Mandy Moore had to kick her parents out of her house

In a funny twist on the slacker who doesn’t leave home scenario, Mandy Moore had to kick her parents out of her new house in LA after inviting them to stay with her.

The star didn’t think twice about inviting [her parents] to stay after buying her new LA pad a couple of years ago – however the star soon realised she wanted some more privacy.

She said: “My parents moved in with me, I’m very close with my family.

“But the time came when I actually had to kick my parents out – because it’s my house!

“So I had to have the awkward talk with them like, Ã¢â‚¬ËœI think it’s about time you guys moved back to Florida,’ which is where I grew up.

“Not only did they lose me, they lost my younger brother who was going to live with me as well, and stay in the house.

“They became homeless and empty-nesters at the same time.”

That’s kind of cute. Moore seems like the type of person who would be worried about kicking her parents out.

Mandy Moore in American Dreamz

Mandy Moore stars in “American Dreamz,” an American Idol parady that hits theatres on April 21st. Hugh Grant, who admittedly loved watching lots of reality TV in preparation for his role, plays the nasty Simon Cowell-based judge. Willem Dafoe stars as the chief of staff to the President (Dennis Quaid) who decides to guest judge on the reality show talent competition.

Despite some unflattering pictures of Moore that came out recently, she looked svelte and pretty at the March 26 press conference for the film in New York.

Wilmer Valderrama keeps talking about his relationships with famous starlets. He toned down the details for a NY Times interview, but still dished the dirt in his tell-all style:

That afternoon, Mr. Valderrama, dressed in jeans and a sweatshirt and smelling of the cologne Drakkar Noir, was quite willing to discuss the women he has dated over the years. Mandy Moore was “the first love of my life,” he said. “I was madly in love with her. She is one of the most wonderful women I’ve ever met; a real lady.” He and his Ms. (Lindsay) Lohan, meanwhile, “had a really passionate relationship,” he said. “There were so many factors that played into our breakup. We needed to do a lot of growing up on our own.”

Valderrama also emphasized how he wants to take his career to the next level and challenge himself as an actor. Obviously talking about anal sex on Howard Stern is not going to get him far.

Mandy Moore admits to weight gain

MandyMoore.net reports that USWeekly has an article covering Kelly Osbourne’s weight loss and Mandy Moore’s move in the opposite direction:

Mandy is quoted as saying:

I like the way I look. I’m proud of it. My body’s a little more womanly.”

She does look a bit more filled out in these latest photos, but we think they’re Photoshopped. She looks heavier in some pictures than others and we suspect they may have been stretched out to make her look fatter by someone who read the US Weekly article.

Moore’s sex life was just made a little more public by Wilmer Valderrama’s indiscreet interview on Howard Stern, in which he claimed to have taken her virginity when they were dating almost 6 years ago.
