Last night was a pretty great night for premieres and galas and events, so today is going to be full of photo-heavy posts. First up: the Hollywood Film Awards (presented by Starz). The HFA got a surprisingly good turnout considering it’s not really a big awards show. The “stars” of the evening were definitely George Clooney and his girlfriend Stacy Keibler. As we know from yesterday’s post, Keibler is now charging up to $25,000 a night for these “personal appearances”.

Stacy is wearing this purple Maria Lucia Hohan (the same designer of the dress Stacy wore in London). It’s awful, isn’t it? Stacy had been steadily improving, but I fear we are witnessing a D-list relapse! It looks like a really bad pageant dress, only I don’t even think that pageant girls wear these kinds of boob-embellishment gowns anymore. Plus, the bottom half is sheer, and that dress feature is… rather tacky. In this instance. Um, are those built-in black bicycle shorts underneath the sheer skirt? WTF? Why do Clooney’s girls always look like strippers that got off of an eight-hour shift? And why does Clooney keep pointing to Stacy’s poor vagina?

To get that image out of your head, here are some photos of the always-lovely Ewan McGregor, who was also at the HFA last night. I’m not in love with his hair right now, but I still love him so much. Ewan and Clooney are tight, you know. I wonder what Ewan thinks of Clooney’s girls?

Stacy Keibler is already profiting from her union with George Clooney. And no, I’m not talking about tips! Now that Stacy’s position as “George Clooney’s girlfriend” has been solidified – she’s walking red carpets on his arm, and she didn’t even get sent home after the Tit Tape Debacle – Stacy is now taking steps for her own financial security. The subject of “Clooney’s girls” and “money” is always a little bit sketchy, so it’s kind of funny that Page Six is going with such an obvious story. Apparently, now that Stacy can put “George Clooney’s girlfriend” on her resume, she’s significantly upped her “personal appearance fee”. She used to charge $10,000, now she charges $25,000. I wonder if George gets a special rate?

Here’s the bottom line — Stacy Keibler is now not getting out of bed (with George Clooney) for less than $25,000.

Sources told us the asking price for the model and former World Wrestling Entertainment personality to attend events has more than doubled now that she’s the A-list star’s companion.

While Keibler used to command around $10,000 for personal appearances at events and parties, planners are saying that she’s no longer going for less than $25,000 — a more expensive echo of Linda Evangelista’s infamous supermodel quote, “We don’t wake up for less than $10,000 a day.”

While it made sound like quite a mark-up, keep in mind that many celebrities get “personal appearance fees” in the six figures. A singer or performer might even change seven figures. I think Kim Kardashian charges about $50,000-100,000 per appearance, depending on what it is (a club opening, a private party, etc). While someone like Lindsay Lohan gets paid in balled-up $5 bills, coke and booze.

I’m not making fun of Stacy for getting paid and for upping her price now that she’s Clooney’s girlfriend – a girl’s gotta make money, and it’s good that Stacy is planning for her financial future so she doesn’t end up Sarah Larson’d. I’m making fun of George Clooney for dating a chick that is basically an even more budget version of Kim Kardashian (as far as “careers” go).

Stacy Keibler didn’t get sent home! It’s so exciting! Stacy got to walk on George Clooney’s arm last night for the UK premiere of The Descendants. The previous night, she was banished from the red carpet for The Ides of March, and her absence was felt so much that I theorized that The Tit Tape Trauma of 2011 had wrecked the “relationship”. But here she is! Would you like to know something funny? I looked through all of the photos of the premiere at different photo agencies, and there are SO MANY photos of Stacy checking out her own rack. This poor girl just keeps checking that she’s not exposing her tit tape again. Now I feel sorry for her! I wonder if George yelled at her? He shouldn’t have – her tit tape was the highlight of the Paris premiere, it really was.

Stacy’s dress is Maria Lucia Hohan, a designer I’m not familiar with. Apparently, Hohan (shades of Linnocent, right?) makes a lot of these very pale, cream and nude gowns that look wispy and angelic. As I’ve said before, I’m enjoying Stacy’s “lighter” makeup and fashion styles after Elisabetta Canalis’s harder, bolder, drag-queen-y styles. That being said, I think this nude color kind of washes Stacy out. The fit is better in the bust (as opposed to that train wreck Marchesa), but there’s something wonky going on at the waist. I’m not sure the dress should have that weird fabric bunch at the waistline. So Stacy still needs a stylist who prioritizes good tailoring. Overall, it’s a solid look, though. My biggest issue is with her hair. The hair feels wrong.

And then there’s Clooney… well, he doesn’t look so pissy in these photos. He and Stacy actually look lovey-dovey in some of them. Much better. There’s hope for her yet!

In retrospect, maybe Stacy Keibler’s second official outing as “George Clooney’s girlfriend” in Paris was a total disaster. Everyone was talking about how her Marchesa dress didn’t fit and then her boob tape was showing and it was all such a rookie mistake. So, much like I predicted, Stacy’s talents were not needed when Clooney moved from France to England to promote his films. Except that I said Stacy would be flying home on the first coach flight possible if she even dared to miss a period. Looks like she also gets sent home if her tit tape is exposed? Those are some seriously high standards.

So, in any case, Clooney flew solo at last night’s UK premiere of The Ides of March – he posed happily with Evan Rachel Wood and Philip Seymour Hoffman, but neither were Clooney’s “date”. I kind of suspect that he wants some action with ERW, though. Which I would welcome much more than Stacy Keibler. In any case, I can’t find out any information about Stacy traveling with George to London. I’m beginning to wonder if he really did send her home after The Tit Tape Tragedy of 2011. Or maybe he just wanted to spend some time with some other chicks while he’s in London? His ex, Lisa Snowdon, is still around.

Here’s a serious question: why does George Clooney always look so mad at Stacy Keibler? Okay, maybe not “always” but in the second red carpet appearance of Clooney & Keibler’s Magical Red Carpet Tour of Contractual Obligations, I could swear that Clooney has once again been “caught” by the cameras looking really pissy and angry.

Anyway, these are photos are from Paris – Stacy was on Clooney’s arm once again at the Paris premiere of The Ides of March. Stacy’s hair and makeup continues to improve – I like the simple hairstyle on her, and I like Stacy’s commitment to “softer” makeup. Coming after Elisabetta Canalis’s sometimes overdone, overworked, drag-queeny makeup styles, Stacy is a breath of fresh air. As for the dress… it’s Marchesa. Fug. It doesn’t fit Stacy the right way – the bust is a mess, it makes Stacy’s boobs look saggy and low, and the “empire” part of the cut should fall higher. Also, it makes Stacy look pregnant. Which I’m sure she’s not, and I’m sure Stacy would be sent home on a coach flight if she even dared to miss a period.

So… overall, I think this was an okay appearance for Clooney & Keibler. They’re working out their body language issues, and Stacy is behaving dutifully and happily as Clooney’s girlfriend. They’re actually starting to remind me of Duchess Kate and Prince William a little bit – like, Stacy usually walks behind Clooney, and she knows that he’s “in charge” of everything.

Two nights ago, Stacy Keibler and George Clooney walked their first red carpet together, arm-in-arm, at the New York Film Festival premiere of The Descendants. Most people thought that there was something awkward about Clooney and Keibler’s body language, but people also thought that it was a good sign for Keibler that she was getting the official girlfriend-rollout. I even noted that it looked like Clooney bought Stacy some hair and makeup people, because her styling is improving (although there’s still a ways to go).

Anyway, the New York papers have some interesting information about what went on beyond the red carpet for Keibler and Clooney. According to Gatcrasher, Clooney didn’t even both showing up at Stacy’s 32nd birthday dinner on Saturday night. Stacy went to dinner with her parents at Catch, while Clooney was God knows where. Now, before you start screaming “They have a contract! That’s why he didn’t show up!” – I should point out that it seems like Clooney celebrated Stacy’s birthday with her one week ago, when he took Stacy and her friends to Cabo. So maybe Clooney didn’t feel like doing the dinner-with-parents thing. Especially because they have a contract? And because Page Six points out that Clooney was at another dinner that night. Here’s more weirdness that is Clooney & Keibler:

George Clooney sneaked out of the official after-party for his much-buzzed-about “The Descendants” for a romantic Manhattan dinner date with girlfriend Stacy Keibler. The superstar joined castmates Shailene Woodley, Matthew Lillard and Beau Bridges for a celebration at Time Warner Center’s Stone Rose Lounge on Sunday night after the Alexander Payne-directed movie closed the New York Film Festival.

While charming guests, Clooney kept a close eye on his phone while waiting for stunning blonde Stacy, who had earlier walked with him on the red carpet, to arrive. He was seen hugging her before they headed for dinner.

A spy told us, “George was so eager to find Stacy that he rushed right past her in the crowd on his way out of the party. Once outside, he started texting her again and sent one of his bodyguards to look for her. George then couldn’t fight a smile as he saw her, in her long black dress, walking out towards him.”

Even though it was midnight, the pair then headed downstairs to Landmarc for dinner, with a few other close friends.

Clooney has been juggling celebrations for his two Oscar hopefuls, “The Descendants” and “The Ides of March,” with former wrestler and model Keibler’s 32nd birthday.

On Saturday, while Keibler dined with her parents at Catch, “The Bourne Legacy” director Tony Gilroy hosted a dinner at ‘21’ for Clooney, with guests including Oliver Stone, Jeremy Renner, Julianna Margulies, Joan Collins and Olivia Wilde.

Clooney was driven right through the Occupy Wall Street protests in Times Square to get to the event, and the usually unflappable actor exclaimed, “I just drove through 500 cops!” Later Payne shocked the room when he began speaking Greek with two well-heeled guests.

A rep for Clooney, who jetted to Paris last night for today’s premiere of “Ides,” was not available for comment.

So, Clooney was at another event and Stacy decided to just go to dinner with her folks and have a quiet night. No biggie. What are your thoughts on the whole “he started texting her again and sent one of his bodyguards to look for her” bit, though? They need to get organized. When she’s his date at these industry events, she needs to stay closer to him instead of trying to talk about famine with Bono. She just doesn’t realize that her job is to cling to Clooney! I wrote that half-jokingly, but it’s kind of true. At the end of the day, I’m still buying that Stacy and George are a “real” couple, I just think that they aren’t in sync with each other – yet. They’ve only been going out a few months.

Well, this should appease all of those critics who claim that George Clooney and Stacy Keibler’s relationship is some massive conspiracy involving an overzealous publicist, a massive amount of Photoshop and every media/gossip outlet in existence, all working in concert to make Stacy “happen.” Yes, George Clooney and his lover Stacy Keibler walked the red carpet together, at last. Stacy has been invited to his premieres twice before – in Toronto and LA – but she wasn’t allowed to walk WITH Clooney. At last night’s New York Film Festival premiere of The Descendents, Stacy finally got her moment with Clooney, in front of God and twenty million cameras.

For the occasion, I have to say, Stacy looked pretty good. One of the things I enjoy about Clooney is that he generally chooses ladies who are not “fashionable” in the Vogue sense. When he makes some lady his “girlfriend,” usually they’re pretty busted in the sense that they don’t have anyone doing their hair and makeup, they don’t really know how to dress for a red carpet, and they tend to dress like Vegas cocktail waitresses (which they sometimes are). Stacy was like that too – her first red carpet appearance as a “girlfriend of” was pretty bad – remember that Frederick’s of Hollywood-style dress? And her hair and makeup have been bad for a while. But last night was definitely a step in the right direction – Stacy wore a very sexy, flattering, black Versace gown that looks great on her figure. The makeup is much better, and the hair… is still kind of busted, but it’s not anywhere near as bad as it was.

So… they’re together. Stop claiming that it’s some massive conspiracy. He’s hitting that. The only conspiracy is about how long Stacy can keep her cray-cray tamped down. Will she make it past the awards season?

George Clooney hasn’t figured out that Stacy Keibler is kind of crazy. Either that, or he just doesn’t care because he’s so enchanted with her long legs and blazing confidence. In any case, Clooney has whisked Stacy off for a romantic holiday in Cabo San Lucas. Clooney took Elisabetta to Cabo when they were dating too. I never think of Clooney as a big “let’s have a romantic getaway to Mexico” kind of guy – it seems more like a trip he makes with his dude friends, but I guess two girls makes it a pattern. Anyway, you can see a photo of Clooney and Stacy in Cabo here – she looks obscenely happy, he looks over it (but he’s probably not). Allegedly, Clooney allowed Stacy to invite some of her friends for the vacation too! So it’s not all romantic, I guess. Both People Mag and Us Weekly managed to get “exclusives” on the trip:

Stacy Keibler is going to have a very special 32nd birthday. The former WWE Diva, who turns one year older on October 14, arrived in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with new beau George Clooney on Friday.

Despite being on vacation, don’t expect super-fit Keibler to abandon her fitness routine.

“I have these resistance bands that I pack in my suitcase,” she told Us Weekly at the Appleton Estate Rum Bartender Challenge in September. “I always make an effort to do just a little bit each day.”

According to a source, Keibler’s sexy physique is part of what made Clooney, 50, fall head-over-heels. “They have great physical chemistry.”

Remember, “sources” close to her are talking up her intellectual credentials, acting like she can hold her own in discussions about poverty and famine. Maybe I should just give in to Stacy. Made I should just ride this wave of crazy and enjoy it. After all, whenever this thing explodes, it’s going to really, really funny, and I don’t want to be sitting here like some bitchy Cassandra, mouthing “I told you so!” But seriously, I’m telling you. Bitch is crazy. And this is going to be funny.

As I keep telling you, Stacy Keibler is CRAZY. I don’t remember any of Clooney’s previous girls aggressively pushing these kinds of “we’re so in love, we’re getting married and having a baby” stories so quickly into the relationship. Sure, Elisabetta did it sometimes, and yes, Sarah Larson definitely thought it was going to happen – but that was right before Clooney axed them. So how is Stacy getting away with it? Is it because Clooney has forgotten what it’s like to be with an American girl? It is because he’s just enjoying the first flush of a new girlfriend and he’s not paying attention to how crazy she is? Is it because Stacy has an absurd amount of self-confidence and she just gets away with crap because of it? I don’t know. But I know that this story made me roll my eyes harder than Kristen Stewart:

I know I said I’d give Stacy a chance, just for the sheer joy of seeing how Clooney handled this one, but I’m just going to say it right now: I can’t wait for him to dump her. She’s absurd. These stories that she’s planting (and trust me, she’s planting a lot of these stories) are ridiculous. A former wrestler whose claim to fame is Dancing With the Stars is now some policy-wonk who can hold her own amongst Clooney’s assorted friends? Rii-ight. And she’s “in charge”…? And she “plays hard to get”? Bitch, please.

Ugh, I have a confession about Stacy Keibler. Specifically, about what she’s wearing. I *gasp* actually love her outfit. I used to have a sweater just like this, and I wore it to death for several years. I used to wear it like this too – with a white tank underneath, because the sweater was kind-of see-through, and I used to pair it with black pants and black shoes. My black pants weren’t leather though… wait, are Stacy’s leather? Pleather? Or are they those weird jeggings-type pants that are treated to look like leather? I can’t really tell. All I know is that I like it. Stacy usually looks so budget, ever since she started walking red carpets as George Clooney’s official piece, so I hate that I’ve started to like her style. I didn’t even think she looked like crap on The Ides of March carpet in LA. You think Clooney bought her some stylists and hair and makeup people?

So, these are photos of Stacy at that RAGE video game launch that got a surprising turnout. Stacy even spoke to People Magazine, of course, and she shows us once again that she hasn’t signed any golden gagging contract.

Stacy Keibler might not have been looking for a boyfriend when she met George Clooney, but that doesn’t mean she’s taking anything – or anyone – for granted.

“I’m so grateful for … every person that’s come into my life,” the former wrestler, 31, told PEOPLE Friday at the official launch party for RAGE video game in Los Angeles. “I’ve had such a wonderful year. I wake up every day and I say thank you.”

Keibler also provided some insight into how she approaches relationships.

“It’s so important to just love yourself before anyone else,” she said. “One of the biggest things that women should give to themselves is the gift of loving themselves [because] confidence comes from loving yourself.”

And how is she handling the increased media speculation surrounding her and Clooney?

Says Keibler: “I sort of grew up in [the entertainment business], so that kind of stuff is easy for me to let roll off of my shoulders.”

Does Clooney issue a list of soundbytes to every chick he dates, or do all of his girls have basically the same personality? “One of the biggest things that women should give to themselves is the gift of loving themselves”…? We get it, you believe in yourself, Stacy, and you’re living your dream. You believed you could score Hollywood’s “most eligible bachelor” for… several months, at least. You dreamed that one day you too would get dumped after you mentioned the word “marriage” and you dreamed that one day you find your way back to D-list obscurity. DREAM BIG.

I was wondering what Stacy’s voice sounded like, so I’m including a video from several years ago from one of her Maxim Magazine photo shoots. Her voice isn’t horrible – but she’s vapid as all hell. Oh, and her boobs are (relatively) new.
