Still under pressure from her blackmailers, Miss New Jersey, Amy Polumbo, decided to release the pictures herself. She said pictures of other people claiming to be here were being put on the internet, and she wanted to put a stop to that by releasing her photos. The photos were shown on Thursday morning on the Today show. Though she didn’t say it in as many words, theoretically this pulls the rug out from under the blackmailers. The pictures were all around very tame, as far as scandalous pictures go. Polumbo is fully clothed in all of them. There’s one where she’s wearing jeans, with her legs spread in the air in a manner that is more goofy than dirty. In another photo she’s holding small pumpkins up to her chest. She explained that her friend teased her about having a flat chest and that’s how she reacted. She said that the photos showed her behaving in a way that is not “ladylike” but certainly not foul or inappropriate.

Frankly I think this all sounds pretty legitimate, and it’s really gutsy to take a stand in such a public forum. Polumbo will find out today if she can keep her crown. Her attorney, Anthony Caruso said , “Amy and I are very optimistic that the pageant committee will take the proper course and support her.” All of the photos were originally on her Facebook page, access to which was restricted to her friends. Newsday reported that, “At least two of the board’s five directors said this week they do not consider the photos to be a big problem. One board member, Mark Soifer, described the photos as ‘kids having a good time at a party.’”

Polumbo noted that she felt “’sick to my stomach,’” about the whole affair. There were a few photos in the bunch which showed her drinking, though she insisted that she was of legal age in all of them. Considering what a big deal this blackmailing group made out of her photos, they all seem pretty tame. Miss New Jersey has conducted herself with a great deal of dignity during the whole debacle, and she should be commended for that. There’s nothing unseemly or abnormal in her pictures, just the same goofy ones we all have. The only difference is that she’s famous (now). People keep saying she shouldn’t have put the photos on her Facebook site, but I disagree. She wasn’t Miss New Jersey or Miss Anything when she had a profile on the site, and she’d taken it down long before any of this. Facebook is pretty private, you’re supposed to put photos up, and hers were completely normal. They were goofy, not disgusting, which makes me feel badly for her. I’ve never once cared about pageants, but I think she’s conducted herself with such dignity that she should win.

Amy Polumbo, Miss New Jersey, was on the Today show on Monday in an attempt to continue to put pressure on whoever is blackmailing her. She revealed that the blackmailer(s) call themselves “The Committee to Save Miss America.” It sounds nicely patriotic too. Of course this “Committee” could be made up of just one crazy person alone in their basement.

Whoever these people are, they’ve already sent another batch of pictures to Miss New Jersey organizers. They claim to have 24 more sets ready to go, though it’s unclear if they mean sets of new pictures, or 24 more sets of the same pictures that they’ll distribute to new people. Apparently, it’s not the pictures themselves that are so terrible, it’s the captions the “Committee” has put on the photos. Sounds like the work of Perez Hilton to me. I tease, I tease. When asked to explain the photos, Miss New Jersey was a little vague.

“A 22-year-old senior at Wagner College in Staten Island, Polumbo says the photos were lifted from her private Facebook Web page - and are less revealing than the red bikini she wore in the Miss New Jersey competition. She said captions were added to make them seem lewd.

“I am not doing anything illegal” in the pictures, Polumbo said on the “Today” show. “They’re not bad. I’m a normal college girl.”

Polumbo said it never occurred to her that someone could try to use the images to derail her Miss America bid - and did not rule out the possibility another contestant was behind this.

“Whoever this is, I think they’re a very miserable person and I really feel bad for them,” she said.

Polumbo had difficulty explaining to NBC’s Matt Lauer how she could be blackmailed with photos that don’t show her drinking, taking drugs or showing skin.

“It’s still being investigated,” she said.

The world has to wonder, how exactly can you be blackmailed by photographs that don’t contain nudity, drinking, or drugs? Even with inappropriate things added, won’t most people able to say, hey the pictures isn’t the problem, it’s these nutcases that are sending them out? Maybe I’m giving to much credit here. Miss New Jersey told Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly that prior to the blackmailing, her mother saw the pictures and “was mad at me for maybe 10 minutes. She said, maybe you might want to remove them because someone will look at them a different way.”

Is anyone else noticing some shades of “Miss Congeniality” here? I say get Sandra Bullock and a big poofy dress and it’ll all be okay. Well, if the movie had any truth to it. My best friend in second grade was Playboy’s Miss May last year. I’m sure I’ve got some photos of her somewhere that I can use for money. There’s the one with us holding the class hamster… the one with us reciting a poem in front of the class… ohh, the one with her holding her pet rabbit! Jackpot!

Pregnant Charlotte Church, 21, has thrown her fiancé Gavin Henson out of their home after discovering that he’s been cheating on her. The classically trained singer and television host wasn’t going to stand for that kind of treatment. Henson, a rugby player, broke Charlotte’s heart by cheating on her with Tracy Donnelly, a shop assistant in Belfast. The two met at a nightclub called Thompson’s Garage after one of Henson’s matches.

Church obviously isn’t any condition to go drinking at clubs, but apparently that hasn’t held Henson back from making sure he still has a good time.

Tracy alleges Gavin invited her back to the La Mon Hotel and Country Club on the outskirts of Belfast where they exchanged kisses under a table in the banqueting suite.

‘It was a drunken snog, or two, or three,’ says Tracy. ‘Nothing for Charlotte to worry about. I mean, come on, who doesn’t get up to these cheeky little things?

‘When we left each other I didn’t take his number but he took mine. Needless to say I never heard from him again.’”

If my boyfriend drunkenly kissed a girl and then invited her back to a hotel, he’d be looking at the business end of a hissy fit. The People UK referred to Church as “Notoriously-jealous Charlotte.” Right, because only notoriously jealous people would have a problem with their boyfriends kissing other girls. How could someone who’s just a little bit famous, or even dating someone who’s just a little bit famous, think that they wouldn’t be caught? I mean this girl ran to the press about it right away… how could you expect anything less?

This Tracy Donnelly sure has a high opinion of herself, despite her behavior. Some of her best quotes from her interview:

“People may think that my speaking out will ruin Gavin and Charlotte’s relationship but I doubt it. It was a drunken snog or two. Who doesn’t do it? Although I guess he should be more careful.”

Well I guess she was wrong when she said that she doubts what she did will ruin Charlotte’s relationship. How could someone do that to another girl… let alone someone who is pregnant? That’s just so far beyond the line. According to Hollyscoop, Charlotte has now locked Gavin out of their home, refusing to listen to his apologies and excuses. Charlotte’s mother has been calling Henson and screaming at him. Good for her! Apparently the guy has a history of drunken flirting, which probably explains Charlotte’s “notorious jealousy,” with good reason. There’s no point in staying with someone that flirts and/or cheats every time they have a drink. She’s 21, which is not an incredibly mature age, but it’s not like she’s a desperate teenager either. She has the resources to take care of herself and her baby, and she should do just that – and forget about this loser.

The NY Post is reporting that the disturbing photos of deceased Anna that were run in the National Enquirer were real and not “photo re-creations” as the tabloid claimed. There was a story that Anna’s mother Virgie Arthur went to the morgue to visit Anna and brought a reporter for paparazzi photo agency Splash News with her, so this is entirely plausible.

March 3, 2007 — DESPITE the National Enquirer’s claim that the eerie post-mortem images of Anna Nicole Smith it published were “photo re-creations based on eyewitness accounts,” a source close to the magazine says they were the actual photos of the Playboy playmate’s corpse lying in a Florida mortuary. “We didn’t want to get anyone fired,” an Enquirer operative told The Post’s Braden Keil. Someone with access to the refrigerated drawers scored a big payday after pulling out Smith’s pre-embalmed body and unzipping the body bag for an Enquirer photographer to hurriedly snap her bluish face.

I remember reading on the Splash News website that they had actual photos of Anna’s corpse, which they received a lot of heat for at the time. I wouldn’t doubt that one of the pictures is real, but my take is that the large photo the magazine used for the header image was the photo recreation, and that a less pretty small inset picture (warning: link leads to maybe-real picture) of Anna was real. The header image looks too cosmetic and like Anna is sleeping while the smaller picture seems a little more realistic. I would bet they did it that way so as not to feel guilty about running the actual photo. Either way, it’s despicable.

The judge in the Anna Nicole Smith case, Larry Seidlin, seems to be getting all caught up in the drama in his courtroom. It’s probably the most interesting thing that’s ever happened at his job. He first took a liking to Howard K Stern, making sure he had two different private jets on standby to whisk him back to the Bahamas, and telling him he liked having him around.

It seems like he’s not that biased after all and just likes interesting witnesses, because he’s all up Larry Birkhead’s ass and praised his testimony yesterday.

Stern also seems to have gotten on the Judge Seidlin’s bad side with wishy-washy testimony about Anna’s drug use. The judge asked Howard about Anna’s drug use. Howard said that Anna was on prescription medication and that Anna’s baby-talking in the clown face video was “just the way she talked” and that “at times she was more impaired than that,” which seems to have really pissed off Seidlin.

Birkhead said in his testimony that Howard went to the Bahamas with a duffel bag full of drugs for Anna that he gave her in the hospital before she gave birth when she was several month’s pregnant. He also said that Howard told him that businessman Ben Thompson, who has since revealed that a vasectomy makes him incapable of having children, was Dannielynn’s real father.

Birkhead said Anna filled out a baby book while she was in the hospital that lists him - Larry Birkhead - as Dannielynn’s dad.

Meanwhile Stern has denied that he sent that fax of Anna’s will dated just five days before she died. He told the angry judge that it must have been a mistake or something and that he knows nothing about it.

And incredibly there’s some kind of fake check writing scam that one of Anna’s companies is being investigated for in the Bahamas. Chances are Howard K Stern is behind it, although he denies knowing about that too. He told the judge that Anna paid for everything, that he basically has no other clients, and that he’s now living off borrowed money from his parents and whatever he made from Entertainment Tonight.

If Anna does get that 1/2 billion she was fighting for from her dead husband’s estate, Stern will receive 6% as her lawyer, though.

Stern is still being investigated for his role in Daniel’s death and I bet he’s trying to hide his involvement in that check forgery case. He had to make money somehow. It’s also going to come out soon that he’s not Dannielynn’s father.

The guy is going to break soon. I don’t know if I think he killed Anna, but he doesn’t seem that stable and I doubt he can hold it together much longer.

I really thought that the Anna Nicole Smith tale could not get any stranger, but I was wrong. It turns out she was involved with a heroin trafficking diet doctor in the late 90s who got sent off to federal prison right around the time Howard K. Stern entered the picture. Bear with me as this side story is complicated in itself. The guy was an Iranian-born Swedish citizen who went by Dr. Ben Khan and was a “dietician” to the stars. His real name was Ben Buicksson, and he had a side career as a mobster drug trafficker who dealt in heroin.

Dr. Ben was wanted in Italy for a 1990 charge of smuggling heroin. He fled to Sweden and then ended up in Beverly Hills where he set up shop and hooked up with Anna. Anna started hanging out with lawyer Howard K. Stern in February, 1997 when Dr. Ben was suddenly nabbed by the feds for that 1990 charge in Italy. He spent ten years in a federal detention center in LA before being deported to Sweden just one month ago. Rumor has it that he was able to run his drug business from jail, and that may have contributed to his deportation, although I’m just speculating.

Anyway while his plane was on route to Sweden it had to stop off in Rome for a refueling, and the Italian police, likely tipped off by the feds, forced their way onto the plane and nabbed the guy so he could serve the ten years he owed them!

Anna was with Dr. Ben right around the time she met Howard K Stern, and credited him with helping her lose a ton of weight in the late 90s. It seems she went back to a tried a true method to break her food addiction by turning to the heroin substitute methadone most recently - with Howard K Stern supplying her in Dr. Ben’s stead. (No offense to Trimspa, they just picked a terrible spokesperson, although they’re getting a lot of mileage out of it.)

Did Howard K Stern turn in Dr. Ben? Probably, just like he is thought to have convinced Anna to ditch Larry Birkhead and move to the Bahamas with him while she was pregnant.

Celebrity photo agency Celebrities.com, which tells this sordid tale, offers the conspiracy theory that Dr. Ben was outraged at being turned in by Stern and that his seizure by Italian police reopened old wounds. They say he may have had a hand in Anna’s death by sending one of his minions to do the deed. That’s doubtful, but it is an interesting story from her past, and gives even more insight as to the craziness she was involved in and the lengths that slug Howard K Stern went to in order to keep her in his clutches.

Now a fifth potential father of deceased Anna Nicole Smith’s sole heir, Dannielynn Smith, has thrown his hat into the ring. Anna’s hot but dumb former bodyguard, Alexander Denk, (not the one who was with her when she died) says he had a two year affair with her after he was hired to play the chef on The Anna Nicole Show and subsequently became her bodyguard. He told the tabloid news program Extra that “there’s always a possibility” that he’s Dannielynn’s father when the interviewer directly questioned him about it.

He didn’t sound convinced to me, but he’s hired a Beverly Hills lawyer to represent him in yet another suit claiming paternity of the 1/2 billion dollar baby.

Other potential fathers include Anna’s ex boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, her lawyer turned creepy confidant, Howard K Stern, (who now has possession of the baby at the couple’s squatter mansion in the Bahamas), Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband, Prince Frederic Von Anhalt, and Anna’s long-deceased second husband, oil billionaire J Howard Marshall. Anna’s half-sister claimed that Anna wanted to freeze his sperm so that she could get pregnant with his baby and cinch her claim on his hundreds of millions. I doubt that Anna had the foresight or ability to plan all that out, but it’s a remote possibility.

Prince Von Asshat is the wild card, and it’s generally assumed that he’s claiming paternity to seek publicity for some reason.

And it’s possible that none of these guys is the father, as Anna was said to have used male hookers around the time that Dannielynn was conceived.

Anna’s Austrian bodyguard lover said that she suffered from what the interviewer called “life threatening seizures” that she was on medication for. He said in the preview available of his interview on the Extra website that he didn’t believe she died from drugs and that she was just “exhausted.”

Anna’s secret medical condition was not revealed, and I’m not sure if the buff bodyguard knows what it’s called exactly. I did look up the complications from too much methadone, and they include seizures, so it’s possible she was just occasionally suffering from too much of the stuff that helped her slim down so quickly.

Intentional or accidental overdose of methadone can lead to unconsciousness, coma, or death. The signs of methadone overdose include confusion, difficulty speaking, seizures, severe nervousness or restlessness, severe dizziness, severe drowsiness, and/or slow or troubled breathing. These symptoms are increased by alcohol or other central nervous system (CNS) depressants.

It’s not so much of a stretch to assume that’s what caused Anna’s death, but with so many crazy details in this case it’s hard to know what to believe.

Meanwhile pictures have surfaced of Anna canoodling with the Bahamiam immigration minister who fast-tracked her residency application, and Anna’s final footage with Dannielynn is set to air on Entertainment Tonight.

Cisco Adler reveals how surprisingly well California medical grade chronic helps you cope with personal scandals. He says it’s not true that he and Mischa broke up over those pictures of him showing his gigantic balls that got out when the Paris Exposed stuff was released. It might have bothered him, you know, yesterday or whatever, but today he figures those pictures were taken in 2001 and he’s proud of what God gave him. Mischa wasn’t thrilled of course, but they’re still together according to their reps:

But that’s not to say that Barton, 21, was thrilled when the revealing picture emerged on the Web site ParisExposed.com – a situation that Adler, 28, refers to as “Ballgate” in a new interview.

“Mischa wasn’t too excited, to say the least,” Adler tells the New York Observer in Wednesday’s issue. “I think it was actually worse for her than for me in some ways. So yeah, I’m gonna try to keep my pants on from now on.”

In addition to the photo, ParisExposed.com displayed other items belonging to Paris Hilton that had been obtained when the contents of a storage unit she’d rented were auctioned off. (After Hilton, 25, sued the site’s owners, a judge ordered it to be temporarily shut down.)

“Paris’ s— got stolen, and somehow she had a picture of me naked in there,” Adler explains to the Observer. “That’s Paris Hilton to you.”

But Adler himself is unfazed. “I think it’s pretty rock ‘n’ roll. You know, if it was like yesterday I would’ve freaked out, but then I looked at the picture and I was like, ‘Oh, that’s from like 2001. Whatever.’ “

I have a newfound respect for the guy after reading his quotes. He kind of deserves to be a psuedo-celebrity known more for dating a TV star than making music, because he sounds moderately intelligent, albeit true to type. His quotes make him seem like a cool guy. He must have just found a new medical clinic willing to fill his prescriptions, because the one he was frequenting is getting investigated by the feds. If he says this shit would have bothered him yesterday, that’s probably why.

Wait - I just looked at those pictures again. That’s not Rock ‘n Roll, that’s asanine.

Among all the drugged out, semi-naked pictures of Paris partying there are plenty of normal, happy family photos that were found in the stored items that are now available on the Paris Exposed site.

Paris clearly loves her sister Nicky and has tons of pictures of her. There are also cute pictures of Paris’ many accessory animals. Of course the party and nightlife pictures predominate.

There are grainy far away pictures of Nicky’s short-lived Vegas wedding, party pics of Paris and Tara Reid, and plenty of Greasy Bear Brandon Davis, who was hot at one point. Paris is even seen out with Avril Lavigne’s husband, Dereck Whibley, and Fergie of the Black-Eyed Peas.

Update: IDLYITW has the incriminating drug pics, and we posted some earlier ones. We’re not sparing kids or Paris or anything by not posting the drug pics. It’s just that other people got to them first, and we were too scared by Cisco’s balls to post them here.

People are pissed at maligned gossip blogger Perez Hilton for staying completely mum on the ParisCarriage scandal. I paid for access to the Paris Exposed site before it fell victim to popularity this weekend, and there is so much good dirt there it’s incredible. Paris Exposed is a website containing a treasure trove of incriminating pictures, videos, love letters and personal diaries of the heiress that she lost rights to by failing to pay the storage facility where they were held.

This weekend Perez posted pictures of Mischa Barton’s boyfriend, Cisco Adler, posing in the nude. Cisco has disturbingly huge balls, and I briefly posted the pictures here before I felt ashamed and pulled them down. (It’s one thing to show some naked women, and another to push the envelope with that crap. I don’t want anyone’s kid to accidentally see that scary shit.)

Commentors were quick to point out that Perez got the pictures from the “Paris Exposed” website, which he never credited or mentioned once on his site. (this link to the comment below is incredibly NSFW)

So Paris Hilton had a bunch of her belongings stored in a storage unit and she forgot to pay for it. Well the owner sold it all off. Now its all online at www.parisexposed.com. Apparently the guy who purchased everything took pictures of every item. The items included are a bill for an abortion Paris got done in 2003, pics of her enjoying some coke, pot and other drugs, videos/pictures of her naked, notes she wrote about her bulemia and her Valtrex usage for her herpes. Yet Perez isnt talking about any of this. Instead he is chosing to pick on the other people involved in this scandel such as Mischa Barton’s boyfriend and Nicole Ritchie. What a fucking loser! How can he call people out on this Paris herself is doing?! To top it off Paris and her people are stating that this was done by someone out to get her and that Paris, once again, is the victim. Im sorry but how is she a victim when all of this stuff is true and documented by none other than Paris Hilton herself. Shes a idiot and the biggest train wreck of them all. I mean have you ever heard of a case this bad before? Dumb bitch documented all of it

I saw the bill in question for an “abortion,” and it looks like Paris, or “Amber” as she called herself, did have a legitimate miscarriage.

A lot of people are skeptical of all this data on Paris, and some suspect her of releasing it to get publicity. To me it seems like a legitimate problem for Paris, who must be incredibly ashamed. Her ex boyfriend, Joe Francis, who is featured on the bubble bath and Ibiza party videos on the site, said he tried to buy the stuff himself but they wanted an incredibly $7 million for it. They’re said to be exploring legal options now.

This scandal is way bigger than Britney’s quadruple crotch reveal before the holidays, and to act like it doesn’t exist because you have a personal relationship with a celebrity is pretty lame. The least Perez could do would be to acknowledge it and call his friend Paris a victim or whatever.

Watch this blow up huge this week, and all Perez is doing is showing us Cisco’s huge balls and acting like he pulled them the pictures out of his ass.
