up). But Kim did do something professional in her life besides going to parties and showing the world her ass cleavage. But I guess she didn’t do it that well – or at least that ethically – because she stole Sonja Norwood’s credit card, loaned it to her three siblings, and the group managed to run up over $120,000 in debt in 2005 – 2006.

“I did not want to commence litigation against the Kardashian family without conducting an exhaustive investigation into the charges and discussing all options, including criminal prosecution, with my family,” Norwood said in a statement Tuesday.

“After Ray J and Brandy urged me not to file criminal charges because of their prior friendship, I decided to afford the Kardashians an opportunity to resolve this matter without a lawsuit,” Norwood said. “When the fraudulent charges were brought to their attention, they apologized profusely, and advised us, through their attorneys, that they would pay the debt in full. However, they have since reneged on that promise.”

Norwood also said in her statement that her “investigation has revealed that the Kardashians used their two stores [Dash and Smooch] and other stores that I have never visited to take advantage of me. I very much look forward to having the Kardashians account for their misconduct in a court of law.”

Sonja Norwood’s statement clears up a few issues, but there are a lot of questions remaining. First off, the card was supposedly given to Kim when she worked for the Norwoods in 2004. Yet the charges occurred several years later. Did Sonja Norwood never get the card back, or did Kim steal the number? Secondly, how did the Kardashians sign for these purchases? Were they actually forging Sonja’s signature, or was Kim an authorized signer on the account? No matter what, how did the other three Kardashians use the card? Why did it take Sonja Norwood so long to notice and/or do anything about the fraudulent charges?

What I’m most eager to hear is the Kardashians’ defense. They have obviously denied any wrongdoing, and Kim has said she has documentation for all the purchases. It seems pretty unusual that Brandy’s mother would have Kim Kardashian – who is no longer her employee – use her credit card. It also seems odd that Norwood would randomly choose to sue the Kardashians if they hadn’t done anything wrong. Although considering their father is the late famed O.J. Simpson defense lawyer Robert Kardashian, I’m sure they’ll be able to come up with some sort of entertaining – if not plausible – defense.

Kim Kardashian has never really done anything that’s made me say, “Wow, that girl’s good with money.” She’s done a lot of things that have made me say, “Wow, that girl’s got an ass that should be on her chest,” but that’s about it. And apparently Kim’s ass cleavage is the biggest thing she’s got going for her, because not only is the girl bad with money, but she’s criminally bad. And when you combine bad fiduciary judgment with a ridiculous love of shopping and access to someone else’s credit card, things can get out of hand. Not for a regular person, but apparently for a Kardashian. In 2004, Kim was singer Brandy’s stylist. Brandy’s mother Sonja Norwood, who is also her daughter’s manager, gave Kim her American Express card to make one purchase for Brandy. Although it remains unclear, somehow Kim kept the card and continued to make personal purchases on it – totaling over $120,000. Not only that, but she lent the card to her two sisters and brothers. They even wracked up purchases at the Kardashian family’s own stores!

R&B singer Brandy Norwood’s mother filed a lawsuit Monday against Kim Kardashian accusing her of running up more than $120,000 in credit card charges without permission.

The suit, which also names Kardashian’s siblings Khloe, Kourtney and Robert Jr., alleges they ran up the charges on the mother’s card in 2006 and 2007. It seeks the return of the money plus 10 percent interest.

Kim Kardashian denied the allegations, telling PEOPLE she and her siblings had Norwood’s permission to make the purchases.

“We have her signature on all items,” Kardashian says.

I’m sure she does have signatures for all items. Pretty much all credit card companies require you to sign a receipt. But I’m also pretty sure those signatures aren’t really Sonja Norwood’s, or she wouldn’t be suing the Kardashians I’m assuming that Sonja Norwood didn’t keep close tabs on her credit card statements – and if the debt accrued slowly enough, I suppose it’s possible a wealthy enough person might not notice. Considering Kim hasn’t worked as Brandy’s stylist in several years, I can’t imagine any excuse she could give for using the Norwood’s credit card. It’s a little surprising that no one noticed, but I would imagine they probably figured it out a while ago and made other attempts to get their money back before going for a lawsuit.

Kim wasn’t just Brandy’s stylist – she was also Brandy’s brother Ray-J’s girlfriend. You’ll remember that the two had a very infamous sex tape that Ray-J sold (some say Kim was in on the deal too, though she denies it). Maybe Kim thought she was due an extended shopping spree on the Norwood’s dime. The Kardashians are famous due to their deceased father, O.J. Simpson lawyer Robert Kardashian. Considering their legal linerage, I’m surprised they haven’t paid up. I doubt they have a leg to stand on – and if nothing else, it makes an already tacky family look that much worse.
