Enquirer: OJ Simpson thinks he might be Khloe Kardashian’s biological father

Oh dear God. Just note my resistence to this story at the very beginning. I would much rather be talking about Michael Fassbender or Angelina Jolie (or both, together, with their clothes off). I really feel bad for Khloe Kardashian at this point, and I think the speculation into her paternity has made a turn for the worst with this story. Last week, Star Magazine/Radar ran with the old rumors that Robert Kardashian was not Khloe’s biological father. They added a new twist by getting quotes from Robert Kardashian’s two other wives, both of whom confirmed conversations they’d had with Robert about how Khloe wasn’t his biological kid.

For a while now, there’s been a big question mark around the issue of “Who is Khloe’s biological dad?” if you really believe Kris Jenner was screwing around (which I do tend to believe). Some say Bruce Jenner might be the father. Some say it was just some random dude, like a lawyer or something. And now The Enquirer claims that Khloe’s bio dad might be… OJ Simpson. Gah.

Khloe Kardashian’s year is not off to the brightest of starts, what with pregnancy problems, paternity problems, a shock move to Dallas to cope with and now, there are fresh rumours that O.J Simpson is her father.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has dealt with her former stepmother making the claim that her late father Robert Kardashian had revealed that he was not Khloe’s biological father. It didn’t help that her mother Kris Jenner admitted in her memoirs that she had been unfaithful to Robert during their marriage and had a wild affair.

Now, it has been claimed that O.J. Simpson’s Robert’s former client is Khloe’s daddy – a rumour that has been brand as “ridiculous” by a source close to the 27-year-old.

“This is ridiculous and laughable,” a source told the MailOnline.

A source told The National Enquirer that disgraced Simpson even believes that he’s Khloe’s real father.

“O.J. told me Khloe’s his child,” they claimed. “It was the big secret that no one in the two families would discuss,” the insider said. “And Robert admitted he and Kris were not having sex at the time Khloe was conceived.”

Meanwhile Kris Jenner has brushed off the wild rumours, by tweeting: “Thanks for all your love and support today dolls! Wow some of the stories out there today are either fabricated, or SO 24 years ago!! LOVE U.”

Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian posted a picture of the front page with the O.J. story on Facebook along with the caption: “Now we have all the answers! It makes sense now! Khloe u are so tan!”

[From Entertainwise]

I understand Khloe’s resistence to discussing this publicly, and I even sort of understand her sisters’ “jokes” about it, but here’s what I don’t get: why doesn’t Kris Jenner discuss this issue directly, in a comprehensive interview with someone major, like Barbara Walters? She loves attention, and she thinks she’s super-famous too. But whenever she talks about this stuff, the denials are half-assed and cryptic. Which makes me think there’s something there.

That being said, I really hope OJ isn’t Khloe’s bio dad. I doubt he is, honestly. OJ always went for blondes, right? Kris was always too dark for him. I would think Bruce Jenner would be a more likely candidate for Khloe’s mystery paternity.

Was it common knowledge that Khloe Kardashian isn’t really a Kardashian?

This morning, Radar has a rough story about Khloe Kardashian and her mysterious paternity. We’ve discussed this before – when Kris Jenner was promoting her book, she talked about the affair she had around the time that Khloe was conceived. Although Kris’s timeline doesn’t add up, I think we all know that she could easily be lying. Plus, it just seems like Khloe doesn’t share the same genetic makeup as Kim and Kourtney. She’s taller, she’s lighter, and she just seems… different. Better, in my opinion, but just different. Anyway, Radar/Star’s report is about how Robert Kardashian’s wives (after Kris Jenner) claimed that Robert always knew that Khloe wasn’t his biological daughter:

Khloe is not a Kardashian! Robert Kardashian’s ex-wife and widow have come forward in a Star magazine exclusive in which they both claim that the late Kardashian expressed his doubts about the paternity of Khloe.

“Khloe is not his kid — he told me that after we got married,” Jan Ashley, 63, the woman who married Robert after Kris Jenner, revealed to Star.

“He just kind of looked at me and said [it] like it was a matter of fact. He said, ‘Well, you know that Khloe’s not really a Kardashian, don’t you?’ And I said…’OK,’ and that was it.”

Ellen Kardashian, 63, married Robert in 2003 just two months before his death, after dating for nearly six years — and she has also come forward after eight years of silence to “tell the truth” about the Kardashian family.

“Khloe brought it up all the time,” Ellen told Star. “She looked nothing like the rest. She was tall, had a different shape, light hair, curly hair. Didn’t look anything like the other three children.”

And while Kris recently admitted in her new book that she cheated on Robert during their marriage, both Jan and Ellen said they’ve always known she cheated, and so did Robert.

“Robert did question the fact that Khloe was his,” Ellen said. “Any normal man would if they knew their wife had cheated on him.”

Since Robert’s death in 2003, Ellen fell on hard financial times — filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2010 and last October the home that she and Robert shared in Indian Wells, Calif. was sold after going into foreclosure.

But in a final bombshell, Ellen claims Robert told her that he and Kris weren’t even sleeping together at the time Khloe was conceived.

“[But] he never would have considered a DNA test,” Ellen concluded. “He loved her very much.”

[From Radar]

Wait, Robert loved Kris very much or he loved Khloe very much? Because I think Robert Kardashian probably did love Khloe very much, and even if he had suspicions about her paternity, it seems like he was happy to raise Khloe as his own kid. I come away from this feeling sorry for Khloe and her paternity drama, and I hate Kris even more.

Here’s a vintage photo of Khloe as a blonde – it suits her, doesn’t it? I don’t think she’s a natural blonde, but her natural color is a lot lighter than “Kardashian brunette”.

Mariah Yeater clings to her paternity claim against Bieber; does she have a case?

I’ve mentioned several times that I don’t believe Mariah Yeater’s story of being impregnated by Justin Bieber during a quickie backstage at an LA concert. Yeater’s tale seemed plausible at first and the timeline did add up. Then we heard from her personally and found her demeanor and lack of detail suspicious. We also learned that she’s claimed two other men were the baby’s father, that she’s been arrested, and that one of her exes was recently arrested for burglary and meth possession. Plus we saw text messages allegedly from her admitting that another man was the father. It sounds like she was hoping for a quick settlement from Bieber’s camp, but it didn’t happen. She’s not going away yet though. Yeater told the Chicago Sun Times that while she’s dropped her paternity lawsuit against Bieber she still may have a paternity claim. Bieber has taken a DNA test, but he didn’t do it under the conditions stipulated by her lawyer and they’re pushing for another test. It sounds like a stall tactic to me. Here’s more:

THIS REPORTER exclusively spoke with Mariah Yeater by phone from her home in San Diego on Dec. 14. In case you don’t recognize the name, she is the 20-year-old unemployed single `mom, who on Oct. 31, filed a paternity lawsuit against pop star Justin Bieber in a San Diego court claiming he fathered her baby son, Tristyn, who was born on July 6, which Bieber and his attorney have vehemently denied.

I asked Yeater (while baby Tristyn cried in the background) if she dropped her paternity lawsuit against Bieber as reported in the media? She said, “I am still pursuing the paternity claim through my Chicago attorney Jeffery Leving and my Los Angeles attorney John Carlson but outside of court,” Yeater said. “I dropped my lawsuit, but never my claim. I still definitely want a DNA test and I want to refile my paternity case.”

I asked Yeater is Bieber the father — “I do believe he is the father,” said Yeater.

I asked if she actually did have sex with Bieber as she has claimed? “I had sex with him on Oct. 25, 2010 in a bathroom at the Staples Center in L.A.,” Yeater said.

I asked her about the recent RadarOnline report that Robbie Powell, 23, who was arrested Nov. 26 on drug and burglary charges in San Diego is the “real father?” She said, “Yes, I know him. He is not the father and he’s locked up and out of the picture.”

I talked to her attorney Leving and he said:

“Although the legal proceedings have been dismissed, we have the ability and the legal right to refile at any time,” Leving said. Leving says in reference to the DNA test that Bieber claims to have taken, “Bieber’s counsel has not provided me documentation supporting that the DNA test occurred.” “Bieber’s counsel hasn’t told me where Bieber’s alleged DNA is secured nor has provided information substantiating the chain of custody and protocol utilized in the claimed DNA collection and testing,” said the noted father’s rights attorney.

“If negotiations with Bieber’s counsel does not result in DNA testing of everyone under mutually agreeable and controlled conditions, then the legal proceedings will likely need to be refiled,” Leving said.

Leving says he is handling this case pro bono. “Even my daughter is a Bieber fan, which is making my case not popular at home,” Leving added.

By the way, I am the only journalist she has spoken to since Leving took over her case last month. Bieber’s lawyer would not comment.

[From The Chicago Sun Times]

This chick got a new lawyer who worked for free and convinced her that she should keep pushing this for whatever reason. Her last team of lawyers quit her ass when they realized that she was a nut job.

In other Justin Bieber news, he’s supposedly hanging out at the Playboy mansion all the time now and it’s known that he went there with his dad for his 17th (not his 18th) birthday in March. His parents should keep him away from that place. Who knows what he’ll catch there, and I’m not just talking about cougar cooties.

Star: video of Bieber accuser Mariah Yeater smoking pot w/ a child watching

If Star Magazine just had a video of Justin Bieber’s accuser Mariah Yeater smoking some weed it wouldn’t be a big deal. Only they have video of her smoking weed with a three year-old girl in the background looking at her. It’s not like Yeater is offering the tot a toke, but still it looks pretty bad, like the little girl is watching her closely. The video isn’t online, Star just claims to have viewed it and they show screenshots in the magazine. The little girl’s face is blurred but she looks to be about three to me and it’s very clear she’s taking everything in. Mariah is smoking a cross-shaped joint that’s burning on two ends. Is that a thing? It looks pretty complicated to roll. In the olden days we just did the plain joints and simple soda can bongs. Here’s some of Star’s report:

“We’re about to get high,” Mariah, 20, squeals at the beginning of the video. Then she and an unidentified male and female cohort light a cross-shaped joint, which is burned at three ends. “Burning weed, burning weed,” says Mariah on the video. And almost as shocking as the blatant drug use is the presence of a little girl sitting on the couch, watching her smoke.

While it’s not clear whether Mariah is pregnant in the video, another source close to her tells Star that she may have smoked marijuana once or twice while carrying Tristyn.

[From Star Magazine, print edition, December 12, 2011]

We still have not heard if Yeater has submitted the baby she claims is Bieber’s to a DNA test, but Justin Bieber has taken one. Yeater’s lawyer is insisting that Bieber take yet another test to make sure it’s really the 17 year-old pop star’s DNA. He’s just trying to delay the process.

Over Thanksgiving weekend, Yeater’s ex, the baby’s presumed father and a guy she’s claimed in the past is the baby’s father, was arrested for burglary and meth possession. Prior to that he was considering selling his story to several outlets, but the fact that he’s in jail has put a damper on his plans. So this chick’s ex is a meth addict. I’m wondering if she is too. I’m not saying there’s any comparison between pot and meth, but it’s not such a stretch to think that she’s into it if her ex is doing it. (Have you seen these terrifying Darren Aronofsky PSAs on meth?)

Justin Bieber takes DNA test, talks groupie sex “I’m not trying to get down like that”

Widdle Justin Bieber took a paternity test last Friday to put to rest a 20 year-old woman’s claim that he’s the father of her four month-old baby, the ironically-named Trystan. Bieber’s accuser, Mariah Yeater, seems to have made up a story about a quickie in a bathroom following a Bieber concert last fall, and maybe we’ll soon find out whether that’s the case or not. I have the feeling that Yeater’s legal team will fight to have the DNA results sealed while Justin’s will want the results to be known because they’re assuming their client will be exonerated. We’ll see, though. A lot of you still find Yeater’s story credible. Here’s part of Radar’s report on this:

Justin Bieber has taken a DNA test to prove that he isn’t the father of Mariah Yeater’s son, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

“Justin took a DNA test on Friday night. The whole process lasted less than 10 minutes,” a source close to the teen singer tells RadarOnline.com. “It’s an extremely reputable facility, and there are surveillance cameras everywhere to ensure tests are done with integrity and can’t be compromised. Justin’s test should be processed and completed by the end of the week. It’s time for Mariah to put up or shut up, and submit the baby to a test.”

A source says that Yeater’s side is unaware of the test having been taken, which, they assert doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened but, they claim if it was then it wasn’t done in conjunction with their requests.

Mariah’s camp wanted certain controls in place for the testing. Yeater’s lawyer, Jeffrey Leving told RadarOnline.com last week, “A DNA test has already been agreed to and now it’s about negotiating time and place. Our team is dealing directly with him, Justin’s lawyer. The only issue is is he the father? Get the DNA test and the case is over. It’s simple.”

When asked what kind of controls he would want over the DNA test, Leving told RadarOnline.com: “Chain of custody. Watching it with my own eyes, I’d feel safe.”

Leving also said he would like it videotaped from collection to transportation.

Bieber has said once the paternity test proves he isn’t the father of the baby, he plans on suing Yeater and her attorneys.

[From Radar]

It sounds like Yeater was hoping for a payoff to go away quietly and that it didn’t quite turn out as she expected.

Bieber did a radio interview yesterday in which he very briefly addressed the paternity suit. That’s at about 8:20 into the video below. When a DJ said that he would have wanted unprotected sex at that age too, Biebs didn’t say anything about it, but that was after another DJ told him not to answer it at all. He looks embarassed and smiled as he said “I’m not trying to get down like that.” Then they changed the subject and asked him to rap some Tupac lyrics. He was actually decent at it.

Did you see these photos of Justin Bieber bending over and showing his pink underwear? In an interview with Ellen last week, Selena Gomez said she couldn’t get him to pull his pants up when Ellen asked her about it. In that radio interview, Bieber sort-of admitted that he occasionally wears women’s jeans, and said that Lil Wayne does it too. At least we know he’s not wearing women’s underwear.

Here’s the interview with Bieber. [via ONTD] At 1:18 into the video he talks about renting the entire Staples center for a date with Selena. “She was talking about how she wanted to see Titanic. She hadn’t seen it since she was a little girl… We were like fighting a little bit… we ended up being cool and everything was great. I really wanted to take her somewhere special, so I took her to the Staples Center, and we had dinner in the middle of the Staples Center… you gotta treat a woman right.” He didn’t address whether he was comped the use of the Staples center, as has been reported. When you’re a famous millionaire, you can stage much more impressive dates and buy incredibly expensive presents. Selena is looking over it though.

Justin Bieber’s accuser still wants a DNA test, but new texts might blow her case

yeater1
We recently heard that Justin Bieber’s accuser, Mariah Yeater, has dropped her paternity case against Justin Bieber. Yeater initially claimed that Bieber was the father of her four month-old son, Trystan, and that little Trystan was conceived during a backstage bathroom quickie she had with the 17 year-old pop star after one of this concerts in L.A. last fall. Bieber has steadfastly denied ever meeting Yeater. A lot of you smelled a payoff where this case was concerned, and I disagree with that take on it. I just think this woman was out for some easy money and never thought this case would get as much media scrunity as it did. She came across as a total whack job in the one interview she did, and she couldn’t answer simple questions about the night her son was allegedly conceived.

Yeater’s first two lawyers have quit, probably after realizing that their client was a scam artist, but she still has one lawyer on board and he’s pulling for her. (read: trying to earn his fee and some publicity.) Yesterday we heard from Yeater’s new lawyer, Jeffrey Leving. Leving said that he was hoping to keep the “negotiations confidential” with Bieber’s lawyers and that he was still trying to secure a DNA test. I believe this is Yeater’s camp trying to save face. Leving gave similar remarks to People today, but he backtracked on Yeater and her earlier lawyers’ claim that there was some additional evidence to prove her story.

With her paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber dropped, Mariah Yeater now is trying to pursue her claim out of court.

“We’re negotiating with Bieber’s counsel, to reach a confidentiality agreement and to get private testing and results,” one of Yeater’s new lawyers, Chicago-based attorney Jeffrey M. Leving, tells PEOPLE.

Yeater’s previous lawyers filed a request to dismiss the paternity suit in a San Diego court on Nov. 9, says Leving, who had been involved in the case earlier on and is now back, along with Los Angeles attorney John Carlson.

The attorneys for Yeater, 20, are negotiating with Bieber’s camp for him to privately take a DNA test in the next few weeks to determine whether he’s the father of Yeater’s child.

“Yes, of course I believe my client’s allegations,” says Leving. “I can’t comment on whether she has physical evidence or not.”

Leving adds that he fears for his client’s safety.

“I just spoke to Mariah today, someone was recently stalking her,” he says. “She is happy that she changed her number so she’s not getting death threats by phone. She’s a young 20-year-old mother who now has to worry about her safety and her child’s. It’s a lot for any woman that age to handle.”

[From People]

TMZ has a bunch of text messages allegedly from Yeater to an unnamed male recipient in which she asks him to “Pleeease ERASE ALL MESSAGES from my mom where she says Trystan is Robbies son,” adding “I’ll kick u when we get paid.” So I guess this baby’s father is a guy named “Robbie,” and that it isn’t the first ex that Mariah accused and then allegedly smacked, John Terranova. It takes a real piece of work to continue pushing this story after all that’s come out about her. It makes you wonder why her lawyer is still granting interviews. Did she get a lawyer who was fame hungry enough to keep the story going, even after his client’s credibility was completely shot? Of course it’s still possible that she’s telling the truth, that she got nervous and flustered during her interview, and that these text messages were fabricated by Bieber’s people to discredit her. It’s easy enough to fake some text messages. A DNA test could put all of this to bed pretty fast, or it could ruin Bieber’s career. I’m still thinking he’s innocent.

Mariah Yeater drops paternity suit against Justin Bieber (update: it’s not over yet?)

fp_8152047_api_bambi_awards
When the news first came out about a paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber, a lot of people found the woman’s story potentially credible. At that point, we’d only read the legal documents and heard from her lawyers, who claimed their client was believable and that she was in possession of evidence to prove that she had sex with Justin Bieber in a bathroom following one of his concerts in L.A. Her story was detailed, her baby was the right age to have been conceived at that concert, and the baby did bear a resemblance to Bieber. It just seemed like it would take a real nutjob to go to those lengths to file a paternity suit that was untrue. Well, once we found out more about Bieber’s accuser, and especially once she sold an interview to one of the nightly tabloid shows, she started to look like a total whack job. She had been arrested for assaulting an ex, whom she first accused of fathering the baby, and she had trouble recalling details from the night in question. Well it looks like everyone who was calling Yeater a crazy person out for cash and attention was right. She’s dropped the paternity suit against Justin Bieber. I guess she didn’t want to get the pants sued off of her:

Single mother Mariah Yeater has quietly dismissed her paternity suit against teenage pop star Justin Bieber.

The 20-year-old, who gave birth to son Tristyn four months ago, has apparently had a change of heart after filing legal action against the Canadian singer two weeks ago.

Her lawsuit seeking a paternity test and child support was withdrawn last week, according to TMZ.com.

Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, the two lawyers who were representing Yeater, have apparently resigned.

The withdrawal of the suit comes after Bieber not only said he would submit to a DNA test, but was also planning to sue Yeater for making a bogus claim.

[From Daily Mail]

I guess we can put this story to rest then. I know this girl has a baby to support, but I hope that whatever she made from selling her fake story and posing for baby pictures and videos has been thoroughly absorbed by lawyers fees.

Meanwhile Bieber was spotted out with a “mystery woman” in London on Monday night. He then flipped off the paparazzi. It’s not the first time he’s done that, so maybe he wasn’t busted on a date so much as pissed off at the photographers. Who knows what they’re shouting at this punk.

Update: Thanks to those of you who pointed out this story on Radar which has an interview with Yeater’s lawyer. She has a new legal team and they’re still trying to get a DNA test. Her lawyer says that there have been death threats against Yeater and the baby.

“I did not step down and there is a legal team. It’s a new legal team. In light of death threats against my client, strategies have been reviewed…the San Diego team has been replaced by John Carlson from Los Angeles,” Jeffrey Leving, a Chicago paternity attorney who took on Yeater as a client, explained over the phone with WGNtv in Chicago.

“She believes Justin Bieber is the father. Right now there’s no more interviews for Mariah Yeater, I’m not going to allow that. Secondly, negotiations are going on right now with Bieber’s counsel and we’re trying to negotiate a private, secure DNA test with the same safe guards that would exist if there were a court order, but without a court order.

“The case is completely out of control and I don’t want something terrible to happen to my client or her child.”

While it’s still unclear whether or not Yeater’s case is still technically active, Leving said he hopes he won’t have to file a new lawsuit.

“My goal is that when the DNA test is completed, which I believe it will be…my goal is to keep everything confidential so the results will remain confidential,” he said.

[From Radar]

Given this woman’s interview and the details about her past, I’m still not buying that Bieber is the father or that he paid her off. DNA will tell though.

Is Mariah Yeater telling the truth or is she a whack job out for money and attention?

I’ve said up until now that I find Mariah Yeater’s story that Justin Bieber is the father of her baby believable. This was based on the allegations in the press, the assertions of her lawyers, and the first half of her interview with The Insider, which aired Monday. On Monday’s interview, Yeater detailed her alleged hookup with Bieber, and claimed she had additional evidence that would come out at trial. She was crying and she appeared genuinely nervous and upset. However truth expert Eyes for Lies analyzed Yeater’s story and behavior in that interview and came to the conclusion that she’s not telling the truth. One of the “tells,” according to Eyes, was the lack of detail in Yeater’s story, the fact that she acted uncertain, and her inappropriate affect. What’s more is that in the second half of the interview, aired yesterday (a clip of which is available above), Yeater was even more hesitant and was searching for answers to what should be simple questions if her story is true.

Eyes pointed out that Yeater never stated in that first interview that she tried to contact Bieber’s people first. When she was asked directly about this, (at :50 in the video above) she was very cagey. She was asked “When you tried to contact Justin’s people, what was their reaction?

She scrunched up her face and said “No contact. I didn’t. Nothing. I heard nothing.”

She didn’t what? If someone asked you that question, and you had tried and tried to tell someone that you had their baby, wouldn’t you say something like “They didn’t get back to me and we sent them three letters and called them over ten times?” Like that’s something you would definitely know and be frustrated about.

Then she was asked “When you left the Staples center, what did you say to your mom? What did you tell her?” Yeater waited a few seconds before saying “I told her everything.” Well, where was her mom when she was screwing Justin Bieber in the bathroom? That’s a detail she left out of her story.

When she was asked what her mom thought about this story, she couldn’t even give an answer.

At about 1:30 into the video, she was asked about a paternity suit she filed against her ex boyfriend, John Terranova, last year. I don’t think that the paternity suit detail is accurate per se, I just think that John’s grandmother said Yeater accused John of being the father. We also know Yeater was arrested after confronting Terranova over paternity and allegedly slapping him. Instead of denying that story, Yeater just said “no comment” at first and later “OK,” like “OK,” I did it and I can’t deny it. It was very strange. Then she covered her face with her hand.

When she was asked about what other things might be dug up about her past during the course of this lawsuit, she gave a rambling and weak response. “No one’s past should matter on a future situation or… anything of that matter. I’ve seen, I’ve heard other celebrities’ problem, whatever. It scares me because I’ve seen nothing yet. People can be ruthless.”

Given Bieber’s glib response to this, I initially thought that he was just blowing this woman off. Now that I’ve seen her full interview, she seems like a whack job who is making this story up. We’ll see, though. If she is lying, I hope Bieber’s people sue her for every dime she made doing interviews and selling baby photos.

Oh and props to The Insider people for editing this interview and releasing it in two parts to make her seem credible at first.

Justin Bieber’s accuser on The Insider: “I will prove in court my allegations are real”

69170PCN_BieberMama
It was starting to look like Justin Bieber’s baby momma accuser, Mariah Yeater, had a legitimate and possibly believable story about getting pregnant during a 30 second quickie with Bieber in a backstage bathroom after one of his concerts. Yeater filed a paternity suit against Bieber and in great detail described their alleged tryst. Her baby’s age matched up with the conception date when Bieber was playing in L.A., and Bieber’s denial seemed vague and unconvincing to some. Also, Yeater’s lawyers did an interview on HLN where they insisted that they believed their client and that they had additional evidence that had not yet been released by the press. Now Bieber’s people are firing back hard. They say that he’s willing to take a DNA test, that he’ll do it sooner rather than later, and that if Bieber is found not to be the father they’ll sue Yeater. Plus, it’s come out that Yeater accused another man, an ex boyfriend, of fathering the baby at first. The ex denied that it was his baby and said it wasn’t possible due to timing. When Yeater confronted her ex about her then-pregnancy in December 2010, their argument got heated, she allegedly slapped him, and the cops were called and she was arrested. She may not be a credible source, if this report is to be believed.

The woman who claims Justin Bieber fathered her child — originally accused her ex-boyfriend of being the daddy to the very same baby last year … this according to her ex-BF’s grandmother.

TMZ spoke with Frances Lippe … who tells us Mariah Yeater had been dating her grandson John Terranova in Las Vegas toward the end of high school.

Lippe says Yeater came to their home in December 2010 and told Terranova she was pregnant with his child. He insisted he did not get her pregnant.

The two got into an argument and police were called … because Yeater allegedly broke a car window out of rage.

Later that day, according to the police report, Yeater returned to the home to work out a payment plan for the window … and got into another altercation with Terranova … and allegedly slapped John 3 separate times in the face with her open right hand.

Yeater was arrested and charged for battery. A court date has been set in Vegas.

Lippe tells us they never heard from Yeater again after the December altercation. 10 months later, Mariah surfaced … now claiming Bieber is the father. JB says it just ain’t true.

Mariah gave birth to a baby boy in San Diego on July 6 — she did not list a father on the birth certificate.

We’ve made multiple calls to Yeater’s attorneys — so far, no response.

[From TMZ]

Radar reported that Justin’s girlfriend, Selena Gomez, dumped him due to this paternity scandal. Their people denied that report and the two were later papped holding hands in an obviously staged photo op.

Many of you pointed out this blind item that sounds just like Bieber. It’s all about how the paternity of the baby is up to question, but how this story will blow the lid off how a teen pop star regularly has sex with groupies. It’s a blind item, and they’re not worth putting much stock in. Still, this blind item came out before we heard that Yeater first accused her ex boyfriend of being the father.

After I wrote all that and was sort-of ready to publish (I’m having severe Internet problems today. I have Comcast, BTW) an interview segment with Yeager came out! So far we’ve only seen her goofy MySpace photos and her mug shot. In an interview with The Insider to air tonight (which you can watch part of on Radar) she appears polished, has removed her facial piercings and is well spoken. She seems very believable to me as she makes her case, and says that she has provided evidence to her attorneys to prove her claims. She wouldn’t specify exactly what evidence she has, but said that “I will prove in court that my allegations are true.” Whether that baby is Bieber’s or not, I found her story credible.

This photo of Bieber grabbing himself was the first one that came up during a search on one of our agencies. I didn’t go looking for it! Header is Yeater’s mugshot. Credit: Pacific Coast News

Justin Bieber’s hookup: he didn’t take my phone # (Update: video of her lawyers)

The Superficial has the MySpace photos of the woman who claims to have a three month-old baby fathered by Justin Bieber, 20 year-old Mariah Yeater. Yeater has since made her MySpace profile private. The photos are goofy and suggest to some that she could be out for fame with these accusations. So many teens have stupid photos online like Yeater’s, particularly on MySpace, where they’re likely to have been posted several years ago and forgotten. Remember the bikini modeling photos from the mother of Jude Law’s illegitimate child? Just because someone wants to be famous doesn’t mean they’re not telling the truth about having a baby by a celebrity. Yeater has tattoos and piercings in the pictures, but it’s possible she got them at 16 with a parent’s permission and that these photos are old. No one really uses MySpace anymore. In terms of the way she looks, it bothers me that people are saying that she must be lying because she’s not particularly cute or thin. That’s ridiculous.

There’s news that Yeater is on Twitter, where she’s supposedly written things like “thanks for making me famous.” There are so many Mariah Yeaters on Twitter, none of them are verified, and the one with the most followers is just the most obnoxious. I doubt it’s her.

I finally had the chance to read the full Star story on Yeater’s paternity lawsuit against Bieber. We’ve already heard most of the sordid details: Yeater claims she was picked out of the crowd near the front of a concert by Bieber’s people, that she went backstage to meet him, and that they had sex in a bathroom during which Bieber lasted half a minute and didn’t use a condom. There’s more in the Star story, including the sad detail that Bieber didn’t give Yeater his phone number afterwards and didn’t even bother to write down her’s. (We’ve already heard the other details in this story, but it’s worthwhile to see them in context.)

“I was… near the front of the concert. Immediately following the concert, I was approached by a security guard who asked if I wanted to meet Justin Bieber backstage,” Mariah wrote in a hand-signed affidavit on Oct. 30, sworn under the penalty of perjury. “I accepted the invitation and followed him backstage.

“After waiting for a short period of time with several other young women, Justin Bieber appeared and engaged me in conversation. Immediately it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone.

“I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area in the Staples Center he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time. He also said he would give me his phone number after we had sex and told me he wanted me to be at his future concerts too and he would give me backstage passes.”

“After walking away from the other people backstage, Justin found a place where we could be alone – a bathroom. We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to f#@$ the sh*t out of me. At that time I asked him to put on a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to. In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything.”

Justin then “quickly took off my clothes,” she said – and the pair had sex. “He was on top of me with my legs around him,” Mariah wrote in the court declaration. “At the time I was on top of some type of shelf. The sexual intercourse itself was brief, lasting only approximately 30 seconds…

“He was clearly embarrassed about how the sex did not last very long. He immediately put on his clothes and blew me off when I asked about seeing him again. I asked him for his private phone number, but he insisted on taking my phone number. We had no paper or anything to write it down on, and Justin Bieber was clearly not interested in getting his cell phone or any paper. He said he would just remember the number, which I told him.”

“When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber’s baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back. On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based on the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby.”

[From Star Magazine, print edition, November 14, 2011]

If that’s true it’s so cold. The least he could have done would be to take down her phone number!

Yeater’s lawyers are calling for a paternity test, and they’re also calling out Bieber for not personally denying this very high profile story:

“She is not seeking exorbitant compensation,” Rogers and Pare told Star exclusively. “She merely requests that Justin Bieber provide a DNA sample to verify that he is the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby, and if so, to help provide child support as required by California law.”

In the wake of Star’s exclusive report detailing the paternity suit, Bieber’s camp told ABC News, “It’s sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims” and that they would “vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”

While the Baby singer himself been out plenty since Star broke the exclusive news — appearing on Dancing with the Stars, On Air with Ryan Seacrest and tweeting he was going to “ignore the rumors” — he has not yet publicly delved into the details of the allegations, something Yeater’s attorneys addressed in their exclusive statement to Star.

“It is noteworthy that Justin Bieber himself has not denied the fundamental fact that he had unprotected sex with Mariah Yeater following a concert in Los Angeles.

“If Justin Bieber is willing to voluntarily undergo a paternity test Ms. Yeater welcomes such cooperation and will be happy to resolve this issue in a less public manner. We call upon Justin Bieber and his attorneys to reach out to resolve this issue in a reasonable manner.”

[From Radar Online]

Go ahead and yell at me and tell me he’s just a kid. He is, and he’s also a superstar and a multi-millionaire. This might all be fabricated by a woman out for publicity, but if so she’s going to great lengths to make her case and it sounds like a solid one to me. Whether or not she’s making this up, that could really be her being obnoxious on Twitter. I think we should reserve judgment until the paternity tests come out, whether after the December 15th hearing or sooner. This is really ringing true to me, and I wonder if Bieber’s lawyers are going to try and block that DNA test.

Kaiser just told me that Bieber is going on the Today Show today to address this story. We’ll cover that as soon as the video is out.

Update: Bieber was just on The Today Show, where he was interviewed outside by Ann, Al and Matt. He was outside with a bunch of screaming fans around a pen, basically. He said “I’d just like to say that none of those allegations are true. I know that I’m going to be a target, but I’m never going to be a victim. It’s crazy, because every night after the show I’m gone right from the stage right to my car. It’s crazy that people want to make up such false allegations, but to set the record straight none of it is true.”

Matt then asked Justin if he knew the woman and he said “Never met the woman.” He was pretty well spoken about it and he looked amused while he said it.

Other than that, they just talked about his Christmas album and the fact that he’s donating the proceeds to charity.

Update 2: Yeater’s lawyers did an interview on HLN’s Dr. Drew show, thankfully not with Dr. Drew. They looked very young but made their point in a well spoken and convincing way. They said “we have every reason to believe in this story. We filed it in good faith, we stand by her.” They also claimed to have additional “credible evidence” that has not been released by the media that “Justin Bieber is the father of this baby.” I kind of hope she pulled a Monica and didn’t do her laundry, you know?

Here’s a photo of baby Justin Bieber vs. baby Trystan Yeater.
