Kimora Lee and Russell Simmons attended a benefit together despite the fact that Kimora’s representative confirmed at the end of March that they’re splitting. Russell has admitted an ongoing affair with gorgeous model Denise Vasi, but stated that he’s still friendly with Kimora for the sake of their children and business empire.

They put on a happy face at their annual Art for Life Benefit in Palm Beach this weekend, and Russell’s new girlfriend was not seen at the event. Still things were a bit straned for the two:

Also at the party was Star Jones without her husband Al Reynolds. Star was said to be feeling her new boobs all night:

Star Jones famously got a large portion of her sham wedding ceremony to Al Reynolds comped. Now she doesn’t want to pay for stripping-focused exercise lessons, since she’s not going to need them anyway:

Obviously Jones is up to her old tricks and thinks that her dim star power is enough to get her anything she wants. She should just be canned from The View already and become a spokesperson because she doesn’t have many career options left.

By all accounts, Jones’ return to the View after the health scare she suffered from breast lift surgery was unremarkable. Jones brought some falsies in for her co-hosts, saying she no longer needed them, and admitted that she did have a scare on the operating table. She continued to downplay the threat to her health though and insisted that she was “eating bacon and eggs” the next morning. Jones seemed to get along fine with Joy Behar after their snotty exchange on the phone over the air. The two must have been making a special effort.

Jones was honored by Dress for Success at the Marriot Marquis in NY last night. Dress for Success is a non-profit organization that provides secondhand business attire and interview tips to disadvantaged women. Jones must be considered a wonderful example for women afraid to ask for charity.

Star Jones and her surgically improved body attended the Daytime Emmy Nominations Dinner in LA tonight. Star looked foolish in a white tent of a dress that showed off her higher cleavage but covered her fat ass in layers of fabric.

Star seems to be recovering from the health scare she suffered after she lost too much blood and required a transfusion during a breast lift and tummy tuck operation two weeks ago. Star claims that she was not in danger and that the risk to her health was exaggerated, but the NY Daily News unearthed a 911 call from her surgeon’s office that suggests her life was at risk.

So The NY Daily News has evidence that Star Jones downplayed the health scare she suffered after her breast lift and tummy tuck two weeks ago. The people at the plastic surgeon’s office made an unprecedented call to 911, which suggests that there was something seriously wrong:

Jones should have admitted that she was really in danger. Maybe then Joy Behar wouldn’t have been so rude and the rest of us would have laid off ripping on her for a day or two. I’m glad she’s better, but I still hope she loses her job on The View and has to become a spokesperson for something embarassing.

We first posted the picture above on March 12th. Star must have seen those unflattering pictures of herself at Shaquille O’Neal’s birthday party, because she’s publicizing the fact that she just had a breast lift and a tummy tuck:

Star probably took advantage of the fact that her talk show The View, where she is widely reported to be on the outs, is playing re-runs this week.

It seems like she is confirming plastic surgery to take the heat off reports that she had gastic bypass surgery to lose so much weight recently.

In related news her husband, Al Jones, cut his head and needed stitches after supposedly falling while working out at the gym. We would be surprised if there were witnesses, considering the type of extracurricular activities he is likely to get up to while Star is away.

Update: Star almost died from plastic surgery complications, and we are sorry for suggesting she went public to take the heat off her gastric bypass surgery. She obviously went pubilc because she was gravely ill and had no other choice. Plastic surgery is not to be taken lightly people.

Shaquille O’Neal had his 34th birthday party in Miami on Friday and guess who was there? Big gay Al and Star Jones! Vivaca A Fox also attended and wore a jacket to cover up her capsized boob. Star Jones seemed not to realize that her boobs are sagging down to her waist and made a very unfortunate dress choice. I’m so sorry to inflict this picture on you.

Star has had so much plastic surgery her face looks like an alien. Maybe she can ask Vivaca for the name of a good surgeon to fix her tits too.

The party looks fabulous and seems to have taken place at Shaq’s house, from what we remember of his Cribs episode. Live tigers were there and there was a special pampering room for guests.
