Michelle Williams was seen in the front row of the Sari Gueron Fashion Show hiding her left hand while she was being photographed. You can still see a hint of the wedding/engagement ring she was spotted out with earlier, sparking rumors that she had married her boyfriend and father of her child, Heath Ledger.

One thing that really strikes me is that her face looks much different. Her eyes, cheeks and nose look different. She had her fansites shut down for some reason (I love when people think they can control the Internet) so it’s harder to find older comparison shots of her, like it takes a few more seconds. There’s uh, speculation that she had a nose job a few years ago, and it’s possible she had something done recently, but it could just be the lighting. Yeah, right. Is this even the same person?

Christina Aguilera was seen at a recent event looking decidedly less buoyant. Lucky for us, she still retained her signature orange hue and ruby red lipstick-smeared teeth or it we would have been hard-pressed to recognize her.

It must be the season for celebrity plastic surgery. All of the people who don’t soak up the snow and swag at Sundance can take advantage of some winter downtime to get work done. Jennifer Aniston recently “corrected” a former nosejob, while Katie Holmes decided to go cookie-cutter too. With Christina Aguilera downsizing, it seems like more tapered looks are in.

In Touch Weekly points out that Renee Zellwegger, Britney Spears, Nicole Kidman, and Carmen Electra are looking bustier lately. Their plastic surgeon renders the verdicts and speculation is that Renee and Carmen got implants while Britney’s bigger boobs are the result of her recent birth and Nicole’s can be chalked up to weight gain.

Micheal Douglas just looks really scared in this picture that reveals how he’s let his hair, but not his face, go to seed. He was photographed while out celebrating his dad, actor Kirk Douglas’, 90th birthday:

As his hair turned increasingly grey the Hollywood star had regular highlights in the past to keep it a more youthful blonde.

But these days it seems he is finally ready to start looking his age - at least as far as his hair and eyebrows are concerned.

Pictured leaving The Ivy restaurant in Beverly Hills with his 37-year-old wife Catherine Zeta Jones, Douglas had reverted to his natural grey.

Over the years speculation has been rife about Douglas’s enduring good looks.

The actor, who turned 62 in September, has denied having any cosmetic procedures despite reports that he had paid £7,000 to “freshen up” his features with a face and eye lift before his marriage to Miss Zeta-Jones.

And last year, when the couple, who have two children, Dylan, six, and Carys, three, holidayed in Barbados, the Fatal Attraction star was seen with two bleeding scars in front of both ears.

His publicist denied surgery, insisting he had had two benign lesions removed from his face.

Later that week he appeared on the beach showing off a newly toned physique, prompting speculation he had also had liposuction a and a tummy tuck.

And this summer he was spotted with a remarkably smooth wrinkle-free face above a wrinkly, haggard neck, which experts said could prove he had had some kind of cosmetic treatment. He was in Los Angeles with his wife to celebrate his father Kirk’s 90th birthday.

Kirk Douglas issued a cool press release to the young ‘uns on his 90th birthday. He urges us to vote and get involved in making a difference in the world and says if we don’t know who he is we can just Google him!

Plastic fantastic Ivanka Trump got a new rack and it looks like she added tons of fake hair and the pelts of several slaughtered animals to the mix to complete her barbie look. She looks wasted while posing outside of her 25th birthday party, but maybe she’s just high on all the synthetics coursing through her body. I would make the blowup or “Real Doll” comparison but that’s just too easy.

Ivanka is said to be bedding “That 70s Show” star Topher Grace this month. I loved Topher in “In Good Company” with Scarlet Johansson, but his career has not really taken off. Now that he’s with Ivanka it can safely be assumed that he’s not super successful because he has poor judgment.

Ashlee Simpson had her first performace as Roxie Hart in the “Chicago” musical in London’s West End last night. Celeb-friendly Hello! magazine says it was top notch and that Ashlee delivered the goods in a live performance after getting busted lip synching just last year:

Big sister Jessica is in a bit of a slump with poor fashion choices and a high-profile divorce. Maybe Jessica she should get some advice from Ashlee on how to enjoy single life.

Meanwhile the Simpson sister’s controlling father/manager, Joe, is angering the co-producer of a new movie set to star Jessica, “Blonde Ambition.” “Malcolm in the Middle” star Justin Berfield is said to be annoyed with Simpson’s controlling ways, which may threaten the future of the film.

Britain’s The Mirror is reporting that Gwyenth Paltrow wants plastic surgery to repair her post-baby figure. They claim that she had a talk with friends in which she admitted to not being pleased with her body and asking about surgical options. While I think comparison photographs make it clear that Gwyneth has had plastic surgery on her face, including a nose job and eye lift, I doubt this conversation ever took place. I’ve caught the British tabloids making up shit wholesale (and I’m sure the American rags do it too, the Brits are just more obvious) and this sounds like a fabricated story:

The article goes on to say that Gwyneth confessed that her two year-old daughter, Apple, is jealous of newborn Moses.

It’s possible that one of her friends blabbed about the conversation or that a waiter overheard them, but I think that the Mirror knew that Gwyneth dined with American friends at a particular restaurant and filled in the details. She looks great, but she’s not as thin as she normally is and guessing that she’s not happy with her body isn’t that much of a stretch.

Here are recent pictures of Gwyneth that I read were taken outside of a London gym. Hot Momma Drama asks if she could be pregnant, but it just looks like she’s wearing an unflattering top.

Barbra Streisand must have seen those terrible pictures of herself that came out recently, or maybe she just wants to spruce up for her latest concert comeback. Regardless she’s seen outside a plastic surgeon’s office clutching a juice box while covered in a black veil.

It will take more than surgery to fix Babs. Maybe she should call Madonna and get some tips on how to slim down while cashing in on tired old gimmicks to sell out concerts. Barbra desperately needs the help, her high-priced concert tickets aren’t selling well and her longterm fans are pissed at paying big bucks for her last tour, which she claimed was her final one.

One of Gwyneth’s co-stars in the London stage production of “Proof” said that she had some bizarre practices backstage.

It sounds pretty normal to do yoga if that’s your thing, but a personal chef at a theatre production? I don’t know. Couldn’t she have her macrobiotic meals delivered?

Group hugs are kind of strange, but not damning. I usually look at the crap Gwyneth says to call her pretentious. Reader Millie has a friend who is an acquaintance of Paltrow’s and says she’s really nice, though.

WWTDD really dislikes Gwyneth, and is quick to point out that she has no higher-level education and got her early work from family friends:

Dita Von Teese, the burlesque performer and wife of Marilyn Manson, redeemed herself partially in our eyes by admitting that her boobs are fake.

I was annoyed with Dita a little over a month ago when she was quoted putting down other strippers and acting like hers was the only act in town. Doc pointed out that I have no clue about burlesque, and he was partially right. There’s a difference between stripping and teasing, and in Dita’s case it’s to the tune of millions of dollars that can’t just be stuffed in her panties.

Now she’s admitted to surgery and that’s a step in the non-bullshit direction. She still has much farther to go.

She says her job is “liberating” since she charges tens of thousands of dollars for an appearance, and that she’s a sex symbol to both men and women. She also poo-poos the charges that she’s setting back feminism:

There’s all sorts of things wrong with that comment, and it could be considered downright nasty, if not ignorant and rude. There’s nothing wrong with being sexy, but that doesn’t mean that should be the only way you’re evaluated in life. If that’s the case then you’re screwed no matter how sexy you are. It’s not fun to be considered a piece of meat or an ornament. She might not have actually said this, though. It’s attributed to The Times, but the quote sounds fake and is reprinted in a source that’s not reliable.
