Is Leonardo DiCaprio’s latest model girlfriend 20-year-old Cara Delevingne?

When I was covering The Great Gatsby’s Cannes premiere, I included 20-year-old model Cara Delevingne in the Carey Mulligan post. I wasn’t think too hard about it, I was just trying to cover everyone I wanted to discuss. I had a moment of “Huh, I wonder why Cara is in Cannes?” but I didn’t give it too much thought because so many models come to Cannes to represent whatever brand they’re the “face” of, plus Cannes parties are some of the best in the world, and there are tons of rich dudes who love to party with celebrity women. Perhaps now is the time to provide the link to The Hollywood Reporter’s recent story about the call girl/escort/prostitute scene in Cannes every year, and how elite hookers (or minor celebrity women who don’t mind selling their bodies) can make hundreds of thousands of dollars a night in Cannes.

That was just a sidenote, by the way. I’m not saying Cara Delevingne is a hooker. No side-eye or anything. She’s 20 years old, she’s dated famous dudes like Harry Styles, and she’s one of the “hottest” models right now, and she’s making lots of money legitimately. She has no need to sell her body. But! What if she did have an ulterior motive for coming to Cannes this year? What if she came at the invitation of Leo DiCaprio?!

Cara Delevingne has been snapped looking tired as she arrives at Nice airport for the 66th Cannes Film Festival, as she made her way through an army of waiting photographers to get to her car. The model of the moment was rumoured to be walking the red carpet tonight after being invited to the film festival by Leonardo DiCaprio. But will she be walking that infamous walkway with the Hollywood hunk?

Leo’s latest movie The Great Gatsby premieres at the French festival tonight and according to The Sun, Leo wants both Cara and showbiz BFF Rita Ora on his arm whilst walking that red carpet.

A source said: “It’s the hottest ticket for months, they’d be daft to miss it.”

The pals are allegedly the latest ladies who Leonardo has taken a shine to and according to sources, he’s never been one to keep his ‘conquests’ on the down low in the past.

The actor was having dinner with actor Kevin Connolly and twelve women recently when he was reportedly overheard revealing all about his bedroom antics.

“Leo talked about the fact that he is sleeping with ‘multiple women’ right now,” a fellow diner tells Perez Hilton, adding: “He was totally open about it. Kevin looked at Leo and told him, ‘I want to be you.’”

Leo replied, ‘Everyone does.’ He was acting very nice, but is very arrogant.”

[From Entertainmentwise]

Well, Cara did not walk on Leo’s arm or anything, and I haven’t seen any gossip about them being seen together after the premiere, so maybe it’s not on. (Sidenote: there was gossip about Cara and Georgia May Jagger spending all of Wednesday night getting sh—faced on Cavilli’s yacht though.) Cara would be slightly different than Leo’s usual model conquests. While she does model for Victoria’s Secret, Cara’s “look” is way different than Gisele or Bar or Erin. They all looked like healthy girls with crazy genetic gifts, all sun-kissed and clean. Cara looks like a girl who knows how to party HARD. She was just photographed dropping a baggie of coke too, and she always looks like she’s coming off some epic bender. That would be a change for Leo I think. I don’t know… would Leo date Eyebrows McCokeface? He allegedly hooked up with Lindsay Lohan at one point, so maybe.

Carey Mulligan in Dior at ‘Gatsby’ Cannes premiere: the loveliest she’s ever looked?

Here are the photos from the big opening night of the Cannes Film Festival, the premiere of The Great Gatsby. I actually had pretty low expectations for everyone at this premiere – I was preparing myself for a major let-down, but I was pleasantly surprised. Sure, there were some celebrities phoning it in (Cough Isla Fisher cough), but Carey Mulligan led the pack in this Dior gown. It is really balls-out amazing. I would have expected this pale pink (-ish) color to wash her out, but it really doesn’t. There’s a touch of Audrey Hepburn in Carey, I swear.

I’m including some other lovely ladies below. Here’s Isla Fisher, blending in with the red carpet in this super-ruffled Oscar de la Renta. That’s unfortunate because this is a detailed dress and the details are just lost because of the color.

Solange Knowles looks kind of badass in this Stéphane Rolland Fall 2012.

Julianne Moore in Dior. OMG. NOOOOO. I love Julianne but NO.

Cindy Crawford in Roberto Cavalli. Eh. She looks like a game-show hostess.

Cara Delevingne in Burberry. I like the dress… but I think it would look more interesting on Rosie Huntington-Whiteley rather than this chick.

Carey Mulligan in a Balenciaga jumpsuit at ‘Gatsby’ Cannes photocall: cute or fug?

The Cannes Film Festival has officially begun! HUZZAH! It should be a fun two weeks full of interesting photos, although if past Cannes Film Festivals are any indication, I’m due to get a cold and I’ll end up editing photos while high on antihistamines for a week until I’m completely OVER Cannes. But right now I feel fine and I’m excited to see these pics from The Great Gatsby photocall. Gatsby will premiere tonight, it’s opening the festival. Are you excited?

While I’m sure Baz Luhrmann will bring some epic drama to the premiere, I’m not so sure about the actual stars of the film. Leonardo DiCaprio is between official girlfriends, so he’ll probably be going solo (and boring) to the premiere. Carey Mulligan has been a total snoozefest (style-wise) so far during Gatsby’s promotion, and Isla Fisher has barely been around. So… while I’m excited about the premiere photos, it’s not like we’re waiting for Brangelina, you know?

At the photocall, Carey wore a Balenciaga jumpsuit which is not all that great. It’s fine for a photocall, but it’s not the most flattering thing. It’s neither heinous (and thus noteworthy) nor awesome. It’s just boringly fug. Isla Fisher’s dress is more traditionally pretty and traditionally “south of France”. She looks really good here. As for Leo and Tobey Maguire… sure. Leo looks particularly good. Well-rested! He’s going to have a great time in Cannes.

Hot guys of ‘The Great Gatsby’ NY premiere: who would you rather?

I’ll save you a lot of time and energy: Joel Edgerton. Joel Edgerton is the only dude worth banging at last night’s NYC premiere of The Great Gatsby. I just covered the ladies’ fashion (which was a snoozefest), and the men weren’t really bringing it either. To be fair, I don’t think we were ever supposed to think Tobey Maguire was or is “hot”.

Anyway, here are the photos of the dudes from the premiere. I’m really falling for Joel these days – he was sexy in Zero Dark Thirty, he got great reviews in Warrior, and he seemed really happy to score the role of Tom Buchanan in Gatsby. He’s a big, strapping Aussie sweetheart, or at least that’s his vibe. He’s like the next big Aussie hope after the Hemsworth brothers. Think of it this way: Joel Edgerton is the new Sam Worthington.

I’m also including pics of Tobey (who plays Nick Carroway and NO I do not know why his wife was wearing a child’s babydoll dress), Leonardo DiCaprio (Jay Gatsby) and Jay-Z (who produced the soundtrack). Leo looks okay, I guess, but his face seems to be getting wider every time I see him. Yesterday I read this article about Leo and I was stunned to learn that he’s about to turn 40 years old. I didn’t realize that – I guess I thought he was mid-30s. Oh, and I’m including some pics of Baz Luhrmann because – although I wouldn’t swear to it – I think he’s had a facelift. Right?!

Leo DiCaprio: My busy work schedule ‘is not the best thing for a relationship’

Leonardo DiCaprio

Leonardo DiCaprio covers the may issue of Esquire magazine to promote Baz Luhrman’s upcoming take on The Great Gatsby, and thank goodness Leo isn’t in character for this shoot like poor Carey Mulligan in Vogue. Actually, I’m pretty impressed by this cover and editorial because Leo is usually so boring in photo shoots. Like, he always looks just like himself, and stylists don’t know how to mix it up with the guy, but he was clearly having fun with Esquire. On the cover itself, Leo is sending out some Philip Seymour Hoffman vibes with those expressive eyebrows. Don’t laugh! I’m really seeing it. Then in one of the below shots (I’ll let you guess which one), he’s pulling a serious Jack Nicholson face. In this one below, he looks like a real movie star in the true sense of the word. Color me impressed.

Leonardo DiCaprio

Sadly, the interview is another story altogether. Why have Esquire and its journos decided to be so damn weird lately? For awhile, I appreciated their unconventional methods of tackling their subjects — such as the time they sent a guy who had never heard of Gerard Butler to interview Gerard Butler — but now the routine is getting tired. It’s like the magazine is so afraid to give a straight interview that they are largely forgetting to ask any questions at all, so they’re basically just letting the stars ramble about whatever. In this instance, the journo takes great interest in the fact that Leo cracks his neck at the beginning of their talk. The guy starts to analyze why Leo would do so and what it all means (seriously) and really goes overboard by writing several paragraphs about it, which I omitted from the excerpts (but you can read it here). In the meantime, here’s some stuff that Leo actually said:

Leonardo DiCaprio

On his bachelor ways: “Six months of being on location or being off in Morocco or someplace like that is not the best thing for a relationship.”

On his work ethic: “I always thought of myself as the underdog, because I didn’t have nice enough clothes or maybe my hair didn’t look good. And so you have to understand – getting your foot in the door is like winning the lottery. It’s literally like winning the lottery if you get to have a career. And I’ve always felt, Okay, now I’ve gotten this shot, and I’m lucky to have gotten this shot, and if I don’t do this to the best of my ability — if I don’t work my ass off and make a life of it — I’ve squandered this incredibly golden opportunity. And that’s always been what has propelled me.”

On early days as a teen idol: “I really didn’t understand what fame was and I didn’t understand what being in a giant hit was and I didn’t understand what a giant hit Titanic was compared to other giant hits. There was no rule book. There was nobody to navigate me through the experience of being watched all the time and nobody to tell me how to be normal when everybody is acting and looking at me differently.”

On growth: “Most recently, the last few years, I feel way more comfortable than I’ve ever felt. You always talk about that, and then one day you’re like: If they don’t like this, well, f*** ‘em. What can you do? It’s a resignation to life and who you are. Hey, look, I’m pretty well-formed as an adult now. I don’t have to impress anybody. You ask yourself these different questions: What do I want to do? Interesting question: What do I want to do? What makes me really happy? I’ve learned all these things that I’m supposed to do. I know I’m supposed to be in that place and do that thing… but to really, deeply ask yourself that question — What do I want to do? Most recently, the last few years, I feel way more comfortable than I’ve ever felt.”

[From Esquire]

I don’t know whether Leo really believes what he’s saying about how his relationships don’t last because he’s just such a busy guy with such a demanding schedule. Certainly, I don’t buy that excuse because he’s a proud 38-year-old modelizer who shows no intention of quitting his game, but I guess it works for him. God, this interview was such a wasted opportunity, and that’s not Leo’s fault.

Now I’ll say it again — Leo looks really good in this shoot. Usually, I envision him as a grumpy chihuahua, and someone mentioned in a recent comment that his head looks like a piece of toast, and now I can’t unsee that, but still. These are some good photos of Leo. Still toasty, but kinda handsome and charming too.

Leo DiCaprio is dating model Heather Hahn, 25, Bradley Cooper follows his lead

Leonardo DiCaprio

Here’s a picture of Leonardo DiCaprio arriving in Tokyo to a huge throng of fans in March. I guess I didn’t realize Leo was big in Japan, but I’m sure he appreciated the welcoming committee although very few of the fans in attendance were likely to be his type — that is, tall, skinny, and impossibly blonde ladies in their 20s. Speaking of Leo’s type, this week’s issue of In Touch report that he’s found a new girlfriend, and he even dared to tread outside of the Victoria’s Secret catalog to find her (go Leo!). Don’t worry though. She still looks like she’d be perfectly at home with a set of Angel wings. Introducting Leo’s new lady, 25-year-old Heather Hahn:

Heather Hahn

Leonardo DiCaprio definitely has a type! The Django Unchained actor, 38, who has dated a string of gorgeous younger models, apepars to have a new lady in his life: model Heather Hahn, 25. At a dinner with friends at Baoli Miami on March 21, “Leo only had eyes for Heather” as the group feasted on filet mignon and drank several bottles of Dom Perignon, says an eyewitness. Then they hit the dance floor, where Leo “was grabbing her by the waist as they danced,” adds the eyewitness. “They were laughing and smiling and really seemed into each other. Leo was a total gentleman. He even pulled out Heather’s chair for her!”

[From In Touch, print edition, April 15, 2013]

Hahaha. So all it takes to be declared a “total gentleman” is to pull out a chair for a girl? That’s so lame. I wonder how long it will be before he buys a Prius for this young chickadee, and then she’ll know that she’s sticking around for at least a few months until she reaches her Leo-dictated expiration date.

In an interesting companion piece, Star has printed a story about how Leo’s modelizing ways are rubbing off on Bradley Cooper, who became part of Leo’s p—y posse when they hung out together in Miami in February (along with Mel Gibson and Jonah Hill). Apparently, this all makes total sense now that Bradley is dating 20-year-old Suki Waterhouse, who just happens to be a young, blonde model, but this is stll so weird:

Bradley Cooper

Bradley Cooper is getting a lesson in the no-strings-attached hookups from Hollywood’s ultimate bachelor, Leonardo DiCaprio! “The guys [both are 38 years old] got to know each other during awards season, and leo took Bradley under his wing,” divulges an insider. “Bradley was moaning about finding Mrs. Right. But Leo told him to chill out and enjoy all the beautiful women.” Leo, who has romanced a string of catwalkers, including Gisele Bundchen and Bar Refaeli, explaiend his own master plan to Bradley. “He’s going to date as many supermodels as possible before he’s 40, then he’ll settle down with a good woman,” the spy explains.

And it looks like Leo’s advice has sunk in! Bradley has been spotted with model Suki Waterhouse, but “Bradley’s been following his pal’s advice — good times with no commitment,” says the source. “He’s been flying Suki into town when he wants to see her and sending her back when he needs space — and he’s happy as a clam, all thanks to Leo’s love advice.” Ladies, you’ve been warned.

[From Star, print edition, April 15, 2013]

Well, I hope that if this story is true, Bradley will soon see how empty the life of a modelizer can be for a man steadily approaching the age of 40 years. Or is it? Maybe it really is the best way for guys such as Leo and George Clooney, but Bradley seems much more sensitive. You know, like a very sensitive serial killer who chants bedtime stories while stalking his victims. Hey, I wonder what Suki thinks of Bradley’s new perm. You know that hairstyle is way older than she is.

Did Jennifer Lawrence ignore Leo DiCaprio’s moves b/c ‘she had eyes for BCoop’?

Leo DiCaprio

The MTV Awards nominations were just announced, and the liplock between Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper received a nod in the Best On-Screen Duo and Best Kiss categories for Silver Linings Playbook. Interestingly enough, the Twilight franchise — which has historically swept the Best Kiss category — was completely left out of the awards except for one category (Best Shirtless Performance on behalf of Taylor Lautner). Ouch.

At any rate, I’ve been keeping an eye on the JLaw/BCoop chemistry meter since the SLP trailer, and the media really wants these two together. However, poor Bradley’s been dodging advances from nearly every actress since he had his big mainstream breakthrough in The Hangover, and JLaw is the girl to be pursued since falling down while winning her Oscar. Supposedly, even Harry Styles has a crush on JLaw, and he’s been attempting to flirt with her on Twitter, but I don’t think she’s listening. Now there’s a new story that Leonardo DiCaprio wants to get with JLaw. Is it true? Who knows, but this is awfully entertaining:

Jennifer Lawrence

Jennifer Lawrence reportedly ignored advances from Leonardo DiCaprio recently as she “only had eyes” for Bradley Cooper.

Jennifer and Bradley appeared alongside each other in Silver Linings Playbook and their portrayal of a couple who are falling in love has caused speculation romance also blossomed off screen.

Although they have both denied they are dating, their behaviour at the Oscars last month — where Jennifer was named best actress — set tongues wagging again.

“They keep saying they’re like brother and sister, but anyone who meets them can see that their chemistry is off the charts. Leo DiCaprio was clearly hitting on her, but she only had eyes for Bradley,” an insider told Heat magazine.

The pair also attended a pre-Oscars party together, where they appeared just as friendly. They spent so much time with each other at the event other guests presumed they were an item.

“They were deep in conversation and talking about how they wanted to take a break after the awards season. Everyone at the party was talking about their chemistry; they really looked like they were together, but trying their best to hide it,” the source added.

Bradley, 38, has previously insisted that he is too old to date 22-year-old Jennifer. She has also insisted they don’t see each other romantically, claiming their chemistry is so good on screen as they have none in everyday life.

Their behaviour has led many to believe they aren’t being truthful though.

“When they’re at a party together, Brad constantly swoops around the room to check on Jen — it’s like he can’t stay away,” the source mused.

[From Yahoo!]

I don’t know if I could even begin to believe this story because JLaw doesn’t even seem like Leo’s type. He likes vacuous models, not down-to-earth actresses who can form a coherent sentence about something other than the trend of short shorts. Also, I doubt that Leo likes a girl who tells fart jokes or even one who farts at all. I’m pretty sure that Leo does all the farting in his relationships.

In addition, I really don’t see JLaw and Bradley becoming an off-screen couple because she admitted to setting him up with her friends (which would seem strange if she was really interested in him) and BCoop keeps insisting that he’s too old to date her since she’s 22 and he’s 38. If anything, they just really like working together because they’ll be seen together in both Serena and another (as yet untitled) David O. Russell film.

Meanwhile, I’ve been looking for an excuse to post the new Capitol Portraits that are sprinking forth in Lionsgate’s promotion of Catching Fire. Here’s JLaw, Elizabeth Banks, Stanley Tucci, Lenny “Rowrr” Kravitz, and Woody Harrelson in character. I imagine this first portrait shows one of Katniss’ Cinna-designed “wedding” dresses, and it’s pretty spooky looking.

Is Leonardo DiCaprio’s new girlfriend a 26-year-old Kosovan beauty queen?

These are some photos of Leonardo DiCaprio in Miami in late January. Leo was in Miami for several weeks, partying with Gerard Butler, Mel Gibson and Bradley Cooper, and of course the P-ssy Posse (Leo’s constant entourage). I kept looking through this photo set to see if I could determine who these ladies were, but I still don’t know for sure. Did Leo bring some girlfriends along or were these just some girls he picked up in Miami? And is one of them a Kosovan beauty queen? Because allegedly Leo’s new girlfriend is a Kosovan beauty queen named Aferdita Dreshaj. As opposed to 19-year-old Hungarian underwear model Barbara Palvin.

Leonardo DiCaprio sparked rumours he may have been taken off the single market after he was spotted frolicking with a mystery blonde in Miami. But Leo fans can relax as the Hollywood actor’s mystery blonde has been revealed as Kosovan beauty queen and Miss Universe Kosovo 2011 finalist Aferdita Dreshaj – and the stunning model has said they are just friends.

Leo, who split from Victoria’s Secret model Erin Heatherton last year, was pictured shirtless getting cosy with the stunning model.

Dreshaj told E! news: ‘We were all just hanging out as friends.’ On her Twitter feed the blonde describes herself as a model, singer and beauty queen.

Earlier that same day, a shirtless Bradley Cooper had also been spotted with Leo on the balcony, watching passers by on the beach.

After failing to pick up an Oscar nomination for his role in Django, Leonardo seems to have snubbed awards season, preferring to relax in the sunshine state.

At the beginning of January he was spotted on board his yacht with Naomi Campbell and this weekend he was reportedly enjoying the Miami nightlife.

[From The Mail]

Yeah, Leo doesn’t have female friends, last I checked. I also glanced through Aferdita’s Twitter, and… she looks like Leo’s type. Which is to say she could be either of the women in these photos, and she sort of looks interchangeable with several current Victoria’s Secret models. Celebuzz had a “Seven Things To Know About” piece and they claim she’s 26 years old – which is still not an amazing age difference, but it’s way better than 19-year-old Barbara Palvin. Also, Aferdita is six feet tall. Good to know!

Is Leonardo DiCaprio’s latest VS-model girlfriend 19-year-old Barbara Palvin?

Can you believe that Leonardo DiCaprio has gone this long without getting another “official” girlfriend? He’s been single for months! And while I’ll never buy that he’s faithful to his girlfriends, I do think Leo enjoys having an official GF for PR purposes. Now, over the past few months, Leo has allegedly been spending time with 22-year-old Margot Robbie (his costar in The Wolf of Wall Street), and there were even some rumors about Leo and Miranda Kerr (which I would keep my eye on). But here’s an interesting twist! Has Leo decided on his latest Victoria’s Secret model? And is she only 19 years old?!

Barbara Palvin has had enough of Justin Bieber and his love triangle! According to In Touch, Barbara is over her Bieber fever phase and has been hooking up with gorgeous actor, Leonardo DiCaprio. Leo is known to be a smooth ladies’ man, and is no stranger to dating multiple women at the same time.

“Leo loves seeing lots of different girls,” said a friend of the actor, “He can’t be alone.”

Since Leo’s October breakup with Victoria’s Secret model Erin Heatherton, he has moved on with two more women. Leonardo has recently been seen vacationing in Miami with his The Wolf of Wall Street co-star Margot Robbie. In Touch claims the two are not exclusive as Leo continues to do his own thing with another Victoria’s Secret Angel — the infamous Barbara Palvin.

News broke of Barbara Palvin being the cause of Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez‘s breakup earlier this year. Barbara claims she had nothing to do with their differences and that she was unfairly dragged into the drama by Selena.

Justin and Selena rang in the New Year by fighting in Mexico over Justin’s relationship with Barbara. The fight was caused by reports of Justin and Barbara flirting backstage at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on November 7th.

Now that Justin and Selena are allegedly back together, Barbara has some more tricks up her sleeve. Justin doesn’t have to be the only man in her life — Barbara is on to the next one.

[From Hollywood Life]

The idea of Leo and Justin Bieber fighting over the same 19-year-old Vicky’s Secret model is especially hilarious. But I don’t think it’s completely true, unfortunately. Justin and Barbara did hookup (probably) last November. He took her to see The Lion King and they hooked up around the same time as Bieber’s performance at the VS runway show in NYC. It was actually Bieber’s thing with Barbara that began one of the major rounds of breakups & makeups between Justin and Selena Gomez. But I think Barbara hit it and quit it – I doubt she’s seen Justin since November.

As for Barbara – she’s 19 years old. She’s Hungarian. She’s an up-and-coming star in the fashion world, and many think she could be an heir to someone like Natalia Vodianova. At the end of the day, though, she’s still a teenager and teenage girls are going to act like teenagers. She’s more likely to be involved in situations with Justin Bieber and Harry Styles instead of Leo DiCaprio. And yes, the age difference is gross. Leo is 38 years old – he’s literally twice her age. Gross.

Jonah Hill’s posse now includes Leo DiCaprio, Mel Gibson & Bradley Cooper?

I never really understood the Jonah Hill backlash last year. He was nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Oscar (for Moneyball), and no one really thought he had a shot at it, but I really liked that he got nominated and that he started rolling with the big boys – there were always lots of photos of Jonah hanging out with Brad Pitt and George Clooney last year. Then Jonah got cast in a Martin Scorsese film with Leonardo DiCaprio (The Wolf of Wall Street), and Jonah began running with Leo’s crowd. And now he’s one of Leo’s boys. Jonah has been inducted into the P-ssy Posse. And I’m starting to worry! Page Six claims that Leo and Jonah were down in Miami and they were hanging out with Mel Gibson and Gerard Butler. NO JONAH NO.

Jonah Hill and Gerard Butler made it rain, literally, at Miami club Story on Friday. The pair — along with Leonardo DiCaprio, Mel Gibson and Bradley Cooper — rolled in with three guards, spies said, and then grabbed a 4-foot water gun in the DJ booth to “take turns shooting water over the dance floor” as Erick Morillo spun.

The gang of five stars has been spotted together hitting venues in Miami, including Villa Azur, co-owned by Halle Berry’s fiancé, Olivier Martinez. On Saturday, Berry and Martinez even joined Hill and Butler’s dude posse, and they all hit LIV at Fontainebleau, where a spy says Berry tried to convince Martinez to join her on the dance floor, and finally gave up.

[From Page Six]

It’s weird that Bradley Cooper was there too, right? It takes the whole “bromance” to another level. In my mind, Jonah Hill is the Joe Pesci to Leo’s Bob DeNiro, but Bradley Cooper just seems like the guy who tries too hard to fit in with the dudes. Do you think Leo’s crowd rolls their eyes at Bradley’s try-hard? Or do you think Bradley is probably cooler than I’m giving him credit for? As for the Mel Gibson and Gerard Butler inclusion… dear God. I feel like Jonah needs an intervention. Come back to us Jonah!!
