The NY Post reported this weekend that Beyonce had a fight with her long term boyfriend, Def Jam president Jay-Z, while at Monday’s Net-Heat playoff game, and left to fly back home:

It seems like the report was overblown and the power couple patched things up quickly. They were snapped enjoying game three of the Net-Heat playoffs on Friday. Heat won 103 to 92, and is ahead in the series three to one. Game five is tomorrow.

In an appearance on today’s “Oprah,” Vince Vaughn sort of acknowledged his relationship with co-star Jennifer Aniston when questioned directly, but he gave the old “Jen’s my friend” response earlier in the interview:

Even though they’re hounded by the press and there’s a lot of controversy over Pitt leaving Aniston for Angelina Jolie, you think Vaughn could come up with a better way to handle it than to act like he’s just buddies with his live-in girlfriend. He told David Letterman about a week ago that “I’m not saying we are or aren’t a couple. I think she’s great, but I just don’t discuss whether we are.”

That’s weird and most celebrities at least acknowledge their significant other without getting into too much detail. It’s strange that Vaughn is referring to Aniston like a friend’s sister or someone he just happens to know, and it doesn’t make their relationship seem too secure.

When Oprah asked Vince if he considered having children with Aniston, he didn’t jump back into his “just friends” mantra and seemed to acknowledge that he’s with her. He said there’s no way he’s having kids with her, though:

It doesn’t sound like VInce wants to stay in his relationship. Any guy his age who wants kids but doesn’t want them with their girlfriend - just doesn’t want to be with their girlfriend.

Aniston is said to have asked Vince to give up a role that would have required him to film abroad for three months, suggesting that she’s just as clingy and whiny as everyone thinks she is.

Aniston is also said to be devastated by the artsy pictures of Brad and Angelina on the beach in Namibia that came out a couple weeks ago. She was nearly in tears and said that Brad never looked that happy with her. It’s just a matter of time before Vince wises up, too.

Britney Spears is said to be fed up with her husband Kevin Federline’s spending, and has told him she won’t pay for any more expensive trips to Vegas for him and his friends:

This isn’t the first time Britney has been concerned with Kevin’s spending. She supposedly cut up his credit cards and had his Ferrari towed back in December, but quickly reneged.

This comes right after news that Britney hired a security guard babysitter for Kevin, further suggesting their relationship is on the rocks.

Here she is outside of a Taco Bell in LA and in a new magazine spread for Glamour UK. [via] It could be the wind blowing her top out, but she looks pretty pregnant.

The National Enquirer is running an exclusive that claims that Keith Urban has called off plans to marry Nicole in order to focus on his sobriety. They claim that Nicole had a fall wedding in Tahiti planned, but that Urban canned it and wants time off from the relationship:

This doesn’t seem true to us for a few reasons. First of all, Nicole may not have been wearing her engagement ring while she was in the Hamptons, but she was seen with a plain gold band that looked suspiciously like a wedding ring.

From what we heard, Nicole was planning a summer wedding in Australia, not a fall wedding in Tahiti. The Sun reports today that Nicole has set the date for June 25th, beating Tom and Katie’s expected 4th of July wedding.

Urban may have wanted some time away, but it sounds like a temporary thing, and the “insider” may have been reporting old news. They made a reference to the CMT awards, which were on April 10th, nearly a month ago. Keith spoke of Nicole specifically at the CMT awards, in what was viewed as his first public admission of their relationship. Plus, Nicole could be pregnant and has been seen with what may be a growing baby bump.

Hopefully Nicole and Keith will get married soon and put all these silly rumors behind them.

We were right that K-Fed’s jealousy of Britney’s fame is what kept her from his concert. Kevin is said to have told Britney over dinner to stay away from his show at Pure nightclub last Friday, even though she was planning on coming and was already in Vegas to support him:

Britney was seen fleeing to her suite in tears. An earlier report had Britney jealous that Federline had invited Paris Hilton to come, (although Paris sent her parents instead) but it makes more sense that K-Fed’s jealousy is what kept her away. Earlier rumors had the couple fighting over the fact that K-Fed thought that Brtiney stole his thunder at his performances.

Kevin Federline cannot rap and would have no career if it wasn’t for his talented wife. He was said to have turned down an earlier offer from Britney to get professional production help on his album. He’s a fool for not accepting Britney’s support, and for telling her to stay away from his shows. She will hopefully come to her senses and leave him soon.

Madonna, 47, is supposedly trying for another baby with her husband of five years, Guy Ritchie, 37. Madonna has a five year-old son with Richie and a nine year-old daughter from a different father:

Last month, Madonna was said to have put Ritchie on a curfew and tried to curtail his drinking. Ritchie’s father confirmed that the couple was having trouble, when he said in a statement last week that they were going through a “bumpy period” and that “the children… will keep them together.”

Guy will be going on a month-long extreme sports vacation with his friends next month and Madonna will be on tour soon, so they won’t have much more time to try.

In related news Madonna will piss off plenty of Christians in her new tour. She’s going to use a huge Swarovski-studded disco-fied crucifix as a central stage decoration.

This doesn’t sound true to me, but I didn’t think that Angelina and Brad would move their family to Africa, either, so it might be more than just a rumor. Angelina Jolie is said to be thinking of getting rid of Brad Pitt once their baby is born:

While this could be true, she is also due soon and is probably more sensitive than usual. Hopefully she will change her mind once the baby arrives.

Meanwhile their over-agressive security forces are pissing off the locals and threatening people, and the new tattoo on Brad’s lower back has been revealed as a Sanskrit Buddhist blessing meant to protect his adopted son, Maddox. It is similar to the tattoo that Angelina has on her back. Will the guy ever get an identity of his own? No wonder Angelina’s tired of him.

Cindy Adams has the highlights of an upcoming Glamour magazine article she wrote that unveils the reasons behind most celebrity breakups. They’re typical but interesting:

Jennifer Aniston had yet to bear biological children for Brad Pitt after four years of marriage so he moved on. According to anthropologists, four years is the average amount of time that a childless relationship lasts.

When looked at from an evolutionary perspective, it’s not surprising that Hollywood marriages don’t last. There’s a lot of temptation around and not much of a stigma attached to divorce.

We have sort of exclusive googled-derived pictures of the Namibian resort that Brad and Angelina have booked out just in case Angelina decides to give birth in Africa.

The world’s most famous couple have holed up in the “Burning Shore Lodge” in Namibia. Angelina is said to be uncertain if she wants to give birth in Africa or France, and Brad is along for the ride. They have a jet on standby in case they choose to return for Paris in time for the birth of their first biological child.

Reports say Angelina and Brad have booked up all “seven” rooms in the resort for three months, but there are seven rooms and five suites, so the reports are probably mistaken.

Prices range from a modest $134 to $268 per night for two people. By our crude calculations, a three month stay in the entire hotel would cost around $240,000 USD.

The couple have been plagued by fighting and breakup rumors, which initially seemed like heresay but have come to ring true to us.

Kevin Federline and Britney Spears are reportedly fighting because KFed feels that Britney steals all the attention at events promoting his album. Both Star Magazine and Life and Style report that Federline feels lame because he can’t get any recognition on his own. The gossip rags have a similar take on Kevin’s promotional appearance at Club X in Dallas on April 1st.
