Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson are back on! (Hurray!) The two appeared together at the “Declare Yourself” event in Washington. Sam was the DJ, Lindsay was there to… pose for pictures? Lend moral support? Perpetuate the drama? I know we all speculate about Lohan being back on *something* but the girl has been looking pretty good lately. Lohan wore a tight-fitting black dress, with her hair in a ponytail. And, as always, it looks like Lohan wasn’t wearing a bra. What is it with this girl and bras? Looks like the game of “Are They or Aren’t They Together?” between Lindsay Lohan and gal-pal, DJ Samantha Ronson is in full-on “They Are” mode after the pair, who have weathered numerous breakup reports in recent weeks, made the scene together in Washington, D.C., on Sunday.

According to witnesses at the Declare Yourself event — one of several A-list bashes leading up to Tuesday’s inauguration of new U.S. President Barack Obama — LiLo and SamRo “looked very happy together… very much the happy couple… All signs of any lovers’ quarrel appear to be gone.”

Perhaps in keeping with the historic events unfolding in the coming days, or maybe just trying not to overshadow her more camera-shy girlfriend, who was on-hand to DJ the Jessica Alba and Jamie Foxx-hosted event, Linds looked very demure in a conservative black dress and ponytail as they strode the Declare Yourself red carpet together.

When it came time for a nervous Sam to pose for the paparrazzi, Lindsay offered her support, asking her girlfriend, “You want me to join you?” before sidling up to Sam for some shots together.

Aw, that’s cute. As I’ve said before, I don’t really hate La Lohan, even though I think the girl’s a train wreck. Sam is good for her, I hope. I’m so happy they didn’t split up. Just think – Lohan’s longest relationship ever has been with Sam. That’s got to count for something. Now Sam needs to work on getting Lohan into a bra.

After a violent New Years’ Eve that reportedly involved punching, yelling, and a trashed hotel room, a hospitalization for ‘exhaustion’, a breakup reported by multiple news outlets, and an unconvincing MySpace denial, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have once again stepped out together. There’s nothing quite like another hit of toxic love when you’re going through dysfunctional relationship withdrawal.

I hope these two either go to counseling and work out their problems once and for all or finally step away from each other. Lohan has reportedly moved out of the home they shared after her name ran out on the lease and is thought to be looking for an apartment with her sister, Ali, 15. That’s a good start for Lindsay even if it sounds like a terrible idea for her younger sister.

I don’t really care about either of these women and their constant fights make for good gossip. Domestic violence is sad and wrong though no matter how annoying both parties are.

Lohan gets all indignant and issues denials whenever another breakup rumor surfaces. The fact that their relationship is so scrutinized is partially their own fault. Lohan wanted this type of fame and Ronson likely loves the cash that goes along with being a celebrity DJ who brings Lohan to gigs. It’s only natural that the public is going to pry and gasp when they clash.

Usually there’s very little you can do to save the type of relationship Sam and Lindsay seem to have and the best thing to do is move on. If it doesn’t work now, there’s little chance it’s going to work in the future without a great commitment to personal growth and change.

For now we know they’re maybe giving it another try. We’ll keep watching, as tiresome as they are.

Lindsay Lohan and Sean Penn are apparently good friends. I find this nothing short of beyond confusing. First off, if I were Sean’s wife Robin Wright, I’d see someone as skanky as Lohan as a serious threat to my marriage. They must have a strong union if Robin’s alright with Lohan and Penn hanging out all the time. According to Page Six, they’ve been spotted hanging out all over Manhattan and now in L.A. Which also begs the question: what’s going on with Lohan and Samantha Ronson? There were all sorts of reports that they’d recently split, but Lindsay is still denying it.

LINDSAY Lohan left her constant companion Samantha Ronson at home the other night to hang with Sean Penn. He and Lohan went to Nobu in West Hollywood, reports Celebuzz.com. Later, Page Six sources said the pair – who were spotted together all over Manhattan last month – went to newly reopened club Guy’s. Ronson and Lohan have been fighting for weeks, and as one tipster told us, “Sam broke up with Lindsay but she is completely in denial about it.”

It seems likely that Lohan and Ronson have broken up. They’re nearly constant companions, yet they haven’t been spotted together since the first of the year, when they had one of their epic fights on an airplane. And hanging out all the time with Sean Penn doesn’t really speak to a healthy relationship. I find that to be such a random and confusing pairing.

It really didn’t seem like Samantha was going to be able to handle Lindsay in the long run. Sam did tone her down and appeared to help her with some of her issues, but a Lohan is a Lohan, and there’s only so much you can do. At this point I’d be seriously surprised if we saw Lohan out with Samantha again, though I doubt she’ll admit to a breakup for a while. At least she has Sean Penn’s shoulder to cry on.

Lindsay Lohan has hit back at rumors of a split with her longterm girlfriend, Samantha Ronson. The 22 year-old actress better known for her private life than her waning career blogged yesterday that it’s not true that they broke up. Lindsay also told Life & Style that they’re still together, adding in typical blame everyone else Lohan fashion, “People need to stop creating drama, it’s gross.”

According to reports we’ve been hearing, there’s plenty of drama in Lindsay and Sam’s relationship without any outside influences. The two have been in several public arguments over the past few weeks, and were even in a fist fight at their hotel over the holidays. There was another incident in which neighbors reported them screaming loudly and glass breaking, after which Ronson was hospitalized for “exhaustion.”

Maybe they’re back together for now, but it sounds like a tentative truce, and one they may want to call off for their own safety and sanity. Their relationship doesn’t seem healthy or supportive to say the least. It’s surprising they’ve lasted this long as it is.

Hollywood’s most publicly volatile duo, Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan, managed to kick off the new year with another airline blowout. Witnesses say that Lohan was seen on a return flight home from Miami to Los Angeles yesterday in hysterics, to the point that airline staff asked if she wanted to disembark.

2009 didn’t start out well for Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson. Our airport spies say they got into another nuclear fight — this time at Miami International Airport.

We’re told it started in the American Airlines Admirals Club. Once on the plane, as one person put it, “Lindsay was so inconsolable the flight attendants asked if she’d like to disembark.”

We’re told there was lots of crying, tears, etc.

It comes a few weeks after another epic fight Lindsay and Sam had at Sam’s Hollywood Hills home. The screaming (and glass-crashing) was so loud it kept neighbors up.

Meanwhile, In Touch is reporting that Sam’s relationship with Lindsay is the direct reason she was admitted to the hospital for exhaustion just before Christmas.

“Their constant fighting fighting stresses Sam out,” says one pal. “One minute they’re screaming at each other, and the next they are kissing and making up. They are so co-dependent.”

What’s more, the pal says, Sam’s eating and sleeping habits have gotten worse since she’s been with Lindsay: “They are out almost every night. Sam never ate much to begin with, but but it seems like now all she eats is junk and Red Bull. We saw them recently in New York, and Sam looked like she hadn’t eaten or slept in days. She has circles under her eyes and has lost so much weight.”

I do feel badly for Sam, but let’s be honest: she is not a child. She’s 31 years old and is free to walk away from the unpleasant chaos at any time if she wants to. I can’t help but believe that Lindsay Lohan as a girlfriend, friend, or otherwise is an absolute nightmare to deal with – but it’s not like Sam didn’t know this from day one. And then there’s the insanity of the entire Lohan clan, from Dina and Michael on down. But Ronson is getting paid between $25,000 and $50,000 per night to DJ at clubs all over the place- no doubt because these club owners know that Lohan will most likely show up too. And if the two women have a vicious lovers’ spat that fuels tabloid mention of that club, all the better. That’s a lot of money for a few hours of playing CDs. I would have a hard time walking away from that. But then again, if the price I had to pay was non stop dramatics and hysterical screaming, perhaps working as a clerk in a record store somewhere might be a little more appealing.

Lindsay Lohan spent New Year’s Eve doing what she does best – hanging out at a party. And being paid to do it. In case that wasn’t enough stereotypical Lohan behavior for one day, she spent the afternoon lounging around at Miami Beach in an especially attention-getting black bikini.

Poor old Lindsay Lohan. Despite elaborate precautions to avoid the limelight, the painfully shy actress still ended up as the centre of attention on Miami beach. Lindsay, 22, must have thought she had found the perfect disguise when she stumbled on a plain black bikini while out shopping.

Surely no one would recognise her in such an understated outfit? So imagine her horror a couple of days later when she discovered the flimsy swimsuit was actually attracting admiring glances from sunbathing fellas as she discreetly paraded up and down one of the world’s most famous seafronts.

Luckily Lindsay, who currently only has eyes for girlfriend Sam Ronson, managed to ignore the leering layabouts. The only lad she did acknowledge was a little boy in Spider-Man trunks who ran up and gave her a kiss.

Beware kiddo, you have no idea where those lips have been! If he’d kissed anyone other than Lindsay Lohan, I would have “aww-ed” and thought it really cute. But I think the CDC would have a real problem with any kid getting that close to Lohan. Actually, they’d probably advise against ANYONE getting that close to her.

The “Mean Girls” starlet and her British DJ lover looked oh-so-happy, with Sam tending to the turntables while LiLo earned her cash just by showing up.

Following their big night on the town, Lindsay was spotted leaving her South beach hotel all by her lonesome on New Year’s Day.

Desperately not wanting to have her picture taken, the 22-year-old redhead covered up her face as she hurried past the lined-up paparazzi and out to an awaiting car.

I wonder if Lohan and Ronson have some “two for the price of one” package. As far as luring in clubbers, either one of the girls are probably semi-intriguing on their own. But put them together and that’s a winning package – not just in terms of star power, but also in terms of potential drama. They’re both known to have jealous streaks, though sadly no New Year’s dramatic fights have been reported. In fact it sounds like the whole trip went off smoothly – though I do think Lindsay looks pretty damn skinny in the bikini photos.

Michael Lohan has of course promptly responded to his daughter’s claims. He says it’s not true that he had another child outside his previous relationship with Lindsay’s mom and accuses Lindsay’s girlfriend Samantha Ronson of writing the blog entry:

In an e-mail to People, Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, strongly denies his daughter’s claim, and said in a separate conversation he believes there is a “99 percent chance” Lohan’s MySpace message was actually written by her girlfriend, Samantha Ronson.

I wonder if People approached Michael for comment via e-mail, or if he just fired off an e-mail to them the moment he read his daughter’s blog.

The child Lindsay mentions is most likely a 13-year-old daughter from Michael’s former mistress Christy Horn. When Horn went public with claims that the girl was his daughter, Michael Lohan admitted that he cheated on his wife with Horn around the time the child was conceived. He then turned around and vowed to sue if the paternity test showed the girl wasn’t his. He demanded cash from news outlets to reveal the paternity results, but has yet to take a DNA test. Michael now claims that the mother of the child made it impossible for him to take a paternity test as she asked for travel expenses to cover the trip to NY for herself, her daughter and their lawyer.

Here’s some advice for cheating partners: use protection. Apart from the fact that you’re potentially bringing home diseases to your partner, you also run the chance of making babies. Babies that you will have to pay child support for, in addition to the children you are going to have to pay for when your partner kicks you to the curb. Your kids may resent you for cheating on their mom, too.

In the continuing lesbian drama between Lindsay Lohan and DJ girlfriend Samantha Ronson, TMZ is reporting that Ronson was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital yesterday for an undisclosed condition. Reports say the trip was “non-life-threatening” and Ronson was set to be released soon.

Sam Ronson paid a visit to the hospital today, but we’ve been told it was not an emergency and definitely non life-threatening.

Sam went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A., with Lindsay going in a separate car. We don’t know exactly what happened. It was relatively minor, we’re told. If Sam’s not out already, she’ll definitely be out by tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Life & Style is claiming that Ronson is dealing with a bout of depression and anxiety, and hasn’t been eating or sleeping. That’s probably standard stuff for someone dating a Lohan.

Friends of celebrity DJ Sam Ronson tell Life & Style they received frantic phone calls last night that the DJ was suffering from exhaustion and stress. “She was calling around. She knew she had done something wrong,” the friend tells Life & Style. Early this morning, doctors were immediately called to the house.

“She’s been suffering from depression and from lack of food and sleep. Gal pal Lindsay Lohan has been helping her through this as she has been through it herself two years ago.”

Friends, family and Lindsay Lohan are by her side. A rep for Lindsay Lohan did not want to comment.

There have been rumors of problems in the Lohan-Ronson pairing for months, with reports of numerous public spats. No doubt this has put increased pressure on Samantha. However, Ronson has seen her worth as a DJ go up since hooking up with Lohan, which some say is her reason for staying in the relationship.

Samantha Ronson may want her relationship with Lindsay Lohan to work for more reasons than just love: Since dating the actress, the deejay’s fee per gig has jumped from around $1,500 to as much as $25,000, netting Ronson close to $3 million over the last year.

“While Sam never contractually agrees that Lindsay will show up to her shows, promoters, owners and publicists all know that if you book Sam, there’s a high likelihood Lindsay will also show,” an insider close to the couple told us. “Sam’s now asking for a lot more money to spin, and she’s getting it easily.”

The duo will take Miami by storm again next week as they’ve been hired by SoBe to jointly host New Years Eve at Mansion Miami. Revelers can likely expect one of the public blow ups the sapphic couple have become known for as of late.

At a Miami club last week, Lohan sulked in the corner alone, remarking “Sam is hired to host tonight, not me,” when asked if she was okay.

“They fight every day,” said a friend. “It’s just jealousy and childish bickering over the fact that neither feels the other pays enough attention. While they really do love each other, this relationship will be over by March.”

Adding extra tension is the fact that Ronson’s cutting an album of her own and doesn’t want any help from Lohan. “Sam doesn’t mean that in a bad way. She just wants the record to be about her and not her and Lindsay,” a Ronson confidant told us.

“Meanwhile, Lindsay’s passing on movie roles and job offers just to be with Sam while she tours. It’s a lose-lose situation. Lindsay’s in talks to sign onto a few major movies, but everyone’s worried about how the relationship will affect her career. It’s hurting both of them more than helping either,” our source said. “They’re each really talented, but young. Personally, I wish Lindsay would walk away.”

A friend of Ronson fired back, “Ronson doesn’t need Lindsay to make money. She’s always had money, and relied more on [famous deejay brother] Mark for getting gigs booked. In fact, Sam made Lindsay hot again!”

If even a fraction of the barrage of rumors about Lindsay’s behavior towards Samantha is true, then it’s no wonder the girl is having problems. According to reports, Lindsay is a high maintenance wreck who vacillates between being insanely jealous and flirting with men right in front of Samantha. She’s definitely not worth all the drama or sacrificing your mental health for.

I would really like to know what kind of person would stalk Lindsay Lohan. I mean there are so many better celebrities out there. All of them, really. Q-list celebrities are a better stalking choice than Lohan. But apparently she’s got at least one guy committed to the cause of following her every move. Which has got to be pretty damn tedious: all she does is go to clubs and buy boots. You’d think any stalker, no matter how irrational, would have gotten bored long ago.

Unfortunately 38-year-old Daniel Combs is so irrational and into the Lohan stalking cause that he lunged at her last night as she and Samantha Ronson were exiting a club. He started screaming the typical stalker lines of “I love you I love you I love you!” and other highly creative compliments. He was swiftly arrested.

With suitors like this, it’s no wonder Lindsay Lohan has shied away from the company of men. A man accused of stalking the actress was busted in Scottsdale, Ariz., early this morning, after making an aggressive play for Lohan’s attention as she and gal-pal Samantha Ronson exited a local nightclub. The dynamic duo were on their way out of Scottsdale’s Jackrabbit Lounge, where Ronson had been on official spinning duty, at roughly 1:30 a.m., when 38-year-old Daniel Combs lunged for the actress.

“The gentleman became very excited when he realized he was so close to Samantha, and he has a history of being a stalker with Lindsay Lohan, so he immediately attacked her and started yelling ‘I love her, I love her,’ ” the club’s owner, Dan Wierck, told the local ABC affiliate. Bodyguards and police were quick to tackle the man—photos of him being detained are already making the rounds thanks to an intrepid local blogger—and Lohan and Ronson were subsequently ushered off the premises.

“Combs tried to get around security and pushed one of the guards,” the police report said. “He became disruptive and was subsequently detained by club security personnel.” Combs was arrested for disorderly conduct and released from police custody at 6 a.m. Police said they contacted Lohan and Ronson at their local hotel after the incident, where both women denied knowing the man.

From all the reports it seems that the club owner’s account is a little off: Combs lunged at Lohan but didn’t actually attack her. Most other websites are noting that not only did Lindsay and Samantha deny knowing him, but they didn’t actually realize what had happened. So I don’t think Combs ever made contact with Lohan. No articles mention where he’s from, but if he doesn’t live in Scottsdale this guy must really be into Lohan to travel for her. If that’s the case, he might be more of a danger than she realizes. Luckily Lindsay has a lot of bodyguards around her, but hopefully she’ll be mindful of her safety.

Samantha Ronson has been involved in a malpractice lawsuit against her highly respected lawyer, Martin Garbus, who represented her during her unsuccessful slander trial against blogger Perez Hilton. Garbus has countersued Ronson because she still hasn’t paid him the approximately $140,000 in legal fees she owes. As a result, some very private details may come out about her relationship with girlfriend Lindsay Lohan. Garbus has requested all sorts of highly personal documentation, and it’s likely Ronson will have to hand most of it over. It also sounds like Ronson doesn’t have a leg to stand on.

Now the fight between this solicitor and this celebrity — he’s appeared before the Supreme Court; she appears in Us Weekly — threatens to expose information about Lohan and Ronson that Perez Hilton could only dream about.

Garbus’ attorneys have identified Lohan as the most critical witness in the case besides the two litigants and have requested information concerning their relationship, finances, possible drug use and alleged rehab stays. In one measure of how far his defense plans to go, they have asked for copies of every text message and e-mail between the women over the last two years.

A trial is scheduled for May in Los Angeles. The parties spent the last few months squabbling over procedures for deposing Lohan and Ronson after lawyers for the women raised concerns that videotapes of the pretrial Q & As would be leaked to the media.

“Totally acceptable worry. It’ll likely happen,” Hilton squealed on his blog.

A judge issued a protective order for Ronson, making confidential the time and place of her deposition, and limiting the number of video recordings and transcripts. Attorneys told the judge they were negotiating a similar arrangement with Lohan.

At the bottom of the failed libel suit and the pending malpractice action is a one-car crash: Lohan’s Mercedes-Benz versus some shrubs in Beverly Hills on May 26, 2007. Police reported finding a small amount of cocaine in her car. The actress eventually entered rehab and pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.

It might also come out that Samantha really did do some of the things Perez claimed in his blog, like create embarrassing photo ops with Lindsay for the paparazzi. Perez said Ronson got paid for this and was responsible for many of the mortifying Lindsay photos a few years ago. Garbus’ legal team is now trying to prove that Perez’s claims are true – or reasonable enough that they weren’t malicious. If they can do that, they can show that the case was essentially unwinnable from the start, and there was no malpractice. So Ronson’s former lawyer may essentially humiliate the crap out of her.

To defend the attorney, his lawyers must portray the defamation case as unwinnable, and in court papers, they have indicated they are searching for evidence that suggests that if Hilton’s report wasn’t completely true, it may have been close enough to not be malicious.

“Plaintiff would have had difficulty proving that reports that the drugs found at the accident were hers harmed her reputation if she had, in fact, been treated for substance abuse,” an attorney for Garbus wrote in an August letter to Ronson’s lawyer.

The L.A. Times goes into great depth about the case, and it’s clear that Samantha had such a grudge against Perez that she refused to do what was sensible legally. There were several points where she could – and should – have settled, but she refused to do so unless he apologized. Because of that she lost the case, and was responsible not just for her $140,000 legal bill for Garbus, but also for Perez’s $85,000 legal bill. Considering her stubbornness, I seriously doubt she’ll settle with Garbus either, which means a lot of embarrassing details may soon come out.
