Among all the stories about what a verbally and physically abusive piece of trash Mel Gibson is, this particularly resonated with me. Radar Online is reporting that Mel Gibson may have hired “private investigators” to visit and intimidate witnesses who were prepared to testify on behalf of his estranged girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva. As Radar explains, this sheds light onto the reasons why Oksana’s dentist may have changed his tune about her abuse. (He gave contradictory statements about it to TMZ.)

In a bombshell twist in the scandal, multiple sources have confirmed to RadarOnline.com that Mel’s camp had two private investigators visit at least two star witnesses, who are poised to provide evidence against the Oscar-winning actor/director about the January 6 brawl.

Oksana has told cops investigating the Lethal Weapon star he punched her twice in the face, leaving her with two broken veneers and a concussion.

RadarOnline.com learned that one of the witnesses who was visited by Mel’s private eyes was Oksana’s dentist, Dr. Ross Sheldon.

“This calculated ploy explains the conflicting stories the dentist supposedly made about the injuries Oksana suffered at the hands of Mel,” said a source, with intimate knowledge of the case.

Dr. Sheldon had reportedly privately declared the Russian musician, 40, had no swelling or bruising and there was no evidence of a strike to the mouth, despite photos — seen exclusively on RadarOnline.com — appearing to prove otherwise.

Complicating matters, the comments were in direct contrast to what the dentist said in a declaration to the court, that he believed Oksana suffered injuries from being struck twice, once in the side of the head and once in the mouth.

“Oksana’s camp believe Mel’s private eyes visited the dentist with a clear intent to make a forceful impression,” said the source.

Was it an intimidation tactic?

The source said: “If a level of doubt was created in regards to the dentist’s view about Oksana’s injuries, he could be considered someone who is not a credible witness.

“Mel’s lawyers could easily mount an argument against the dentist: on one hand, Dr. Sheldon protested one statement in a declaration to the court yet, here he was quoted supposedly having an opposing view.”

Despite his apparent conflicting stories, Dr. Sheldon has insisted he is willing to go on record stating that Oksana did indeed suffer a major blow to her mouth.

The dentist’s alleged statement backtracking on Oksana’s injuries was leaked to a Web site. But that Web site was later forced to retract the report after a lawyer representing the dentist made it clear the statements attributed to him were inaccurate.

Two private detectives visited the home of a second witness, RadarOnline.com has also learned.

I love how Radar Online doesn’t name TMZ and just calls them a “website,” just as TMZ never gave credit to Radar when the ran all the tapes of Mel ranting like a lunatic. Obviously there’s some rivalry there.

Witness tampering is incredibly serious and if this is true and Oksana’s people can prove it, it may be much more damning to Mel’s case. I wouldn’t put it past this guy given everything we’ve seen from him so far.

Meanwhile Mel has still not been deposed in his domestic abuse case against Oksana. He missed a scheduled deposition last Friday as he was out of the country reportedly fishing with a couple of his sons. TMZ, which used to be Mel’s mouthpiece but seems a little less biased at this point, reports that he’s “going great lengths to avoid sitting for his deposition.” They claim he’s going to take the 5th and not testify, when it comes to that. The case should be turned over to the District Attorney in about two weeks.

I remember hearing a while ago that Mel Gibson’s dad was a holocaust denier and an anti-semite, as a lot of people brought that up during the comparatively mild “Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world” DUI incident. Now that we’ve heard Mel scream, rant, threaten and demand beejs for many long minutes, people are focusing again on his insane 91 year-old dad, Hutton. It’s safe to assume that Hutton heavily influenced his son’s decision to start a traditionalist Catholic Church, which does not recognize any changes in the Catholic Church made by the second Vatican Council from 1962-1965. Hutton has a bigoted inflexible belief system to go along with his conspiracy theories. (You can read more about this guy on Wikipedia.) In a recent radio interview, the old homophobic fogey went on about his hatred of the Vatican, and said “half of the people in the Vatican are queer” including Prada-loving Pope Benedict. He also spouted some conspiracy theories about The Freemasons and their influence in the Vatican.

Mel Gibson’s controversial father Hutton Gibson told RadarOnline.com on Monday that the Vatican is full of child molesters.

Gibson, 91, made his outrageous remarks to RadarOnline.com after giving a interview to a Liberty News Radio show in which he claimed half the Vatican was gay and that Pope Benedict was homosexual too.

Mel Gibson’s father, who previously stated that he did not believe the Holocaust could have happened, told RadarOnline.com: “That is correct – I stand by my statements.

“The Vatican is full of all these child molesters and that is all there is to it.”

Hutton Gibson shocked listeners on the Political Cesspool Radio Program when he claimed the Catholic Church had failed to tackle homosexuality.

He claimed that Pope Benedict was both “a homosexual” and “a slippery character” while also being involved in a Masonic conspiracy that was aiming to destroy the Catholic Church from within.

Mel Gibson’s father regularly attends his son’s alternative Catholic Church in Malibu and has so far not spoken about the actor’s alleged abusive behavior toward his former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

The father of 11 has written about Traditional Catholicism in the past and been an outspoken critic of the Catholic Church over the years.

In a 2003 interview he questioned how the Nazis had disposed of six million bodies during the Holocaust and claimed that the September 11, 2001, attacks were perpetrated by remote control.

Hutton claimed that the Catholic Church isn’t fighting the repeal of Proposition 8 “because half of the people there in the Vatican are queer. They have not handled the horrible situation in the church. In fact they have fostered it because as I say they are trying to destroy the church.”

When asked by hosts of The Political Cesspool if he thought Pope Benedict was a homosexual Hutton replied, “I certainly do.

“Why else would he put up with this? He was in charge of stamping it out. And he did nothing… He’s a slippery character.”

You can hear Mel’s dad’s remarks on Radar Online. Of course the Catholic Church and the Vatican handled the child abuse scandal abhorrently, but it takes a real extremist to call the people in the Vatican “queer” and “child molesters.” I guess we know where Mel got his very skewed beliefs along with his rage issues. I wonder if he’s mortified that his ancient dad’s incoherent thoughts are getting airtime or if he secretly co-signs his conspiracies.

In related news, the domestic violence case against Gibson is expected to be turned over to the District Attorney’s office in about two weeks. Mel missed a deposition in the case on Friday. He was reportedly out of the country fishing with two of his sons.

Radar Online editor David Perel was on The View yesterday to discuss the Mel Gibson tapes that his company has so expertly leaked over the past few weeks. Perel didn’t explain where Radar got the tapes exactly, but said they were not paid for and were obtained after a lot of hard work and research on Radar’s part. He said “no money has changed hands” despite the fact that they would have gladly paid to license audio and photos.

He also explained how he landed that on-the-spot but set-up looking interview where Oksana claimed that Mel was trivializing domestic violence – they had people following her for days and were fighting off other paparazzi on the scene to get a statement. When Whoopi started going after Perel for leaking the tapes instead of going to the police he understandably got a little flustered and said simply that the police already had all that evidence well before they published it. According to Perel they of course notified the police, who already had the tapes and photos, and asked for comment. I found Perel very matter-of-fact and believable and am team Radar after watching this. Here’s Radar’s report and you can also watch the video above and on their site:

Behar first asked Perel how RadarOnline.com obtained the tapes that by now, everyone has heard.

“That’s the question everybody asks,” Perel said. “A lot of hard digging, good reporters, good editors and it took a long time.”

Asked if RadarOnline.com forked over cash for the tapes, Perel responded, “No we have not, we have not paid for them … no money has changed hands.”

Perel said the Web site dug deep into the story, which started with restraining orders from both camps, and continued mushrooming as more details sprang forth.

Shepherd asked how we acquired the world exclusive interview with Oksana Grigorieva last week in the parking lot of a Southern California grocery store, to which Perel responded was the result of persistent efforts to interview the former girlfriend of Gibson.

“Finally, we got her at the grocery store,” Perel said. “Finally, and this is what you don’t see, is that behind our Senior Executive Editor Dylan Howard, there’s two cameramen trying to get in there, and he’s keeping them out.”

Goldberg then asked Perel why the Web site published the sensitive information.

“Because it’s a news story, because it’s a celebrity that’s involved in a criminal investigation,” Perel said. “This is reporting the news, that’s what we do, this is an entertainment news Web site. We go out, we report stories and as you know, this was picked up by every major network.”

When asked if he felt Grigorieva tried to set Gibson up, Perel said, “it doesn’t seem to be supported by the evidence.”

One thing that Radar left out in their report above is that Whoopi was poo-pooing over the fact that Oksana didn’t go to the police immediately and went back to Mel after the alleged abuse incident on January 6. Perel explained that many victims return to their abusers after an incident of domestic violence, and Joy tried to back him up. (Whoopi previously defended Mel on several occasions after the tapes came out, and said she knew Mel and he wasn’t racist. She also questioned Oksana’s motivation in allegedly releasing the tapes.)

Whoopi got indignant and also asked stupidly “Did you see it [the abuse] happen?.” He countered that they put the evidence out there for people to judge and that “there were three people in the room.” It’s unclear whether he meant Oksana’s son or just Oksana, Mel and baby Lucia. Earlier reports from Radar claim that Oksana’s son Sacsha, 12, was a witness.

As for why he released the photo of the baby allegedly bruised by Mel, Perel said “If somebody hit a woman while she was holding a baby and it’s a child abuse investigation that’s news, especially if it’s a public figure. It’s pretty outrageous. Her allegations are extremely serious.” He explained that the photos were part of the official investigation and their release was not sanctioned by Oksana.

On whether there are more tapes of Mel going off, Perel said there’s a little more and they’ll publish it. He previously told Howard Stern that they have a full 30 minutes of audio of Mel going off.

Yesterday Radar published even more of Mel’s messages to Oksana. He wrote an e-mail to her on the day after the abuse saying, in part, “The tranqullizers (sic) only make me nuts.” Whatever happened to Mel, he doesn’t seem to be sane or sober.

The question is – did Oksana or her sister or agent leak the tapes? As I’ve said before, given the content does it matter? It sounds like a police source may have released them, though we’ll probably never know.

As I was writing this yet another Mel Gibson story came out on Radar and included the detail that Gibson’s son William, 25, is said to have tried to talk Mel down after a crazed incident against Oksana we heard about yesterday in which he reportedly threw a TV at her and missed. Yesterday Radar also reported on Oksana’s claim that Mel hit his then nine year-old son, Tommy, in the head about two years ago, making the boy cry. I’m sure there’s more to come but I don’t know if I’ll be able to tolerate much more news about this creep.

Our daily Mel Gibson-Oksana Grigorieva round-up has some interesting stories today, all of them from Radar. Sidenote: I don’t even read TMZ’s stories on this situation anymore, but I’ll probably start again when TMZ’s sources are somebody other than an employee of Team Mel. Anyway, is today’s episode of “Glum C-nt: Malibu” Radar reports that Oksana has told authorities about the time she witnesses Mel hitting his youngest son (whose mother is Robyn). Also, Oksana says that Mel “admitted” that he threw a television at Robyn. Apparently, a “friend” of Oksana’s went into even further detail with a Russian newspaper, Komsomolskaya Pravda:

RadarOnline.com learned that Oksana alleged the Lethal Weapon star hit Tommy in the head, while at a hockey game at Staples Centre, two-and-a-half-years ago.

“Oksana told authorities about Mel’s ‘angry outbursts’ toward his own family and friends,” said a source, familiar with the investigation. “She said that Mel, in her presence, hit Tommy, in the head, while they were in a box watching a hockey game. She said Tommy started crying and whimpered for the remainder of the game, choosing to sit by himself, away from his father.”

He was nine-years-old at the time, Oksana said. Tommy is one of Mel’s seven children with Robyn, whom he split from in 2009, in a move that triggered one of Hollywood’s most expensive divorces. In the Russian newspaper, a source close to the Soviet-born musician, detailed the alleged abuse against Robyn.

“Mel was telling several times how he threw a TV into her (Robyn) once when they were arguing,” the newspaper quoted the source as saying. “Thank god he missed and the TV fell out a second story window.”

That claim is consistent with what RadarOnline.com has learned that Oksana told authorities. Some unverified reports claim that Robyn has told a Los Angeles judge overseeing Okana’s child custody dispute, the actor was never violent. The new claims add yet another twist in the bitter battle between the Mel and Oksanar and could result in Mel’s own children being forced to be called as potential witnesses against their father.

As we revealed, Oksana told authorities investigating Mel for domestic violence that another of the actor’s sons witnessed his father’s violence in a December 2009 incident, when he allegedly picked up a chair and slammed it through a glass door. Oksana’s mother, Ludmila, and son, Sascha, 12, were also in Mel’s mansion when the incident took place. One of Mel’s sons rushed into the room after the glass was shattered and tried to calm Mel, Oksana told authorities.

And Oksana’s son Sascha, whose father is James Bond actor Timothy Dalton, witnessed the brutal January 6 brawl, when Mel is alleged to have hit his mother.

Komsomolskaya Pravda’s front-page story, while seemingly corroborating crucial claims Oksana has made to authorities, also provides shocking new details about Oksana’s relationship with Mel. The confidante alleged Oksana found physical evidence that Mel had invited a mistress, suspected to be Polish adult filmmaker Violet Kowal, to their Malibu home, while she was away.

“That girl managed to forget her shoes in their house (and) the housekeeper put them in the closet,” said the friend.

“Oksana was shocked, “Those are not mine!” The housekeeper was at a loss, she didn’t know what to say.”

Other revelations include:

Mel’s family hired a blogger to wage an internet “smear campaign” to ruin Oksana reputation
Mel demanded that Oksana adhere to a strict dress code — she only wear pants, no tight clothing and no plunging necklines — to which she willingly complied.
Toward the end of their relationship, Mel lapsed into frequent fits of anger and jealousy, which he had kept under control during the beginning of their his romance with Oksana.
After the December incident, Mel “dropped to his knees, started crying and promised: ‘I’ll go into therapy!’
Mel spent $100,000 — “not a cent more” — on Oksana and purchased a $30,000 vehicle for her.

The friend also painted a picture of a jealous Mel, who became enraged when Leonard DiCaprio kissed her hand twice, while at an event.

“You are my property,” Mel told Oksana, according to the friend.

As RadarOnline.com revealed, sources say DiCaprio has withdrawn from a major film project Mel is slated to direct, about vikings. DiCaprio has not commented publicly.

The source also alleged a pattern of bizarre behavior, in which Mel would “become pale all of a sudden, change his voice, start jumping and screaming, then panting and writhing in hysterics.”

“Oksana kept silent for a long time, she felt sorry for Mel,” the friend is quoted as saying.
“She was begging him to seek professional help for his fits of anger… but she had no choice but to start protecting herself.”

Also, in addition to all of those horrible voicemail messages Mel left for Oksana, after they had their huge blow-up over the placenta and the gardener (it sounds like a fairy tale!), Mel apparently left Oksana a series of nasty text messages. Like: “Your goddamn mailbox is full! Hear you are at Sherman Oaks.” and “Safe is best!” and “I’m drowning in self doubt and depression. And pure rage.” and “I’m just not digging it. Every minute like an agonized eternity. F*ck.” The hell?

Oksana Grigorieva just gave an “exclusive” new interview to Radar – video is here. It’s not like she sat down and told her side of the story – Radar’s camera guy and their “senior executive editor” managed to speak to her as she was trying to get into her car. However – I do have to admit, even though it looks like Oksana just got blind-sided by Radar, I’m pretty sure she arranged this “interview”. There are no other photographers around, Oksana is completely on message… it just seems planned. Not that I blame her or anything, I’m just pointing out her PR savvy. Here’s what she said to Radar:

Oksana Grigorieva has broken her silence on the Mel Gibson scandal — saying the star is “trivializing domestic violence” by claiming she tried to extort him — in a video interview with RadarOnline.com.

“I think Mel, basically, is trivializing domestic violence,” she told RadarOnline.com’s Senior Executive Editor Dylan Howard. “This is very, very sad and it is very unfair too. It is unfair that by standing up to somebody — and speaking out — I am being victimized all over again. He has hurt so many people I feel like I am being victimized all over again.”

When asked if she tried to extort money from Mel, she told RadarOnline.com: “No, I have never tried to extort anything from him. There is no proof of anything. It is all false information he is feeding the press. It is a smear campaign, clearly, to me.”

When pressed further, Oksana said, “I am absolutely convinced of that… It is very unfair.”

She pleaded with Gibson: “Speak the truth, tell the truth, for the sake of your daughter.”

She would not answer if she wanted daughted Lucia to remain in Mel’s custody, even after the actor claimed he appointed an independent observer to watch their visits. Oksana hinted it wasn’t Mel’s decision, as his camp has claimed.

“He is not being truthful about it either,” she said. “I cannot talk about that because that is a court order and I don’t know why he is talking about that.”

Asked why she made the infamous audio tapes where Mel is heard threatening her in a crazed rage, Oksana said: “Because I didn’t think I was going to make it through the night. Everything, by the way, this is really important, all the tapes that you hear on the Internet, all of them were recorded that one night. The tapes, as you call them, the voicemails, everything was recorded that night because I was in fear for my life. I really did not think I was going to make it.”

Oksana told RadarOnline.com that her 12-year-old son Sascha “is good” through the ordeal. And she had kind words for Sascha’s father, former James Bond star Timothy Dalton.

“He is a great dad,” Oksana told RadarOnline.com. “They’re good together. He is a good support for his son and he has been a good support to me.”

Well played, Oksana. Seriously, she hit just the right notes. Do it for the sake of your daughter, the reminder that Mel could have killed her if he got angry enough, the siren call to sympathetic women who are disgusted by Mel Gibson. Also – Oksana’s team just got this article into People Magazine. It’s a behind-the-scenes explanation of the placenta-planting day, for the “official” record of celebrity gossip. It’s interesting that People is now skewing some pro-Oksana stories… like People Mag doesn’t even give a sh-t about kissing Mel Gibson’s ass anymore.

According to Mike Walker’s column in the National Enquirer, Mel Gibson asked his wife of nearly 30 years, Robyn, for a reunion and was rebuffed. This sounds likely given Mel’s history and the past rumors we’ve heard:

The disgraced actor – overwhelmed with gratitude when Robyn testified to the court that he’d never slugged her or their kids – actually screwed up his courage and asked her at one of the quiet dinners they’ve shared of late if she’d consider taking him back. Said the pal: “Mel was shocked when Robyn, never missing a beat, show him down cold and said ‘Absolutely Not!’ It’s taken years for her to pick up the pieces, and reuniting would be a backward step she’s unwilling to take.”

Apart from her testimony on Mel’s behalf in his custody battle with Oksana, we haven’t heard much from or about Robyn. The Enquirer ran a story last year claiming Robyn had a new boyfriend, and we’ve heard that sheunderstandably had doubts about Oksana’s motivations for hooking up with Mel. There were also stories that she was happily spending Mel’s money in the wake of their pending divorce. Of course Mel wants Robyn back, she put up with his crazy for decades and he’s “broke”! She stands to get a huge chunk of his fortune in the divorce and a reconciliation could help him avoid all that.

In other never-ending Mel Gibson news, Radar has a lame apology e-mail that Mel sent Oksana the day after the “alleged” abuse, while Oksana supposedly has a witness to Mel’s abuse (sadly it’s probably her son). Mel was also ordered to pay $250,000 for Oksana’s legal expenses, which she had to initially take out loans to pay.

Also, Mel’s people are trying to discredit Oksana’s black eye photo by claiming that she somehow withheld that piece of evidence during their mediation sessions. She was reportedly offered $15 million for her silence, which she accepted and ultimately turned down. There’s only so much Mel and his people can do to spin the massive amount of evidence against him.

I have a confession to make: I didn’t listen to the last audio release of Mel Gibson venting the frustration of several failed lifetimes at his girlfriend, nor did I listen to all the spittle-filled voicemails he left her. After listening the first five tapes and wasting several minutes of my life trying to process the meanest most threatening vitriol I’ve ever heard, I’m done. Just a few seconds of that vile crap would have been enough, and as I’ve mentioned before I’ve never witnessed anything like it. Even movies don’t show villians ranting like that for several minutes.

Still there are even more tapes/audio segments, and Radar head David Perel tells E! Online that they’ll continue to release them, and that “We will be posting them on the site as we continue to report on the Mel Gibson story.” Perel told Howard Stern that Radar has a full 30 minutes of audio from Mel.

Now that we know Mel for the verbally and (“allegedly”) physically abusive creep he truly is, he’s box office poison despite all the ways his people try to spin the “poor Mel” story. There’s almost no one in Hollywood willing to publicly speak out on his behalf, and a recent sympathetic profile in People Magazine included positive quotes from just three industry people I’d never heard of. We can add thoughtful actor Leonardo DiCaprio to the list of people trying to disassociate themselves with Gibson. DiCaprio has quietly dropped out of a Gibson-directed Viking film he was set to star in.

Leonardo DiCaprio is withdrawing from a Mel Gibson-directed flick about vikings in the wake of the domestic abuse scandal, RadarOnline.com has exclusively confirmed.

“Not a chance,” said a source, close to the Inception star, when asked if he was still planning to star in Gibson’s next project.

The decision is a major setback for the Oscar-winning actor/director, who is facing allegations of domestic abuse and child endangerment.

It also lends support to critics who are suggesting Mel won’t be able to recover from the Oksana Grigorieva scandal…

The viking film was to be DiCaprio’s first picture with Mel.

A source close to DiCaprio said the star, who is currently basking in the release of his wildly acclaimed box-office topping movie Inception, did not want to risk his reputation, with being associated with Mel.

“Leo has earned the right to pick and choose who he works with and Mel Gibson is not one of them,” the source added.

The as-yet untitled project is being produced by Graham King and Mel’s Icon Productions.

Variety had previously reported DiCaprio had long been fascinated by Viking culture and was poised to play one in a storyline that will be as unsparing as Mel’s other period directing efforts, Braveheart, The Passion of the Christ and Apocalypto.

I’m fascinated by viking culture too thanks to Alex Skarsgard’s character’s flashbacks on True Blood. I mean that in a purely superficial/stare at the eye candy kind of way.

I’m only trying to change the subject because I don’t want to think about Mel and his crazy meanness anymore. As I was writing this two more stories came out on Radar Online – an e-mail that Oksana sent her lawyer describing Mel’s attack on her on January 7 and yet another voicemail, said to be Mel’s “final” voicemail, made on February 20, the day after he made all those mean calls. He tries to make nice and claims that he wants “to talk reasonably about schedules.” The time to talk reasonably had long since passed.

TMZ also reports that Oksana was offered a $15 million dollar payoff to keep all her evidence of Mel’s abuse confidential. She is said to initially have agreed, only to back out of the deal. Radar Online claims that they never paid Oksana for the audio tapes.

On February 18, Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva attempted a tree-and-placenta planting ceremony for baby Lucia and Mel freaked out because Oksana was speaking to a gardener. According to reports, Mel began screaming at Oksana for flirting with another man (the gardener), and his rage-o-meter went into overdrive. So Oksana left. But nothing is that easy. Mel decided to call her repeatedly that night, telling her answering machine how much he hated her and how awful she is. Once again, Mel’s rage-filled stupidity would be amusing if you didn’t get the feeling he’s playing with a loaded Colt as he speaks. Mel left a total of eight voicemail messages, and it’s just… like “Monologues From Crazy McTerrorist”. You can hear the messages here, on Radar.

Mel Gibson made up to 30 “terrorizing” phone calls to his ex-lover, Oksana Grigorieva, on the same night she walked out on their volatile three-year relationship, she has told law enforcement investigators. Included in the barrage was eight profanity-laced voicemail messages the clearly irrational Lethal Weapon star left on Oksana’s answering machine at her home.

RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained those tapes — which are more evidence in three separate law enforcement investigations. The rantings are a twisted mix of more misogynistic insults and rage as Mel again ripped into the mother of his illegitimate child, at one stage labeling her “f*cking disloyal and f*cking weak” and “such a f*cking sl*t”.

In one tirade that lasted just over two minutes, Mel dropped a staggering 23 F-bombs.
In another bizarre message, that lasted just 13 seconds, the words coming out of his mouth barely sounded like words.

Oksana has told investigators, who are probing the Oscar-winning actor/director for domestic abuse, that she was “terrorized by a stream of harassing and threatening telephone calls” from Mel after she fled his Malibu mansion, on February 18 this year.

“She estimated that from the time she arrived at the Sherman Oaks home, after she escaped from his house, that she received approximately 30 calls from 8pm to 6am,” said a source, familiar with the case. “Mel told her he wanted to keep her up all night.”

As she attempted to care for the couple’s daughter Lucia, who was just three-months-old at the time, Oksana was unable to answer all the calls and allowed to go to her message-bank. What Oksana recorded will provide investigators an insight into Mel’s state of mind. In another message, he taunted the mother-of-two: “Just making sure you’re awake, if you were trying to sleep. Because I am awake — and you deserve to be. Don’t ever sleep again. Don’t sleep as long as I don’t sleep.”

In the space of 17 minutes, from 2:29am to 2:46am, a seething and scorned Mel made five calls to Oksana. Seemingly paranoid, he also accused Oksana of wanting to destroy him and “see me die” because “subconsciously that is your whole f*cking aim,” as he claimed.

The messages also provide a window into the events which led to the explosive end to their relationship. As RadarOnline.com revealed as part of our headline-making investigation, Oksana walked out on Mel after a tree-planting ceremony in honor of their daughter Lucia, who was three-months-old at the time. At the event, Mel and Oksana buried their daughter’s placenta in the backyard.

In one message, at 2:31am, Mel told Oksana she was “a sour faced bitch” at the ceremony, at which his one-time love supposedly smiled at a maintenance worker. The first voice message was left at 10:27pm and the last at 3:06am, RadarOnline.com has learned.

These are the shocking photos that provide powerful evidence against Mel Gibson. Oksana Grigorieva had deep bruises around her left eye after she claims Mel Gibson punched her in the head twice – and RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained the blockbuster photographs of her injuries.

These pictures are crucial evidence in the investigation against Gibson on domestic violence charges and provide strong support for Oksana’s accusations that Mel punched her as they argued at his home on January 6. Oksana told authorities she was holding her baby Lucia when Mel struck her in the mouth and the head, near the left temple.

RadarOnline.com has learned that the photographs were taken the morning after the brutal confrontation. They show obvious bruising around Oksana’s left eye and also redness. The bruising extends from below Oksana’s left eye to her forehead. The area around her left eye appears to be swollen. These never-before-seen pictures are key components of three separate investigations, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

RadarOnline.com exclusively obtained the evidence photos which are the second set of photos taken to document Oksana’s injuries in the aftermath of the brutal January 6 brawl at Mel’s Malibu mansion. They form powerful evidence for Oksana’s allegations, especially when coupled with photographs she took of her damaged mouth.

Oksana also has photographs of her damaged mouth. Those pictures were taken a day before these new ones and it is clear from the documentation that the bruising and swelling around her eye has become pronounced overnight, which is consistent with this type of injury.

The veneer from Oksana’s upper left front tooth was snapped off and the veneer on her upper right tooth was cracked. Dental experts agree that only tremendous force could cause that type of damage.

Mel denies hitting Oksana and his lawyers have told cops she tried to extort him. But these new photos provide Oksana with more powerful evidence against the man she dated for three years, especially when coupled with text messages and audio tapes, as revealed on RadarOnline.com. In addition, Oksana, 40, also has a strong affidavit from her dentist about the extent of her injuries. And, as RadarOnline.com reported exclusively, Oksana was diagnosed with a concussion after visiting Dr. Arthur Gordon, who could now be a powerful witness for her.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has these images as part of its investigation into the actor for domestic violence.

It was also included in Oksana’s declaration to the court in the estranged couple’s vicious custody battle over their eight-month-old daughter Lucia — and was also presented to the Department of Children and Family Services, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Oksana has told police that after Mel punched her she fell back on the bed, while holding their baby. She says he then choked her with his forearm, pressing it into her throat and putting his free hand over her mouth.

As RadarOnline.com revealed, two days after the brawl, Oksana told a doctor she started experiencing excruciating headaches after the incident.

When questioned why she did not seek immediate medical treatment, RadarOnline.com has learned Oksana told authorities: “I was unable to go a hospital that night because I had no one to care for the children.”

Oksana stays silent and just listens as Mel rages at her. Mel isn’t panting and screaming though – he sounds very calm (for him) as he goes on and on about how Oksana should go back to Timothy Dalton because Mel doesn’t want her “glum c-nt” anymore.

A seething, cursing and furious Mel Gibson rips into Oksana Grigorieva during a jealous rant about her ex-lover, former James Bond star Timothy Dalton. It’s captured on new audio obtained and released exclusively by RadarOnline.com. This is Number 7 in the headline-making series of tapes that have featured Gibson spewing racist insults, threats, profane tirades and more.

Dalton is the father of Oksana’s 12-year-old son Alexander (nickname Sascha) and has been emotionally supporting her through her ordeal with Gibson, visiting her as recently as this past weekend. In the new tape, furious Mel says: “Did you get my last message about me being a bad father, and Tim being a great dad now?”

Oksana, who does not fight back on the new tape, utters a barely audible “no,” as Gibson continues to rant, hurling some of the most hateful language yet captured on audio.

“You didn’t hear that one?” Mel continues. “Well, you should go and f*ck him (Dalton), you know, you fickle c*nt because I don’t care.”

Gibson’s anger builds and he obscenely tells Oksana to go have sex with someone else in front of her son.

“The game’s over,” Mel yells. “Okay. The game’s over. Let the new games begin so you can get it on with anybody else and your son can watch it. What is it? Number 45 he’s going to have to look at? F*cking good.”

After that repulsive diatribe, Gibson then tells her: “I’m so f*cking sorry I had a child with you.”

Consistent with the other conversations released exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Gibson heaps profanity and verbal abuse on Oksana, again telling her that she’s used him.

“I despise you,” he says with fury in his voice. “I don’t want you back. You have proven yourself to me. You’re not the f*cking woman I want. You’re a f*cking fake. You’re a f*cking sham. You don’t know what the f*ck it means to make a man happy. You didn’t make me f*cking happy., I couldn’t make you happy with the BEST I DID FOR ANYBODY, EVER! EVER. You f*cking glum c*nt! The tape was recorded by Oksana in February as their relationship was imploding. As RadarOnline.com reported exclusively on Sunday, the couple held a tree-planting ceremony on Feb. 18 in honor of their daughter Lucia but things went badly wrong when Mel flew into a jealous rage and accused Oksana of “smiling too much” at one of the workers. At approximately 6 pm Oksana left Mel’s Malibu mansion – for good.

On this newly released tape, Mel refers to the incident and yells: “You didn’t f*cking crack a smile with the tree ceremony up there, NOTHING! What the f*ck do I have to do. And remember whose f*cking roof you’re under! You ingrate b*tch!”

Mel attempted to quit smoking several times during his relationship with Oksana and often used that as an excuse for his abusive behavior. While this new argument is taking place he makes reference to his attempt to quit smoking.

With Oksana silent, Mel yells: “You f*cking ruined me! You f*cking ingrate! I’m so mad! I’m so angry! And this is NOT the nicotine, this is the truth! You f*cking don’t love me one bit and you know it, you using b*tch.”

The tree-planting ceremony that Mel alludes to was on February 18, more than a month after Mel hit Oksana and threatened her with a gun. They had gotten together to plant a tree in honor of Lucia, on Mel’s Malibu property. Allegedly (or not so), Mel had a fit when Oksana began talking to a gardener, and when Mel started raging at her in person, she left. And then I guess he called her – this audio – to rage at her some more. He sounds so possessive and jealous, but so childish and idiotic that he’s going to call her up and tell her all the reasons she’s not good enough for him. Mel is the original Glum C-nt.

By the way, Timothy Dalton came to see Oksana and Alexander again this weekend. Yeah… if I was Mel, I would be jealous too. Dalton’s still got it, in my opinion. He looks good!
