Usher, who last year married Tameka Foster after postponing the wedding to his then 5 months pregnant fiance only hours before the ceremony, has this to say about his marriage.

And while Usher insists marriage and commitment have changed his life for the better, he admits monogamy doesn’t come naturally to him - and he has to fight his wandering eye.

The star tells Cosmopolitan magazine, “I’m good at making love, but I’m not good at being in love. It’s a conscious decision every day to love the person you’re with.”

It seems to me it’s only a matter of time before he cheats. This comes hot on the heels of his comments last month to Entertainment Weekly.

‘I was just looking for good times. In the club. Not living right. This woman. That woman. Uncertain. Unsure…. But there does come a time when you start thinking, Who’s gonna love me and take care of me when I’m down? Who’s gonna care about making sure that I’m okay? I need a companion. Damn.”

”I understand the whole thing about the drama between me and my mother,” he concedes. ”To be honest with you, we had a very one-sided relationship, and for obvious reasons: She had to make the majority of the sacrifices; otherwise we didn’t go forward…. I’m pretty sure that my mother would want to forever manage me. She’ll always be my partner.”

Do I smell divorce? Last month rumors of a divorce in the works which was denied by his rep. While Usher might be struggling to love the one your with, I suspect Tameka is tired of taking care of her adolescent husband and a baby at the same time.

Their whole marriage has been plagued by suggestions that not all is well - shortly after the two met he fired most of his staff, including his own mother who did not attend either of his weddings. Tameka is supposedly domineering, she definitely has a criminal record, and she likes to try to control his career. When you break up a family, poke your nose into part’s of your husband’s life, and generally are a demanding bitch, it’s highly likely that your not-undateable husband is going to go out and get himself a new piece of arm candy.

It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything from Usher and Tameka. At last check, Usher was telling the press that he wasn’t going to “pimp” out his son to the media – referring to the way many celebs have only agreed to sell pictures of their new babies for exorbitant amounts of money. Usher seems like he’s got a good head on his shoulders. Which is why no one could ever seem to figure out why in the world he married Tameka Foster. According to Young, Black & Fabulous, people’s prayers are being answered: Usher has filed for a separation.

I’m told he actually filed three weeks ago. And Usher is torn on whether he will be making an official announcement or not as he wants to save face and just let it “leak”. How convenient that his album releases in exactly 6 days, his second video hit the net today, and his album leaked yesterday. We’ve been here before with the pre-album release publicity stunts (remember the Chilli breakup right before Confessions?). So I’m really not surprised.

But it is interesting that Mrs. Raymond was just on set with Usher for his MTV snippet tapings on Sunday. At the very beginning of their relationship almost a year ago, sources were screaming left and right that this whole relationship was a sham and Tameka was strictly a pawn. And their relationship was all for publicity for his soon to be released album. And clearly this may not have been as far fetched as people thought.

At this time, it’s unclear as to what reason–if any–Ursh is going to give for their separation. But I have two guesses…both of which fit the classic Usher-pre-album-release-publicity stunts he has pulled before with previous album releases. Either the beef between the Mrs. and Mama Ursh is too much for Usher to handle, or he found out baby Usher V is not his. Regardless, Urshmeka is chillin’ on Splitsville Lane right now and time will only tell how this is all about to play out.

Third possible reason? Tameka is a man. But we’ve gone over that before, and I can’t remember any of the good tranny jokes I’d saved up to use on her. It seems like singers are getting pretty damn creative – and personal – in the publicity for their album releases. Mariah got married to Nick Cannon, Ashlee Simpson got engaged/maybe knocked up by Pete Wentz, and Usher’s leaving Maneka. Whatever happened to signing CDs at your local Tower Records? I’m not certain, but I don’t think that even requires a lawyer.

The timing might be advantageous, but I bet Usher has more reasons to leave Maneka than he can even choose from. The beef with his mom, the way she’s all controlling, her penis… wait I guess I did remember a few of the tranny jokes. Maneka was reportedly hated by pretty much everyone in Usher’s life. Remember last year when rumors of Tameka Foster’s uber-bitchiness were all over the Internet, and Usher was trying to make everyone stop writing about her? The couple married, had a baby, and things were quiet for a while…probably because people stopped caring about Usher and his bridezilla. Well, now that Usher is trying to make a comeback, the rumor mill is turning again about Tameka, who had a serious issue with the beauty who co-starred with her husband in his new music video.

USHER’S wife, Tameka Foster, isn’t going to let any woman make moves on her man - even if that’s her job.

Foster was “domineering” and displayed her trademark “Tameka wrath” during a video shoot for Usher’s new song, “Love in the Club,” the weekend of March 15 in LA.

Our on-set source said Foster was upset when she found out stunning singer/songwriter Keri Hilson was personally picked by Usher to play his love interest in the video.

“It was supposed to be a sexy video shoot,” our spy said. “And Tameka was there the entire time guarding like a watchdog. It was ridiculous - she knows Keri and knows she’s no video ho or Karrine Steffans.” Steffans, nicknamed “Superhead,” wrote the book, “Video Vixen,” about her alleged flings with Usher and several other artists.

“Tameka is very insecure,” our source said. “Even in rehearsals she was weird and clearly not happy that Keri is so gorgeous. Tameka threw a lot of attitude. The day of the shoot, Tameka dressed Keri very badly - she looked like an extra. Tameka wouldn’t let Keri have her hairdresser there - she had to use the hairdresser who was doing the extras.”

Foster also took a dislike to Usher’s longtime choreographer, Jamaica, and banned her from the set. When Usher and Foster were spotted at the Beverly Hills Hotel last week, “They barely said one word to each other,” we’re told.

The two have had a choppy past. After they got engaged, Usher fired his mom, Jonetta Patton, as his manager and also axed his publicists. “Tameka was the one and only one to call the shots,” spies said.

Usher and wife Tameka Foster have welcomed to the world a son.

Usher and his wife, Tameka Foster, welcomed a baby boy at 9:30 p.m. Monday night, a representative for the singer has confirmed to MTV News. The baby weighed 7 pounds and 9 ounces.

Usher was with his wife and new son Tuesday (November 27) at an Atlanta hospital, and the family is expected to head home on Wednesday, according to People.com.

Usher has previously said if he had a son he’d name him Usher Raymond V, as Usher himself is the forth in his family. He did add that he might change his son’s middle name, probably because Usher is the first famous Usher, and it’s not always nice to be named after a famous person, particularly when it’s your dad.

Tameka’s pregnancy hasn’t been without it’s drama, the couple’s wedding was called off in July after a scare. The pair married privately on August 3rd and again on September 1st.

Usher wants his baby to be fully coherent? Like he’s hoping to have a discussion with the kid from the get go, or just that the kid’s eyes move? I think it was just an odd choice of words, but it leaves me wondering what he’s expecting from the kid nonetheless.

So the wedding went off without a hitch (this time at least). The third time is definitely the charm for Usher and Tameka Foster. Next we get to gossip about the pregnancy, along with subtle (and not so subtle) digs about Tameka’s jaw line and hint of an Adam’s apple. Usher was interviewed on “Ellen” today, and talked a bit about the wedding. Ellen’s not exactly known for her hard-hitting interview style, so she lobbed a few jokes his way but didn’t get all up in Usher’s grill about the wedding cancellation hoopla. And I expect Ellen to get up in people’s grills. Usher said that he and Tameka don’t know the baby’s sex, but he hopes it’ll be a boy.

I’m pretty sure that, no matter what the gender, if it’s got half of Tameka’s DNA that baby is guaranteed to at least LOOK like a boy. I give this couple 2 years, max. And I’m only saying that much time so I don’t get yelled at in the comments. Whatever went on before the marriage - that led to the wedding being canceled a few hours before the event – has got to be significant. There’s no way whatever it was could be resolved within a week. And no woman I know would be willing to get married in a lawyer’s office at the last minute, unless they had something up their sleeve. I know there’s the whole “Tameka was in prison” thing, and the “threatening to kill her half-sister for ratting her out to the National Enquirer” thing. It’s completely my own conjecture, but I think their issues are just the general “Tameka is batshit crazy” thing and “Tameka is really a dude named Tyrone in disguise” thing. And a guy can get over a lot of things, but finding out his lady is a dude is not one of them.

Usher and Tameka’s Do-Over
Usher, 28, and his pregnant man-faced bride, Tameka Foster, 38 had their “dream wedding” in Atlanta yesterday. They were already married, though, after a civil ceremony on August 3rd following their previous canceled wedding. Their first lavish ceremony, set to be held at at L.A. Reid’s estate in the Hamptons, was canned at the last minute. They claimed it was due to Tameka’s pregnancy complications, but everyone speculated that it was more likely to do with the negative story that came out in the Enquirer that week claiming she was an ex-con who once dated a drug-dealer who was shot-down execution style.

Tameka also is said not to get along with Usher’s mom, who she was rumored to have arranged to have fired as his manager, and that was complicating matters. Usher’s mom was noticeably absent from this latest wedding at the Chateau Elan Winery & Resort outside of Atlanta. 200 other guests were there, though, and enjoyed dinner in the ballroom following the exchange of vows.

Kate Walsh’s Whirlwind Wedding
Kate Walsh, 39, from Grey’s Anatomy, married the guy she’s been gushing about to the press, movie executive Alex Young, 36, in Ojal, California on Saturday.

Kate’s Grey’s co-stars were in attendance, including Katherine Heigl, Chandra Wilson, Sara Ramirez, Justin Chambers, and Shonda Rhimes. The reception was held at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa’s Casa Elar, a “Spanish-style estate.”

The pair just met in February and are getting hitched less than seven months later. I know a lot of people make it work when they get married before even dating a year, but to me that’s not enough time to come to a sane decision over whether you want to spend the rest of your life with someone. Your brain is still addled from all those love endorphins.

Bill Rancic and Guiliana DePandi’s Interminable Ceremony
I’ve been to several full Catholic ceremonies. They’re wicked long. I remember my uncle grinding his jaw throughout my cousin’s nearly hour-long ceremony, and that’s really all I can remember because I had to focus on something it went on so long. The bride was beautiful and it was touching and all, but really you can get the same feeling in 20 minutes instead of dragging it out and adding lots of scripture and ceremony in there. Everyone is just waiting for the party afterwards anyway.

So if a regular Catholic wedding is hard to sit through, imagine a full Catholic ceremony held in two languages. It doesn’t matter how pretty the church is decorated or how gorgeous the bride looks, that has got to be boring. (I’m really sorry if I’m offending Catholic people, I was raised Catholic, but there’s only so much church I can take.)

The first Apprentice Bill Rancic married E! News’s Guiliana DePandi in Italy on the island of Capri yesterday, and they had a full ceremony in both English and Italian. Their church was decorated with white roses and candles, and Rancic says they “wanted a very old school, full Catholic mass.” DePandi was born in Napoli and is a devout Catholic. Rancic and DePandi go to church together every Sunday.

The guests were bussed to the center of Capri and were entertained by Neopolitan singers and dancers. From there they walked to a reception at the Gran Hotel Quisisana.

They will not have a honeymoon for now as they both have work commitments. At least they’ll have tomorrow off.

The first – a lavish Hamptons affair - wedding didn’t go so well. Though it still remains unclear, rumors swirled that Usher backed out at the last minute (literally hours before the wedding) and then Tameka reeled him back in/threatened to chop off his balls and eat them for dinner (both equally likely) and the couple blamed pregnancy complications for the postponement. Usher’s mom supposedly hates Tameka (perhaps because of the internet rumors that she’s actually a man, though I think she just has unfortunate jaw structure) and that played a big part in his doubts. They got married a week later at the office of Usher’s lawyer. Sensing that wasn’t the most romantic option, the two are having a “do-over” of sorts.

“After getting hitched in a secret civil ceremony earlier this month, R&B superstar Usher and his new wife Tameka Foster are holding a big bash this weekend for those who missed out.

“Mr. & Mrs. Usher Raymond are planning an official wedding ceremony in Atlanta, according to Us Weekly magazine.

I’m sorta surprised this thing hasn’t been annulled already. I don’t like sounding like some old lady but it seems pretty clear Tameka Foster has her hooks in Usher and is clinging tight. Or maybe it’s just because the whole internet seems to hate her, and it’s hard to find a single good picture of her. Hip-hop blog SOHH.com really has a love/ hate/disgust relationship with Foster that’s kind of funny.

I don’t think she looks THAT much like a man. If I didn’t know her and saw her in person, I’m guessing my evaluation would depend entirely on her voice, so it could really go either way. Usher’s publicity team has really been working overtime the last few weeks. Despite all the drama, he finally wed Tameka Foster in his lawyer’s office a week ago today. It was reported by pretty much every major news source, including the Associated Press and Reuters, that Usher’s mother, Jonetta Patton, attended the civil ceremony. This made it sound like some kind of amends had been made. Jonetta had refused to attend the planned (and then canceled) lavish Hamptons wedding on July 28th, and reports were that Usher flew to Atlanta to make amends with her right after he canceled the affair. So it seemed like all was well and good after all since the one biggest holdout finally assented. However it turns out that’s not true.

“A source close to the family confirms that Usher’s mother and former manager, Jonetta Patton, was a no-show at the ceremony, reportedly held in Usher’s lawyer’s office, and she instead chose to spend the day at a spa in Atlanta. ”As for the rest of Usher’s inner circle, ‘some people didn’t know about [the civil wedding] until a day later,’ says a source. ‘But that’s Usher and Tameka for you. One thing one day and a whole other thing the next.’

“The missing mom could add fuel to the rumor fires circulating after the R&B singer, 28, called off his lavishly planned July 28 Hamptons wedding at the last minute. Other theories for the postponement include a dust-up over wedding details, a pregnant Foster, 37, being reluctant regarding a prenup (she eventually agreed to sign one) and a strained relationship with Patton, who apparently does not get along with her new daughter-in-law.

“Possible points of contention mentioned in the media are that Foster has three children from a previous marriage as well as a 1991 conviction for auto theft. The newlyweds plan to make it up to their whiplashed friends and family by throwing a big bash in Atlanta in a few weeks.”

With all the drama and confusion and double talk that went on the last few weeks (and don’t forget that story about Tameka putting a hit on her half sister), you have to give them credit for sticking with it.
