Jennifer Lopez’s ex claims J.Lo sacrificed hens for Santeria blood rituals

wenn3367144

Jennifer Lopez’s first husband, Ojani Noa, has an axe to grind. I’m not even sure what he’s trying to achieve at this point, whether he’s just a famewhore or he’s out for money, or even if he’s just a dude trying to reclaim some self-esteem. But I wish he would let some of stuff go. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been following (barely) the reports that Ojani got the go-ahead to release the “sex tape” he and Jennifer made when they were married. Note: some say it’s not even sex, just some J.Lo nudity with no intercourse. Anyway, Jennifer and her lawyers have been blocking every effort of Ojani’s, and yesterday it seems like a judge finally put an end to it:

Looks like J.Lo’s privates are going to be kept private. A judge today put the kibosh on the release of the singer’s “sex” tape, ordering Ojani Noa’s business partner, Ed Meyer, to turn over the footage to the court so the juicy tapes can be locked in a safe deposit box at the City National Bank in Century City, Calif., and never see the light of day. The holder of the most-super-important key in all the world will be with Lopez’s lawyer, Jay Lavely.

“The parties agree that all home video in Mr. Meyer’s possession, custody and control will be delivered here today and placed in a sealed envelope,” Lopez’s attorney told the court today. Meyer turned over all the videos (not technically a “sex” tape, but rather nudity over more 27 hours’ worth of footage) to be placed inside, and he tells E! he has no problem with handing them over.

“Now there is an evidentiary chain,” he said. “Before they just wanted me to hand it over to Jay Lavely and he would just put it in a drawer. We went with a bank so people will be photographed coming in and out and there is no tampering.”

Before being placed in the box, the tape will be made available for Lopez, her lawyers, Noa’s gal-pal Claudia Vazquez (who’s been the one hawking the video) and Meyer to view at Lavely’s office. Lavely also played hardball today, announcing that he plans on having an expert determine whether or not copies of the footage had been made and if the video had been saved to a server somewhere in a “cloud” type program.

“We all know that out there on a G-mail cloud is some snippets,” said Judge Ann Jones today.

The judge then placed Meyer under oath, saying there was a problem with leaked footage out there and ordered him to delete everything he had copied and saved. The security box ruling comes after Noa’s claims that porn sites were engaged in a heated bidding war over the tape, wanting to pay big bucks for the footage of J.Lo in the flesh on her honeymoon with her first hubby. Lopez managed to halt the release this week when she was awarded a temporary restraining order by a Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge, which blocked the release. The footage had been sold by Noa to his girlfriend for the bargain basement price of just $1. Bidding was expected to reach into the millions. Not anymore.

[From E! News]

Well… good for Jennifer, I guess. But if you think that’s going to be the end of it, you are sorely mistaken. Ojani wants to get this stuff out there, and I’m not even sure he cares about profiting from it at this point. Meanwhile, Ojani continues to give interviews about his time spent with Jennifer, and in a new interview, he details Jennifer’s interest in Santeria. He’s talked about this before, but he’s getting really specific this time, and even claiming Jennifer participated in animal sacrifice:

Ojani Noa married Jennifer Lopez in February 1997, but Noa claims that J. Lo cheated on him with P. Diddy and Miami club owner Chris Paciello. Desperate to save their marriage, he visited the LA home of a Santeria guru with Jennifer, he says.

“At the end of the ‘90s, my black magic godmother – who is now Jennifer’s spiritual leader – was protecting me, taking care of me, helping me and guiding me like a son,” Noa said on the Spanish-language show “Frank Cairo: Sin Libreto.”

“We participated together in sacrifices of chickens and hens, and in one occasion, I was present when they were cleansing Jennifer with the blood of a hen.” The hen’s blood was poured over Jennifer until she was covered in it, Noa said. Then she was bathed in “holy water” to wash away the blood, and herbs were passed over her body. “Meanwhile, the godmother was asking the gods to cleanse Jennifer and save our marriage,” he said.

Noa claims he participated in the Santeria rituals and animal sacrifices only because Jennifer believed in them. Jennifer’s parents come from Puerto Rico, where Santeria is commonly practiced, but Jennifer has strongly denied that she has taken part in anything involving Santeria.

Noa also claims the “godmother” used the bloody rituals to get money from Jennifer, and eventually turned J.Lo against him. Noa says: “I’ve realized that I was never in favor of the animal sacrifices, but I was present at the rituals Jennifer was doing to improve her career and her love life. Jennifer had a lot of faith in these animal sacrifices, cleansings, black magic and Santeria. But the godmother planned them so she could have financial security through Jennifer. Afterward, she eliminated me and then got Jennifer to start hating me.”

In the past, Jennifer has reportedly been associated with Santeria rituals. In 2003, the Enquirer reported that a Santeria priestess conducted a cleansing ceremony for Jennifer after her wedding to actor Ben Affleck was canceled. Jennifer denied those reports as well.

In the end, Noa says: “A number of people have bad-mouthed me, but the truth is that Jennifer cheated on me with two guys… I stayed quiet for more than 10 years, but not the moment has come to tell the truth.”

[From The Enquirer, print edition]

As I’ve said before, I tend to believe that Jennifer is into Santeria (some say “voodoo”). I don’t know if these explicit claims are true, but if you asked me if I had problem believing that at one point in her life, Jennifer was covered in chicken blood and herbs, I would answer in the affirmative.

Also, Ojani better watch his ass. Jennifer has more to lose right now than she did a few years ago. She was already (allegedly) having him threatened and followed – what’s next?

Jennifer Lopez used to flash her vadge in Cuba, in the 1990s

Jennifer Lopez’s history with her first husband Ojani Noa is tortured. I don’t have the time or the inclination to go into their history (here for our Ojani Noa archives), but basically, Ojani has spent the past five-six years trying to make as much money off of his ex-wife as possible. He’s given interviews about what Jennifer was like in private (including the claim that she’s hardcore into voodoo), and he’s been trying to sell videos of Jennifer (from when they were together) for years. There’s even been some mention of sex tapes, I believe. Anyway, Radar has an interview with Ojani’s lawyer, and it looks like the next big fight is going to be over hours and hours of video of Jennifer Lopez wandering around Cuba without her drawers on. Yes, she was just trying to let her vadge breathe, and now some H8R wants to take her down!

Jennifer Lopez is caught on hours of new video “exposing her genital area in public” and displaying other “deviant behavior”, according to documents just filed in the singer’s high-stakes legal fight to keep the tapes secret. The Jenny From The Block singer has taken ex-husband Ojani Noa and his agent Ed Meyer to court to stop their purported release and marketing attempt of sexy videos made during the couple’s short-lived marriage.

“JLo is riding a scooter in public in Cuba, while talking to the camera and numerous by-standers, with her privates in as plain view as Paris Hilton, Britany Spears and Lindsay Lohan have in the past,” said Ed Meyer, a rep for Lopez’s ex-hubby. “This is among other nudity on her part in the now 21 hours of home movies, that we have so far recovered.”

The tape does not contain full-on sex, but is said to grant a revealing glimpse of the singer, including her with “no underwear” and “vagina in plain view”, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Noa and Meyer are producing and marketing for sale a feature film about Lopez’s tumultuous first marriage to Noa, a Cuban immigrant, chef and model.

In a document filed in California Court of Appeal on November 17, Meyer said: “In Noa’s Home Videos, Lopez displays deviant behavior by consensually exposing her genital area in public, however, Noa & Meyer have never ever intended to market this and the many other racy, damaging & expositive scenes from the Home Videos. It must also be stated that in Noa’s Home Videos, Lopez gives her full consent to Noa taping her.”

Meyer added, “The movie may or may not integrate “G” rated scenes from Noa’s own Home Videos, or possibly the “G” rated scenes from Noa’s own Home Videos may be marketed separately as a “fan friendly” Home Video DVD Collection.”

“Ojani keeps finding more tapes that he didn’t even realize that he still had,” Meyer told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

“We had 17 hours at the start, and we now have just over 21 hours of home videos.”
Lopez is claiming Noa and filmmaker Meyer are violating an injunction blocking the release on the basis that the video is private and personal.

But in the court filing, Meyer argued he could not be held to a previous settlement between JLO and Noa, because he never benefitted from it, nor did he even know Noa at that time.

[From Radar]

Meh. Is this scandalous? Not really. I mean… who really needs to see Jennifer Lopez’s vagina at this point? Granted, her vadge isn’t something that she’s put out there for public consumption. But is there really some big demand for Jlo vadge pics or video? Eh. Also: Ojani sounds like such a toolbox.

J.Lo’s ex husband Ojani Noa premieres his beefcake calendar outside courthouse

J.Lo’s opportunistic ex husband, Ojani Noa, was again barred by a judge on Tuesday from using any of his 11 hours of alleged “honeymoon” footage of Lopez in what he claims is a personal documentary. The movie was filmed during Noa’s less than yearlong marriage to the star in 1997. Noa has a long and somewhat complicated legal background with Lopez. It pretty much amounts to him trying to cash in on their relationship in every way possible and getting blocked by Lopez’s lawyers at every turn. When Lopez inevitably wins a legal battle, Noa will whine that she’s out to get him while it seems to be the other way around. Earlier this month, he claimed Lopez was “destroying” his “life,” and with this latest legal smackdown he bitched that “They’re trying to stop me from making my documentary and I’m fighting for my rights. They’re not being fair.”

Lopez’s lawyers claim there’s no actual sex on the tape, and that’s consistent with advance reports from the National Enquirer. According to a journalist for the Enquirer who has viewed the tape, the most scandalous parts were some light spanking and a panty-free upskirt of Lopez getting on a motorcycle. If there was real sex on the tape Noa would have sold it long ago and moaned about it when Lopez sued him into the ground.

It’s ok, though, because Noa has a backup plan. He was seen outside the courthouse holding up his new 2010 calendar, which features him posing in only a towel. (We don’t have access to those photos, but you can see them on D-Listed.) He seems to have waxed his chest or to have relied on Photoshop to erase his body hair along with adding significant airbrushed definition to his abs. He still has bushy caterpillar eyebrows, though. The guy can go for a manscaped chest but he can’t be bothered shaping his giant brows. Maybe they’re his trademark feature now. Is there a fetish for that? I tried to google that and the best I came up with was this not-so-serious thread on the matter. It’s a shame there aren’t more eyebrow fetishists, but maybe they’ll come out of the hairy closet to support Noa’s new calendar.

Is Jennifer Lopez having her ex-husband followed & threatened?

wenn2632279

One of my favorite stories about Jennifer Lopez is that she allegedly does voodoo. Several years ago, Jennifer’s first husband Ojani Noa was trying to publish a tell-all book about Jennifer, and what she was really like. Noa claimed that Lopez was into Santeria, which (in my opinion) often gets a bad rap. Some dismiss it as voodoo and think the practitioners are nutzo, but I think it sounds like a fun religion. Anyway, at the time, Noa claimed that Jennifer “was doing bad things to a lot of people when we were friends. And I knew all this time, because we did personally, me and her, to this particular lady.” Particular lady = Mariah Carey, I believe.

Anyway, Noa is still trying to profit from their brief time together. Last week we heard about Noa attempting to sell a sexy video of the two of them together – a judge later put the video on hold, thank God. But Noa is still claiming that Lopez is “out to get him”. His new claim involves Jennifer hiring people following him and threatening him. You know Jennifer is making a special potion just for him.

Jennifer Lopez put a halt to the release of a movie that’s supposedly based on her marriage to Ojani Noa, but her ex isn’t giving up. His lawyer and business manager are in court trying to overturn a judge’s ruling that blocks the tape from being shown, and they’re accusing J.Lo of harassing Ojani, to whom she was married for 11 months between 1997 and 1998. “She’s having him followed,” Ojani’s business manager, Ed Meyer, tells Life & Style. “We just ran the license plate of the car — it’s a black Audi — and it goes directly back to Jennifer Lopez. Ojani’s scared.”

But Jennifer, 40, is within her legal rights, says an insider close to the actress. “It’s a process server trying to give Ojani a subpoena,” says the insider. Ojani’s lawyer, Frank Sanes Jr., tells Life & Style that his client fears for his life. “We have some concerns right now about the personal safety of Ojani,” Sanes says. “We believe he’s under surveillance by someone. He’s had death threats.”

Jennifer was granted a temporary restraining order that prevents Ojani from selling the allegedly steamy home videos. But Ojani, 35, claims his flick, How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, is not a sex tape but a Borat-style parody of his life as a Cuban immigrant and that the superstar is unfairly keeping him from making money. “She’s destroying my life,” says Ojani, who was waiting tables when he met Jennifer.

[From Life & Style]

Meh, it probably is just a process server. Those guys get mistaken for stalkers all the time, and they’re just trying to do their jobs. Or is there something more to this? Do you think Jennifer cares enough to hire people to follow her ex around? I kind of buy it – because to believe one part of the story, you have to believe the other. If Jennifer is making potions and hexes for the people she hates, and she’s afraid that those stories will get out, then she’s definitely crazy enough to hire someone to follow, stalk, and threaten Noa. God, sometimes I just love Jennifer. She really is a lot crazier than people realize. And if you don’t love her, she’ll hex you real good.

Jennifer Lopez’s ex: ‘she is destroying my life’

It’s not often that I take Jennifer Lopez’s side, but her first ex husband sounds like such a pain in the ass that it’s hard not to feel sorry for her. Last week, The National Enquirer reported that they viewed 11 hours of video tape taken of Jennifer Lopez by her first husband, Ojani Noa, to whom she was married for less than a year, from ’97-’98. The tape included Lopez naked and in sexual situations, including some spanking, but it sounds like no sex took place on film. It is still potentially embarrassing for her, and Lopez sued Noa to block the release of the tape, citing a 2002 confidentiality agreement he signed as part of a settlement she gave him for unlawful firing from her restaurant, Madres. A judge granted an injuction yesterday to block the video, and Noa promptly whined to the press that Lopez was “ruining his life” and making it impossible for him to make a buck. He claims he was filming this grand parody about their relationship and not trying to cash in on a sex tape. This is the same guy who tried to write a tell-all book that Lopez also blocked two years ago. He’s going to keep trying to make money off of a relationship that ended over ten years ago:

A judge granted singer Jennifer Lopez a temporary restraining order barring ex-husband Ojani Noa Tuesday from peddling sexy home videos of their brief marriage.

Noa, 34, was in court without a lawyer and claimed after the ruling it was never his intention to sell the steamy camcorder footage.

He said he planned to make a Borat-style mocumentary about his life as a Cuban immigrant.

“She is destroying my life,” Noa told the Daily News outside court. “This is another proof of her power and money trying to stop me from moving on with my life.”

He swore the home videos were not for sale.

“I’m not making any money from these videos,” he said. “This is about having a closure. It’s my story.”

He said the videos from their 11-month marriage – including intimate moments shot on their 1997 honeymoon – were used only for inspiration.

“We were watching with writers and directors and producers because we were getting the script down. We were writing about the characters,” he said. “They’re trying to twist it, that everything is my fault. She’s trying to step on my shoes and not let me move on with my life, and it’s not fair.”

The racy reels include shots of Lopez, now 40, “fondling herself” over skimpy clothing and getting spanked, said a source who’s seen the 11+ hours.

“It’s not stuff a mother of two wants out in the public,” the source told The Daily News.

The judge ordered Noa and film partner Ed Meyer to turn over any materials related to the movie and advise third parties – including TMZ.com and the National Enquirer – of the temporary restraining order.

Lopez filed a $10 million lawsuit Friday claiming Noa is violating a confidentiality agreement with his intent to produce and market the movie “How I Married Jennifer Lopez: the J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story,” allegedly based in part on the home videos.

The judge scheduled arguments for Dec. 1. Noa, who supports himself with modeling work, stands to get a “50 point” share of the mocumentary’s net earnings, Meyer said.

Lopez has “a very strong probability of success,” Judge James Chalfani said citing non-disparagement clauses in the couple’s divorce agreement and a 2005 settlement stemming from an employment dispute over Noa’s work at Lopez’s restaurant Madre’s.

In 2007, Lopez won a $545,000 arbitration award that barred Noa from shopping a tell-all manuscript about their brief union. The proposed book reportedly claimed Lopez cheated on him with her current husband Marc Anthony.

Noa says he plans to challenge the legality of his settlements with the Bronx-born beauty.

“I don’t really believe in my (2005) agreement. My lawyer wasn’t a real lawyer, he went to jail,” Noa told the News. He added that Lopez hired and paid for his lawyer in their divorce.

“I was therefore coerced to settle,” he said in a court statement.

[From The NY Daily News]

That’s ripe that Noa claims that Lopez’s influence is keeping him from “moving on” with his life. He’s the one who keeps trying to use Lopez’s fame for money. Plus, if the videos were just “inspiration” as he claims, why did he show them to the National Enquirer? This guy sounds like a total tool who will use any lame excuse he can come up with. On one hand he says he didn’t get a decent settlement in the divorce, but then of course he’s not trying to make money off the marriage, he just wants “closure.” Move on, go be a waiter or whatever it is you do, and give it up. There’s no way to make a buck off Lopez without getting whomped in court. You think this guy would have learned his lesson after he was fined over 1/2 a million dollars for the tell-all.

Jennifer Lopez fears release of sexy tape made by first husband

fp_3891711_rij_this_is_it_102709
Earlier this week we heard that Jennifer Lopez was working to block a film by her first husband, Ojani Noa, called How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story. Noa says the film is a “parody” and doesn’t violate the confidentiality agreement he signed with J.Lo. The confidentiality agreement was a condition of the undisclosed settlement Lopez paid him for unlawful termination from her restaurant Madres in 2002. Two years ago, Lopez blocked a tell-all book from Noa and was awarded $545,000 in damages.

Now Noa is at is again, and he’s trying to include sexy home videos he made of J.Lo in the film. The National Enquirer reports that he has 11 hours of home videos, including some of J.Lo naked and getting spanked. It’s unclear if there is actual sex on the tape, but given the fact that this guy will go to any lengths to make a buck off of his 1 year marriage ten years ago, I think that if he had a sex tape we would have heard about it. There’s a difference between “sex games” and “sex tape,” and the examples the Enquirer gives are pretty tame.

A furious Jennifer Lopez is desperately battling her ex-husband to block the release of a shocking private home video that shows her playing sex games and engaged in a nasty fight with her mother.

The ENQUIRER viewed the bombshell 11-hour tape that J.Lo doesn’t want anyone to see – and we have all the details.

The tape includes footage of the beauty playing sexy bedroom games with first husband Ojani Noa, 35, a Cuban-born waiter she married 12 years ago.

In one sizzling scene, J.Lo is looking at herself in a bathroom mirror, wearing only a bra and panties – and showing off her famous butt.

Sources say the star is embarrassed by the planned release of the image-shattering tape.

The 40-year-old is the mother of 20-month-old twins with third husband Marc Anthony, 41, and projects a sexy but wholesome image.

But that’s not the naughty Jennifer seen on the tape – in skimpy underwear being chased around the bedroom by Noa, who playfully spanks her.

In another eye-popping shot, a clearly immodest J.Lo laughs as the camera catches her climbing onto a motorcycle wearing a short dress and no panties.

[From The National Enquirer]

The print edition of The Enquirer has some more details, including a fight on the tape between Lopez and her mom Guadalupe “after Guadalupe accuses her of breaking a promise to buy her a home.” I would love to see Lopez be publicly embarrassed, she really needs to be taken down a peg or two, but this first husband of hers needs to cut it out. There’s only so much he can try and pull to cash in a long-over marriage to a celebrity. He needs to hook up with someone new he can exploit to the press for cash. I hear Lilo is single.

J-Lo awarded her ex-husband’s dough

gla-000348.jpg

Jennifer Lopez has been awarded a total of $545,000 against her first ex-husband, Ojani Noa. Noa had written a book (with the help of a ghostwriter) about Lopez titled, “The Unknown Truth: A Passionate Portrait of a Serial Thriller.” The book was never published due to an injunction Lopez filed immediately upon learning of the book. However the book was going to reveal some details embarrassing to Lopez.

“Among the revelations purportedly made in the ghost-written book, according to media accounts, was that Lopez had multiple affairs during her brief marriage to Noa, including one with salsa-singer Marc Anthony, Lopez’s third and current husband, while he also was married to someone else.

“Anthony and Lopez, 38, married in June 2004, just days after he was divorced from Dayanara Torres, a Puerto Rican model and beauty queen, and five months after Lopez broke off her much-publicized engagement to actor Ben Affleck.”

[From the Associated Press]

Lopez and Noa had signed a nondisclosure, “non-disparagement” agreement during an earlier legal settlement. It was the violation of that agreement that won Lopez the $545,000 – $200,000 in damages for breach of contract, and $348,000 in attorneys’ fees and arbitration costs – along with a permanent injunction against Noa which prohibits him from disclosing any intimate details from their relationship. Noa originally offered not to publish the book if J-Lo agreed to pony up $5 million. Extortion anyone?

The previous legal agreement involved Lopez’s restaurant Madre’s, which she started in 2002 and hired Noa to run – well after their divorce. You’d think that meant they were okay with each other, right? Well six months later Noa was fired, and it was under the settlement of a lawsuit he brought against her that he agreed to keep his trap shut about the famous diva. Too bad, because he apparently he had some good details. Celebitchy reported that Noa claimed J-Lo would go all voodoo on her enemies amongst other crazy things.

I have to say, if I Ojani Noa, sitting around thinking to myself, “What can I do to improve my cash flow?” Writing a tell-al about J-Lo would not be my first plan of action. Even if there wasn’t an injunction. She’s crazy, and if he believes any of the stuff he wrote about her, he shouldn’t be too surprised if he finds some dead possums hanging from his doorway or something. Considering his biggest claim to fame was marrying J-Lo for forty-five minutes and managing her restaurant, I’m guessing $545,000 takes a pretty serious chunk out of his savings. Hey Ojani Noa, from now on, be smart, and obey the J-Lo. You’re lucky she went after you with lawyers instead of an army of grenade toting bats.
