Everyone remembers where they were when the fairytale wedding of Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom took place. The day was… whatever. It doesn’t really matter, because they didn’t really get married. It was just some staged ceremony for the cameras. The real drama was behind the scenes, with lawyers for Khloe and Lamar trying to hash out a pre-nup that would protect his extensive assets (including his $33 million contract with the Lakers). Lamar and his management/legal team were said to be very protective of their client, and Lamar obviously listens to their advice. Thus, Khloe and Lamar still aren’t really married. And now Radar is reporting that the prenup negotiations are going sour, big time:

While Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian’s attorneys continue to hammer out their pre-nup agreement, sources close to the couple exclusively tell RadarOnline.com that they are growing increasingly frustrated with the Laker star because he is “listening to advisers, and a group of hanger-on friends about what the pre-nup should include. Lamar needs to man up, and stand up to these people, it doesn’t seem like they have the best interests of Lamar and Khloe as a couple at heart.”

The talks are “progressing”, a source close to the couple told RadarOnline.com, but the process could “be made a lot easier if Lamar would just put his foot down when it comes to Khloe. This is the woman that will be his wife, and Lamar will be sleeping in bed at night with Khloe, not these people.”

The insider reveals that “there is a tremendous amount of love between the two, and that will pervail in the end. It might get rocky at times, but Lamar and Khloe are very much in love.”

Oh, it sounds like the “insider” is a member of the Kardashian family, doesn’t it? If I had to put money on it, I’d say the quotes came from Mother Kris. By the way, in the little unofficial pool I had going, I had their breakup by Halloween. It looks like I’ll be collecting my imaginary winnings soon enough! No, I shouldn’t gloat. Who knew this relationship wouldn’t last? Oh, right. Everyone.

The tabloids are full of stories this week that bring Khloe Kardashian’s show wedding into question. Khloe and Lamar were married after a mere month of dating, and it’s not surprising to learn that Lamar left some women in his hasty wake. First we have the news that Khloe’s new trial husband, Lamar Odom, proposed to Oscar nominated actress Taraji P. Hensen just a week before he met Khloe. Taraji and Lamar were dating earlier this year and even showed up at at an event together.

We’ve already heard from Lamar’s longterm girlfriend and the mother of his two surviving children, Liza Morales, who went on the record several times to say that Lamar was trying to reconcile with her in August, and that she was more surprised about his wedding to Khloe than anyone. Liza said Lamar is a “commitment phobe,” and called the news that he was marrying Khloe a “bombshell.”

Star Magazine has quotes from Lamar’s other longterm girlfriend, Lara Manoukin, who says she was dating the LA Lakers star for seven years right up until the time he went public with Khloe. They say that as far as Lara knew, she was still with Lamar when she heard the news that he was with Khloe. Star’s source is an “audio message posted on the Internet” allegedly by Lara, which sounds sketchy. They do explain the origin of their source, though and that’s better than the fake quotes they usually use. Star also has quotes from Lara’s stepfather explaining that his daughter broke up with Lamar after confronting him about his relationship with Khloe.

Lamar proposed to Taraji P. Hensen a week before he met Khloe

On October 2, Fox Sports Radio host Matt “Money” Smith indicated that the basketball player proposed to another star just a week before he met Khloe, but she turned him down. Matt suggested that the other woman is… actress Taraji P. Hensen, who is best known for playing Brad Pitt’s adoptive mother in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

Indeed, a close friend confirms to In Touch, “There was talk of marriage, but it’s unsure of whether he actually proposed or not.” But Lamar and Khloe’s reps insist there’s no truth to the story. “Taraji and Lamar only dated briefly earlier this year and broke up right after the Oscars,” says his rep.

Jaw dropped when Khloe Kardashian married Lamar Odom after knowing him for only 32 days. And no one was more shocked than Lara Manoukian – Lamar’s girlfriend of seven years! Amid rumors he was cheating, the L.A. jewelry designer went to Miami to get away from it all. But when she flipped on the TV, the truth was staring her in the face: a news segment on E! focusing on Khloe and the new man in her life, Lamar!

“My heart is destroyed,” Lara, 29, later told an unidentified friend in an audio message posted on the Internet. “I treated that fool like a king… from cooking to cleaning his place, anything you can think of, I’ve done for that man… This dude has lost his mind!”…

As we reported Wednesday, Khloe and Lamar’s wedding wasn’t official and their lawyers are only in the preliminary stages of hammering out a prenuptial agreement, which could take weeks. It looks like Lamar has a long history of making promises to women he can’t keep, and I doubt Khloe will be any different. Even if these two make it legal Lamar will probably have a couple of other women he’s stringing along at any given time.

The whirlwind reality show wedding between Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom last weekend might not have been officially binding, and the touching moments between family members may have been scripted, but Lamar swore it was “a beautiful event, and it was real.”

It may have felt real, but it won’t be legal for a least a few weeks – if ever. Radar Online reports that lawyers for both sides are still hashing out the preliminary details on a prenup between the parties, and that they’re still in the beginning stages. Lamar Odom has a $33 million four year contract with the LA Lakers. Khloe Kardashian has an endorsement deal with “Quick Trim,” a reality show, and whatever proceeds she received for selling the rights to her “wedding” photos, which were thought to be worth around $300,000.

But, RadarOnline.com has learned that not only are they are not legally married, but exclusively that they are only in the beginning stages of pre-nup talks.

The couple went through with a huge, lavish wedding just weeks ago at the palatial Bel Air estate of music mogul Irving Azoff, and for publicity reasons Team Kardashian want you to believe it was real, but a source close to Lamar tells RadarOnline.com that they still have yet to sign the paperwork to make them recognized legally as man and wife in the state of California.

“Neither side has set forth to the opposing side things to be included in the pre-nup,” the source tells RadarOnline.com. “ They are only in the beginning stages of talks, but everything is moving forward, with no red flags from either Khloe or Lamar.”

The couple are expected to sign the pre-nup in the “next several weeks,” the friend of Lamar’s told RadarOnline.com. According to the insider, the couple is “very much in love.”

Lamar will have plenty of time to think about what he’s getting into while he’s contemplating how much of his money he wants Khloe to have with for each year of their marriage. The guy is a 29 year-old basketball star. I’m sure he’s into Khloe at this point, but once the endorphins wear off and he starts dealing with her family drama he’ll probably realize that he’s not ready to make a multi million dollar commitment. If a rumored reality show featuring these two moves ever happens, they’re definitely doomed.

Meanwhile Kourtney Kardashian and her crazy pregnancy overshares are back! She tells US Magazine that she once wanted a relish and mayo sandwich – OMG! What she really craves, though, are those cupcakes she’s paid to endorse. Just like a Kardashian, hungry for money and attention.

I listened to some of yesterday’s Ryan Seacrest show as I wanted to see if Kristin Cavalleri said anything interesting other than the fact that she once shot John Mayer down. She didn’t really, and I don’t know why I bothered, but I did hear Ryan say that Khloe Kardashian’s step dad, Bruce Jenner, didn’t find out ahead of the press that Khloe was marrying her boyfriend of a whole month, Lamar Odom. Bruce heard about it at the beginning of last week through the media like everyone else. Apparently the guy is used to dealing with a house full of famewh*res and it didn’t phase him. (Ryan didn’t say this, but that’s the impression I got from the coversation.)

We also heard yesterday that Khloe’s wedding was just for show, and was arranged and paid for by her reality show network, E! She’s not legally married yet, and her lawyers and her fiance’s lawyers are trying to hash out some kind of prenuptual agreement that’s agreeable to both parties.

TMZ has audio, below, of two producers talking ahead of Khloe’s “wedding” and planning some special moments, including the “touching” moment when Khloe tells Bruce she “considers him her real dad.” Does this mean that Bruce Jenner’s wedding speech, in which he said he wished Khloe’s late dad was there, was planned out too? Did Bruce know that his daughter’s ultimate compliment was fed to her by a producer? The producers also plan how Khloe will take 10 steps back before walking down the aisle, probably to build some suspense into the faux-wedding.

What’s more is that the Kardashians reality show producer, Ryan Seacrest, has semi-confirmed that he would consider a “Newlyweds” type show featuring Khloe and Lamar. He told TMZ, [via NYDN] “the producer side of me is thinking [it] could be a good reality series. Today’s about celebration, tomorrow’s about production.” The wedding was about production too, and if these two have any sense whatsoever they won’t let their relationship be filmed for a reality show. That’s pretty much why they got pretend married in the first place, though. Maybe they’ll break up before they have a chance to make it official.

Late Tuesday, TMZ broke an interesting story – according to their sources, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom didn’t really get married this past Sunday. It was a faux wedding, bought and paid for by E! and OK! Magazine, it seems. Khloe and Lamar “are not legally married” because the two of them – plus their respective teams of lawyers – didn’t sort out the prenup issue fast enough. Well, Khloe did her best. She tried to race Lamar down the aisle, hoping that a prenup (protecting his $33 million contract) would slip his mind. Lamar’s lawyer must have been all “No wedding for you, Golddigger!”

TMZ has learned Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are not legally married … and they won’t be until a prenup is signed.

We’ve learned two high-powered family law attorneys are already squaring off, trying to hash out the prenup Odom wants as a condition to marriage. Neal Hersh is doing his bidding, while Lisa Meyer is repping Khloe. We’re told the negotiations — which began last Friday — are already contentious.

Our sources say the couple will tie the knot — legally — once the prenup is inked.

Interestingly, Lamar held a semi-press conference late Tuesday eveing in which he sort-of denied (but not really) the whole “not really married” thing. Lamar said: “It’s crazy how perception works in America when you’re looking at things from the outside… anybody that was there will tell you that it was a beautiful event and it was real.” Uh… but was it a legal, binding marriage, dude? Probably not.

Last week, Lamar Odom’s ex and the mother of his two surviving children, Liza Morales, gave an interview that was briefly published on E! Online in which she explained that she found out about his planned wedding to Khloe Kardashian via text message and said “I thought it was a joke.” (E! has since removed that article, probably because they air the Kardashians’ two reality shows and realized it might not be a great idea to point out that the wedding they’re so heavily promoting wasn’t that well thought out. You can still read Morales’ interview on this cache of the page.)

Morales told E! that a wedding wasn’t like “a fabulous pair of shoes” and required forethought and consideration. She said that she was surprised Odom was getting married because he’s been a “commitment phobe” in her experience and hadn’t married her after over a decade together, an engagement and three kids. She explained that she was speaking out on behalf of her two children with Odom, Destiny, 11, and Lamar Jr., 7, and was trying to protect them from the media. (Morales and Odom also had an infant son Jayden, who passed in 2006 at six months old from SIDs.) “[My daughter] can Google Khloe, she can Google her father, so this is really serious to me. I know some people think this is entertainment, but for me, this is a life-changing experience, and I have to protect my kids.”

Now that her words have been swept under the rug, Morales isn’t going away so easily. She also granted an interview to Radar Online in which she repeated the same claim – that she was told by text message and that she’s pissed. She’s a little more outspoken in this interview, and clearly states that she was discussing a reconciliation with Odom in August and that this whirlwind marriage is a huge shock:

“I’ll never forget receiving that text it simply read: Getting married soon – want the kids to meet my future wife,” she revealed. “I’ve know Lamar for 15 years and we had three children together and he was always a real commitment phobe so finding out that he was marrying Khloe Kardashian so soon was a bombshell to say the least.

Though Morales and Odom split two years ago, the two are “in constant contact.” In face, there was recent talk of a possible reunion.

“In August this year he was talking to me about rekindling our relationship and being a family again but I told him that our two kids, Destiny and Lamar Jr, are getting older and I didn’t want to confuse them any further. Unfortunately, he hasn’t actually seen them in the past three months and when it comes to being a father it’s time that he really stepped up to the plate in that respect.”

Tragically, Odom and Morales lost their 6-month-old son Jayden to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome — a loss she believes caused a deep rift between them that never really healed. Odom, who was born and raised in South Jamaica, took the death of his son very hard and Morales hopes that he has truly come to terms with Jayden’s passing.

“Lamar lost his own mother when he was just 12-years-old and he never had the greatest relationship with his father who is still alive,” she explained. “And when we lost Jayden it hit him really hard and that definitely had an effect on our relationship – it was a big part of us growing apart.”

Despite the disintegration of their relationship, Morales only wishes him the best: “I just hope that he has found true love now and that he has got married for the right reasons – not for Hollywood, publicity, money or fame. Lamar is basically a good guy who is very charismatic but he didn’t treat me well with regard to this marriage. I don’t know Khloe Kardashian, so, I can’t really comment on her and all that is important to me is my kids.”

While Odom and Kardashian prepare for a new life in California, Morales has relocated back to New York so that she can be around her family and friends during this difficult time. She also explained an incident last week when she got rid of some of the basketball star’s clothing.

“I did get rid of some of his clothes in the re-cycle bin but that was only to clear some space in the closet and to clear his energy from my place,” she explained. “Despite everything that has happened I would never stop Lamar from seeing our kids and I’ve already checked his basketball schedule and hopefully he will be able to see them when the Lakers are on the east coast. I’m just trying to do my best right now but it has been tough at times but my kids and family keep me strong. I’ve got no intentions of going back to Los Angeles now.”

Maybe Morales will be able to find some peace now that she’s relocated to New York and has cleared out Odom’s things from her place. Can you imagine finding out by text message that the father of your children is marrying a woman he met a month ago? I don’t blame her for speaking out, and for doing it again so that she can get the message out there. For her kids’ sake, it wasn’t the best idea though. She’s talking to the press because she’s hurt, and that’s understandable. She’s not doing much to protect her kids by bringing them up.

According to TMZ, the two had to get married on Sunday because “one of the Kardashian reality shows is footing the $1 million bill for the wedding, but the deal is that the wedding must be shot this Sunday.” What’s more is that Lamar’s ex girlfriend and the mother of his two children expressed her surprise that he was making a lifelong commitment after just a few weeks, and called him a “commitment phobe.” Neither of his kids attended the wedding.

It looks like reports that OK! Magazine would be paying a hefty fee for the photos, around $300,00, were likely correct. OK! promises to have the exclusive photos and story in the upcoming edition:

Sisters Kourtney and Kim Kardashian acted as maids of honor while younger half-sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, best friends Khadijah and Malika Haqq and Lauren London were her bridesmaids — all of whom also wore dresses designed by Vera Wang.

Meanwhile, Lamar’s best man was his business partner, Jamie Sangouthai and his groomsmen were Robert Davis, Alex Harris, Lester Knispel, Jeff Schwartz and Khloe’s only brother, Robert Kardashian Jr.

TMZ has a photo of Khloe’s Vera Wang wedding gown and it looks lovely. It’s a strapless form fitting gown with a large gray sash under the bodice and a ruffled train.

Odom’s boss, LA Lakers Coach Phil Jackson, is thought to have attended the wedding. He gave his well-wishes in an interview with the LA Times and said “I’m very supportive of Lamar and want everything in his world to go right for him.” Coach Jackson did say that he would have to have a talk with his team about minimizing distractions, though, and that “there’s a certain amount of privacy that we have to demand from them about what our business is so that it doesn’t become street business.I think that’s where the distinction has to be made and I think that these guys are professionals. They’ll understand that.” We’ll see how well Odom does this season. I’m not that familiar with basketball, but Odom seems to be an accomplished player from what I understand. The guy has a $33 million, four year contract so he has to have talent.

Best wishes to Lamar and Khloe. Maybe the two will get their own reality show once basketball season ends. If that’s the case they’re probably doomed. It’s rare that a relationship can survive a reality show, but you never know.

It sounds like someone may have actually talked some sense into the groom, who requested some kind of pre-nup with just one day until the vow exchange. And as suspected, the whole ceremony is part of Khloe’s atrocious reality show on E! – the network is, of course, footing the bill for the wedding.

Odom has lawyered up and so has Khloe. The problem is … they have to get married on Sunday and there isn’t enough time to hash out the details of a prenuptial agreement.

Why, you ask, isn’t there enough time? We’ve learned they must get married on Sunday because one of the Kardashian reality shows is footing the $1 million bill for the wedding, but the deal is that the wedding must be shot this Sunday.

So we’re told Lamar wants a postnup — meaning the agreement will be hashed out and hopefully signed after Sunday’s event.

Now here’s the intrigue. There’s talk that Sunday’s wedding might not be the real deal — it could be a non-binding ceremony. It’s common with a postnup that bride and groom would not officially tie the knot until after they sign the document. What they typically do sign before the ceremony is an acknowledgment that it’s not really an official wedding, to prevent misunderstandings down the road.

And speaking of problems …. we’re told lawyers for Odom and Kardashian are already arguing and hitting road blocks.

Khloe Kardashian’s extremely rich makeover continues — Khloe and mom Kris Jenner were on the hunt yesterday for a mansion befitting a woman who can go from zero to 60 in three weeks.

Kris and Khloe checked out this Bel Air mansion yesterday — listed at $5,999,900. Our spies say they were scoping out homes between 8,000 and 10,000 square feet, with 5 to 6 bedrooms, a pool and of course, a basketball court for Lamar Odom.

To say this whole wedding is sudden is an understatement. I do wonder how much of this is being done to fuel interest in the reality show, and how much of it is being done to get Khloe some attention in the wake of her sister’s unplanned pregnancy. Or, maybe, possibly, the couple really is in love. If that’s the case, what’s the big hurry? I mean, aside from needing content for their reality show. But then again, these girls don’t have the greatest role model when it comes to a healthy attitude towards relationships. I hate to say it, but I can’t help but think these two are doomed.

You have to hand it to Khloe Kardashian, she really took the spotlight off her most famous sister’s shrinking trademark butt, and her cuter sister’s unplanned pregnancy. According to the Daily News, Khloe and Lamar Odom’s wedding photos could be worth $300,000 to OK! Magazine, and you can also bet that the whole thing will be filmed for her new reality show. Khloe has some hefty motivation to jump into holy matrimony as quick as she can, but apparently the whole thing was Lamar’s idea as he wanted to tie the knot before basketball season started. That could have been a story the Kardashians put out there so they wouldn’t look like the fame wh*res they are, especially because Lamar’s ex girlfriend and the mother of his two kids calls him a commitment-phobe, but I do think Lamar is into Khloe. That said, I was pretty skeptical of Mariah and Nick Carey’s – I mean Cannon’s – quickie marriage and they’re still together a year and a half later. Those two didn’t seem to get married for promotional purposes, though:

It doesn’t seem fair that Khloe will get all the money, but Lamar is pretty loaded and has a $33 million, four year contract. I hope he’s arranged for an iron clad prenup. It feels like this whole wedding doesn’t mean as much since it’s being marketed and rushed, but maybe the fact that they’re making a commitment to spend the rest of their lives together is supposed to mean just that. Oh, so much Khloe Kardashian news… everyone is going overboard with this stuff now. I’m interested in this stuff, but it’s too much. Pretty soon Us Weekly is going to be reporting on Khloe’s last bowel movement as a single girl. Yikes. Alright, let’s take a deep breath and get through this. Last night, Khloe and her fiancée Lamar Odom made an appearance at the Stop Puppy Mills Humane Society’s benefit. A ringless Khloe didn’t speak to reporters, but Lamar confirmed his excitement, saying “I’m always excited when I’m with Khloe.” When asked about Khloe’s ring, Lamar said “What ring? Can’t tell you. If she wants to tell you, she’ll tell you.”

However, Khloe did confirm the wedding on her website, writing, “I’m thrilled to finally be able to tell you that the news is true… Lamar and I are getting married on Sunday!!! I couldn’t be happier and I’m so excited that I can finally share the news with all of you. Your well wishes have meant the world to me and I am truly so blessed to have such amazing fans, family and friends during this incredible time in my life.” Khloe also went out with her mom Kris yesterday to do the wedding registry. Ugh. Can you imagine being invited to this thing? Not only is it so last-minute, you’re expected to bring some gift to a guy with a $33 million contract.

Kris Kardashian is, of course, all over this. Because Khloe’s wedding is all about Kris, you see. Gee, I wonder where these girls get it? Kris told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show, “You know, that’s how Bruce [Jenner] and I met…We met, and we were married four months later. Isn’t that romantic? I just go by what I feel. If you meet somebody, you just know.” Kris also played coy about the engagement ring, saying “If she got a ring, and she’s holding go out on me, I want one too.” Ugh.

Meanwhile, Life & Style has put Khloe on their cover this week. Khloe is wearing a wedding dress and crutching a rose. I actually thought this was photoshopped, but it looks like Khloe gave L&S some kind of exclusive interview. Here’s an excerpt from the cover story:

As Life & Style exclusively reported, newly engaged couple Khloé Kardashian and LA Lakers star Lamar Odom plan to tie the knot this Sunday, Sept. 27 — which means the Kardashian clan has gone into serious wedding-planning mode! Now, Khloé is spilling all the details to Life & Style, on how the whole family pulled together to help plan the wedding in just two weeks!

THE BRIDAL PARTY
“My bridal party is a surprise to me,” Khloé told Life & Style. Kourt and Kim are keeping the seven lucky ladies who get to stand by Khloé’s side during her romantic ceremony a secret from the bride-to-be.

THE RING
Lamar presented Khloé with a gorgeous 9-carat radiant-cut diamond on a pavéd band, a source tells Life & Style. “The ring is amazing!” Khloé tells Life & Style.

GIFTS GALORE!!
Guests will spoil the bride and groom with housewares the couple registered for at Williams-Sonoma and Gearys in LA. Another keepsake? The whole production is expected to be filmed by E! for one of Khloé’s reality shows.

MOM LOVES HELPING OUT
Mother of the bride Kris helped Khloé pick out trinkets for her bridesmaids for two hours at XIV Karat on Sept. 21 in LA. “They were looking at heartshaped necklaces for the bridesmaids and rings for the groomsmen,” says an eyewitness.

I have to hand it to Khloe, she doesn’t overreach. She could have tried to push this story even harder, waited and negotiated a People or Us Weekly cover, but she’s sticking with Life & Style, the tabloid who ran her epic photoshopped bikini pics. She must trust the editor. My guess is that People or Us Weekly will get the first wedding pictures, though. Or the first honeymoon pictures, or the first married bowel movement pictures, whatever.

In one last piece of news about the happy couple, Lamar Odom’s ex-girlfriend/baby-mama Liza Morales is totally “shocked” with the whirlwind romance, and she’s telling her story to E! Liza and Lamar were together for 8 years without getting married, and they had three children together, Destiny (age 11) and Lamar Jr. (age 7), while their infant son Jayden died of SIDS in 2005. Liza says Lamar was “always a commitment-phobe… I didn’t believe [the news] because I got it in a text message, so I thought it was a joke.” Liza says she and the kids won’t be going to the wedding, and that she doesn’t hear from Lamar that much.

Liza also tells E! that she’s worried about her children. She says she has to be a “mama bear” and that she’s worried about what Lamar is introducing into their kids’ lives. She actually sounds very honest, not like an ex with an axe to grind. At the end, she issue her ultimatum: “Lamar has to focus on his children, his relationship with them before he can think about bringing Khloé around.”
